Lina got up completely forgetting about her leg and pressed on that first. "Aiya!!!!" She grabbed the cruches and got read. "I am gonna wear something different since there is that bar night thing tonight that I have heard about. i cannot really put on pants so a dress is the way to go." She sighed. "I have not worn a dress in so long." She looked through her closet and found a dress. She put it on. "I cannot believe i fit in this." She then went out of her house and went to the inn. Since she really could not cook that well with crutches. She has not gotten too used to it. "I will stop by there later and cook some stuff up. First, I want to see the cook in this inn and see how good he cooks." She got to the inn and looked inside. She whispered. "Hello anyone here."

((Re -Post I posted this in the wrong time last night so yea ^^;; ))

There was only one thought going through John's mind at the moment: I hate life. He did. He hated it. He spent all night last night working at the bar, only for his boss to spring on him that there was, in fact, a party at the bar the next day and 'could he maybe stay on and help prepare'. So that was how John, working on 4 hours of sleep from 5 days ago (thus going on 116 straight hours awake), ended up cleaning the bar like a madman, glaring at the wood as if it had done him the greatest insult in the world.

When Sai wondered aloud, he turned to her and snapped, "Wonder what?" then growled at himself, whined, and collapsed his head on the counter, leaving it down there.

"Saiiiiiiiii," he drawled out, his voice muffled from his face-down position on the counter. "I'm going to die. Like, I'm really going to die. All I ask is that you tell Allen to bury me away from that old guy in the cemetery. I've always thought it had a bad aura." He was working himself into his grave, and the party hadn't even started yet. What was he going to do when he was running around and serving people?

Sai turned to John and watched him face-plant into the counter. She hadn't seen him this tired before. He usually held his own very well with in their little non-sleeping group. She slept the most of them all with only 3 hours a night. But John and Allen were able to go days on that one off day of 20 hours rest. It was a wonder they weren't already dead.

She walked over behind the bar and grabbed a face cloth, running it under cold water, wringing it out, and laid it on the back of John's neck. "Here this will help some." she said standing next to him and whipping down the area he had been attending to. Some how the over-worked bartender had managed to not clean a single inch of the stained oak bar in all the time he had been standing there, working a rag over one area. "You're not going to die."

"Did you know I have pet fish?" She asked, trying to start a light conversation. She found that if she was talking to someone, it was easier to stay alert and awake. "I didn't even realize till yesterday when I got home." she said with a light giggle. "I was like, "Oh My god.... why is there a bowl on my table." I looked in and there were these two very ugly fish. So I named them Godzilla and King-Kong. I think it's fitting."

I'm at the Bar,
I'm very tired, and in desperate need of more coffee.

Giving up with his organizing quest, Menard stood up slowly, cursing his old knees. He laughed at himself as he staggered out the door and into the road. Who'd suspect the little Innkeeper of suffering so? He wondered if the bar served drinks this early. Maybe he could convince someone. He eventually made his way straight there, to the bar. There was some sort of bar day or something that evening. That was his kind of party. Nothing better to do, he'd stay all day. They'd have to throw him out. He cheerfully wandered into the bar and collapsed in the nearest chair. He was sleepy, his knee hurt, and he'd gotten a paper cut somehow that he hadn't noticed. He sucked on the injured finger and did a quickie spell to removed the blood from his sleeve. He thought it was going to be a long day.

(There is a demon in my head trying to kill me, so sorry that sucks...and dunno if I'll be on long or at all later tonight...sleeeeeeep.)

At home....

Carmen looked at what was in the package from her sister. It wasn't books. It was mostly a rather light pink sundress that her sister made. Looking at it she smiled a little and then looked at one of the yellow oranges. Yesterday went very well. She got more of the fruit then she did last year. And it was thanks to everyone that helped her. And as some thing extra she let them watch the sunset under that big tree
Along with some snaks, ice coffee, and some other drinks. She sighed , might as well wear it. When she put it on she looked at herself. and sighed "Why, oh god way does she want me to show off my legs!!" Carmen Had a thing about showing off her legs.

They where nothing but covered in freckles and they where long. Some what yucky?...well to her they where . But they where great looking long legs.S her sister says and she wanted Carmen to show them off. Well she was wearing the dress now and She had to get going to the Bar. Everyone was going to get-together. She just hope She didn't work them to hard and they would be all sleeping. She looked for some boots. Might as well hid her legs one way or another. She looked at her hair...Up or down... Down. But she tied it back a little in a half bun. grabbing a sweater she left home with her bag in hand and her phone in her pocket.

At the Gloomy Day Bar.

She looked at her self a little, looked at her boots smoothed out her dress a little and sighed. She was a little nerves. But she did promos to come. Carmen poked her head in the Gloomy day bar "Hello?" Stepping in she closed the door behind her. "Oh~" she walked into a coat rack. She didn't know why they had to be so dark in a bar. "John ?" Walking into the bar she sat down next to Sai. She fixed the ruffle of her some what short pink dress. She sighed a little and looked at the bartender "You okay John?"

She might have a feeling she over worked him yesterday "I didn't over work you did I?" she asked being cunsern for everyone that helped her at her farm. Listening to Sai she smiled "I have big fish...Really big fish, But interesting names...'

[Edit: I had to make the post a little longer. Ill have Carmen dress up in a bit.... ]]]

Lina walked through the inn on her crutches, whispering. "Hello, anyone here?" She looked around curiously. "This place looks empty." She got a cold chill. "Kinda creepy." She went farther in. With each step she took there was a click from the crutches. "This place is kinda big. I think a person could get lost." Se walked back to the entrance seeing if anyone was there. "Heeellllooooo?" She whispered again.

John looked up tiredly, eyes half lidded. "Your pathetic attempts at conversation are appreciated, but not very effective. Don't worry. You can just leave me to my slow demise." With that, his head flopped back down on the counter.

He heard the door open, once, then again a moment later, but he couldn't bring himself to pick his head up. It felt like lead, or magnetically attached to the wood- as impossible as that might have been. When someone sat in front of him, though, he was forced to look, whether from courtesy or simply so that his head wasn't in the person's face.

"Hey, Carmen," he dragged out, fumbling with a bottle and bottle opener under the counter. If he wasn't going to wake up naturally, he may as well have a drink. He leaned back so he could see what he was doing, and finally managed to open it, taking a long drink for him before turning his attention back to Carmen, a slightly easier smile on his face. "Don't worry about it," he told her. "The work was fine, and I'm fine. Just tired from the bar all night and all day. Helping in the orchard was fun, not a burden."

Lina saw that no one way there so she left. "I guess I will come back later." She clicked her way down to the Gloomy Day Bar. she passed it up and then stopped a few steps away. She turned around and looked at the bar. "Lets check this place out." She worked her way inside. She opened it and place one of the crutches inside and finished opening up the door. She went all the way in. First she looked at the guy that looked totally exausted. She thought to herself. "What is wrong with him?" She then saw Carmen tried to wave but lost he balance. She regained her balance and blushed being embaressed. "Hi, nice to see you again."

Carmen looked at John and giggled a little. Seeing him try to look at her and lift his head " I really should Give your boss a good talking too..."She said as she reached over to fix his hair "You looked like some Allen berried ..." Looking at the door she saw Lina. "Its you...Hows the leg." She was about to get off her stool to help her but Lina looked fine. She sighed and fixed her hem again.

"Well I'm glad you had fun.." She was glad. She was happy evin. She enjoyed seeing other people having a good time or when there happy it made her happy. She watched John and sighed a little "When was your last brake anyway Luv?"

John took another quick sip of his beer and set it aside, mumbling a hasty 'Can I get you anything?' to the girl who had walked in. While he waited for her to decided- hoping it would be something on the simpler side- he considered Carmen's question.

"Not since yesterday morning," he said, thinking about his last break. "But I haven't slept since New Years, around five days ago." He rubbed the back of his head in a sermi-nervous gesture. He really needed to learn how to sleep without falling dead on the floor. It would probably do him good, in the long run.

"But," he reassured, "I'll be fine. I just need some time for the next bout of sleep-high to kick in. You know that feeling, when you're so tired you actually get more awake? I practically live on those. And coffee," he added with a laugh. Really though, this wasn't that bad. If he'd been home with nothing to do, he wouldn't be sleeping, and he wouldn't even be nearly as cranky. It was just the whole having to be at work that was driving him insane. He took his hair out of its ponytail and redid it, something of a nervous habit he had.

Carmen sighed "Okay that is your taking a bitty brake!" Picking her self up she took the stool with her. She let herself in back of the bar placed the stool down and then Lightly pushed John to sit. "I swear the only people are suppose to work hard are Farmers and ranchers they actually have to do real manual laborer " she said jokingly. And looked at him "And I do not want to hear you protesting, complaining and whining.....Or I will put you in the corner". She some what joked.

She looked at everything around her taking note where it was. "Now just tell me what to do.." She said looking at all the bottles. And she really did mean what she said she would put him in the corner if he got up.
