Last year, Inaba attracted a lot of attention due to the serial murder case that made its home there. With Tohru Adachi, the culprit, behind bars the town had started to fall back into it's usual peaceful, rural setting. The last of the reporters trickled out and everything seemingly went back to normal.

Likewise, things were quite normal with the Shadow Operatives. Shadow activity had lessened more and more as agents were sent to deal with problems. However, the former SEES team is about to find themselves dragged back into a new series of events as their former leader, Minato Arisato, has been located and revived, by unknown means. As a result, The Great Seal has fallen, bringing back the Television World and starting a whole new wave of troubles for the sleepy town. Thanks to a tip from the local authorities of Inaba, known to the town as Detective Ryoutarou Dojima, the Shadow Operatives were informed by their contacts of the rising activity, and subsequently the SEES team leader.

Join the Investigation Team or the Shadow Operatives as they embark on a new, combined mission. Search deep within your heart in order to find your true self, and find the strength to summon your own persona!

o2. Senpai is Queen. The moderator/Princess of this roleplay is Saiyusa. If Senpai is away, or hasn't responded, feel free to direct any concerns to her. Unless you have not received a response in three days, you should not have to message Saiyusa. Senpai will get to you!
o3. One paragraph minimum per post. This is not to be comprised simply of dialogue.
o4. Anime pictures only.
o5. Do not use asterisks or hyphens when roleplaying. Write in third person.
o6. Please differentiate dialogue from body text in your posts (boldface, colour change, etc). Only use italics for emphasis or thoughts.
o7. If there is a problem with another roleplayer in the group, please inform one of the moderators.
o8. Put some creative design into your posts. If you're not very good at coding or graphics, ask in the ooc thread. You'd be surprised at the talents of some of the members!
o9. New applicants will not be allowed personas unless filling a canon spot! This is due to the amount of characters lined up to act out their dungeons.
1o. Canon Characters require a post sample of about one paragraph to be sent along with the profile. I need to know that you can effectively roleplay as the character before accepting. Members with a canon character already do not need to do this.
11. For OOC, we have a thread - but we also have a Skype group. Please ask for an invite if interested! Most of our plotting takes place there.
12. You are allowed as many characters as you want, but please be aware of the following application rules. To start off with, you are allowed a maximum of two characters, One OC and one canon, or two canons if you'd like. After a week of active roleplaying, which means plotting and talking to others as well as posting in this thread, you may apply for another OC, or another canon. In order to qualify for more characters, you must be a member of the Skype RP Group, and you must have been with us for at least a month. This is to limit the amount of characters randomly dropping.
13. You will be notified when you have not posted for a week. You will be given three days from that message being sent, before your roles are released. If you need to go on hiatus, please say something in the chat/ooc thread, or message a moderator! This will help ensure that you will not be removed from the roleplay. We will not make exceptions if you forgot to mention something. You are welcome to reapply, but your character count will be reset (see above rule).
14. I'm sorry to say, but our Skype chat has pretty much taken over our ooc chatter. You will be required to have a Skype account to chat with us if you would like to join. Otherwise, you'll just be disconnected from all plotting and - honestly - the Skype group is really fun! Any of the moderators can help you set up an account, if you have trouble.

Inaba. A once peaceful and rural town is finding itself the target of much attention thanks to a series of murder cases that took place a year ago. While the natives to this town are mostly sick of talking about the murders, there's always the occasional reporter who needs to be chased off by the Inaba PD. It doesn't help that Inaba is home to an idol - Rise Kujikawa. Other important members of society have been found hanging around Inaba as well.

Not to mention, tourists visit from around the world to enjoy the hot springs down at the Amagi Inn. The family-run inn has become quite busy with the boom of tourists coming to the small town because of the serial murder case. Adventurers and adrenaline junkies alike all enjoy coming to the town to stir up trouble. Many new families are choosing to migrate to the town as well, as housing development has increased due to the growing demand for expansion in the small town. As such, an apartment building has been added to the town, out near Junes, in order to house all the new residents coming to Inaba. Junes itself is also receiving minor expansions, growing out their stock and receiving bigger funding due to the hard work by Mr. Hanamura.
