Metal sonic caught the blades as he sheithed them, he found elias's dead body and immediantly hid it "another mech eh" it murmered, realising although he hated sonic sloly he was becoming like him he slammed his fist into a nearby struchtre and changed back survaying the battlefeild, he changed himself into a mobian and began walking thew the wreackage appearing lost and confused.

Jake, finished giving another Mobian her last rights, caught sight of the lost looking mobian, unaware that it was really Metal Sonic in disguise. "Your really shouldn't be here, its dangerous... or are you looking for someone?" Jake inquired, his tone a kind one as he held his bible close to him, hands in clear view to show that he wasn't armed.

Metal sonic noticed the human calling him, "wrong one..." it thought as metal sonic said in a mobian voice, "just getting a few things before going on the mobian caravan" then acted innocent and looked the human in the eyes "you wont tell anyone will you?" the mobian said with big beady eyes.

Mails has already made it to Mecha HQ and confronted Eggman. "Why did you bring me such a weak mobian to be robotized?" Eggman demanded.

"Though he was a coward he proved himself in combat. However that is not the reason he should become Mechanized. Rather it is his connection to a certain Bunnie Rabbot I want to take advantage of." Mails claimed. "We both know that the Mobians are still very much alive and a threat to the human race when we find them, I want us to be at our best advantage." Eggman thought about it, unsure at first but he quickly warmed up to the idea.

"Alright then throw Antonie into the robotizer before his wounds prove to great for him to live." Mails bowed while smiling before he left.

Many of the Mobians where all not at ease. They knew they where pushed back and on there last legs. If the humans paraded into the base right now, it would be all over. Sally, who wanted Bunnie by her side while she did this but she is no where to be found, gives a speech to the Mobians. "I know that we all lost so much but we can not give up. I have lost my mother...father...and brother in this war and I know you all have also lost so many but we can not allow the humans to win. Defeat will not only mean the end of us but the sure destruction of our world....If the humans win it will spell destruction. This may the last place left on Mobius to live but it does not mean we can not win. We CAN take back our lands, We CAN take back our homes, and we CAN take back Mobius!"

Jake nodded "Of course... it'd be best to hurry though before some soldiers or mechas come by..." he advised. He still didn't suspect that the mobian was in fact one of the mechas, specifically Metal Sonic.

Mako was in the audience of mobians, all gathered to listen to Sally speak. The speech did make him feel better, it gave him at least a little hope left that they could turn this war. Mako noticed she still looked good even after the battle- no! No! No time for weird, crush feelings... this was war and Mako needed to focus on fighting and helping to win this war.

"Thank you" said the "innocent" mobian as it scampered off with a bundle, in truth the bundle was elias's arm blades but they were unseen under the cloth "that was too close" Metal sonic thought rushing out of the city, carrying the bundle close looking for some trace of the migrating mobians.

Jake was glad the mobian got away, no doubt in his mind that he would have been killed or robotized. He moved about the city now, if he found the body of a dead mobian or human and none were around, he would place them so that their arms were crossed over their chests. He knew the human bodies would have a proper burial, but it was not so likely for the mobians. He wished he could make graves for them, but a human carrying a mobian body around would raise too many questions...

"We have obtain information of a Chaos Emerald somewhere in the Green Hills. If we can get a hold of all seven chaos emeralds we will be able to turn back the tide of war and defeat the humans, but, we need a small seach party to go out there. It is in human territory and a dangous one at that but if the humans get a hand on them, it will spell our end. Who is going to find the emerald?" No one from the crowd seem to raise there hand. Sally was nervous and worried that she is losing the faith of her people, if they had any left to spare. Suddenly Bunnie got onto the stand.

"Ah go." Bunnie said. "Ain't know way ah will allow the damn humans to get an edge on us."

"I'll go as well..." came a voice from the crowd, belonging to Mako as he moved past the crowd to the front so Sally could see who had volunteered. There was no way he would let this mission slide, if he could help give the mobian side the edge, then he would gladly volunteer, no matter how dangerous it was. Not to mention a chance to tlak with Bunnie and look good infront of Sally- no! He had to quit thinking that! This was hella serious! No matter what happened, he had to focus and do everything he could to make this mission a success.

"Jake Steel!" Jake turned to see two human gaurds approach him, obviously sent by his brother Spencer to collect him. "General Steel wants you back at the main encampment, he wants to make sure your safe, as hes not completely sure every one of the animals have been run out yet." Jake nodded, repressing a sigh. He was sure he still had much work to do, but he couldn't cast suspicion on himself. He followed the gaurds to their vehicle and they headed off to the encampment near the green hills.

((Is this okay? I'm not exactly sure if the green hills are close to knothole...))

"Thank you Mako. Now I too will." Sally suddenly got interrupted by Bunnie.

"Sally, ya can't be serious, you are the last heir to the kingdom. If anything we can't risk losing you." Bunnie interject.

"Alright if you want it that way." Soon after a few more voluenterred to help in this hunt.

(Note we will not refer to the exsistence of the voluteers except when someone decides to play as them.)

Mako gave a nod in reply to Sally's thanks and was glad that Sally wouldn't go, but didn't show it. If anything happened to her, they would lose hope and most of the Mobian resistance would crumble or fall no doubt. Right now, she needed to stay alive as a symbol of hope to them...

It took the vehicle awhile, but not too long to reach the encampment. Jake was immediatly whisked into his big brother's quarters where he was busy going over a map with other human soldiers. He dismissed them though with a wave of his hand, making them leave so he could talk with his kid brother.

"Hello Jake... find the battle field interesting?" said Spencer, his voice rough and deep. It matched his appearance. He was on the tall side and muscular. He had slate colored eyes, a scar across his face from one of his earlier battles, uniform and a military buzz cut to top it all off.

Jake merely smiled weakly at his older brother "Ah... I guess you could say that." if by interesting, his older brother meant desolate and nauseating, then yes, very interesting.

"Now Jake, I need your help with something... rumor has it that within the green hills, theres a chaos emerald. My scouts can neither deny or confirm these reports, and I won't send out a huge force on a wild goose chase. I know your more a religious man, but your still quick on your feet, and that armor our brother, Felix, made for you will hold strong. So you and some men will go and see what you can find. Take a gun and a communicator so that if any animals show up or you find it, back-up will be along. I'm counting on you, little brother..."

Jake wanted to let out a sigh, but supressed it. He didn't want to, but if he did find a chaos emerald, he could hide it from them so the human side wouldn't get a big edge.

"Well we have a serect way out in the back that will take you guys close to Green hill. Got it." Bunnie saluted. "Bunnie you will be in charge."

"Alright. Come on guys lets move before the Humans get to it." She said as she made it to the serect exit. She checked on the computer screen to see if any humans where nearby. Seeing none she open the door and shouted to the group. "Come on, we got to hurry and shut the door."

Mako was quick to pass through the secret door to the outside. He was rarin' to go, which was made obvious as he put on his gloves. The gloves were actually made out of a special fiber so that the kick behind the voltage wouldn't weaken. He waited paitently as the others filed out...

Jake felt a little crushed in the vehicle, along with himself, there were six soldiers in it. They made it to the Green Hills in quick time. Seeing that there were no mobians and most were sure this mission would be a waste of time and end quick, they all were okay with splitting up into small groups to cover more ground. One soldier waited in the jeep as three groupds of two set out to scour the Green Hills.

Jake didn't feel so good about this... the man acompanying him seemed eager to shoot some mobians. He also had the feeling that the mobians would believe the rumors too and send out a team, if so, Jake might have to reveal that he had psycho-kenetic powers to the other soldier if things got bad.

The mobian still wandered about carrying the bundle, it was out of the city and was following what little remnents were left behind by the migration. "where are they", it thought stalking threw the forest he tried to recall a memory file that kept claiming it was currupt, it was another battle of him against sonic, in fact as the date showed, his first ((Is it ok if I use references to the first sonic the hegehog movie xd ))
