Trea nodded. "I dont babysit. If you cant feed yourselves when your hungry, and come crying to me when your hungry or have to go to the bathroom or bored." She warned. "The first thing I want to see out of you two is self dependence. I wont feed you or tuck you in... unless special occasions come up. If you are good, I will take you out to a nice restaurant if I can find one in these lands, and if I feel like saying goodnight to you, I will." She stated, looking around as they reached the inn. "Oh my. What happened here?" She asked, seeing the inn in ruins. She sighed, already feeling a bad omen coming on. "Alright. They had better not have only one inn in town. Perhaps there is a smaller one around here. If not, were going to have to find a mansion. They wouldnt let a fellow noble sleep outside? Of course, I will probably take a bit of an embarrassing lecture on the matter." She grumbled aloud, staring out ahead while in search of a second hotel or a mansion around.

Miyun now suffered with a violent cough, she brought her sleeve up, only to stain it with her blood.
Was there anyone else here? How was she supposed to get out?
She needed help ... people could heal themselves with artes, but it wasn't as much as it would be on their ally ... it was harder to heal yourself. Therefore, it'd likely have no effect.
To cure things like this, it took a large amount of energy, an amount that she didn't have at the moment.
The blond felt her vision blur, but she walked around, searching for help.
"A-Anyone here ... p-please ... I need help ... "
Her body felt like it was burning, it felt like her body was drying up from the inside out.
"Please ... "
Of course, she likely wouldn't be heard.

"T-Thank goodness ... " Colette muttered almost inaudibly, her whines were interrupting her speaking.
She wiped away her tears, taking in deep breaths, calming herself down.
Tsumugari's regaining his true self ... it's OK now ... just calm down. She told herself in thought, she got up to her feet slowly, looking from Marissa to Tsumugari who was now on the ground. She walked over to them, looking down at Tsumugari sympathetically.
"You must be really tired now ... you should rest, Tsumugari ... you've used up so much of your energy today."
She could tell by his aura ... it was dimmed; weak.
"The inn here is ruined; but I'm sure there's another town nearby."
She looked to the remaining kids around them, giving an gentle, apologetic smile.
"I'm sorry for what Tsumugari has done, he was just confused ... please forgive him."
The blond gave a bow before straightening.
"If any of you need some healing, I don't think Raine here would mind healing you ... I'm so sorry, I can't heal ... maybe I can learn from Raine someday. "

"Yep! Im-por-tant~" Rayna chimed cheerfully, continuing to cling to Asch, but when she heard some loud noise, she knew something was wrong.
All that came through her ears were yells and screams.
'Help!' She heard many of the people say.
"P-Papa-Asch ... hear?"
She questioned, wondering if he heard it too. Then, she noticed the inn caught on fire.
" ... ! Bad!"

Shiki got back up to his feet, his cheeks were wet from the tears, which were still flowing from his eyes.
"I'm sorry." He muttered softly once more, following after the two.
"T-The inns destroyed ... " He frowned deeply, looking at the ruins.
" ... Too bad for us ... "
Why did bad things always happen when Shiki was around?


"That's the point ... I don't know ... " Alice mumbled, taking a few bites of her sandwich here and there. It seemed like she was uncomfortable ... talking about this.
"I know what you're probably thinking. I should tell my father what I'm doing. But, he never wants me to leave. Ever. Unless it's for his business. He doesn't want me to get hurt ... but can't I get attacked by bandits or something if I'm just delivering a package?"
Alice shrugged to herself, feeling tears well up in her golden eyes.
"Sorry. Can we stop talking about this ... ? I-I love my father ... it's just ... "
The tears overflowed.
Her father never considered her feelings, how she didn't want to be shut in. Her father was basically keeping her prisoner, just because he wanted her safe.
Couldn't she have a life too?
A real life?
She barely ever saw the outside world.
" ... I ... want to ... see ... the world ... I want to live ... "
She had obviously forgotten for a few moments that Jade was there.

Halure; Outside the Fallen Inn

Tsumugari panted heavily as the flames now faded away from his flesh and his body returned to its former state, the process being quite painful for him. The ringing in his head was still as powerful as ever, although the pain in his chest was fading at his mother's soothing voice.
He groaned, placing his hands against the ground to support himself as he turned to look up at Marissa, who was now standing before him. Was she going to finish him off...?
However, much to his surprise, the woman was just standing there, her weapon gone, with her hand sinterlocked as if in prayer. The sight stung him deeply, remembering slightly of his own mother...
"Tsu-...Tsumugari.... Please stop this... We dont want to fight you.."
" ... I ..." the man muttered, still not able to get himself off the ground. he couldn't think clearly... it felt as if his body was being fought over by two entities that weren't him. Although he was glad that wicked voice that was egging him on was gone...
Then, Tsumugari turned his head up as he felt another presence tower above him, this time Colette. He closed his eyes, looking down at the ground as he tensed up his body. He expected the girl to hit him back, for what he had done...
"You must be really tired now ... you should rest, Tsumugari ... you've used up so much of your energy today."
Tsumugari's eyes opened again, the demon turning to look up at the blonde in disbelief. She was forgiving him...? How could she? After what he had almost done to her?
"The inn here is ruined; but I'm sure there's another town nearby."
" ... "
Tsumugari couldn't believe his eyes as the girl then addressed the people he had terrorized earlier, asking them to forgive him. This girl... she was truly an angel.
After a few moments, Tsumugari merely tched as he struggled to get up, only being able to straighten out his back as he bowed his head in defeat.
" ... I have made reservations at one inn... if you would like, I could tell you where it is... " the man mumbled, still expecting to be struck at any moment.
" I can... pay your stays as well... if you would like... "
The man spoke in an exhausted, defeated tone, his voice telling that he was in much pain and regret. Although he didn't expect the girls to actually believe him... now after what he had done. Now, all he could do was cower with his doubts, being blinded by the powerful light that, in his eyes, came from their very beings.
He still felt that he would be punished later by them... after all, he was a being of the darkness. Not meant to bathe in the light... how could he even expect to be accepted by ebings that are supposed to erase the shadows.

Marisa stared, worried for a moment, then calming as he regained control. "Y-you mean.." The girl lit up with joy, smiling at Tsumugari. "We can go with you?" She asked, smiling. "Im so glad!" She said, hugging Tsumugari suddenly. "Thank you!" She said, backing up. "What about you Collette? What do you and Raine intend to do? I must know you from somewhere. Maybe I will learn someday." She said softly, looking back to Tsumugari. "What are your plans? Perhaps...Maybe you want to learn whats going on inside you, and fix it? Verius could help you with that." She said. She didnt know that she could help him herself, being the scion of Verius. The girl smiled, patting down her dirtied kimono and blushing. "Oh.. I must be so dirty right now.. I will have to bathe later for sure." She said, embarrassed at her state of being, her face slightly muddled with dust and her kimono brown in spots and grey in others. Her ears flattened as she realized how grimy she had gotten, her appearance not up to a ladies standards. "I hope your inn has a bath Tsumugari.." She said softly, hoping for a bath wherever they went.

"Oh! I'd love to come!" Colette shouted out excitedly, before pulling on Raine's non-broken arm gently.
"Raine will come too! But first, I think we should finish tending to the wounded!"
The blond smiled brightly, before feeling another dark aura.
It wasn't Tsumugari ... it was much worse. Her crystal-blue eyes widened at this.
"W-What is this?!"
In almost an instant, the five figures (Colette, Tsumugari, Raine, Arceia and Marissa) disappeared.

"Y-you mean.." The girl suddenly asked, Tsumugari lifting a slight eyebrow at her reaction. He suddenly thought that she was going to hit him for some reason.. but then, he was extreemly surprised when the girl's face lit up into a grateful smile and she hugged him. "We can go with you? I'm so happy!"
"Thank you!" She said, backing up, leaving a silently dumbfounded Tsumugari back on the floor. His face was a tad red as he still tried to understand what had just happened.
" ... Eh? " the man stammered, blinking repeatedly.
"What about you Collette? What do you and Raine intend to do? I must know you from somewhere. Maybe I will learn someday." She said softly to the girls before looking back to Tsumugari, who was still frozen. "What are your plans? Perhaps...Maybe you want to learn what's going on inside you, and fix it? Verius could help you with that." She said, her words bringing Tsumugari back to reality.
Verius... he had heard about the spirit before. Perhaps it could offer him some help... yet, would it allow something as filthy as his soul inside its temple? Maybe if he was travelling with Colette and the others it would allow an audience...
"Oh.. I must be so dirty right now..." Marissa spoke up again, breaking Tsumugari's train of thought. "I will have to bathe later for sure," she continued, Tsumugari now completely out of sync with the girl. How could she worry about her appearance at a time like this...?
"I hope your inn has a bath Tsumugari.."
" ... Ah... " was all the man replied, the nearby spectaters also equally confused. Weren't things going along a bit too quickly...?
"Oh! I'd love to come!" Colette shouted out excitedly, pulling on Raine's non-broken arm. "Raine will come too! But first, I think we should finish tending to the wounded!"
However, all of a sudden, a chill crept up the demon's spine, foretelling of something terrible, when Colette suddenly shouted behind him.
"W-What is this?!"
Tsumugari's eyes widened as he turned to look at Colette, who was reaching her hand out towards some strange aura. " Don't touch it! " he would yell, lurging forward in order to pull Colette back before she touched it. However, he was too late, and the dark portal sucked them in. Colette being the first, with Tsumugari trailing right behind her, grabbing tightly onto her sleeve, with Marissa, Raine, and that new girl Arceia being pulled in behind them.

Tsumugari groaned as the darkness overwhelmed him, clenching his teeth to avoid crying out in pain. Whatever was happening, it was being extremely painful, only adding more strain on his body which had yet to recover from his little episode from earlier. Yet, the pain was much more deeper, and much more obscure, than what he suffered. Was it even possible for a heart to be even darker than his...?
Yet, as sudden as the pain had come, it gone, not taking not more than a few seconds, replaced by an uncomfortable feeling of suffocation.
" Mmmph! " the man yelled, flailing his arms about as he felt no oxygen reach his lungs. Something was blocking his airways, and he felt the sensation that his face was being buried in between two soft mounds...
" Aaah! " the mna yelled as he finally dislodged his face from whatever it was that was choking him, using his hands to pull himself away from it, taking in a deep breath now that he had the chance.
"Auuu..." someone would then cry out in a perverted moan, catching Tsumugari's attention as he looked down beneath him... and was shocked at the sight of Marissa right below him. However, it was not that what shocked him... it was the perverted position that the two were in. Tsumuagri was grabbing quite tightly on the fox eared mikoto's breasts, one hand actually reaching inside her shirt. Then, what was suffocating him earlier was Marissa's chest...!?
" Ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-Marissa!? " the man stammered, quickly pulling away his hands from the girl's body and flailing them about. The man was at a loss of what to say. Well, what could he say at the moment to repair the damage?
" I-I-I-I-I d-d-d-didn't mean it! I swear! I m-m-m-must have fallen on you when we were sucked in! the man stammered, his face completely red. Oh no... he was surely a dead demon this time...
" Pl-pl-please forgive me, Marissa-sa- " the man had begun to apologize, his stammering being rudely interrupted when someone suddenly bumped into him, causing him to fall over flat on the back of his head, rolling off of Marissa.
"Eeek! I-I'm so sorry! Did I hurt you all?" someone asked, Tsumugari groaning as he grabbed the back of his skull, which was throbbing.
" Oww..."

"T-This is all my fault!" Miyun shouted out, giving a small bow.
"I-I'm sorry ... " She gave an apologic smile, and kneeled down next to Tsumugari.
"I don't really have the energy to heal you right now, I'm sorry ... I-I'll try ..."
A glyph formed beneath her, and the blond chanted.

Marisa smiled, happy that she was allowed to go with Tsumugari, but then suddenly, Collette did something and they were sucked in. It was a terrible experiance, not being able to breathe, gasping for air, this creepy feeling crawling over her skin. Then.. Something on her breasts... What? Something was assaulting her chest?! Marisa squirmed as the thing between her breasts moved, causing a soft moan to escape her before she could hole it back. The girls face was streaked with a blush as things started to become clear in her mind again. And there was Tsumugari, pulling his head out of her chest, and they were both in a fairly perverted positon. Her legs spread, him inbetween them, Marisa's blush became a beet red face. As the demon scrambled off of her, knocked over by Collette. Marisa, panting from the near sexual experience, stared at them with wide eyes, not saying a word. After a moment she composed herself, blushing and standing up, looking around. She made no move towards Tsumugari, and said nothing at all, looking around to destract herself, more distract her body so she would calm down. After a moment of composure, fixing the ruffled robes and making sure nothing was showing, the woman spoke up. "Wh-where are we?" She asked softly, barley an audible whisper, her face still very red.

A cruelty that must be squashed. They are bugs Azure, they must be wiped away. They are not heroes, the are as shortsighted and weak as everyone else. The ability to fight does not make them strong.
Azure was silent. She was adjusted to one-sided conversation like this. Ever since their fight, Faionna had been talking to her. Looking for her. Faionna wanted Azure for her newfound powers. Her rage and hatred that was carved into her soul made her special. It made her able to serve Faionna's endgame.
Together Azure, we can kill them. We can destroy them all. The cruelty, the idiots. They will burn. I can kill all of them, with you. You just have to say it Azure. You have to say it, for your revenge.
Azure was shaking. Faionna terrified her. Faionna before the Maiden departed was dangerous, after the Maiden left, Faionna became terrifying. The ground shook where she walked. A trail of blood followed her path. She was evil incarnate, pain incarnate.
You will say it Azure. Let me use your rage to break the lock. Let me reach my endgame, and let them die. You want it. You hate them. The want them dead. Just say it.

Azure's shaking peaked, tears were running down her face. In her mind, Ella was dieing, Faionna's hand through her chest, grasping her heart. Ella's live heart beating in Faionna's hand. Slowing. Slowing. Stopping. Blood dripping Down Faionna's arm, as Ella fell to the ground. A pool of blood flowing out from her. Faionna killed Ella. Faionna killed Ella, but not willingly. Faionna was a force of nature, the blades spiraling through the hurricaine. Azure wanted those who let the blades fly into the wind. She wanted them dead. She wanted Arche dead. She wanted Saria dead. She wanted the Crusaders dead.
And they would die.

Before Chester could answer her, the atmosphere changed. It was more dark, sinister. Even though her emotions were very dulled, she could feel it very faintly. Even though she was an angel, it seemed that ability to pick up energy, was still present. She reconized this as just pure hatred, worse then the elves had bored into her head, from when she was still half elven. However she was still just as calm as she was before, just cautious. Though from a distance she could see Azure acting really strange. She just knew this could not be good. Despite her lips not moving, she focused on Luminarch in her thoughts, as she had remembered what she had said about calling her.

It was all slowly starting to click together. In his brief moment of peace, Trace could see how this could all end the right way. What they were going through right now was hell, there was no other way to describe it. But in that terror, he started to understand the meaning... the meaning of all of this. The world was falling apart, as it eventually would. Bounds are being broken... and there is only one way to fix it. But it is not easy to explain.

To understand it... to understand how hell could be made into paradise, one needs to see that a terrible place and an amazing pklace were really the same thing, if you looked at it the right way. Imagine all of the Crusaders sitting at the table. In the center of that table, there would be a giant pot of soup; it was what they were having that day. But the problem was that the spoons used to reach the soup were too long; you could scoop it out of the bowl from where you were sitting, but if you tried to bring it back to your personal platter it would spill on the table. Everyone was trying their best not to make a mess under this odd circumstance, and failing.

The only way to solve this would be to serve each other. Instead of trying to bring yur outrageously larde utinsil back to you, it would be much more benificial to instead pour it into the bowl of the person you could reach most easily. Everyone's quite-literal inner demons were ready to show themselves, and were stong enough in fact to beat them into submission. He could tell; Trace was confident, and he could pull some unusual abilities. but he wasn't stupid, his other was clearly stronger then him at the moment. It's as if his mind were screaming. But through this... he had found truth. He didn't trust the other crusaders. He had to admitt that to himself. But now he would just try and wait on them, forgetting about himself and fighting their own demons with them.

To Skade's misfortune, Trace knew something about worlds inside of worlds. He had his own pocket field that he had trained with Dhaos in. So breaking onto a small world like his was no real problem. And what was inside... well, it didn't threaten him. Trace waved his hand as he sat up on the couch. He had borrowed just a bit of energy from everyone inside of the building, just enough to heal himself. And with that, he snapped his fingers and disappeared.

Hmm... he had found her easily enough. Trace patted Miyun's sholder a bit causously, smiling after forcing his way into this strange new place. "Well aren't we just a busy bunch today? I hadn't even taken the chance to thank you, and off we go into another little fight. Hmm... Me, Fai, and now whoever this is... that's the third time in a day I've been woken up for a fight. At least I know I'm useful..."

In truth, Trace was feigning confidance. His alchemiac power only worked in worlds he knew about, with elements that were concrete. In here he could not depend on any of that, and it would be dangerous to heal himself using the area. He was gonna need to finish this fight nice and quick, or else he wouldn't last too long here.

... hmm, in respect he should of at least changed clothes. Still in pajamas... man, he wasn't even wearing shoes! And the bandages... he looked practically like a hospital patient. but at least he wasn't out of controll.

At that he looked at the person she was trying to heal. Ooh, this could be good then~! A chemist, a healer, and... whatever this guy did! Hmm, a balenced group indeed. He tilted his head a bit, waving his hand so that it was almost parallel to the ground. "Hiya there buddy, ready to go and fight off some baddies?"

Hmm, so nonchalant....
