There are stories, there are rumors, and finally there is the truth. The Power Rangers have come and went but they never stayed long. The truth can become nothing more than a legend of them. Finally, once more the Power Rangers are needed to help save the world from a terrible evil and fate. This time eight teens with attitude are picked to become the Rangers. However, one miss step could coast them everything..

1. Activity

We expect you to post, I am not your babysitter and
shouldn't have to chase you down. You should at least post
once a week as this is a long term roleplay, should you
fail to post your character will be killed off and removed
from the roleplay.

2. Romance, Violence, and Combat situations/development

Is allowed and urged, but isn't the full drive of a story.
If you are sensitive to this, please don't join the
roleplay as this will all happen as well as death.
However, the fighting WILL NOT be constant.
A great roleplay needs time to develop characters
and plot without just fighting. If you cannot post
anything but fighting don't bother.

3. Basic stuff

Follow all terms of service and our rules, you
should know this by now unless you're new and don't
know the rules. Also no god modding, auto hits, controlling or
killing off a character that isn't yours, spamming, trolling or harassing
users and no flooding the thread. All OOC goes in the OOC thread and
not in the roleplay thread unless you have something important to say in your
post.

4. Characters

You are only allowed 5 characters at a time
no more no less, if you can handle more than 5
talk to me about it but if not then don't even bother
asking.

5. Combat Situations

You must know turn base, this is when two users
combat either hand to hand or use weapons, they
each take turns writing a paragraph long of text
to be the victor in the fight.

6. Realms

We do not accept anyone from kamen riders or
from other realms IE Crossovers, please keep
in the realm of Power rangers and keep to the plot!

7. Graphics

All graphics were created by Asuka Fujimori you may not
steal them or any other graphics created by other users
the same goes for post styles as well.

8. Profiles

Send all profiles to me under the subject: The power comes
please label your profiles correctly when sending them
otherwise I may not accept you.

9. Temporary/Guest characters

As for right now we don't allow temporary characters this is
a long term roleplay. If you're not looking for long term you can
join something else. But in either case we don't accept temporary/guest
characters!

10.Post Styles & Text Size

I would prefer if you kept your text at size 11 or 12 simply
because it's easier to read, also with your images do not make
them extremely large so they stretch the page out, you will be warned
for this.

Power Rangers- What does it come to mind when you think about the name? Show maybe? Just a little kids show that you use to watch. It could not be real now could it? Yet, nothing is as it ever seems. Seven teens find out the hard way that this was not just some dumb show. Nor did the real Power Rangers just fight monsters and called it a day. The real deal fought many battles and sometimes they lost those battles. These people got hurt and some even died for the cause.

The year is now 2015 and new evils have come to Earth looking to destroy it. Yet, there is no one there to stop them from doing just that. The chosen eight continue with their chosen path. Some have moved on from their call as more are chosen to take up the mantle of a ranger.
Or are they now on walking down a dark path with only a small light to give them hope? Beware for this road will bring you ever closer to your destiny or to your doom. Will you take that step and walk a mile in the shoes of a Power Range?

Bio: As far back as he could remember, he was always interested in the world around him and even in different cultures. While his parents worked at the local animal clinic, he would often be seen at the library, reading up on different cultures around the world and maybe that was when his interests started to bloom in him. He always enjoyed the styles of fighting using weapons like Raipers and lightweight Katanas along with using hand to hand combat to defend himself from the various bullies. As he entered high school, he joined up with Fencing club and worked hard at it to stay in it. He wasn't a bad student by any means and his grades were generally pretty good, expect for math in which he barely holds a C in that class.

Then one day after Fencing practice was over, he felt as though fate had dealt him a hand. He ignored it for the time being and why did the feeling have to do with Power Rangers? He thought that they were just a TV show and not something that would turn out to be anything but fiction. Then shortly before school one day, he found a strange card with a unicorn and thought nothing more of it and now, it seems that the card is connected to him for a reason. However, it seems that he is not the only one who has found one of those cards and it would be wise for him to find the others.
Personality:He is generally a laid back kind of guy but, don't let the laid backness fool you. Oh heavens no, he does have a nasty temper on him but, it does take quite a lot to really push him over that edge. He tends to be the first one to break the ice with people and even has a sarcastic streak when the time calls for it. However, there is one quick way to his bad side, mess with his friends and prepare to fight until pulled apart by students or teachers.

Bio Jacob is the son of perhaps one of the greatest rangers of all time, Tommy Oliver. He never knew his mother and Tommy never spoke of her. Tommy had decided that if he was going to fully retire from being a ranger, he was going to have to leave his home city of Angel Grove. so packing up their belongings they have moved to Houston Texas. Once there, Jacob was registered in the local High School. His birthday came, Jacob got both his license and his new car. It was a 1979 Camaro. He loves the car and believes himself no more than an average teen. Little does he know he is going to be following in the footsteps of his father in more ways than he knows.

Bio Jeanette was adopted when she was just a baby by a loving family. They told her early on about her adoption so there wouldn't be any trouble in the future. She never asked questions about her real parents. She never really needed to. If they wanted her to know, they would tell her after all. Besides, Jeanette's biological parents didn't want her anyway.

Jeanette was rarely picked on growing up. She was kind and well liked through most of her childhood. She's highly intelligent and has skipped a grade. She works hard on her personal work and slides by her classes with ease.
Personality Jeanette is kind, smart, and well liked. She only has a few close friends, but is very social with people. She's often calm during stressful situations and is often considered bubbly. He didn't want to go into Foster Care at sixteen after all. He had stayed out of school until he was seventeen before re-entering it again. Bio A warrior from a forgotten chapter in Japan's history, he was put into a stasis like sleep until such a time his power would not only be needed but accepted. Being of Human and Kitsune heritage he is no stranger to being excluded and ridiculed. The only Family he can remember is his older Sister who raised him. After countless centuries passed he woke up to find a strange highly technological world. As he began to explore he found he still had not only his sword, a katana forged for him, but his basic Fire Magic and his own fox magic. His Fox magic however is limited only to disguising himself so he can blend in with the populace. After learning the ways of the land He aquired not only a Phone but a music player and a set of headphones. After searching all of Japan for his lost sister he decided to travel the world to further his search. As he made hi way into America he found a group that promised to reunite him with his Sister but only if he helped them with something first. This is where our story begins as he reluctantly accepts their proposal and faces our heroes in battle in hopes his employers keep their word. During a mission to collect the cards of the rangers he used his magic to create his own unique Ranger form. Unlike the other ranger he does not use a card but rather a unique key and lock system. Also due to his magic he can take the form of any ranger he has knowledge of.
Personality Daemon generally keeps to himself unless something sparks his interest. His loyal almost to a fault, but he will do anything to fight for the people he believes in.
Other He is always listening to music when not fighting, and even then depending on the degree of focus he needs for the fight he might still be listening to music even then. he also is quick on his feet and graceful due to his Kitsune nature.

An evil alien witch bent on galactic domination, Rita Repulsa was the first villain the Power Rangers had to face. Most discernible by her two pointed hair cones, one may also recognize her by her screeching voice, Madonna-like cone bra, and obnoxious attitude. While she is sadistic and power hungry, her character would usually become humorous whenever the Power Rangers defeated her; this would end with the catchphrase "I've got such a headache!" As Rita then married Lord Zedd later on in the series, her humorous personality was increased (usually arguing with Zedd or her father, Master Vile).

Being a powerful witch, Rita possesses many magical abilities. In the first season, her wand was used as the recurring plot device to make her monsters grow to enormous sizes. At least that's what the TV series depicts her as. However, the REAL Rita was far worse.

She is an intergalactic sorceress, true enough, but she was nowhere near as...weak...as the one in the show. All she had to do to destroy a planet was send her minions and it was done. The rangers barely was a match for her, and while she was defeated and sealed, it was not in a dump, but a very powerfully sealed morgue. The seal has now worn off and she roams the earth again and looking for loyal followers to conquer that which she feels was hers. Lord Zedd? Forget it. They never married, partners in schemes maybe, but as far as power goes, they were equal in every aspect.
Personality Wicked, cold, ruthless, a killing machine with no regard for life. All she cares and knows is conquering what she wants. And what she wants now is Earth and the heads of the rangers who defeated and sealed her away.
Power True powers unknown, what was shown in the old children's show she could easily do with her eyes closed. No no, she has far more terrifying powers.
