I shrugged my shoulders, "well if its trouble i dont mind sleeping in my cavern, doesn't matter to me," when we came to the camp i sat down on the ground where the campfire was instead of sitting on the haommock. I snatched a berry that was leftover from this morning and started munching on it.

with a sigh I walk up behind her reach down and plucked her up off the ground and deposited her in the hammock and looked her right in the eyes.
"Rule one, I joke around alot. Rule two, Your going to learn to lighten up. And Rule three." I say as I turn around and fish another hammock out of storage to turn around with it in my hands.
"I dont ever want you sleeping in that dark draery cave, I got a kink in my back just from sitting in their, you couldnt possibly get any res in that place." I said as I reached abover her to set the other hammock up bunk bed style over the first one.
"Oh yeah, one last thing." I pause with a smirk on my face.
"I call top bunk." I said as I begin to motion towards climbing up onto the higher hammock. I was hoping she knew I was kidding, their was no way I was getting into the top bunk, not at my size anyways.

I scoffed and rubbed my lower back, "you got a kink, i got a knot," i said with a groan. When he was motioning to the top bunk i sighed and got up before he could, "your gonna crush me if your on top so you take the bottom bunk." i curled up on the top bunk and laid my head on my arms. I sighed and shrugged my shoulders, "good luck with getting me to lighten up, im always in a depressed mood."

"That sounds like a challege pipsqueak." I say as I reach my hands up through the mesh of the bunk bed to begin tickling her sides.
"Gootchi gootchi goo!" I say trying to coax a laugh out of her.

I growled and smacked his hands, "would you quit that, im not ticklish," my ears went down and curled up into a tight ball on my hammock.

"Oh, um. Sorry about that. Um. right. I guess Ill just let you be for now." I said laying back in my hammock and began to hum a little tune that always seems to play over and over in my head. I think it may have been some sort of lullaby or something from when I was a kid. Now that I think about it. Ive been on this island for almost twelve years now. I shook the thought out of my head to push the thought out of my head as I settled in for a nap.

I hung down from my hammock so i was upside down but looking at him, "look im sorry im just...stubborn i guess, i didn't mean to be like that," I murmured. I saw that he was already in a nap and i just sighed and i slipped from my hammock and landed on the ground with a thud. I didn't make any noise, i just stomped off to the edge of the island. Once there i just stared out to the water, wishing i was either dead or off this island. I growled to myself and swiped my claws at a tree repeatedly in anger until i broke through the trunk and it fell with a crash like the last one did. I just sat down beside the fallen tree and stared out into the sea.

I sat up with a start when I hear a loud noise.
"Huh, Rina. Where did you go?" I asked looking around. I get up and walk after the noise.
"Um hey Rina, whats wrong?" I ask as I sit next to her.

I didn't look up at him and spoke in a quiet tone, "i'm just made at myself, mean treating you the way i do, its just wrong and i hate it," i started biting down on my lip. My ears were pointed down and i looked at my hands that were all messed up and i clenched them. Then i let out a sigh, "i'm sorry you have to be stuck with me."

"Im not stuck with anything. Im Here because I know how you feel. You want more than anything to get out of here, or die trying. But until we find out what they want from us. WHat their plans are for us. They wont let us go. Believe me Ive tried every trick in the book to get out of here. As for the way you act. Its understandable. Your afraid to let anyone get close because your afraid something will happen and they will die." I paused taking a deep breath before talking again. "I was one of the earliest experiments. Ive seen some of the best friends Ive ever had die right in front of me because their mutations were unstable. that their own bodies rejected the changes to the point that their own dna ripped itself apart. I cant even guarantee how long ill last. The more often I use my powers the harder it is for me to recover. Aside from the fact that Im merged with a snorlax, the real reason all I do is eat and sleep is im afraid if I go to far or do to much ill..." I trailed off as the memories began flooding back, the horrific nightmarish images of his friends all dying in his arms crying for him to help as they litteraly faded away into nothing. My eyes began to tear up but I wiped them away.
"Thats why we should be banding together to get out of here, to live out lives as we see fit. If I could just see my mother one last time, just once. I could die happy. But I dont know if that will ever happen. So I can just try to build a new family here. And I will. Ill help everyone get out of here." I said staring out at the open sea.

She smirked and laughed a little, "your lucky you had a family and friends," i looked to the ground, "i was taken from birth as an experiment and been stuck in that dam lab for so long, i never even knew my parents or had a chance to make friends." My eyes started to water, "but i've seen countless others die in front of me just like you, those images haunt me every night," i shook my head from those thoughts. I coughed a little, placing my hand over my mouth and the other on my chest as it began hurting and continued, "you can see why im the way i am, i've never had anyone to guide me."

I wrapped my arm around her shoulder to help both of us from breaking down.
"So what say you just let this big lug be your guiding light and you be my reason to not give up on getting outta here. Deal?" I asked as I reached up to wipe the tears from her eyes.
"Their has to be some way to get out of here." I say as the rising sun began to finnaly warm up the area.

I thought for a few minutes before answering, nodding in agreement, "yea i guess that could work," i coughed again but harder this time and my chest hurt more this time too, I got up and hopped over the tree, walking back to camp, "im gonna go lay down, i dont feel well." when i reached the camp i curled up ont he top hammock and shut my eyes to try can get some sleep.

I heard Ember looking for me so I started yelling back. "Ember! Ember im here
! I think its a swamp or somthing! Hurry!" I really did need help, my eyes at the moment were of no good to me at the moment. I was to afraid to move, frightend that I might step into somthing dangerous. "I hope they get here soon.." I clung to a tree that was next to me. "EMBER!!" I was getting really impatient from feeling weak and volnerable.
