Okay... this was officially the worst kind of predicament to get himself into. This was what Jake decided when he first heard Metal Tail's voice. He kept a tight grip on the emerald "Um... maybe I should wait before I give it to you..." he said to Metal Tails.

Mako glared up at Metal Tails, electricity sparking around him... he finally had a chance to destroy that metal monster. He threw out his hand and sent a bolt of lightning at Metal Tails.

"What! You dare defie a direct order from me! I will give you one last chance before I shred you to pieces for being a traitor." Metal Tails threaten Jack and then turned to Bunnie and Mako. "Listen I am decideing to be kind today. Just submit to robotization or be destroied!" Bunnie gaze at a moment at her metal arm.

"Ah'll never let you finish the job you tin can freak!" Bunnie shouted back to him.

Mako could already see where this was going and decided not to waste anymore words. He flung out his hand and sent a bolt of lightning at Metal Tails.

Jake didn't like the idea of being shredded, mind you, most of his body could be fine thanks to the hidden armor he war, but still....

As soon as Mako had flung out another lightning bolt, Jake took it as his cue to try and get away from the battle before Metal Tails came to try and take the chaos emerald from him. Now, that didn't mean he didn't have faith in the fox and bunny... he just didn't think that they could stop Metal Tails.

Metal Tails shielded the attack with his hand. "I see, then you shall perish!" His hands morphed into cannons which he fired upon Bunnie and Mako. Bunnie jumped out of the way and morph her metal hand into a cannon to fire back.

Mako hadn't expected Metal Tails to just stop his attack like it was nothing. So he barely dodged the canon fire when it was shot at him. When Bunnie fired, Mako sent another shot of lightning at Metal Tails.

Jake hid behind a hill and watched, wanting to run for his life, but wanting to see how the fox and bunny faired.

sonic watched birds fly by as he sat bored waiting for something to do
"lately all i get to do is sit around and watch the fun...ah what the hey its not like me to take orders anyways i should just find something to do on my own"

Metal blocked the cannon shot but was hit by the lighting. He twitch for a moment before turning to Mako and firing rapidly toward him. "You freedom fighters like the skills to take me down!" He taunted.

(Now for the answer to my question. The question was: "We don't need time...we need a hero" was a quote said by who.

Answer: In Kids Next Door movie episode called Z.E.R.O. They where talking about a plan to stop the effect of being turn into seniorcitizombies. One person says we can stop them if we have a bit more time when Number 3 aka Kuki Sunban says: "We don't need time...we need a Hero!" )

((I'm guessing that what Metal Tails is firing are bullets, made of metal... in which case...))

Mako didn't dodge, but instead ran a current using his electricity. He caught the bullets in the magnetic field and flung them back at Metal Tails, charged up with electricity, making them magnetized so that they would be attracted to and hit only Metal Tails, since he was already hit with lightning and no doubt, magnetized.

"Hmph Nice try mortal." Metal Tails taunted, he shifted his hands from machine gun move into laser cannon mode and blasted the bullets away so they would not hit him. "I have to hand it to you, I did not count on that move."

"Bet ya did not count on this one either!" Bunnie shouted as she tried to jump in the air and punch him from behind. He swung his tails which knocked her back to the ground.

"I actually did."

Mako took that opportunity to run another current, this one instead levitating him up off the ground so he could launch himself at Metal Tail, fists charged with electricity and swinging at him.

The mobian saw the sighns of metal tails cannons and several bolts of lightning swirling in the air, "sounds like a battle" the mobian thought a smile creeping on his face, th mobian slowly melted into a pool of dilver emerging as the exact copy of elias he ran towards the scene, too far away to be seen as of yet. "Even if this is a wild goose chase" the douple Elias thought, "it could be my only chance to locate the mobian headquarters" "and sonic..." echoed another thought.

Metal Tails swayed out of the way of Mako and swung his tails at him as well. "When will you Mobian's learn that there is no way you can defeat us and once we get all seven chaos emeralds, we will make sure you realize that for sure!" Mails threaten.

Mako, having no time to dodge, reached out and grabbed Metail Tail's tails, before amping up the electricity, planning on short-circuiting Mails even if it meant his hands got a litlle cut up.

"Agrrrhhh!" Was all Mails could shout as he took the volts. His jets stopped working which force him to crash into the ground.

"Way to go Mako! That's showing him what we're made of!" Bunnie shouted as she saw the move.

Mako crash landed on top of Mails, but effectivly pinned him down. His hands were cut up, he wouldn't beable to throw a decent punch, not to mention he was running low on power... this had to be finished now or the outcome wouldn't be good for him.

Mako raised his fist up, charging it up with some power and planning on smashing it through Mail's head...

Jake was very impressed to say the least.... the fox, Mako, was an impressive fighter.
