Alex barely moved his head as he watched the black blur move through the cafeteria. He took a few bites of his sandwich and tried to ignore the fact that Hiei and Kurama were playing footsie under the fable before continuing.
"It ain't just humans, though." he explained, "That's what I thought was interesting. What I heard was that all sorts of non-demons are uniting. Even a few dark elves have shown up."

Kurama pouted at Hiei.
"At least have the decency to share it. " The fox demon said, rubbing his foot against Hiei's suggestively. He turned to Alex, sobering up and listening intently. "That is interesting. This could be bad for the school." Kurama said seriously.

Hiei slid his hand under the table and stroked Kurama's leg. "I wouldn't worry too much." he said, resting his chin on his free hand, "They'd have to have someone on their side who's been here before, or else they'd get lost just going through the woods outside."

Kurama licked his lips, basking in the sensation of Hiei's hand on his leg.
"We should still be on guard." The fox demon asserted.

Melisa was standing on top of a cliff. She was waiting for the demon to come...

Sang saw her vampire friend and fellow hunter standing on a cliff. She crept up behind Melisa and jumped at her, with the intention of startling her.
"Hi, Melisa!" she said in an all-to-happy tone.

"You're right, Kurama. We should at least warn the-" Alex stopped when he noticed the movement beneath the table and stared daggers at Kurama from behind his ebony bangs, "If you two are just going to play footsie, I don't know why I even bother." he said coldly.

Melisa laughed. "Hey Sang" She smiled.

Sang peeked over Melissa's shoulder to look at the forest below, "Any signs of activity?" she asked.

Zane was creating a potion in the classroom. She was making a few potions of minor healing.

Kurama blushed when he realized that Alex had noticed what he and Hiei were doing. The silver-haired demon coughed, nudged Hiei's leg with his toe and backed off.
"Hiei, I think we should stop..." Kurama mumbled, embarrassed, removing his elbows from the table self-consciously.

Hiei removed his hand from Kurama's leg with a mischievous grin on his face. "You both worry way too much." he sighed.

Zane said some words into one of the potions and it glowed. "The potions are done" Zane smiled.
