James Sirius Potter
"I just keep runnin', with real love in my face, why am I breakin' away? I keep running, so scared of heartbreak, so scared of makin' mistakes! When all I really need is you, all I really need is you! But I keep runnin'..."
"Anthony attacked you two, Jynx." He said, looking her in the eyes. "Not I." He paced the room's wall three times, thinking of the D.A. room, then stepped in and set Cadmus down on a group of cushions. He stepped back, then looked at Jynx. "Do not try anything." He ordered, not trusting her in the least, and for good reason. Just because she appeared to be remorseful meant nothing. He looked at Cadmus, then murmured, "Ennervate" and Cadmus slowly woke up, glancing around.
"Wha-" He mumbled tiredly, then his eyes fell on James and he sprang to his feet, only to be forced down again by a sharp nudge by James. Cadmus fell back down, grunting slightly but showing no sign of severe pain. James was firm, but not aiming to cause damage. "What do you want?" Cadmus asked quietly, his tone and eyes already showing he dreaded the answer.
"Tell me how Voldemort was able to return."
Cadmus was silent. He looked away, unsure of what to say or if he should say anything at all, so he stayed stock still, and said not a word. His father was his father, no matter what had happened. He was the only family he knew, he had, and he wasn't about to give that up. No, not now.
James sighed quietly. "I don't want to have to hurt you Cadmus..." He said, his grip tightening on his wand. Cadmus appeared not to have heard him.
