Silus listened to Jerrod "You will answer that yourself when you fight him."

"Trip you say that now but will your decision still stand." Silus said as he forced Aidan to walk down the ramp. When Aidan came into view of Trip, Silus allowed Aidan to speak. "Trip I'm sure you know this man you made your choice." Silus then used his Mechu-Deru. The nanobites started eating Aidan's internal organs causing him to scream in agony.

Seeing his dad in such agony Trip threw all common sense out the window, better yet he force threw out it out the window." DAD! NO!!"he shouted then Trip lept from his knees into the air, his lightsaber went sailing for his outstrached hands, he was able to break the bonds, resulting in a shock but he ignored it. The fresh wave of hatred for Silus anlong with the adrinilin rush blocked it. Trip ignited his lightsaber in midair and swung down on Silus's arm with the intent to "dis arm" him or atleast to break his concentration long enough that his dad could get away.

Silus continued to kill Trip's dad, when Trip tried to cut off his arm. Silus then used his force abilities to grip Trip's body before Trip made contact with him. Silus slammed Trip into the ground and forced him to watch as his father suffered from being eaten from the inside out. "Trip you made your choice. Now you will watch the consequences of your that choice." Silus said as Aidan continued to suffer to the point tears were welling up and overflowing from the shear agony. After a 10 minutes of what seemed like hours to Aidan his life force was extinguished as his body dropped to the ground.

Jace, hearing Taylor's word, sunk a little lower in his seat, he wasn't sure what to say. He knew what was going to happen, at least to him, in this fight and he couldn't bring himself to say a word. He just closed his eyes and meditated, waiting, preparing himself for what was to come.

Jerrod simply stood with his arms crossed and a sadist smile. He knew there was no point helping, he couldn't hurt Silus.

Tears welled up in Trips eyes as his dad died. Dad....Im sorry....I couldnt protect you and mom....I failed... thought Trip weakly. He reached for his lightsaber, he could feel himself going cold beyond compare from the dice and snow and from being around the dark side. Trip also felt light headed, at least there was still some hope, at least his mom was still alive.

Taylor decided now it was the time. Just before the battle she needed to get it out incase he died in battle. Taylor walked over to Jace and stood up on the platform with him, and leaned down to him and then I one fluid movement she pulled his hood off the and kissed him on the lips. Her first kiss, just before a battle? How pre clone wars and how unjedi of her.

Silus looked at Trip. "You have one more chance otherwise my next victim will suffer more than your father did." Silus said Trip. "Join or your mother dies." Silus said as he used Mechu-Deru to bring her down the ramp.

Jace felt his hood get jerked off and what happened next suprised him more than anything. He felt her lips on his and couldn't help it, he pulled her closer for just a second. Then let go and stood up, he pulled his hood back and stepped out to go to his meditation chamber but stopped just as he reached the door "Don't think of me when we're down there. You grab him and run." with that he left.

Jerrod watched as Trip was cast down and he saw as his father died in front of him. He felt a pang of guilt and loss for the child, he had seen the same thing. He just hoped the kid could get past it.

all right. Will do. said Taylor as he walked to his meditation chamber. She was pink in the face now but luckily he was leavening the room. Taylor rechecked her lightsabers just incase she had to use them. Then she went and got Atelias lightsaber and clipped it to her utility belt and left her robe in the co piolets chair and then went to where the clones where and knocked on the door loudly three times and said, we are landing in 5 minuets are you comming or not?!

Silus looked down at Trip. "You will renounce your loyalties to the Jedi, you will train on hate. The hatred of me will be your power." Silus said to him. "After a year of you training under me I will remove the Mechu-Deru from her, during that year she will be free to live a life of her own." Silus said to him. "Do you understand?" Silus asked him as he made her free to talk. "Jerrod be ready they are coming. You know who your target is." Silus said to him.

Jace removed his tunic and stepped inside, he already felt the residual force power left inside it begin to flow through him like water. Just as the chamber shut, his last thought was of his brother.

Jerrod licked his frozen, numb lips in anticipation, the dark side force rage was flowing through him. "Yes Master." he was hoping the Jedi gave him more of a fight than the child.

Trip went silent. How deep had he dug the hole? Could he get out befor he had lost his soul? Trip what happened? asked Nayla glancing over at Aidans lifeless body. Trip didnt say anything. Trip. she asked again. Trip knew she knew but he couldnt tell her, he just couldnt. But was he absolutely positive about wanting to join him? Trips brain said yes, but something inside of him was screaming OH HELL NO!! Then Trip heard the sound of an engine fast approaching. Mom, Im sorry, I had a lapse in judgement right then. Silus just sighed. "Ignorant child." Silus activated the nanomytes to kill her by eat her veins, as well as her inner epidermis. "You choice just cost your mother her life." Silus then turned opening the Cargo bay doors. "Jerrod it seems your fun has arrived so to prevent any interference I am going to release the first set of my Techno-beast who will attack everyone but your target." Silus said as he released his two Techno-Nexu.

Trip fought the feeling of wanting to cry. Now he lost both of them, except for the Jedi he was all alone in the galaxy. He had tried to stop their deaths so why did he feel guilty? In Trips stomach he felt totally responsible for their deaths, but he hadnt turned, did he really make the best choice? If he had made the right desision then why did he feel so guilty. And what was the basis of his desision? Was it the thought of joining Silus or was it that he didnt want his mom to get hurt? Trip was so confused now, right now technically he didnt have any parents, he had condemned his own parents to death, and for what reason? Not joining the dark side? In Trips openion it wasnt a good enough answer. Trip gripped his lightsaber, not that it could help him now, he just felt slightly more stable holding it. He heard the engines of a starship near, what would master Taylor and master jace and master Atelia say?

Silus looked down at Trip. "Boy your about to learn the definition of pain." Silus started using Torture by Chagrin on Trip. Silus started by bringing the recent deaths of Trip's parents back into his mind forcing Trip to see everything again, and again, and again. "Trip their deaths are your responsibility, just ask your father." Silus said. A few voices started going through Trip's head. "Trip, why didn't you save us, all you had to do was turn, all you had to do was become his apprentice. Why Trip? WHY?" The voices screamed in his head. The more Silus did this physical pain started hitting Trip. All the while Silus was in full control.
