Pride Of Korea Awards 2007 ~ Update: A Birthday Party

The sounds of the busy life passed by as the taxi breezed through the morning traffic. The figures seemed to blur when the vehicele caught speed and cleared with every stop made. YehSung blinked as he watched curiously. A cup of warm coffee sat firmly in his hands, unmoved by sudden changes of acceleration. He would take a sip from every minute or so, whenever the flavor began to go stale in his mouth.

The taxi eventually pulled to a stop. "Here it is," a hoarse voice came from the driver's mouth, "National Theatre Of Korea." YehSung gazed up in awe at the building structure. It was a magnificent piece of architecture surrounded with many beautiful sculptures. It looked like it demanded praise and it surely deserved it, YehSung thought.

"Common, HeeChul hyung, ShiWon-ah!" YehSung's tone was filled with excitement. He opened the car's door and stepped out to catch a better view. Just several steps closer and YehSung caught the sight of the interesting fountain. He cocked his head, confused by what it's supposed to represent.

YehSung pulled out a small paper from his back pocket. He opened it and re-read the invitation on it. His finger rubbed against the texture of the paper as he eyed the characters. "Well, we've made it here, the best of 2007." he heaved a sigh. Before going sappy and crying happily again, like he did the first time Super Junior received the invitation, he put the tip of the cup in his mouth and drank some coffee, drowning the urge of tearing up. Turning around he walked back to the taxi and waited his two companions, for the rest of the band were still getting there by their own accord. "Heh, I wonder we will see here, eh?" he chuckled and swirled the contents of the styrafoam cup in his hand. "Lets head inside?"

"Alright alright, we're here man..."

TOP looked outside of the car to look at the scenery of the theater.

"Ji Yong, you ready?"

TOP opened the car door and he nearly went blind and deaf as the camera flashes and the screamin' of the crowd almost threw him back into the car.

Smoothly he walked down the red carpet give little waves and winked at the nearby fangirls.

"G Dragon hurry up man, they be waitin' for ya!"

TOP smiled and laughed from the excitement until he realized that he was awoke by his annoyin' alarm clock.

"Aishii..."
"Yah, Ji Yong, we're late for rehearsal... Yah Ji Yong!"

Shiwon gazes around outside the window, he couldn't wait to get to the Theatre. He was excited beyond belief and couldn't wait to see who would arrive to the event. Feeling the taxi come to a stop it, he opened his side of the vehicle, stretching slightly from being squashed into the back seat with two others. His eyes traveled to the theatre it was just as beautiful as he remembered it.

He strolled around to the other side of the taxi and stood next to Yehsung. A smile creeped across his lips, he rubbed his hyung's arm. "C'mon let's head inside before we freeze."

SunYe stepped gingerly outside and smiled at all the flashing cameras and screaming fans. "Hi! Hello! Oh, ahnyounghasaeyo." Waves and dazzling smiles all attract the photographer's attention. She quickly made her way into the theater, sighing.

As the taxi driver stopped in front the National Theater of Korea, Ryeowook mouthed the word 'Wow' as he looked upon it. He couldn't believe he was finally here. He stepped out of the Taxi, with a face full of pride. He walked up a few steps, then looked back, waiting for the other members to come out of the vehicle.

__PRINCESS HEECHULIEE__X :

HeeChul takes Yesung's lead and follows behind him from the vehicle.

"Goshh, everytime you come to this place it only gets more beautiful right?" he asks his fellow bandmates.
"I mean...wow" HeeChul was clearly breathless.
"Awww man, Yesung don't get upset, i don't like it when you get upset" he told the younger boy, pulling him in towards him, releasing him when his sniff's subsided.

Stepping back to take in the place fully, everything from the huge architectural detail on the outside, to the beautiful fountain behind them.

"I know Yesung, the best of 2007" he nods.
"I'd never have thought, a couple of years ago i'd be in a band that could go this far" he told the others fiddling with his thumbs.
"Never the less, lets get inside" he tells the others, chocking slightly on the cold air.
"Damn, Korea's cold this time of year" he shivers, brushing the side of his shoulders trying to keep warm.

"Yes mummy, i miss you too" he said.
"Now you be a good boy and make us proud!!" she said clearly excited her little boy was going to the big awards ceremony.
"Ok mum, tell everyone i love them.. ..." he said.
"And miss them" he nodded.

Hearing TOP call his name he quickly said his goodbye's and made his way to TOP's bedroom.
"Yo iv'e been awake for age's, waiting on you!" he says to the semi-asleep boy in his bed.
"I'm aware were late" he throw's his band member a look before wandering off.

"Yah Ji Yong! Aishii..."
TOP looked at his watch this time and rubbed his eyes.

"Yah Ji Yong, we're already late, get up..."

He got a bit pissed and grabbed his panda pillow then slammed it on everyone's heads

"Yah! Big Bang Wake Up!"
"....?"

He noticed that when he hit the blankets, it went completely flat.
then he saw G Dragon

"Why didn't you try wakin' me up then?"

He went to the bathroom.

G-DRAGON

Dragon laugh's at TOP's 'why didn't you waken me' comment.
"Well you see i did, but since this is you were talking about, heh!" he says rolling his eyes.
"So i gave in, man it was like you were in some deep coma" Dragon comments on TOP's sleeping habits.

"Your odd do you know that" he laugh's watching his bandmate throw him looks.

"Right come'on Bigbang, UP!" he calls, hearing the rest of the groaning boys.

[Han Geng SJ]

HanKyung stepped out of the taxi service van in an awed silence as the magnificent building stood before him. Anxiety over the rehearsals and ceremony loomed close by in his future and he could already begin to feel those crack-addicted butterflies partying in the pit of his stomach.

He ran over to RyeoWook and clung to the younger man's arm, "RyeoWook-ah, I'm glad you're here. Are you nervous, too?"

SunYe took her reserved seat and fluttered about nervously. It was her first awards ceremony. She had always seen it on the television, grand and exquisite. She remembered herself telling her mother that it would be a most wonderful thing if she would be able to go there adn recieve an award. And now. Here she was.

TOP yelled from the bathroom
:Why didn't you try usin' the vacuum?"

A sudden brushin' noise was heard

"Ith worth lasth thime!"
(It worked last time for the uncomprehending ears )
TOP spitted out somethin' into the sink and came out of the bathroom.

He then grabbed a nearby shirt, pants, and everythin' else next to his bed since he prepared himself just incase if he over slept.

"You can hurry outside man, I'll meet you there in a couple of minutes."

Ryeowook smiled as HanGeng came to him, "I'm a little nervous, hyung. I just never thought we'd get this far," He said, and finished with a slight smile.

THAT CAR IS COMING FOR US ! ... Goddd, I didn´t think I´d make it out of that one alive ! Phew. You guys okay ? I AM looking at the road, Kangin ! It wasn´t Leeteuk´s fault, really. Any normal person - nervous and excited about being invited to a very special awards ceremony - would probably drive in the wrong lane if their best friend was barking orders at them two inches away from their ears. He adjusted his rear view mirror in order to look at the back seat once the engine was successfully turned off and smiled brightly at his boyfriend sitting there. ¨ That ride went smoothly, didn´t it, baby ? Nooow, how many awards do you think I´ll win ? ¨ He undid his seatbelt and opened the door as he spoke, letting his question linger in the air as he trudged to the back door in order to let Sungmin out. ¨ I´m thinking at least one ... or five ... ¨

"I never really thought to do that, i got talking to my family on the phone for a few hours so you were the last thing on my mind" he says, going into the bathroom once TOP had left.
Picking up some aftershave out of the cabinet, and dabbling it on himself.

"What is it were off here to do today anyway, a week of rehersal's..?" he asks checking himself out in the mirror infront of him.
"That's gunna be tiersome yo'" he frets, shaking his head, taking his friend's orders to wait for him outside, grabbing his cellphone, and Ipod on the way out.

"Try not to be too long" he calls.
