First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you:
Hello all! I am wanting to role-play, turn based, and have been p.m.ing with people to set one up... but need a location. So! This little page is mine, and I'm subscribing to it, and will use it to link people to a place to play with me. Interesting in a turn-based close-knit roleplay? Post on below (and/or PM me!) ~Poodiepie Current Story Thus Far... Rin's Traveling Agency has been getting a stern look from the Ministry of Magic because Rin attracts all walks of people: including those with new magic types, new dragons, and mysterious fighting skills. At one of his inns, Paine (magic, sword), Baralai (magic, rifle), Nooj (shotgun) and Gippal (pistol, machines) meet concerning retainers of the Maesters'. Also at this inn are Ally (knife and mysterious magic) and Malfoy (dark and light magic); and a mysterious hooded stranger (Voldemort.) Ally schemes with Gippal to leave Draco behind, but they are foiled by Hunters. The Hunters, consisting of Deidara (with a large white birds and clay skills), Sasori (puppet magic skills), and others, skirmish with the Crimson Squad. Deidara and Seymour Guado attempt to handle things diplomatically, and the two so far get along fine. But this isn't to stay the case for long. But back at the inn, Sasori sneak attacks Ally. The Hunters and Squad run to the rescue; and two mysterious twin figures fall out of sight.Furious, Ally's eyes turn red. She and Paine plan revenge (after visiting a healer)--Shelinda (White magic.) It is revealed that once Sasori, Deidara and Draco were friends. Sasori was pledge to serve Deidara faithfully; but when Ally joins the mix, Sasori gives his life instead to Ally. Ally assumes his magic and a bitter hate fell between the friends. Ally has no memories of Deidara and Sasori's death. Deidara has returned in flesh, but Sasori is android or cyborg. Outside of the inn room, relations degrade further and the Squad and Hunters fall into a battle in the cramped hall. No one has yet sustained grievous wounds, but they're pretty banged up. Paine and Ally join the fray, but this could be for the worse. Meanwhile, Maester Seymour watches on and doesn't intervene. When Seymour steps in to battle with Anima, Deidara and Sasori flee--they take captured Ally with them. Deidara is able to make animals from clay and they escape on the back of a great owl. Seymour decides this battle isn't really his concern, and turns his attention back to the upcoming Mi'ihen Operation. He orders his followers to prepare for the Sin battle. Paine tells Gippal, Nooj and Baralai that she isn't officially under Seymour and plans on tracking Ally. The men are helpless to stop their friend. She leaves with a mysteriously pained Draco on the back of a spirit leopard to find Ally. Ally is held in a cave by Deidara and Sasori. Sasori leers towards Ally and the girl is helpless. Paine and Draco plan their battle. Paine draws Sasori out into a one-on-one combat while Draco sneaks into the cave to save Ally. Sasori quickly proves to be invincible to Paine's attacks. She flees his damaging metallic rope. In the cave, Deidara and Draco face off. Paine joins and they gain the upper hand, along with Ally, over Deidara. Sasori arrives and evens the sides. Paine and Draco force Deidara into defeat and Ally is in position to deliver a finishing blow... but she hesitates and cannot. This gives Sasori the time he needs to save Deidara. The two men capture Paine, Ally and Draco. They take all three on the back of a dragon Deidara makes. The group arrives at a distant Japanese-style palace led by metal-loving Pein. Pein takes Draco aside and the women are left in the hands of the castle's maids. These consist of Kioko (no weapon), Azami (no weapon), Luna Lovegood, (magic), and Hermione Granger (magic). Luna fetches food from the kitchens--staffed by Ron Wesley (magic) while the maids have the captured women unarm themselves and be dressed in kimonos. Paine demands an audience with Pein, and Ally agrees. The two are escorted by Kisame (unknown powers) to Pein's bedroom. Pein meets with Paine and the two agree to be allies in a war Pein's people are facing. Ally's private meeting with Pein doesn't go as well. Pein informs Ally she will be his pretend wife. When she refuses, he forces her to kiss him. Paine doesn't rescue Ally because she figures Pein knows best. In the public hall, Luna is outraged that Pein hurt Ally. She seeks Pein out and asks him to apologize. Meanwhile, Paine meets Ally's brother Hidan (unknown powers). Draco returns, but is mute. Pein enters the arena again and apologizes. The entire group enters the women's solarium to socialize. They decide to play Truth or Dare, but Paine refuses. She leaves. The group plays their game and begin to know one another. Sasori attempts to drug Ally to have her fall in love with him, but it doesn't work. Instead, Luna eats the candy and has mild infatuation. During the game, Hermione asks Sasori to eat the entire bowl. Sasori ends up atop Deidara and it is only Gaara (unknown powers) who separates the two. Draco writes to Luna to fetch Harry Potter (magic.) Luna leaves to seek Harry. Harry is alone with a book learning how to summon djinni. Luna helps him, and Harry recovers the groups wands. He keeps the wands to himself, though, as to not lose Itachi's (unknown powers) trust. Harry and Luna head back. Meanwhile, Paine is lost in the labyrinth of a castle. She hears voices, arguments, and is surrounded by spooks. She stumbles across a lost girl named Pi-Chi (undeveloped powers like Deidara). Pi-Chi informs Paine that the noises are undead Sasori controls with his puppet powers. Pi-Chi leads Paine back to the solarium. Pi-Chi happily rejoins her big brother Deidara and her "uncle" Sasori. Paine doesn't want to stick around, but is forced to do so. The group begins to play spin the bottle. Each person's personalities come to head. Hermione is exposed to like Ron and vice versa. Kioko is shown to be promiscuous but naive. Hidan develops a crush on Paine but is shy. Azami and Draco treat one another cordially. Ally is kissed by Deidara and begins to fall for him. She keeps him in line when he begins to become too physical with her by blowing fire with her mouth and scorching the room. Pein refuses to kiss Kisame and Ally. Meanwhile, Pein reads the minds of those around him. Paine becomes aware of this and flips out. She leaves again but Pein follows after. Paine and Pein break into a verbal fight over one another's intentions and both end up hurting each other's feelings. Pein physically assaults Paine, but later apologizes. Paine feels Pein isn't being honest. Pein is worried he has lost Ally to Deidara's love, and Paine's friendship. Pein and Paine repledge being allies and potential friends. Pein warns Paine to make friends with Itachi or Hidan for protection from Sasori. Back in the room, Paine attempts to talk to Hidan but is too awkward. Hidan warns off Deidara from his sister, but both his sister and Deidara become more and more physical. One by one people leave to sleep. The women are staying in the Solarium and the men head off to another part of the castle. Deidara is said to have boiler room work as punishment. Ally and Paine are finally able to speak to one another. They rebuild their friendship--but it is interrupted by Pein returning. He asks after Deidara and kisses Ally. He leaves mysteriously afterwards. The maidens begins readying for bed. The women head to the Japanese-style baths. Along the way Paine and Ally continue their conversation. Paine tells Ally about her forgotten past, and Ally begins to put the pieces together too. In the bath, mishaps abound as Kioko teases Sasori, Hidan and Deidara through the wooden fence seperating the pool. Back in the women's solarium, sleep is a peaceful respite. But during the night, Sasori and Deidara sneak into the women's room. The morning finds Ally coated in bites down her back and letters of apology to both Paine and Ally. Additionally, someone is playing music in the room below. Luna and Ally leave to investigate. They find the highly talented player is none other than Sasori. Sasori and Ally flirt with one another while Luna investigates the piano. She proceeds to play a horrendous song that drives Ally and Sasori from the room, and causes Hidan to not be able to finish his prayers to Jashin. The trio seek refuge in the women's solarium. The noise is so terrible it irks Gaara who goes and yells at Luna to knock it off. He's surprised to find imps in the room--which run out when he opens the door. Luna is pleased with herself for getting rid of them. Gaara coxes her not to play anymore by playing the piano himself. Slowly the two begin to get along quite well. Gaara finds in Luna someone who understands, and Luna finds someone who doesn't judge. Gaara kisses Luna and the innocent romance blossoms. There are no breakfasts served, which worries Hermione. She ignores the racket and investigates the kitchen. She learns from Sakura (healing) that Ron hasn't shown. She slips to Ron, Draco and Harry's room. She finds Ron has over slept. Since Draco is there, Hermione grills Draco on his doings out and about with Voldemort. Draco defends his innocence--Voldemort is simply Ally and Hidan's father and a changed man. Ron and Hermione don't buy it, but Harry is willing enough to give benefit-of-the-doubt... for now. After Draco leaves, Harry gives Ron and Hermione their wands. He also gives them Luna's. He plans on meeting with Itachi about what purpose the three are serving. In the women's solarium, Hidan flirts with Paine. The two toss electric verbal barbs to one another. The topic changes to Pein, and Hidan makes a portal for the group to just go talk to Pein about Ally and her "friends" and what Paine herself is being held for. But they find Pein is with Voldemort. Voldemort is as stunned as Hidan over Ally's bite marks. Paine is mortified. Pein decides to banish Sasori and Deidara. Kioko gets very hungry waiting on Ron and so heads to the kitchen herself. She finds Sakura and the two do a good job of angering one another. Kioko ambles around and finds the main group. She is startled by curious Pi-Chi and flees through them yammering on about a ghost. She ends up in the garden where she rescues a yellow bird she names Kiiroi. Paine takes Pi-Chi to the kitchens. Azami, left alone, goes to seek breakfast and runs into Ron. She helps Ron deliver the meals. While serving Kisame a riot breaks out in the main garden. The trio rush to see and are beat by Itachi who leaps from the window. The window explodes and injures Azami. Kisame patches her head with his own shirt rag. Below, a fight has broken out... pg 34 then you win. --Mahatma Gandhi |
