When she was done, everyone immediately clapped and gave their praise.

"That was really amazing!" Maylu complimented.

"You play really beautifully," Lain added. She wasn't a huge fan of classical music, but she did like how the violin sounded.

"Thank you" Sheena said as she put her stuff away she had heard the same praise befor time after time again.

"Ahhh the normal praise from fans always the same" Yoru said from the PET he was laying on his back with out a care in the world.

The day quickly passed and school was over.

"Lain, wanna come with us to the park?" Lan asked the girl.

"I've got better things to do," she replied.

"Oh, c'mon, Chaud's gonna be there!" Maylu added, grinning.

Lain shrugged. There was a light blush on her cheeks. "Fine"

"I'm going to get Sheena to come with us," said Maylu. "She looks so lonely, all by herself. I'll meet up with you guys later, k?" She left.

Sheena was at her locker putting things into her bag when she noticed Maylu walking up to her.

"Hey Sheena you want to come with all of us to the park?" she asked her

"Sorry I have to decline I have things to do later tonight that I need to prepare for" Sheena said to her.

It was six o' clock when Lain arrived at the park, only to see Lan, Maylu, and Tory there.

"Where's Eugene?" she immediately asked, only to quickly add, "and everyone else?"

Maylu grinned knowingly. "Don't worry, Chaud's coming."

"Dex said he couldn't make it because of some overdue homework, and Yai's just coming right now," Lan said.

Sure enough, a pink limo pulled up by the sidewalk and the Gabcom heiress herself stepped out.

"Hey everybody!" she greeted.

"Hey, Yai," Lan, Tory and Maylu replied. Lain just gave a nod of acknowledgement.

"Sheena said she had other things to do tonight," Maylu informed, sighing.

"That's too bad," said Yai.

"We can invite her to hang with us another time," Tory said, shrugging.

Another limo pulled up, this time black, and Eugene Chaud Blaze stepped out.

"Hi!" Maylu said, smiling.

"Hello," Yai said, rather stiffly. Her back was straight, her head held high; perhaps she meant it to be a pose of lady-like elegance.

"What's up?" Lan and Tory said.

"Nothing much," Chaud replied.

"Hey, Eugene," Lain said quietly, averting her eyes, a blush on her cheeks.

The boy gave her a small smile and nodded.

"So what's the plans for tonight?" Lan asked him.

"Well, I don't know about you guys, but I was thinking that Lan and I," Chaud turned his eyes from Lan to her," could go to the ACDC Grand theatre and watch the show tonight. There's going to be some famous people preforming there."

"Sure, that sounds great," Lain agreed, smiling.

"Then you guys do that; we'll-" Maylu started.

"I'll go, too!" Yai cut in loudly.

Maylu sighed. "Then we'll go as well." She was hoping to give Chaud and Lain some alone time with eachother, but Yai went and ruined that.

"But I don't wanna watch-" Lan was cut off by Maylu stomping on his foot.

"OW!"

Everyone, excluding Maylu and Lan, sweatdropped.

Sheena was at home prepareing for her concert tonight chooseing a outfit to where and what to sing "so Yoru what do you think I should sing tonight maybe black diamond?" she said

"Hmmmm I say Kokoro no Tamago I want to play on that guatair program again" Yoru said to her.

"Alright then I'll need something cute to where then since its such a cute sounding song then if I time I'll sing black diamond and we can test that new program the violin one" Sheena said serching through her closet still.

The theatre was crowded; an ocean of people. Luckily, Chaud had reserved a private booth up high above the room.

"This is so boring," Lan complained, just as the performer finished playing the piano.

Maylu lightly kicked him.

"Ow! Stop doing that!"

The magenta-haired girl stuck her tongue out at him. "Then you stop complaining!"

Lain leaned forward to watch the two. It was so obvious that Maylu liked Lan; otherwise she wouldn't divert all of her attention on him.

A hologram of Faye appeared on her operator's shoulder. "Maylu really should just get it over with and tell him she likes him," she whispered so the bickering couple wouldn't hear her.

"Yeah, she should," Lain said, laughing lightly.

Chaud nudged her. "Shh," he hushed,"The next performance is starting."

Lain nodded and leaned back in her seat, only to find his arm around her shoulders. She looked at him, questioningly and pink in the face, but he was facing the stage, as if what he was doing was an ordinary everyday thing. She smilied, shifted closer to him, and focused her attention on the stage, too.

"Our next performer will sing the song "Kokoro no Tamago". Please welcome to the stage the amazing Sheena Ieit!"

"Woah, Sheena?!" Lan shouted over the applause.

Maylu kicked him again.

Sheena began to sing her song next to was a halogram of her net navi playing the guaitar but Lan and the others had no clue it was her navi.

"Wow for such a quiet girl she had such a good voice" Lan said.

"Ahhhh her voice is sooooo cute don't you think so Megaman?" Roll exclaimed

Megaman nodded, gaping at the beautiful black haired girl performing.

Roll frowned, envy bubbling up inside, and kicked him.

"OW!"

All of a sudden, the lights shut off, leaving the room entirely pitch black. Deafening sirens screamed through the alarm's speakers. People started panicking, shouting, and Sheena had stopped playing.

"What's going on?!" Yai shouted through the noise.

"Protoman!" Chaud whipped out his PET.

"I'm looking into it," Protoman said. "It looks like someone's hacked into the theatre's security system!"

"Dammit!" Chaud growled.

"What do we do?" Lan demanded, looking around wildly in the dark.

"In the dark, nothing," Lain replied.

"Megaman?"

"It's dark here, too, Lan," was the blue navi's reply.

"Silence."

Though the voice wasn't shouting, it thundered in the room, and abruptly, like it ordered, everything went deathly quiet.

" Yoru go check it out" Sheena whispered to her navi as she then slowly fell on to her knees holding her arms around herself sacred.

"sure not a problem don't worry don't be scared ether" he said as he went on to the net his eyes changed from blue to a yellow like a cats "I don't see anyone or thing" he thought looking around still.

"Good. Keep it that way," the voice continued. "Or else there'll be Hell to pay." The voice didn't speak again.

The hell?' Lain thought.

"We gotta do something!" Lan whispered urgently to Chaud.

"I know," the fellow Net-Savior answered.

Laind knelt down to the floor and started crawling around, her hands feeling for a jack-in port. While she was doing so, someone stepped on her hand, and she winced.

"Huh? What was that?" came Lan's voice.

"You stepped on my hand, moron," she answered.

"Oh, sorry!"

"Why are you on the floor anyway?" Tory asked.

"I'm looking for a jack-in port; I know there were some around."

"I'll help," Chaud offered, and he, too, began feeling the walls.

"Bingo!" Lain whispered triumphantly."Guys, found it!"

"Where?" Chaud asked.

Lain took out her PET, the screen being the light source for them.

"Great job, Lain."

"Thanks!"

"Jack in! Protoman, power up!"

"Jack in! Faye, power up!"

"Jack in! Megaman, power up!"

"We'll help, too," Maylu offered.

"Jack in! Roll, power up!"

"Jack in! Iceman, power up!"

"Jack in! Glyde, power up!"

"Can you find anything?" Lan asked his Navi.

Megaman shook his head. "It's too dark in here to see anything."

"I can help with that," Faye said. She tapped her temple twice, and a dark-purple tinted visor appeared.

She sucked in a breath.

"Guys, there's viruses here around us everywhere. There's a few at the main system; I'm guessing we need to get to them to turn back the lights."

"Well, dammit," Protoman cursed. "How are we supposed to do that if we can't see?"

"You don't," a voice replied. "But Pretty here and I can."

"Who's that?!"

"Who're you?" Faye asked, narrowing her eyes at the black clothed, cat-like Navi who suddenly appeared right in front of them.

"Name's Yoru, NetNavi of the Sheena Ieit," he answered. "At your service, Madame Bella."

"Guys are you sure we can trust him?" Roll asked.

"Well if I was your oppontent I could have deleted you all now no?" Yoru said "anyway just watch and see" he said makeing a black sythe apper in his hands "shaow wave" he said then a purple wave knocked out half the virus.

"Impressive," Faye commented flatly, warily watching the alerted viruses approach .

"What? What did he do?" Megaman asked.

"He wiped out half the viruses with one move," she replied.

"Wow, that is impressive!" Roll said in awe.

Megaman crossed his arms and glared. "Hmph."

"See? I'm on your side," Yoru said, grinning.

"That's great," Protoman said, indifferent.

"I'll take out the remaining viruses," said Faye. "Be right back!"

Running to one of the Mettaur viruses, a bright purple light glowing from her hand, Faye cocked her arm back and swung her fist forward, the Mettaur virus deleted.

The other Mettaurs started to quickly close in on her.

"Lain, I need an Infinite Arrow chip, now!" Faye demanded.

"Got it," replied Lain. "Infinite Arrow, battle chip in, download!"

A silver bow and arrow appeared in Faye's hands. She readied the bow, pulled the string back, and let it go; the single arrow becoming many, each striking down a virus.

"Faye, the lights!" Lain reminded her Navi.

"Right."

Faye went over to the computer, inputing a few codes, and the lights came back up.

"How is it?" she asked.

"Awesome, the light's are back!" Lain responded.

"We still need to find the culprit behind this," Protoman said, he and the others coming up behind Faye.

A sigh echoed. "No need to go through the trouble," the mocking voice said. "I'm here. My God, you just had to interfere."

"Thank godness the lights are back on" Sheena thought as she got up "Yoru good job" she said to him.

"Thank you but our problems aren't over yet" Yoru said to her "who are you?" he demaned to the other navi.

Everyone gasped at the vampiric Navi flying above them.

"Shademan," Protoman growled, pushing Faye behind him.

"Who the Hell is this?" Yoru asked, glaring at the newcomer, already knowing he was bad news. He readied his scythe.

"Someone who's supposed to be dead," Megaman answered.

Shademan cackled. "Ah, but Megaman, vampires can't die; they're already dead!"

"So he admits he is a vampire," Iceman mumbled.

Megaman readied his Mega Buster.

Shademan smirked. "There's no need for violence here, Megaman. Besides, I've already got what I came here for."

"And what's that?" Faye asked.

"Oh, you don't need to worry about that yet," was his reply. He flew off and disappeared.

"Wait!" Protoman shouted. "Dammit."

"We'll see him again," said Megaman darkly.

"Do you think the Nebula's back?" Roll asked, worried.

Faye shook her head. "The Nebula's gone, that's for sure. Shademan must be working for himself."

"Or for something bigger," Protoman interjected.

"Yes, that, too."

"So do you mind telling what the Hell's going on?" Yoru asked impatiently.

"We would, if we knew what," Glyde replied.

A window appeared. "Protoman, is everything clear?" Chaud asked.

"It looks like it, Chaud, Sir," his Navi replied. "Shademan's left."

"Okay. We're going to HQ after this. We need to report this to Mr. Famous."

A window of Lain appeared. "Yoru," she adressed Sheena's Navi," you and Sheena will have to come with us to HQ; you've gotten yourselves involved. Mind telling her that?"

Maylu's face appeared. "And tell her it's important and mandatory," she added.

Yoru nodded. "You got it." He turned to Faye and Roll, and winked. "I guess I'll see you later, ladies."

Faye rolled her eyes.

Roll blushed. "Y-yeah, see you later!"

Megaman and Protoman glared.
