A sly grin spread across Masoian's face as her words reached him. He liked the way that she so quickly threw her fate to the wind. It was charming... and naive. He leaned forward and whispered in her ear.
"You know, Your kinda cute when you do that." he gave a chuckle and looked over to Sav. "Bring him inside then. I'll get to him in the den."
With those words being said, Masoian turned and walked into the large house leaving the door open behind him. He walked into the den and then to the bathroom in the hallway on the left. He grabbed a towl off the rack on the wall and wiped the sweat and dust from his muscular body. He walked out the door on the other end of the room and closed the door to change clothes. He figured by the time he finished Sav would have followed him into the den and brought the boy.
Sav tried to speak but then Masoian cut him off and got Kit to talk to him. He was blunt but he never missed his points, unless he felt like it at the time. Determining what he just got Kit to agree to, he was being playful... or deciteful. Sav could never really tell with Masoian. He did however hear what he told Kit and him. He had no other choice but to obey if he care anything for Dani.
Despite that, he swallowed. He'd never gotten the chance to go into Masoian's house before. It was his little slice of heaven, he once called it. Usually Sav was forced to stay out in the weather, yet this time it seemed that Masoian had something else in mind for them. Sav stood over Dani's body and lifted him easily enough yet carefully. Once he had him up, he looked at Kit for a moment.
"I'm sorry about him." he said with an apoligetic smile. "You should come inside when your ready." his voice wavered a bit at those words. He didn't want to think about how he would feel if he lost someone closer to him than Dani, not that there was someone. He just wondered if Kit was ready to leave him just yet.
Wether she was or not, Sav turned and entered the Den. He layed Dani in the center of the room. It wasn't a room for comfort, in Sav's opinion. The walls and the floors were all wooden and glazed, the sofa and a large chair were too yet they were covered with pillows and a blanket. It seems that Masoian probally built this house himself. With powers like his, Sav didn't know why he bothered at the task but figured he had his reasons.
Sav wondered where he had gotten off to but knew that he wasn't far off eharing him shuffle around in anotehr room somewhere. He sat there next to Dani and wondered how long he would have to wait...
