Gloomy, cold despair; It was quite evident in the lurking darkness of the morning. In a place like Citricos you rarely found someone smiling out of actual happiness. Unless of course that happiness came from the pain of another, yes, that was something slightly more common. Yet, the early morning was not a time for such devilish emotions, it was a time for sleeping. A time for peace. A time to relish in the fact that for a few hours, you were actually normal. Or allowed to be at least. Jacques never got to know that feeling and he probably never would.

Another sleepless night had passed as the young man laid on top of his sheets, eyes shut tight. The man had been wide awake for hours simply reminiscing on the past while he awaited the sun to rise. It was a funny thing what a sleeping disorder could do to soul after so many long years. ”When the moon says goodbye and the sun says hello, on the three hundredth and sixty sixth day of the year, I will sleep. My pattern will reset and I will sleep.” Jacques exhaled the breath he had been holding and opened one eye. The sun was on the brink of making it’s big appearance and his roommate was waking up. Tai, the young Tai. Jacques was older than the boy by six years and yet he found it so easy to get along with him. One thing was certain and that was the simple fact that his roomie was quite useful. After all he was activated director, and the right hand of Sooh. The lovely Sooh. “Hey girl, lemme talk to you~” Just like that, helpful Tai became pain in the a** Tai. Focusing hard on not bursting that beautiful bubble of the peaceful morning, Jacques did his best to ignore the boy as he pranced about their room in song. On and on he went, his voice bouncing off the walls of Jacques sleepless brain. After a few minutes, the man couldn’t take it anymore, steaming with frustration he opened his eyes and sat up in his bed but atlas the singer had vanished. The room laid still, basking in the fear from the sleepless undead who remained silent.

It was still early, afternoon early to be precise. As appealing as lying in the bed wide awake until lunch call appealed to the man he knew it wasn’t a plausible thought. If he continued being a lazy loner in the confines of his room he would get a stigma. He would become known as the grumpy old man or the incompetent half-wit who couldn’t form a civilized conversation with anyone, sane or not, and he just couldn’t let that happen. He owed it to himself, and with that in mind the monster rolled off his bed and made his way toward the bath. He took a quick bubbly soap, washing away the impurities of tomorrow, before climbing out and towel drying. Unlike some of the other guests he wasn’t one for wasting unnecessary time air drying when he was the only one around to enjoy his gorgeous body. After all, sharing was caring and there would be no time for that if he wasted it all on air drying. Once the cloth has soaked up every droplet of water off his delicate porcelain skin, Jacques proceeded to dress. He slipped on a pair of silky red boxer briefs and a fresh pair of black denim jeans. The jeans were tight fitting which only added to his overall look as he pulled on a zip-up, faux fur lined jacket and a pair of holey shoes. Without even bothering to zip up the jacket, he left the privacy of his room, exposing the rest of the patients to his awesomeness.

Cycling through his everyday motions, Jacques found his feet carrying him to the kitchen. There were a few voices coming from the room, which he had expected. As his legs continued to carry him, the man glanced up and took in everyone that was in the room. Now, a few faces he was actually glad to see while others not so much. Choosing a spot near the counters, Jacques approached a pair of women. One being the most gorgeous Reina while the other was the beautiful but delicate Catherine. The two didn’t appear to be deep in conversation which honestly didn’t matter to him anyway. ”I’m here now, so please proceed on telling one another how deliciously amazing I am.” His eyes shifted from one woman to the other, throwing in a wink for them both. He didn’t mind looking at either one which made conversing with them second nature. ”Oh? Is this hot chocolate?” The sight of the practically empty mug set a wildfire smile across his jaw. Without even a second though, the man picked up the white, lip-stick stained ceramic container and downed the rest of the warm liquid. ”Delicious.” With that he set the mug down and licked his lips, allowing his eyes to make contact with that of Catherine’s. He was playing with her, or attempting to rather. ”So, anything fun planned for the day? Anything special I should know about?” This time he looked to Reina, knowing very well that if anything was going down, she’d be the one to know about it. After all she was a doctor.

Sitting upward, the pale hand reached forward and grabbed the plastic cup from the table that have been filled to the brim with water the night before. The red head took a small sip of the warm water before setting it back down on the table. It was too quiet around here. The walls were painted white except for the few red blood stains on the wall from the unlucky man who walked into her cell a week or two ago. He had been a lovely person. Very tasty too. Cordelia bite her lips lightly, trying to hold back her smirk. The female let out a small yawn as she slid off her squeaky metal bed, letting her bare feet touch the cold tiled floor. This Asylum was so boring. Everything was the same around here. White walls, white floor, everything was bleached, the mixed smell of flowers and blood filled the air. What this place needed was some color. The red-headed female walked over to her mirror and frowned at the plexiglass that covered it. Another unfortunate person had their head smashed into the last mirror. This was their preventative since Cordelia was not about to have her mirror taken away. At first glance you wouldn't think that a pretty girl like Cordelia could be in this crazy place. Truth is that the pretty face had to be locked away in this place. She was crazier than the rest really. Ocean Obsessed, A Kleptomaniac, In love with shiny objects, A select mute(at times), Seductive to get her way and worst off all she had a love for the taste of human flesh. The female had to be placed in Intensive treatment all the time and when she was let out she had to wear a medical mask over her pretty mouth the keep the teeth from biting.

Cordelia picked her brush up and brushed her hair gently, the light Auburn curls draping over her shoulder. Stripping down she put on her normal flowing outfit and walked over to her door. Seemed no one was around. What a pity. Cordelia stuck her arms through the bars and placed her face against the bars to look out better. "You all just gonna let a girl rot in here? Cordelia called out and pouted when no one answered back. "Screw you too then." The female pulled away and walked over to her small table. Opening the door her eyes grew wide at the sight of all the shiny objects. Little random objects she had picked up when she was allowed to leave her cell, all of them were so pretty. The little red plastic blob was one of her favorites. You could hold it up to the light and it would shiny through all pretty like. Just as she was being hypnotized the red light the sound of keys in the lock rattled behind her.

Cordelia placed the plastic object back in the drawer and shut it while standing. "Answering my plea I see~" The female teased. "Put the mask on." The guard said harshly making Cordelia pout. Reluctantly the female picked her mask off the table and put it on her face, the guard walking in quickly and cuffing her hands behind her back. "So harsh." Cordelia muttered from behind the mask and walked out of her cell and down the hallway. The two got into the elevator and made their way down to the first floor. The female could smell the pool as soon as the elevator doors opened. Sure it wasn't the ocean but it was close enough. Walking quickly in that the direction she waited by the door impatiently for the guard to catch up. "Hurry the hell up you lazy a**." She muttered and tapped her foot against the floor.

Everything before they got intimate had been a blur for Neil. As he tried to keep his arms from buckling underneath him and possibly squishing Rizzo, it all came rushing to the forefront of his mind. The most prominent was that Rizzo is a sex addict. What they had just done would definitely not help her deal with her addiction. ‘If she even wants to deal with it.’ Neil thought. She also suffered from depression, which would seem like more of a pressing matter than the sex addiction, but what did Neil know? His problems and addictions were things he had learned to live with. He didn’t feel ashamed of them or brought down by them, in fact, he kind of enjoyed them. Say something horrible happened, as long as he left no notes for himself on the horrible incident, he didn’t even have to know it happened. His substance abuse, no matter what substance, just helped to enforce his forgetfulness when he got to drift off into his drug induced hazes. ‘And really, who hasn’t flipped from one extreme to the other every now and then?’ He pondered. Looking at Rizzo he felt a new feeling, he wasn’t quite sure what it was, though he knew that he thought she was brave. But he thought a lot of kids in here were. Everyone had their own issues and each issue held a certain level of severity to each person. Still he couldn’t imagine having to suffer and not being able to take a nap and forget about it.

Neil briefly went over all the other things they spoke about before getting to know each other better and decided that Rizzo was someone he had to keep around. Not just for the sex, which he thought was just amazing, but for all the other things she offered. She was warm, bright, and brought beauty to his dreary world. When around her, he’d tried not to notice, but he seemed capable of expressing other emotions beside his two defaults. To think they hadn’t been around each other that long and already she was pulling the butterfly out of its cocoon was astounding. This also scared Neil. He could already tell that he was caring about things that he had once viewed as unimportant, but worst of all was that he hoped to remember this tomorrow. Neil’s only defense against getting better was that he didn’t want to remember. He wrote things down so that he’d know what happened, if he decided to read them. He had thousands of notebooks full of his past, his thoughts, and his present state. He had never shared these notebooks with anyone, except when he was forced to show the therapists and doctors, but one day he knew Rizzo would want to see them. Well, maybe not. Rizzo wasn’t in a relationship with Neil and who said she wanted to be? She was a sex addict and they had sex, just as he was in need of a fix and that soft, powdery mound flying up his nose was only a fix and nothing more.

‘No!’ Neil thought sternly. ‘There’s more there then just a quick fix.’ He knew one couldn’t develop a relationship over night, or mid-morning in their case, but he could tell more was going to come out this. He was intrigued by her and could tell (or hoped at least) the feeling was mutual. Neil was pulled from his thoughts as Rizzo spoke. She suggested that he write about their romp in his book. Neil looked at Rizzo, then at his book, then back at Rizzo before catching that she was kidding. He laughed at the joke but made a mental note to write about what happened kater. It was important to him and that meant it was worth keeping track of. He couldn’t let Rizzo see him write about it. She’d think he was lame or cheesy and while he was both of those things he didn’t want her to know. When Rizzo nipped at Neil he smiled and a light blush crept across his cheeks. Once Rizzo was out from under him he collapsed on the bed, since he didn’t have to fear crushing her. Only when Rizzo entered the bathroom did Neil get up and start getting dressed being sure to shove his notebook in his back, left pocket. When Rizzo came out Neil had just pulled his beanie over his hair. He hadn’t been worried about what he looked like, since he figured no one else would be. It hadn’t crossed his mind that Rizzo could get into trouble for his sloppy mistakes until she fixed his hair and hat. He smiled back at her. Neil waited for Rizzo to put her shoes on. “We should probably go down for lunch. Besides, I don’t know about you, but I have worked up quite an appetite.” He said with a laugh.

“My lady.” He said bending at the waist and holding out his hand to Rizzo. He was acting like a stuffy, old, gentleman for no other reason then it was the first thing that came to mind when he thought about escorting Rizzo down to the kitchen. He waited for Rizzo to place her hand in his and walked with her to the door. Once there he opened the door for her and exited after she was through. He wanted to grab her hand again and walk down to the kitchen like that, but he thought it might not be the best idea. They should act like friends so Rizzo doesn’t get in trouble. Besides they were just friends, weren’t they? So Neil walked along side Rizzo in silence. He wasn’t much of a talker, besides what was there to say after something so intimate had occurred. One couldn’t simply say, nice weather we’re having, especially since the weather was anything but nice. Truthfully Neil didn’t mind the snow, he found it to be beautiful and claming. Not everyone felt that way though. Neil and Rizzo made their way downstairs and eventually into the kitchen. When they entered the kitchen Neil looked around. All he saw were colors. Not literally. He wasn’t hallucinating, but instead of names he could only recall the colors. A man was moss, a woman was orchid, a girl was white as the snow outside, and a young man was as orange as a pumpkin. Neil looked at Rizzo. He hadn’t expected her to eat lunch with him, so was this where they parted ways? Deep down he hoped not.

Hyun just bowed his head as the women left the trio alone together. Alice had greeted him and Hyun just patted the girls hand. “Well hello Alice,” he said before asking “How is that brain treating you?” he just gave a small smile before agreeing with her mentioning about tea. “I would have grabbed two more but I’d probably get caught so sharing a cup would be great but then again we have different taste buds,” he rambled before sticking his tongue out to point out the different types. Pulling his tongue back into his mouth Hyun just looked at Nied to only lean back as he lean forward asking about the bats. Pulling his eyelid down he just asked “Do I look cured?” he needed another person to see since he felt fine though maybe there were some lingering around. Last time he had ran around swatting at the darn things but to others it wasn't there. He thought the best way was to soak himself in water which seemed to work.

Alice had spoke up mentioning the roof being infected and having medical attention. “They have a roof man so maybe Mrs. Sooh will call!” he suggested as his head bobbed continuously before stopping when she mentioned the hatter. He was wondering where that crazy guy was but he hadn’t show up yet. “I do hope so,” he mumbled before scratching at his cheek to only stop when she mentioned the white rabbit. “Running around probably!” he laughed at the guy probably zooming around the place with a clock in hand. He did wonder where the timer was because they needed to know if it was exactly the right time to have tea. Putting his arms around the two of them Hyun just mentioned “They have a variety of tea bags so maybe we could try them all,” he just thought about the different cups on the table filled with tea bags soaking in hot water.

The Red Queen, such a scary person who ruled over Wonderland. Alice was able to beat her beast so he didn’t think she should worry so much about the person. “Well let’s say she is a frenemie!” he put friend and enemy together. That about summed it up so maybe she could be a friend in a rather scary way as well as with her other knight. "Maybe we should be thinking about the White Queen," he suggested since she was the kindest sister who treated everyone in an equal level. He would fight for her anytime since his size was an advantage. The twins would probably rush off though not him, Nied, Alice, or the Mad hatter. He wasn't sure about the cat but surely he'd stick to the white queen since he didn't seem to have an good side with that crazy red queen. What was the point of cutting heads off other then killing someone. There were many ways to kill a person but just cutting the head wasn't a way he'd like to go. He would be buried in one piece. His parents looked at him crazy when he mentioned that.

Mentioning his parents he couldn't help but wonder what they were doing. Probably sitting in the kitchen in peace. He wished they would visit him but so ashamed of him that they never once visited though they did leave him packages of his favorite snacks. He would share with the group and though maybe trying some different tea would be good. The more to try the better and surely the group would know what they would like very much. He favored the green tea even though it had not taste but with a couple of sugar cubes would perfect it along with different finger food snacks which would be exhilarating.

The two workers were quite something. His voices told Patrick that Sooh was going to torture him the first time her got here but it didn't turn out that way and they said Tai was just another crazy person that would interfere with meeting his parents. Patrick had kept a distance from Tai but he seemed to always talk to Patrick that the voices became rather foggy to him. He told his parents so much about Tai that they just felt he was going to be cared for. Here and there they would visit so it was about time. He believed they were in Vermont visiting family since he received a letter and one small picture of them. He wished that he could have come along but last itme he attacked his uncle when he came near him with a fork. The voices had told Patrick that he'd attack him which only made him nervous.

The family just held him down as his mother tended to his uncle apologizing. He was yelling at him for being a wack job which is when his dad got involved. He didn't like having his son being called names. Patrick feeling a bit down just dug his face into the ground but his mom had pulled him up telling him everything was alright. She just told him to be quite as she rubbed the dirt off his face. She took him to the room they were using to only have Patrick clean around the place. The only thing that kept Patrick from going crazy. Snapping out of his thoughts Patrick just rubbed his nose.

Looking up at Mrs. Sooh when she agreed to him having a suit but they needed to call his parents. Nodding, Patrick just imagined himself walking around the place with his umbrella to only show every staff his new outfit. Waving, Patrick watched as Mrs. Sooh left to tend to the other patients. Shifting, Patrick just pressed his feet against the floor to only startles when Arianna had popped out of no were. He just let out a yelp. She was his roommate who Patrick was fine with being around though sometimes he can’t help but feel a bit unsure if he cleaned around her area that she might get mad. Arianna was a nice one so the voices just seemed to be wrong. She didn't mind the whole cleaning at times so he was fine though when ever he found undergarments lying around he just slowly backs away. Gripping the arm of the couch Patrick just put his hand over his head before looking up at her as she asked if she could join the two. Biting at his lip he just looked at Tai. He had informed Patrick the next time it didn’t work he could find him and figure something out. “Alright!” he said as he just gave a goofy smile at the touch of his head being ruffled. Reaching his hand out he just touched his head after Tai moved his hand. He wanted the other to just do it once more but he just got his attention snatched away.

Tai to Patrick felt like an older brother. He had tendencies to follow him even though he was with other patients. He felt the need to interrupt to have his time with Tai though there were times when he would just back off since there were certain patients he couldn’t help but feel a bit scared around. Suggesting to go with Arianna made Patrick a bit nervous. He watched as Tai left only making Patrick follow but he just stopped and look back at Arianna to only reach out to take grab of her pointer finger. “If you don’t come Tai won’t show up,” he whimpered as he started to motion towards the kitchen. Making his way to the kitchen Patrick just found a good table near the window. Moving two chairs he just laid his hands on the top to only have those tempting to sit go somewhere else. Arianna had to hurry or he would be told to move somewhere else.

It happened at a restaurant he went with his parents. He hated the person for trying to push them away when his grandparents were coming. The voices encouraged him to attack the other. Lunging at the guy he just yelled " Leave my parents alone!," the security escorted them away and they ate at home. Patrick had felt like it was his fault and locked himself way in his room to bang his head on the wall thinking he ruined a good time for them all but his grandparents had him sit on there laps no matter how old to only tell Patrick to stop crying and be a good boy for his parents.

Sooh didn’t mean to scare the poor girl, a reason she waited until the song was over, well that and the fact she knew the girl strode for perfection, and if she messed her up in anyway, it just wouldn’t end badly for them or the poor piano. It was that and the fact she figured Fawnia wouldn’t have been in such a deep trance still, of well people make mistakes. The horrid sound made from the piano as the girl slammed her hands down in surprised made Sooh come alert again. She hadn’t jumped but it sure was a small wake up all from the hectic morning. “Oh, I’m very sorry Miss Roux. I didn’t mean to startle you in anyway.” Her small hand covering her mouth as she did feel a little guilty about the whole thing, maybe next time she would knock on the frame of the door of some surface to get her attention or try and make some sounds on coming up. Then again if patients knew she was coming they would be expecting and expecting wasn’t always the best things in the world. If they knew then they could automatically change what they were doing, and she needed to observe them in their natural ways so to speak. Sooh kept quiet as she let Fawnia calm herself down a bit before she was going to say or do anything else. Looking up at the closet clock she could find, she needed to go and make the announcement to get all the patients out and down to the kitchen area to get their food and make sure they were ready for the meeting today.

Seeing the happened on the girls face made her smile softly, nodding along to her words.” Yes! I heard every bit, and it was a very beautiful song.” Sooh tried to give as many compliments and encouraging words to the patients in the center, even in a gloomy and hectic place like this; a word of two of something good was always a small step into a better direction. Even the worst of patients responded positively to things like that. She would feel the pair of eyes traveling all over her and she stood still in the doorway, there was no telling what was going through the girls mind, but she had a good idea at least of what thoughts were being pushed around. After working specifically here for about six year, Sooh had easily been able to notice the little things in the specific patient types around here. Sooh had actually started working in this place three years after her husband, in this three years she was away she’d been at another place until her marriage to husband had been arrange and to make it easier here she moves already high in the ranks so a secured job above the rest had already been in her grasp. She kept her friendly smile on her face while nodding to the compliment in thanks.” It’s about time for you to head to lunch to get some food now, we have the monthly meeting today.” Finally putting her role in the room into business, as she still hadn’t heard anything on the location of the other two patients, she had full trust that the other staff would handle the situation. She wouldn’t be called again about then unless something terrible went wrong. Which shouldn’t happen, nobody ever wanted to contact her about the terrible happens around her, and she could easily get into full charger mode. An angry Sooh was much different than the normal calm one who only showed her rough shell to get done what she needed.

” That takes a lot of worry of my shoulders, we are not made of money and it’s getting harder to keep supplying Pianos.” Well only half of the statement was true, since the facility could easily keep restocking on anything they wanted, this was one of the best centers out there so people from all around came here to have their families fixed to the brim. Which they could actually do. The numbers of people leaving this place was drastically higher then the amount that never set foot in society again. Taken by surprise Sooh took a small step back as the Fawnia stepped up to her and started to fix her makeup, it wasn’t to strange a thing for the girl to do but still she wasn’t ready for it at all. Chuckling as she let the girl do her thing, figuring the chaos of the morning had gotten to her already, a small freshen up wouldn’t hurt anything not that her mess would be visible to anyone but Fawnia right now.” Run along to get something to eat now.” Holding the door to the room open and not even a few seconds after that she felt her heart and stomach just drop. What in the hell was this woman doing here and so early! It was still at least three days before she was suppose to come. Luckily she always kept the place in tip top shape and in order, but with everything going on this morning Sooh had her small doubts. It wouldn’t be a good thing to make a call to the staff now telling them to check the halls, it would look to suspicious. Then again, hopefully word would get around Anastasia was here, it usually did in a matter of seconds when board members showed up. Sooh held pride in knowing she could handle every board member that was thrown at her and that this wasn’t her first time dealing with this woman. Giving a quick smile to Fawnia smile and nodding her through the door, Sooh automatically took action and looked up to Anastasia with a welcoming smile, full of seriousness too, she knew this woman was not one to joke around.” Miss Daratranzanoff, you are early, and no call.” There was also supposed to be warning call before any board member came to say in the facility.

Quirking and eyebrow at the woman’s news Sooh though back to which receptionist should be working at the time and chuckled softly.” I do believe it’s her lunch break, you must of caught her at the wrong time.” Holding the door open still for Anastasia to walk through as she began to talk again. Sooh knew the looks in those eyes, but she did have a facility to run.”Let’s make our way to my office unless you have another place in mind. I just need to go the front to make the lunch announcement.” Walking out of the library in a short silence before she started the questions. ” So I hope your drive wasn’t too bad with the weather.” The walk to the front wasn’t that bad and super quick, going behind the front desk, Sooh make the quick announcement for all patients to get to lunch hand be ready for the meeting at two o clock in the third meeting room. After that she made her way to her office where Anastasia should’ve been waiting for her.” Sorry for the wait but duty does call. Where could you like to start?”

She smiled down at Neil after fixing his hat and scanning over his body, since it really was such a turn on. to make sure nothing else about him walking next to her would give away the fact she had broken her “promise” to the doctors. Yea she swore to never touch someone in any sexual ways or break the barrier between her and other patients. Hell like that would last long and this wasn’t the first time she broke it, over the years having gotten much, much better at hiding the facts of what she did. Nothing seemed out of place and since she’d fixed his hair everything was back to normal. Sending another smile in his direction before going to grab her shoes. Flopping to sit on Boo’s bed just so she could put them on. Tying the laces quickly before standing up to straighten her shirts out and stuffing her hands into her pockets to push the material back down inside.” Yeah, I agree and they will probably be checking rooms too soon. Don’t need that drama.” Flipping her hair back over her shoulders just as her stomach decided to let out a small but still audible rumble. Laughing as her hands instantly went to hold her stomach. ” Well I guess that answers your question on food.” Letting her hands slide down from her stomach till they were loosely hanging down at her sides.

When Neil decided to bust out the fancy gentleman behavior with the ‘my lady’ and all. Rizzo couldn’t help but to gently bit down on her bottom lip, hiding the smile that was trying to force through her emotions, doing an awful job and hiding it away as it found its way to the surface anyway with a small blush. Doing a cute little giggle before doing a cheesy curtsy and setting her hand in his gently. Rizzo was a normal woman really, able to blush and be easily charmed by the small cheesy things guys did. In reality she was really weak against the dorky and cheesy things guys did, secretly it was the men that were like that she loved the most. Nobody ever seemed to think of her as a normal woman since being in this place, like it automatically branded her as an insane freak when in reality she was just tended to be sadder then others and crave sexual pleasure. Nothing on the insane tag she was pretty normal. Rizzo let her hand slowly slip out of his bigger one as she exited through her own door and waited for him to I follow over, he was being so cute to her right now, and for some reason she just wanted to smile away, but she held herself back. Walking to the kitchen was a pretty silent walk but she could feel or swore she felt something going on in the walk. Like things should be said or something was being held back, she didn’t know it was a weird feeling almost unexplainable. She was making up questions in her mind as they made the trek to the ground floor and to the kitchens, scanning the room for open spaces and people in the room. Seeing a few of the people she would normally talk too or be seen around, even some doctors and therapist were in there. Right as they bother entered the room, Sooh’s voice came on the intercom making the normal announcements of lunch and how everyone should be heading there now.

Looking up towards Neil a grin came on her face as she grabbed his hand quickly and lead him over to a table.” Eat lunch with me today! Okay?” Pushing him gently to a table that had about three other seats around it also.” Tell me what you want and I’ll get it.” Waiting for his answer before she walked off to the kitchen to fetch the food for them both, not making it herself she told the cooks there and like always they would bring it to you. A small skip was in her step almost as she made her way back to the table when she spotted Jack and a few of the staff around some other patients. Sneaking up behind Jack she slipped her arms around his waist as her fingers slipped around the belt loops of his tight black jeans. Looking up at him from her spot on the floor, his form was much taller than she was, a grin on her face along with almost an innocent look following.” Eat with me? –Or should I say us, I made a friend today.” Laughing and she looked over towards Neil, then back to Jack and then over to Reina and another woman who she really couldn’t think of the name for. Rizzo kept here eyes on Reina a bit knowing that all the doctors had been told to make sure she wasn’t doing anything wrong, Rizzo thinking quick on her feet then looked to Tau and she slipped her arms away from Jack. Waiting on his answer to eat with them, giving her attention to the very attractive therapist now,” You could even watch over me.” Looking him in there eyes before turning on her heels and walking back off towards the table she knew Neil was waiting at, about to sit at her own seat when she felt herself being lifted up and placed on someone’s lap. A surprised squeak coming from her mouth as she wasn’t expecting it. Clutching onto the wooden table as she looked over her shoulder to see that she was not sitting on Tau’s lap. Not saying anything against it, instead she just instantly made herself comfy on his lap moving around all over until she settled in just right. A grin on her face the whole time, until she leaned forward placing her elbows on the table and propping her chin up with her hands. Just waiting for the food that should be getting there now, or any minute.

”. . .And so they lived happily ever after.” There was a slam, followed by silence. The young blonde woman sat crossed-legged on her bed pondering over all that she had just read. ”Who lived happily ever after?” Her high pitched voice was quizzical as a delicate hand tossed the children’s book aside and hoisted up her chin. It was midday, the sun was out but the clouds were winning the battle. Cool air drifted into her room from the abyssal unknown world outside of the walls of the asylum. She was allowed to go outside but she didn’t care to. The woman liked to stick to what she knew and she knew Citricos. Dory had been a resident of the facility for a few years and in all actuality, it didn’t bother her. Sure, a few of the therapists and other residents gave her the heebie jeebies but for the most part she knew how to speak their language. She had been practicing that silent code that seemed to pass between them all. Once she got all the little eye twitches down that would be like the eighteenth language she was fluent in. Well made-up language.

”Where did everybody go?” Her blue eyes met with her own reflection in the mirror as she talked to herself. She stared intently at the girl looking back at her, waiting for an answer. ”Well, aren’t you going to say something? I don’t have all day you know.” Dory continued to stare down the girl and the girl continued to stare back. It was turning out to be a very unbeneficial conversation and the blonde was getting impatient. With an oomph she wiggled off her bed and walked closer to the mirror. The girl staring back kept up the silent act, boy was she good at it. ”Well I’m Dory and if you figure out where they are, let me know.” With those departing words, she smiled at the girl in the mirror and exited her room.

Luckily for her, she resided on the fourth floor. Her roommate was Park Seok and he had apparently left the room ages ago. Well not ages, just moments. Probably when Dory had slipped out to the library to pick up her book. The book that she was going to return when she found it sitting in the kitchen. Or maybe that was the lounge. . . . or the bathroom. ”Just keep walkin’, just keep walkin’.~” Petite Dory sang the words as she descended down the staircase. With every flight, she started over. By the time she had reached the ground level, those three words had been repeated over a hundred times. It would’ve been more useful repeating what she was supposed to go do, but that simple seemed to slip her mind. ”Why am I here?” Curious, the woman looked around. People were moving around here and there but not one face reminded her why she was standing at the end of the staircase on the ground level. ”Has anyone seen my squishy?” This seemed like a ridiculous statement, childish even but she was being serious. Every day the woman asked the same question and every day the question went unanswered. Therapists had said she was looking for something to care for, they also told her she was too unstable to take care of anything. Well not unstable, forgetful rather. She once had a pet rock by the name of squishy but he turned out to be the complete opposite of squishy. Within hours, poor Dory lost interest in the thing and lost it. That was the last squishy she ever saw and so her question still lingered on daily. ”Squishy! Oh Squishy!” Her small frame began to propel forward, wandering throughout the halls.

In the midst of her adventure she stopped short of a doorway. There was quite the commotion coming from inside. Four voices, four voices that sounded spooky. ”Food sounds lovely.” Just like that, Dory turned on her heels and marched her way to the kitchen. It was a much happier place. Well as happy as Citricos could be if you weren’t taking medication. Which she was actually supposed to be doing, but who would remember to do such a thing anyway? Silly doctors. Once the tips of her furry boots hit the doorway into the kitchen all the conversation hit her like a tumbling tree. There were so many faces, so much chattering going on. Oh and it seemed that lunch was right around the corner. What perfect timing. The woman took a step forward, actually entering the kitchen when the voice of Sooh tickled her ears. Apparently, there was going to be a meeting, a mandatory meeting, which meant she needed to find a seat and stay put for a small amount of time. Unfortunately that just wasn’t possible, not for Dory anyway. ”It would be a lovely afternoon for a swim.” So with those words, the distracted blonde turned around and headed for the pool.

This adventure was a short one, within minutes Dory found herself facing another doorway which led into the pool area. There were faces here. Faces of people whose names always seemed to slip her, face that were too familiar to send her into a lengthy introductory conversation that would more than likely be cut short half-way through. ”Oh, oh! Cathy! Over here.” She frantically waved at the redhead and stepped forward approaching her and ignoring the fact that she was snapping at her handler. ”What a coincidence! I didn’t expect to see you down here Kelly.” She smiled at the woman, slowly shifting her gaze to the guard who was lurking behind. ”Hi there. I’m Dory.” A cheeky grin took over the lower half of her face as her attention shifted back to Cordelia. ”Have you seen squishy?”

KR-THUNK! Thump thump. The large stack of books that had been successfully perching precariously on the edge of the bed for the past few days had finally given up and toppled over, it's crashing ripping the small boy huddled on the other corner of the bed out of his slumber. Raising his head up sleepily, the young man examined to scene of the wreckage momentarily, his eyes shifting between the current pile of books and their previous resting place. After ensuring that there wasn't any serious need to him to fix the mess, Luka flopped his head back down and stretched his legs out. Thud. Luka recoiled his leg just a second too late, the broken stool that had been standing upside down on the bed next to where the books used to be now on its side on the floor, undoubtedly even more broken than before. 'Stupid stuff, can't you just stay where you're supposed to?' Luka thought, sitting upright and sending a glare at the stool. Quickly getting over his anger at the uncooperative object, the fair haired boy turned his attention to the clocks on his bedside table. There were five of them, to be exact, though only two were actually functional.

It was close to lunchtime, meaning Luka had once again slept in way too late and missed his opportunity to go exploring for more treasures. Try as the staff here at Citricos might, there continued to be pretty unsuccessful in diminishing Luka's love for obtaining new possessions. The young teen's side of the bedroom was proof enough of that. From the rolling chair with only half its wheels, to the almost brand new coffee pot that sat under the bed, Luka never turned away any object that came his way. Much of his belongings were broken, or used to the point that they were seen as worthless to anyone else who looked at them; but Luka loved each and every item he owned. Rolling off his bed, the boy landed on his hands and feet before pushing himself into a standing position. “Augh!” He cried out. The sharp stabbing pain in the bottom of his heel causing a tingle to shoot up his entire leg. Lifting his foot up, Luka examined the puncture wound on his foot, the culprit, a short but sharp thumb tack, still lodged in place. Bracing himself mentally, Luka closed his eyes and ripped the tack out, his teeth biting into his bottom lip as he did so. “The floor is not your home little guy!” He scolded the tack, dropping his foot back to the ground and walking over to his bookcase. Luka had to shuffle through a pile of clothes and a cluster of empty water bottles to get there, careful not to disrupt the items too much. Placing the tack on the shelf second from the top, Luka nodded in approval. His room looked like a complete trainwreck to everyone else in Citricos, but to Luka there was a perfect order, a precise place for everything that came into his possessions. Chaotic Organization, he often liked to call it.

Turning his attention to the pile of fallen books, Luka frowned slightly. This was the third time the stack had fallen since being put there a month ago. Sure, a bed seems like an ill-fitting spot for books, especially when one is in possession of a bookcase, but Luka liked having the novels close at hand at night. The broken stool, on the other hand, was going to have to find a new home. Propping the stool up on top of the broken rolling chair, Luka decided they were similar enough to be grouped together, and turned around again to tackle the mess of books. Crouching down in front of the pile, Luka began to gather and resort the novels, not by title or author, but by how pretty the front cover was. The most beautiful went on the top, those with an ugly outside color went towards the bottom. His copy of the Koran, which was cover-less, went on the very bottom. Luka used to own hundreds of books, but they, like most of his possessions, had to be left behind three years ago when he had first come to Citricos. The ones he now claimed as his own were either found lying abandoned somewhere in the building, or had been snatched from another patients room. Luka didn't usually steal, but sometimes an item that someone else had was too tempting to pass up. Besides, no one else here cared about stuff the way he did, so to Luka it only seemed fair. Putting the final straightening touches on the newly organized stack of books, Luka grinned to himself. Standing up, the boy spun around to face the large bundle of clothes that lay in the center of his half of the room. Rummaging through the stack, Luka pulled out a pair of jeans, a plaid button up, and a gray hoodie. Slipping the items on over his white sleep shirt and boxers, Luka proceeded over to the stack of shoes in the corner. Setting a few pairs aside, Luka came to his brown boots and retrieved them from the bunch. Putting the other pairs back in a semi neat fashion, the male flopped down to a sitting position and slid his feet into the shoes. Lastly, Luka grabbed a knit cap and a pair of fingerless gloves from off the middle shelf of the bookcase and slipped them on. Once the teen felt he was clothed well enough, he waded through the clutter of his room to the bedroom door and exited the room.

Walking to the end of the hallway, Luka came to a door, the door to the stairwell to be exact. Entering the stairwell, the boy silently descended the steps til he reached the ground level. Luka was one of the lucky few that lived on the first floor, so he never had to walk far to get anywhere important. Though that never stopped him from exploring the upper floors; there were always interesting new treasures to find in the higher regions of the building. Coming to a halt at the kitchen door, Luka slid his hand around the doorknob. Just as the boy was about to open the door, Sooh's voice popped up on the intercom, alerting everyone to the fact that it was now time for lunch. 'Dammit...' Luka thought, yanking the door open. Normally he tried to time his meals so that he would be done and out of the kitchen before too many people crowded the area, but it seemed he was a tad too late. Stepping into the kitchen, Luka's eyes quickly took in his surroundings. There were quite a few people already gathered in the kitchen and the lounge, making food, ordering staff members to make them food, and chattering amongst each other. The small boy's eyes came to rest on one figure in particular: A tall, heavily tattooed man by the name of Jacques. Ever since Luka had met the man, he couldn't help but be scared shitless whenever the figure crossed his path. Though, to be honest, most people in this place freaked Luka out, but he was usually able to just ignore them or get over their creepy tendencies. Not so much with Jacques. It wasn't his skeletal appearance that creeped the young boy out, though that didn't help all that much, it was his demeanor. Jacques didn't seem to care how uncomfortable he made other people feel, not to mention he was one of the most narcissistic people Luka had ever known. Now, idolizing yourself and making others feel out of place wasn't all that bad, but there was just something about the way he did it, the style in which the slender, inked man communicated with other people, that sent shivers down Luka's spine. Purposely avoiding the older male, Luka slunk around to the fridge, pulling the steel door open. Grabbing out an apple and a bottled water, the teen gently kicked the door closed again. Taking a few steps to the left, Luka pulled open one of the cabinets and grabbed a blueberry poptart. Wandering to an empty chair, the boy sat down and began to eat his food in silence.

Arianna sighed softly she was still slightly shaken by the chairwoman ‘s sudden appearance she’d been in the same room speaking to her for a total of maybe thirty second and she already couldn’t stand the woman which was saying allot because she usually gave everyone a chance. The blonde lady was mean and cruel. She heard Tai speak and looked up quirking a brow, “Ari, I swear your Chinese is so much better than mine.” Arianna giggled softly, “Well if you’d study it more you’d be great.” She smiled, when they first became friends the whole reason she learned the language was because she wanted to be able to have conversations with Tai in Chinese, then she found out his Chinese sucked so bad. But learning the language didn’t go to waste after all turns out it was a good thing Sooh, Chang and herself were able to converse about things seen during the day that were off or bad without anyone else knowing what they were saying. “Well perhaps I should learn Japanese then, you’re better at that language right?” Which honestly made not a shred of sense to her, wasn’t he Chinese not Japanese? “I can’t go, which totally sucks. I have to go find Boo-Boo with Vega, but I’m sure Patrick here would love the company. “ Ari frowned, “Eh? Boo’s playing hide and seek again?” She wasn’t too please she was looking forward to her Tai and Pat having lunch together since they rarely ever got to do it. Though in actually she really shouldn’t be too disappointed Tai was sleeping over in their room tonight so it wasn’t too big of a deal. “Go find miss boo boo before she gets into trouble.” She laughed softly, that girl had a knack for finding trouble.

Arianna laughed when Tai nudged Pat with his hip, “Careful you don’t send him flying Tai.” She grinned when he yelped, she laughed as he wiggled out, she smiled as he spoke to Pat telling the boy he’d be back and they’d find him a dapper suit. She looked over at Pat and raised a brow, “Why does he want to find you a dapper suit?” She stated with a quirked brow. After Ana had left Tai made a comment that made her laugh “Well then, I think I know who to avoid from now on out.” She nodded, “I have to agree with you on that one Tai.” She grinned and nodded when he said he’d be back, “See you soon.” It wouldn’t take too long for him to find Boo. Ari looked over at Pat as the boy began to follow Tai but he seemed to stop himself, he turned around and took her index finger she smiled, “If you don’t come Tai won’t show up,” She blinked as he whimpered, “Well then lets go get some food!” She exclaimed happily walking with Pat letting him hold her index finger, they arrived at the cafeteria and the raised a brow there seemed to be many people there. She spotted Reina with Catherine a patient she waved to the doctor who waved back, then she spotted Tau or Scar as he preferred to be called then in came Rizzo and Neil she smiled at them as well. She watched as Patrick went and got seats a nice set by the window she nodded and grabbed two mugs of hot cocoa and then whatever was for lunch and she walked over and sat down, “I wasn’t sure what you wanted so I got both options.” She smiled and set the plates down “Whichever you don’t want I’ll eat.” She smiled she’d grabbed a third plate knowing what Tai would want to eat, it never really changed. “Here’s some hot coca.” She smiled and set the mug down. “So how are you today?” She quirked a brow, “OH did Tai tell you he’s sleeping over tonight?” She smiled, “I’ll go get some movies from the DVD section of the library we can have a movie marathon, I’ll even make chocolate chip cookies and other sweets.” Anyone who was a patient or worker there that knew Ari knows how good a baker she is, she’s sort of a baking genius. “What else should we do? I’m sure Tai’s going to want to paint his nails and have his hair played with in some way shape or form.” She grinned contemplating the color she’d paint her nails.

Ari looked over at Pat and raised a brow, “So, blue, purple, green or red?” She asked in a soft tone, she had to remember not to overload the poor boy with questions, she was sure he was nervous but she didn’t want to make him any more nervous. Patrick is like a brother to her, she tends to get protective over him but she’s like that with everyone she considers family.

They fall in line one at a time
Ready to play no time to lose
We've got to move steady your helm
Fire your guns it's time to run
Blow me away I will stay, in the mess I made
After the fall we'll shake it off
Show me the way

Only the strongest will survive
Lead me to heaven when we die
I am the shadow on the wall
I'll be the one to save us all

Sleep didn’t come easy; in fact it didn’t come at all. There had been emergencies all night long people trying to break out of containment as usual; Reina had come to him to tell him about a patient who injured herself during the middle of the night. There really never was a dull day or night at the asylum. There also was never a peaceful day or night, as much as he would have loved one he’d be very disturbed if there was, no patients acting up would surely mean there was some kind of plot. But then again calm day was impossible even If the patients were calm and quiet...why? Tai was NEVER calm and quiet; it took a miracle to get his baby cousin who was more like a son to him to shut up. It took an entire pot of coffee through the night and well the coffee he was nursing at the moment to keep him awake; honestly coffee was like crack to him he was most definitely addicted.

Mr. Lee a new patient has just arrived.” Chang looked up from behind his desk to see one of the file clerks come in holding a file, “Pilgrim state faxed this over, it’s a big one.” He raised a brow as the woman placed the manila folder down on his desk, seems like this person has quite the record. “Let’s see.” He opened the folder, “While I am going over this take the patient to a room please.” He sighed and ran his fingers through his hair. It didn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out this girl was related to Tau one of the doctors here. “Well damn.” He muttered, his little sister, how interesting. Something seemed off to him about Tau, he wasn’t sure what but he just seemed wrong. One way or another he would get to the bottom of it, he just hoped his sister wasn’t anything like him. His eyes scanned the page and he blinked, this was one messed up patient, she could potentially be dangerous. He’d have to speak with his wife about adding more rooms to the containment unit. “Narsissistic personality disorder, bi-polar disorder, sadistic personality disorder.” He muttered, “Sounds like you’re talking about me.” Chang whipped his head up his eyes narrowed as he saw a young lady standing in the door, her eyes a lovely cross between blue and green her hair dual toned platinum blonde and brown. He could see the resemblance between them, “Did the clerk allow you back here?” He quirked a brow. “As if,” The girl pushed off the wall and walked close sitting on his desk, “I ditched her a few minutes after we left the main lobby on that little tour she was giving. The woman is boring, I’d rather watch paint dry then deal with her.” She stated her tone bored.

Chang frowned he could tell just by looking at her she was going to be a handful, “Why did you pick this facility Miss Dalen?” He raised a brow, frowning as she leaned in, if he looked down he’d have a clear view of her cleavage but his gaze remained locked on hers, she leaned in and whispered in his ear, “Come now doctor you certainly could not have acquired the rank of second in command here being stupid.” She paused, “You know the reason I am here, let’s not play dumb it doesn’t suit you.” Chang felt himself gulp, yup she was definitely a piece of work and not in a good way. “Miss Dalen I am uncomfortable with you being this close, did your last facility not teach you to respect personal space?” He stated standing up and walking around, “Hm well they tried problem is the teachers weren’t very good.” Chang sighed, “Well,” He looked down at her file, “Veronic—“ “Vitani…” She corrected, he looked to the file and back at her, “Veronica let’s go show you to your room since you skipped out on the tour.” He could see her narrow her eyes and he could tell she was behaving herself, obviously she wasn’t too fond of her first name. “Lead the way doc.” Was all she said, honestly he was expecting much more of a fight, he was instantly worried, five minutes in a room with this girl and he could gather a few things, she was good at hiding many of her disorders whoever diagnosed her was damn good at their job, she was also decent at manipulation. “Anyone ever tell you that you have a nice a**?” He heard her say. He felt his eye twitch slightly with annoyance this girl was honestly horrible.

“Here we are.” He ignored her, “Your roommates name is Cordelia, though I must warn you…” He frowned reconsidering putting her with that patient, “She is a cannibal and highly dangerous.” He could sense her stop, “How interesting, never met a cannibal this shall be interesting indeed.” He frowned, he didn’t like that response at all, anyone who was normal would be shaking and shuddering crying and even begging to have the room changed, Cordelia was to keep her mask on at all times when she was in the presence of other people, she’d gone the longest time without a roommate so for her to now have one the girl would be forced to wear the mask all the time. ”Take a look around,” He looked inside and immediately noticed that she was missing, Cordelia that is. “Seems like your roommate isn’t here.” “What a brilliant observation doc. What a pity I was looking forward to meeting her.” He frowned, “Well I’ll send someone to give you a tour do try to stay with them this time around.” He stated going for the door but he felt her behind him “Why don’t you stay with me,” She whispered her voice had dropped to a seductive whisper, she licked the shell of his ear but he was unfazed he merely turned and pushed her away, “Enough, Im married and even if I weren’t I’d never lay a hand on you.” He stated narrowing his eyes with annoyance, “Pity, well you’ll come around in due time….they all do.” The evil glimmer in her eyes was unsettling, he shrugged it off and walked away.

He’d ended up finding Reina and asking her if she’d seen Sooh he hadn’t seen his wife afor most of the night and into the morning he was hoping to catch her for maybe fifteen minutes to eat together. “The library.” He muttered and blinked making his way there he got sidetracked when he spotted Tai, Boo and Vega, “Ah Boo were you hiding again?” He smiled down at the little girl, the child loved to play hiding games, no matter how many guards he put on her she managed to slip away, really at such a young age she’d made it into an art form. “Tai in about thirty minutes come find me and Sooh alright?” He stated placing his hand on the boys shoulder. He smiled at Vega and then walked away finding his way to the library. “There you ar—“ He frowned seeing the mane of platinum blonde hair. The chairwoman was here. “Ms Daratranzanoff how nice to see you.” He looked at Sooh he knew his wife would know that he didn’t mean that at all. He couldn’t stand the blonde lady, “You didn’t give notice.’ He stated, “Yes well call it a surprise visit,” He heard her say. He looked from his wife to the chairwoman, “Is there something wrong Mr. lee? Do you need to see Ms. Sooh?” Chang raised a brow his question for his wife was not important but it seemed the chairwoman perhaps wanted to get away, “You look worried perhaps something important happened I will leave you two to talk.” Anastasia looked over at Sooh, “Ms Sooh let us talk before afternoon activities, I’d like that update then.” Chang blinked the moment she’d said update he knew it had to do with how the facility was, “Thank you Miss Daratranzanoff.” He nodded as the blonde walked away. Once satan exited the library he sighed and walked over to Sooh pulling her too him, “I swear I hate it when the board members come with no damn warning.” He sighed, “It seems you’ve been freed up from what I can see, do you think you can spare thirty minutes to have lunch with your husband.” He smiled down at her, a smile only for her eyes.

Was there logic in Tai Zhengs actions? Not really, but he really couldn’t think of anything else to do in this situation. I mean, he could hardly remember being a kid, and the things that he could remember they were, well, a bit disturbed. Not in a bad way though, he just had a habit of, well, being naked and running through the streets. None of this hide and go seek madness. Jeez, this was almost more annoying than what he assumed his parents had to go through. Tai never hid like Boo was doing, no instead he chose to flaunt himself to the world. Actually, now that he was thinking about it maybe he was more of a handful than miss boo-berry was being. At least she wasn’t running around in her birthday suit like he used to do. Thank the heavens for that. Maybe that was why he was so unphased by some of the things he saw here, I mean being such an odd child; it must have prepared him for all of, well, this. Tai continued to shuffle around on the ground, peeking under table and chairs, at least he could get into the mind set of a child easily. He was in it most of the time anyway.

Above him, he could almost hear the confused look on Blairs face as his face was pressed down onto the floor. In all honesty, Tai Zheng couldn’t believe that Blair hadn’t been doing this herself, I mean to him, it was the only logical way to do this. It was faster too, this way he could scan the entire floor for any signs of any little feet. Or at least, That was what Tai Zheng thought would happen. He slowly began to sneak up to a table, his butt wagging in the air as his hands crept forward to the cloth, however, something beat him to the exposing moment before he could do it. Within a moment, a small, adorable child was jumping out at him, yelling like, what Tai Zheng could only assume, was a dragon. Completely shocked Tai Zheng let out a yelp as he stared at the young girl with wide eyes, his body frozen in position. While in his confused, shocked state, Tai Zheng let out a muffled yell as the small Boo scurried over his back in an attempt to get over him obviously. From the weight on his back, Tai allowed his body to fall completely down onto the ground, resisting the urge to let out a colourful array of swear words. He was, in fact, in front of a small, impressionable child. “Holy small children, batman”

Tai could hear Boo and Blair in the background, however he was stuck on the floor, wide eyed, staring underneath the table. What the hell just happened to him? Did he just get attacked by a small, innocent child? Well, clearly that was exactly what happened. He, Tai Zheng Li, was just ambushed by a child a quarter of his height. Clearly, he was loosing his touch. Well, either that or he was getting old, and to be honest, there was no way he was old yet. He was so baffled by the incident that he hardly paid attention to Boo leaving the room and Blair approaching him. It wasn’t until her hand was near his face did Tai realize she was offering help to get up. Oh thank goodness. “Yeah I’m okay, just a little . . . baffled? Yeah, that sounds about right” Tai Zheng sighed as he took Blairs hand, helping himself up, visibly deflated from the mornings actions. This was a first, he was actually running out of energy, he needed a coffee or something. Dusting his pants off, he quirked an eyebrow up at Vega as she mentioned Scar and Mr.White, causing the Dragon boy to smirk. That would be hilarious. “I have a feeling she’d be their biggest competitor. Two grown men versus a little girl, yeah, I’d put my money on Boo any day.” A small chuckled escaped Tai Zheng, stretching his arms over his head, listening to his bones crack in a content manner as he did so.

Yeah, he needed that coffee now.

Stiffling a yawn behind his mouth, Tai Zheng sent Blair a tired look “Why is it so busy in here this morning. Vega~ Make it stop, tell them to all have naps!” The young boy whined as he leaned his head on Blair’s shoulder, closing his eyes pretending to fall asleep on the security womans shoulder. Oh god thank god he had been here for a while, when he first started here, he was pretty sure he was on Blairs nerves 99% of the time. Now though, at least she tolerated him. Opening his eyes, he sent her a cocky look before getting off of the older woman, and instead threw his hands behind his head, spinning around so he was facing her. He opened his mouth once more to say something however shut it quickly upon hearing a familiar voice his one and only father cousin, Chang. Looking like a puppy seeing its master, Tai gave a quick nod at his cousins request. “Eh, wait! Where the heck are you guys gonna be? Damn, why you gotta make it so hard?” Again he was whining. Probably the only reason why he wasn’t fired from all his complaining was because of that man right there, there was no way he would fire family.

After his small outburst, Tai visually deflated once more, looking back onto Vega with tired eyes. Right. Coffee and food. “You wanna come get some food, Blair? Knowing you, you’ve probably been everywhere in this place already, girl you gotta be hungry, ya?” Without so much of waiting for the woman to answer, Tai locked his arm with hers and began to drag her along with him, whether she wanted to or not. “I know you can make a decision for yourself but at this time of day, and because I’m so tired and hungry, I’m making it for you. This way miss Bossy pants thinks we’re still working , or some junk like that. It’ll make sense after we eat something, I promise.” Tai was just talking at this point, nothing made sense. Pulling Vega with him the small distance to the kitchen, clearly on a one track mind, all in an attempt to find coffee and food. Hopefully Ari had read his mind and gotten him food already.

Shuffling his feet into the kitchen Tai stopped walking and let out a loud, dramatic groan, allowing his body to hunch over. “So many people~” He whined scanning the room. He quickly found Pat and Ari sitting together, obviously waiting for his arrival, then there was Jack (He had to make a mental note on asking him how his morning was due to his singing) accompanied with Neil and Rizzo – he shuddered at the sight of the girl-. Let’s see who else, some of the mad trio consisting of Hyun, Alice, and Nied. Then, together were Cathrine and Reina, and of course Luka by his lonesome. Letting go of Vega, Tai Zheng made a b line for the coffee pot, actually contemplating just drinking it from the pot, however, he did the proper thing and poured it into a mug. Despite having a huge natural source of energy, he didn’t like feeling groggy or out of it.

With a content smile growing over his face Tai Zheng turned sharply on his heels and began to walk in the direction he assumed Ari and Pat were, however, he was wrong. Luckily for Tai he managed to look up before running into a certain sadist Therapist; Scar. It took him a moment to fully understand he had almost ran into the only man here that could shut Tai Zheng completely up. How the hell did he over look this man when he came in? “Whoa, sorry scar, wasn’t lookin’ ya?” Tai gave a nervous laugh and wave before awkwardly shuffling away from the older man. ******** smooth, real ******** smooth. Within seconds, Tai was throwing himself into the seat Pat and Ari had saved for him letting an excited squel come out at the sight of food. “******** Ari, I love ya” He hummed happily before taking a drink of his black coffee.

“So what are you two doing, gossiping about me? “

“Of course it’s okay!” Maia insisted. She got up and walked over to where her clothes had been piled. Scooping them up in her, now dry, arms she walked them over to Jamie. “Here ya go.” She said with a smile while holding out her clothes for him to take. “Oh and don’t worry about me walking around like this. No one will try anything on me. Besides I can really rock the whole towel look.” She winked at Jamie. When Jamie had the clothes Maia turned her back to him, took a couple of steps forward, closed her eyes, and put her hands over them. “I won’t peek, scout’s honor.” Maia declared while holding up three fingers and touching her pinky and thumb in the middle of her palm. She was still facing away from Jamie and put her hand back over her eyes. She had been a girl scout at one time and only for a week. Maia had always been interested in the learning how to survive in the woods, build a fire, set traps, and all that. The Girl Scouts however are not the place to learn those skills. In her troop they went horseback riding, sold cookies, and made friendship bracelets. When Maia confronted her Scout leader and the other girls about the fact that they weren’t learning anything of worth, the Scout leader scoffed and claimed that if she wanted to rough it she should have joined the Boy Scouts. Maia had enough at that point. She quit the Girl Scouts and tried, unsuccessfully, to join the Boy Scouts. They continued to tell her every time that she was a girl and therefore couldn’t join, but Maia wasn’t having it. As one last desperate try, Maia convinced her father to let her cut off all her hair, after which she showed up to the Boy Scouts. Of course they already recognized her from her previous pestering and she was no closer to her goal. Still Maia was that kind of girl, she’d do whatever she could to accomplish her goals and she didn’t believe that people should told what they couldn’t do because of their gender.

Before Maia had been tossed in here she had dreams of becoming an MMA fighter. She had started training around the age of seventeen to accomplish this goal. Getting locked up only a year later for her disorders and supposedly killing a man. Her life was over at that point. She hadn’t actually killed a man, but the rumor added to her mental illness made getting a life outside of the asylum very unlikely. Especially if she wanted to continue to pursue a career as an MMA fighter. At the being of her second year her she stopped her training. She kept working out to stay fit, but she didn’t need to be able to strike like a ton of bricks coming down on someone. At least, not really. She could hold her own pretty well if one of kids in the asylum wanted to go at her, but she didn’t really want to hurt anyone. Maia had been pulled out of her thoughts as she heard voices outside the door to the pool. She couldn’t hear them very well since the door was closed, but the pool was pretty quiet, save for the rustle of clothes. Maia knew of two other people that enjoyed the pool, one was dangerous and the other was forgetful. The dangerous one was what concerned Maia. Her name was Cordelia, Maia had heard a lot about her, but Maia heard a lot about everyone. Just as Maia was thinking Jamie and herself needed to get out of there she heard the announcement about lunch. “Hope you’re dressed Jamie, we need to get out of here. Ya know, lunch and all.” She called behind her to Jamie.

After hearing the clothes stop moving she turned around and pulled her hands from her eyes. She smiled. “Those actually look good on you. You’re kind of swimming in them, but it’s not bad.” Maia looked from Jamie to the door. “We might want to leave. Like, right now.” Maia urged, nudging Jamie to the door. She wasn’t trying to make him panic, but she knew he’d be more afraid if they stayed any longer. Just about everyone was afraid of Cordelia, but she was someone to be scared of. Maia was on edge around Cordelia, but the girl looked like she barely weighed more then Jamie, so Maia figured she could handle herself when it came to Cordelia. When they were over by the door, Maia moved in front of Jamie and opened the door, peeking her head out. She was right. Cordelia was standing there with Dory. Maia pulled her head back in and grabbed Jamie’s hand. “Stay with me.” She said with a smile. Maia grabbed Jamie’s hand and stepped outside the door. “Excuse us ladies, we’re just coming through. Pool is all yours, Nibbles.” She said addressing Cordelia. Maia walked out and away from the pool dragging Jamie with her. “Just keeping walking.” She called to Jamie. “I swear I’ll explain it all in a second. I’m not having a nervous break down. I just know you wouldn’t have wanted to stay there any longer.” Maia had finally stopped walking and dragging Jamie with her when they were away from the pool and outside the kitchen area. She turned to look at Jamie and took a breath. “Okay. So, the girl with red hair we went by, she’s not someone you want to be alone with. I don’t know if you’ve heard anything about her, you’re still fairly new here and all. But her name is Cordelia and I would advise steering clear of her.” She paused. “I’m not trying to tell you what to do, just offering some friendly advice.” Maia turned away from Jamie. “I should go change before I head in there. You can borrow my clothes for lunch if you’d like.” With those words she walked towards the stairs and headed up to her room on the second floor.

they call me by | N a m e | you see for my special touch...

A large evil smile was spread across Ol' Bermuda's face as he watched the poor girl's face contorted in panic and tears formed in her eyes. He did his best not to laugh, but then he realized there wasn't s**t she could do to get him in trouble for it, so he laughed anyway. Oh he loved the sounds she made while she was repeatedly deprived of oxygen, though he really ******** hated her voice when she used to speak, but coughs and squeaks were really music to his ears. He wouldn't hurt her too bad though, there wasn't many people who'd kill a patient here and allot of people knew he was one of them, and if his little Olive wound up dead he'd be the first suspect. Besides Boogie couldn't bring himself to kill her, she was just too fun to play with and he'd end up missing her later. She was just as fun as his other two little henchmen, he couldn't part with any of them, sure he had plenty of other playthings to ******** with, but they just weren't the same. He made sure the girl had enough air to breath but never loosened his grip enough for her to get away, she was a slippery little bugger that was for sure and he didn't want to let her go so soon. "Oh Olive you're just too adorable when you realize you're a helpless little animal in the clutches of a big bad wild cat," he chuckled and hummed as he not so gently pinched her cheek.

Though sadly it wasn't the first time Bermuda had done this to her, so the choking sensation slowly left her as her body grew used to having his arm so painfully wrapped around her neck, and his enjoyment was so rudely stolen from him. Though his disappointment didn't last for long, for soon more of his little play things came running around the corner one by one and chuckled happily as their faces fell as they saw him strangling little Olive. Though his favorite reaction was from his little devil, oh he knew this was just an act for his friends, being the fake little tough guy. No, he knew the boy was a complete wuss, especially when locked up with him, really it was adorable, each of these kids trying to be all big and tough around him when each of them nearly peed themselves when being forced to be cooped up in those deadly quiet padded cells and be paid a nice little visit from their good friend Boogs. The man pulled away from his little witch but didn't let her go, she'd wriggle herself out on many occasion besides the physical workout was good for her. "Sorry, buddy, you know I love you, but the mean miss Sooh's been running me ragged lately, I didn't have time for you, but luckily that's the exact reason I decided to leave the lair, I couldn't stand the fact that my little devil Calcifer left without me getting to bid him farewell~" he chuckled a long grin spread across his face, seeming to ignore the fact that the boy was pretty much threatening to hit him with his little blow torch.

Bermuda leaned over and waved with his free hand waved at Darren, as he spotted the skeleton, before he looked back at Olive, "Well lucky for you seems all three of you guys can't be too far away from each other," he told the girl giving her another noogie. Bermuda raised an eyebrow as a voice he never heard before spoke up, telling him to release their 'patient' so they could speak with Olive. Bermuda look up with a frown at the new therapist and felt his eye twitch involuntarily, this woman just coming in, spotting him being a little rough with the kids, and then telling him what to do? Now there'll be none of that. Bermuda opened his mouth to speak when all of a sudden Olive finally wriggled herself free and took an opposing stance in front of him glaring right at the woman before suddenly shoving her down and running away with her two little friends. "H-hey! I'm not done with you three!" he shouted as the ran off only to grumble as he heard his talkie go off yet again this time definitely talking about him too. He sighed and forced a smile and light town as he pulled his talkie up to his mouth, "Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, I get it, though why is it nearly always me? I should be keeping watch down in the confinement center, not looking for lost kids," he whined into the talking for a bit, "I'll find them, Miss Vega, don't worry your pretty little head," he said before putting his talkie back in its holster before nearly trying to keep himself from gagging.

Bermuda walked pass the fallen woman before pausing and looking down at her, "I have no idea who you are, you probably need to talk to Mrs. Sooh first though, but for your sake as a side note it'd be in your best interest not mention what you just saw to anyone, Kay? Thanks," he said before turning around and leaving the poor woman stuck on the ground with not so much as a small gesture of his hand to single he was going to help her up. She could've broken her hip for all he cared, he still wasn't going to help the chick, no one tells him what to do and gets away with it, except well maybe his boss and Miss Vega. With a bore look on his face he began to whistle and look for the other two patients that seemed to be out of the camera's sites. There were only a few spots where cameras couldn't reach and most of them were just little areas in the halls and it was very unlikely Bermuda was going to find them standing together chatting away in the halls, all the patients were just to active to be doing that before pill time. So the only other place he could possibly think of would be the pool which didn't have a camera in at all, which Bermuda thought was be a bad idea since they were trying to keep patients safe and they could all easily drown, but then again Bermuda rarely thought about patient safety.

The one good thing about having the Hatter as a roommate? He was a clean guy. It made it a lot easier for the Greek boy to clean, and live in peace when he was able to look over at the other side of the room and not see a complete mess.

With his hands protected by a pair of latex gloves, Pontos was finishing his daily cleaning routine, which of course, was washing the windows. Now normal people would have just sprayed them down with Windex, and be done with the entire chore, however, this was Pontos, so, everything had to be done thoroughly. He had washed them five times already with the window cleaner, and was now moving onto the bleach. With his nose and mouth protected by a mask he had managed to convince one of the nurses to give him, he was scrubbing the base of the windows down with an old toothbrush and a small cup of diluted bleach. What? He wanted these windows clean. To Pontos, bleach was the ultimate germ killer, and when it came to germs; the Greek teen would do almost anything to get rid of them. Heck, before he started demanding gloves from the workers, he would do this in his bare hands, often causing welts to appear on his hands, leaving them raw and sore. Yeah, he was that determined to get things clean.

Scrubbing harder at the white baseboard of the window, his blonde eyebrows furrowed together as he continued to attack the invisible invaders. Though to normal people there was nothing there, to Pontos there were little bugs, everywhere. That was why he demanded the gloves, he didn’t like touching things that he hadn’t personally cleaned himself, or had watched been cleaned. He didn’t want those invisible bugs to crawl from whatever they were on and onto his hand; he just didn’t want it to happen. Letting out a small, exhausted sigh, Pontos finally put the abused toothbrush down into the cup of bleach. He was finally done cleaning the window, and that only took . . . And hour, whoa, a new record. Picking the cup and toothbrush up, Pontos carefully walked into the bathroom, tossing the toothbrush into the sink before dumping the bleached into the toilet and flushing it, then tossing the cup out as well. What? They were contaminated now; he was never going to use them again anyway. Then, with the most care, he tugged the mask off of his face making sure not to touch his skin with the glove, and threw the mask and gloves into the garbage.

Now that, that was all done, Pontos could finally eat something. That is, as long as it was prepared right. Shuffling out of the bathroom, holding his hands up in an attempt to not touch anything that he may have missed cleaning, Pontos slipped into his shoes before heading over to the room door. Wrapping his hand in his jacket sleeve so he wouldn’t touch the doorknob, Pontos quickly left the room, not even thinking about his a**l actions. Heck even before he was diagnosed with all of this stuff, Pontos had never touched doorknobs, and he never thought anything of it since his brother had always done the same thing. At the thought of his brother, Pontos visibly frowned. It had been his brother who sent him here, and unlike a lot of people Pontos fully understood why. It was hard for him to take care of himself and his younger brother, especially a younger brother who attacked people when they said a certain word. He held no grudge to his brother, after all it made perfect sense.

Weaving through the hallways in a nervous manner, Pontos held he hands in front of him, picking harshly at the invisible dirt underneath his nails. He was mentally preparing himself for entering the Kitchen. It was always busy, and people in there almost always almost touched him, even though the majority of them knew not to touch him. He could feel his breath becoming harsh and quick as he slowly walked into the always-crowded area, a small whimper coming from his throat at the sight of all the people. Oh Zeus he was not this brave. Pressing his back against the wall of the kitchen, Pontos slowly began to trek to the food, where he was sure the kitchen staff would have prepared him at least a little something on a properly clean plate. Once there was a clear opening, Pontos quickly ran across the kitchen to where the food was, ignoring any weird looks he got. These people should have been used to this by now, even if he hadn’t been here for a fairly long time. Of course, like he expected, a kitchen staff member hurridly handed him a pristine plate with nothing but a muffin on it, followed with a matching cup. At the sight of it, a small smile flew over Potntos’ face as he took it from her “Th-Th-Thank you” Curse his stuttering, it always made him sound like an idiot.

With food now in his grasps Pontos shuffled over to the seating area, another groan coming from his chest at the sight of a particular skeleton; Jack. For some reason, Jack always made it a challenge to try and touch him just to see what would happen, not to mention the guy was trying to figure out his trigger. He really didn’t want to deal with that today. Scanning the room for any sign of Dory, the frown from before found it’s way back onto his face. Who was he supposed to sit with then if not Dory? Sure she was crazy, but he always felt safe around her. Scanning around once more for anyone that didn’t seem, well, threatening, Pontos’ eyes landed on Luka. Hey, wasn’t he awkward too? There was no way he could be dangerous then! Looking around himself to make sure he wouldn’t bump into anyone, he shuffled his way over to where Luka was sitting alone. He knew the kid was socially awkward, but that was about it, what if he didn’t want his company?

Cauiously approaching the other boy Pontos seemed to have troubles with his words for a moment before he was finally able to open his mouth. “I, um, c-can I s-s-sit h-here?” Gods, he felt so pathetic right now. The Greek teen shuffled his feet waiting for an answer before another thought popped into his head. “I-I mean, I-if you d-don’t want me to it’s f-fine. “
