A smile was formed on Shin's face as he heard Akira's low threat escape from her throat with that same challenging smirk she had from years ago printed on her face, Shin wasn't afraid but he did view Akira as a rival and he knew how strong she was. It brought him back to the memories on the island when she was surrounded by Pokemon on the beach they found her at. Between the tears and blur that formed in his eyes when they found her, he was in awe at the control she had over them and how she could be so close to them. He wanted to be like that too one day which is why he begged and complained to his parent's so much to let him go out into the world, to get that head start on Akira. He had Vol and Sunny by his side and to protect him unlike most trainers who start out with nothing and Vol and Sunny did know how to fight as Shin did know how to conduct a battle. It was just the parents that were in the way, especially parents like his who were so protective of Shin but they knew how they were as kids and how stubborn there were about it too, which realized they had to give into Shin's complaints and begging. ” I just need to pick up my badge, you? ” When he heard Akira's response to his question about getting to the registration, he just smiled down at her and didn't answer. Shin was already registered since for any Asahiru student, it was done within the school so there was no stress of the student itself doing it and also, since Shin was forced to be a part of the Host Club, he had to worry about helping setting up everything there instead of worrying about registration.

” What the ********. Ugh, it’s going to be even more jam-packed later. ” The boy known as the Pyro Prince turned his head as Akira gave out that disgusted sound. She didn't change at all as she still hates crowds on the contrary, Shin liked to have some attention and just turned his head to avoid Akira's eyes as he had a tiny smirk laid on his face. Would she understand soon that he was one of the main operators to get more crowds as his former classsmates were expecting him to be the one drawing in the most crowds as one of the 'top' hosts for their little project. Of course the title of top host was just given to him since he already had a big reputation ahead of him and it would just draw in more customers. Not only that, they made so many outfits for him and everything and Shin could never say no. He scratched his cheek as he thought of the 'chaos' that Akira spoke of and just thought of it as fun. He let out a small laugh as Akira continued talking, unaware that Shin wasn't paying attention and waving to the students who were working so diligently and in Akira's opinion, '******** productive'. He gave small smiles to all those and kept one ear in distance so he could at least hear the mutters of Akira who soon commented on getting out of the place until a bark from Aku caught both their attention.

It all seemed to happen so fast. All that Shin knew what happened was that a young boy had flown, literally, to Akira and went crying to her. Shin was looking around and realized that he was blending into the crowd with that same confused expression on his face along with the others. What was more confusing was that Akira was scolding this poor fellow? Who turned out to be her Pokemorph! Shin didn't think that Akira would take in such a cute Pokemorph to be her partner, maybe she did have a change of heart? As her scolding finished, she moved on to tend him with a potion and Shin just stood there waiting to see if any of the attention would shift from her Pokemorph to him which made him wonder himself where his Pokemorph partner was. He remembered telling him that they would meet at the registration table. Shin took the opportunity while Akira was still preoccupied with her Pokemorph to scan around and look for his own. No sight of a tall, blue and orange Pyro about. He gave out a sigh and turned his head back to Akira and as he had soon found out, Kazuma, her Mudkip partner. As the crowds were starting to separate and disperse, the poor Mudkip partner was breaking down in nerves and Akira wasn't doing better with the speech she was giving.

" Whoa whoa, Akira, don't take to him like that. You can't force the 'man' in someone just like that ... " Although Shin hated Water type like no other, he knelt down beside the tiny Pokemorph and smiled at him, a determined smile hoping to spread his courage. " Hey, you can't ask her that, you have to think like that yourself and that's the first step to winning your battles. And besides, don't ask her, look at what happens with her and her little fiery eruptions? " Hoping to add some humor, Shin made a playful look towards Akira and stuck his tongue out at her. He placed a hand on the Mudkip's head and stood back up, towering over him and rising above Akira. " Ahem, anyways ... I said I would meet Masaru at the registration table so let's hurry up? " Shin flicked a finger motioning Akira to follow him, hopefully she wouldn't work up a steam interfering with her 'pumping up' speech in her opinion and totally ditch Shin or something.

His tail bobbed as he kept moving forward, blindly bumping into people and not caring much for what they said whether it be rude or not. Ho-oh knew he couldn't dodge everyone. That went for the stupid humans that bumped into him occasionally. A few footsteps were heard from behind him, but he paid no attention until a familiar voice made him react in a way that made him jump and grin. " Mitsuo. " A quick blast of fire left his mouth as he turned to see his good friend Lugia at his side. Unfortunately, he couldnt' keep his surprise in and exclaimed " LUGIA !! " that echoed, and echoed .. and echoed through the large room. People stared at the two of them, though Mitsuo hadn't given them all a second thought, but instead, gingerly embracing his friend in a tight hug. " Haay, where've ya been ? I've been all over this rottin' place and can't find a damn thing interestin' about it .. " The bird scoffed, letting go of the silvery man but in place, swung an arm around his shoulders to keep him near. " Are you planning on entering the tournament? " The question Lugia had asked was an almost obvious one, as Mitsuo nodded in response and laughed. " 'Course I am ! What kinda idiot would I be if I weren't .. ? " He gave Reizo a toothy grin as he shoveled another cookie in his mouth, offering the bag to Lugia. " Hungry ? " He mumbled with crumbs adorning the floor ( and possibly Lugia's face since Mitsuo had no manners whatsoever ).

A shrrug; He should probably get Lugia something as well. So long as he was here, Mitsuo was good enough. It wasn't like he needed the sea bird around or anythin-- okay, so maybe he did need Reizo around for his own selfish reasons. Ho-oh was selfish anyway, so there was a possibility he wouldn't mind asking the sea bird to stay with him for a while. Which reminded him .. " You enterin' the tournament too, right? " He stole a glance to Lugia and munched on a cookie with less force of ' open mouth, insert cookie '. Though Mitsuo probably already knew the answer to this ( he thought Lugia was going to say ' no ' because of some dangers and all that blah blah blah and what not trash he stated before ), he wanted to know for sure if the man would actually BE there to watch him climb his way up to the top with some stupid kid trainer that he would most likely .. not adhere to when it came to the battles. Lugia, however .. The bird snorted, he couldn't see the other actually listening to anyone, especially a trainer. " .. just so ya know ... you gotta have a trainer to get in, yeah ? Keep an eye out for any stupid people that don't have morphs .. 'M in need of one. " Naturally, this was his only worry, it was one of those ' no shirt, no shoes, no service' type things .. but with trainers and the like. A short sigh escaped the bird that was now done with his meal, saving one cookie for Lugia in the moment where he would sheepishly hand over his food to the silver-haired man when he got hungry.

Just when he was about to offer the cookiein such a heroic manner because a cookie can do so much for a hungry soul, a trainer had caught his eye. He saw no morph. No Pokemon. Just a belt. His eyes filled with glee as he chased after him like a wild animal. " Hay you ! Stop ! " Mitsuo flailed as he grabbed his arm and spun the poor, helpless trainer around. " You gotta morph ? " The bird asked, pointing to the man's chest and placing his index finger on it rudely. The trainer nodded. " .. y - yeah .. I do .. why .. ? " The man looked at him strangely, with Ho-oh staring right back at him. " Oh, yeah .. ? " He arched an eyebrow and continued. " Show me. " The man hesitantly pointed towards a little Turtwig on the floor playing with a few toys. It was just a little kid .. how could something so puny enter a tournament THIS BIG ? " Tsh .. scrawny lil' brat .. good luck to ya, I guess .. " The man had nodded and walked away, Mitsuo scratching the back of his head and flicking his bright obnoxiously yellow tongue in distaste. What is with these trainers and their tiny Pokemon ? Was he the only one here that was ' all grown up ' or something ? If there were some way to pick out the morph-less trainers, he would. Although, a compass or a morph-o-meter would be better suited at this point. The bird turned around to face Lugia ans scowled. " These guys are a bunch'a losers .. that's the third whimpy thing I've seen today ... ... bah. " An arm swung around Reizo's shoulders again, drawing him closer to the bird as he pulled the silver bird to the souvenir shop. " ... ... tsh ... this place's got noth- fffsshhhh ..... " He momentarily paused, pointing at the rainbow candies they were selling at the register. His eyes shined the moment he laid them on the sweetly wrapped things and wavering from side to side until he snapped back and dashed for the register to buy them all. " I wanna take 'em all ! They're mine here !! " Money flew everywhere as the woman tried her hardest to keep up with the man that was seemingly having a heart attack over .. candy ? Children behind him were watching and giggling at him as he was flailing about at the counter.

" Hn .. ? " The giggling had caught his attention, tossing a candy to each of the kids waiting in line and trotting off with his prize. " Hah hah hah .. ~! Lookit what I got ~ " A stupid grin adorned Mitsuo's face as he bought all the candies near the entrance and offering one to Lugia impatiently. " Here, here .. take it, I wanna watch ya eat it .. " The bird nodded vigorously. The box was gone, throwing the carton in the trash as the candies filled the bag at his side. Ho-oh seemed proud of himself as he relished in the rainbow-colored candies being bought ( and all of them at that ) with them all sitting in his bag waiting to be eaten. " Can ya guess how much I missed ya .. ? " Red eyes glanced up to the ceiling with a coy smile as he placed his hands behind his back as if he were hiding something. " Guess, c'mon, guess .. ~ " He leaned forward and tilted his head slightly, awaiting an answer.

                      " .. haah .. "

Black boots clacked on the tile floor as a tall, orange-haired man looked around aimlessly for a desk. Any desk. The confusion was almost frustrating as he darted off to another direction to find a ' registration desk '. What was that ? Like hell if he knew what it looked like .. this place was too huge to look for a small little thing, especially with these people blocking his way and bumping into him constantly. Masaru, the orange-haired man in question had let out another hopeless, annoyed sigh; he brought up a hand to his forehead to signal his irritation. A scowl had embedded itself to his lips as his eyes searched wherever it was Shinichi was supposed to meet him. The stadium itself was crowded, people were walking past him while he stood there looking around. So many morphs ... people all over the place and kids running around. This place couldnt' get any more crowded, what was the human capacity level in this place ? A million .. ? A billion ? Like it mattered, the only thing that did matter was finding the registration table. Once he got there, he would confront Shinichi about such a bustling place. It wasn't like he didn't like places like these, it wasjust the danger his trainer could be in if anything were to happen. The presence of Team Rocket would most likely be around and he'd be damned if his trainer's Pokemon were stolen. Those were his friends and teammates after all. He wasn't a one-man show, as much as he'd like to be. Well, there was that and the fact that Shinichi would be upset of his Pokemon were stolen anyhow .. especially by the Rockets they've come to know and hate.

Masaru's thoughts had distracted him from what he was set out to do, although he was actually walking about to wander around the stadium complex. Fortunate for him, he had found some trainers to ask ( even though there were trainers everywhere, a Blaziken had caught his eye ) " Hm ... " He started to pad towards them with a confident smirk as he eyed the Blaziken and the trainers after. " Yo, where's the registration desk ? " The female turned around to face Masaru, blinking a few times before giving him a sweet smile. " It's over there .. you must be lost ..oh. " He had to agree, he was a little lost- .. okay, a lot lost, but he had a horrible sense of direction and a habit of being picky with trainers to ask for assistance. He nodded, tilting his head back to look at the Blaziken. " Yeah, kinda lost ... ... how good ? " He motioned towards the Blaziken, the bird tilting his head and grunting. It unfortunately, wasn't a morph, but Charizard couldn't help but be curious as to how fight-experienced it was. It looked a lot bigger than some of the other one's he had previously seen. " .. good .. ? Blaziken ? " Masaru nodded, folding his arms. " He's very good .. at fighting, anyway .. why ? Did you want a battle ? " If it wasn't obvious enough. He did want a battle, though he would have to do it later. " Yeah, I'll ask my trainer later-- " The girl gasped. " Trainer ?! You must be a morph ! What kind of morph are you ? " Not that it was her business, but he pointedto himself as though he didn't know who she was talking about ( and he did have that dumb look on his face as though he were clueless ... which he was ). Mind as well tell her .. " I'm a Charizard .. my name's Masaru. " A toothy grin had replaced the almost faded smirk, chuckling at her surprise. " .. so you already have a trainer .. well, I have to go Masaru, so good luck with the tournament, okay ? " He waved her off as she left with the Blaziken, a frown adorning his features as it left. He really wanted to fight the Pokemon too ...

But that would have to wait, the registration desk was .. this way ? He started on the direction he was told, dodging the people along the way and eventually coming up to the woman at the desk. " Hi, can I help you ? " She smiled at him like most of the humans did when they worked in places like these. " No, I'm fine. Just waiting for someone .. " He said plainly, stepping to the side and leaning on the wall near the registration center. After all, this was the right place to meet Shinichi. If it wasn't for he being a direction-retarded Charizard, he wouldn't be in this mess of waiting for someone by himself like a total loser. He wanted to be out there fighting it up, tossing Pokemon left and right. He wanted to be in the tournament already, and there were some good Pokemorphs he had seen around that he wouldn't have minded fighting on the spot like that Zangoose he spotted from across the section he was at. It seemed like he also had a trainer and a female human at that. What a lucky guy .. he scoffed at this. She might have been his ideal sweetheart trainer, but no one beats smarts when it came to Shinichi. She probably wouldn't have stood a chance with himself anyway .. that Zangoose was the perfect idiot partner for the perfect idiot girl. Or so he thought. Although, watching them was kind of entertaining all in itself. That Zangoose .. he wanted to charge at it right now and demand a battle, though he was interrupted by someone else trying to get their registration done beside him. Masaru moved away from him as his small squirtle partner sat next to him. She was a Pokemorph he was hoping to avoid. Masaru yawned as he thought of the boring fight, even though ot was a water pokemon. Squirtle wouldn't even match the shower thing he used to wash himself in the morning. It was like the sprinklers, not even a match.

The thoughts of the tournament now filled his head and he wandered about it. He had hoped there were none of them or not many water Pokemon in fear of them beating him in the tournament. One of the only weaknesses he had besides ground, but he usually floated thanks to his wings to keep them from hitting him with earthquakes or anything like that. That mud slap whatever stuff was pretty nasty though, he had to admit he hated being dirty as far as earthy ground-ish stuff. Mud being one of them. Masaru shivered, not wanting anything to get on his clothes as he fought today. Or tomorrow. Whenever the tournament started .. which was .. he'd have to ask Shinichi about that too. He was so clueless as to when this thing was starting and the charizard was hoping it was starting today with a little preliminary rounds to get him warmed up for whatever was coming his way. That, and he'd get a peek at who he was pitted up against and win that prize money for his trainer. With that fiery goal in mind ( along with the people he was about to kick a** with ), he waited patiently on the wall for his trainer to show up and get this tournament started.

Bobbing up and down through the crowded streets of Enia Island, a spot of lime green was threading through the milling mobs of people. If we zoom into this figure, we can see clearly that it is a young girl, appearing to be no older than eleven. First of all, let me clarify something. This young girl isn’t exactly a human. She’s actually a Rotom pokémorph! Meaning, she has the capability of ‘possessing’ electrical appliances. Now, let’s get back to our little lady.

Her eyes had a mischievous spark to it, and when she laughed, her locks of oddly vibrant green hair shook with her tiny body. As of now, she was looking left and right, trying to see above the heads of the human adults swarming past her. ”Ack. Why does it have to be sooo crowded today?” she muttered, a crackly voice whining to nobody in particular. Wincing as a toddling kid stepped on her toes as he ambled past, she turned to see where he was going. The kid was holding a brand new toy robot, the kind that moved when you pressed buttons and spoke to you in a monotonous voice. Its shiny new paint gleaming in a quick ray of light as a cloud parted briefly to reveal the sun’s glory. Smirking, she raised a hand, and concentrated on the minute plaything. The robot buzzed abnormally, sending a flare of electricity up the child’s hand and arm, causing him to yelp in fear. Then, the toy shivered violently and its head crumbled off. Nomi, holding back a terrible urge to burst out into maniacal yet triumphant laughter, walked away, as the boy broke down into fat, sloppy tears. His wails were almost sweet music in her ears.

Turns out Nomi had possessed the electrical toy for a brief moment, causing it to malfunction momentarily, and then let it break into pieces. ”First prank of the day. Good job, Nomi! Sora-chii would be proud~” the young girl complimented herself. Grinning to herself, she continued along the streets, trying to forget the small pains from her stepped-on toes. Her chin held high now from pride from her simple ‘accomplishment,’ she reminded herself that she was one a ‘mission’ this lovely morning to find Sora among all the other pokémorphs in town. Sora was her best friend in the whole world, next to Team Rocket and her partner, because of their connection and similar interest to causing mischief and wreaking havoc. They also had a common goal to one day take over the world… But Nomi believed that Sora was more interested in that more than her. Smiling brightly, she continued to stroll along, looking through shop windows and sometimes staring in wonder at the various items on sale at the festival stands. Too bad most of the things in the stands didn’t involve electricity. The pokémorph was beginning to grow bored, kind of giving up on looking for her friend. Earlier that morning, she had checked into the Pokécenter, obediently following the directions of her partner. She left as soon as possible after that, especially when she realized and found that Sora wasn’t there.

Her hands fiddled with a lock of her sea green hair, even though it left it a bit static-y and frizzy. Beginning to feel glum, she stuffed her hands into her pockets. Messing with peoples’ radios, cell phones and toys didn’t seem as fun anymore. She wanted something more exciting to happen. Forget Sora for now, she needed entertainment . She wanted some ginormous flying oven to come out of nowhere, begging her to possess it and wreak havoc to its inner-workings and under-parts! (That sounded a bit perverted, but, hey, what does a little eleven year old know?!) Even if that was impossible, she wanted to find at least a local Laundromat where she could mess up all the laundry machines and spill soap on everyone. That would make a good laugh. She squinted up into faintly bright sky, and saw a big sign, “Sakura Café.” She had heard around that it was a popular café among humans, who said that their pastries were true delicacies. Nomi wasn’t exactly used to human foods. She usually just enjoyed sucking the life out of batteries or other electricity outlets. It didn’t matter to her that it might sound gross or morally wrong to other people. It was quite … re-energizing, actually.

Walking a few steps forward to see what this café was all about, she peered into the window, using her left hand as a visor on her forehead so she could see clearer. She placed her other hand on the glass. Oh my god, that was when she saw it.

By the time she could get a grasp on what she was looking at, her whole nose was already pressed into the glass, and anyone on the inside looking out would see a squashed nose and flattened face pressed to the windowpane. She held her head back a moment, wiping away the fog her breath had left on the glass with her sleeve. Her eyes were open with wide astonishment, and an itching feeling made its way up her fingertips. This was it! What she had seen inside was a counter near the back, where they made the coffee and other drinks. There was also a small display case for their cakes and other pastries. But, no, that was not what she was gawking at. No, she was not staring with awe at the delicious looking cupcakes and cookies on the shelves, but the blenders .

Not believing her eyes, Nomi watched as the remarkable little machines whizzed away whimsically and happily. The whirring of their blades was a sweet melody in her ears. Squealing with unstoppable excitement, she did not hesitate to fling open the café door and tromp in. She didn’t notice the startled looks from customers, and she didn’t notice the waitress’ confused stares. She was only focused on the blenders. There were four of them, each blending its own smoothie or other drink of some sorts. A gentle aroma of baked goods and sugar wafted around the room, adding a sweet effect to Nomi’s wonder. She paused a moment, breaking away from her dazed daydream about making those blenders her toys and cause a mess inside the small café. Looking around, she spotted a familiar form: purple hair, sturdy wings, and a cute little hat. It was…

”SORAAA!!!” the tiny pokémorph squealed, running over to her buddy. She wrapped a big hug on him, even though she was a bit shorter. The thoughts of her beautiful blenders were forced away momentarily – Sora was more important at the moment.

The now three people stared at each other under silent. It would seem like no one had anything smart to say, especially not Chizuko she was no good in situations like this. Not that she was shy or felt awkward she just had a small tendency to ruin things by saying the wrong stuff at the wrong time. The new boy; Raiden seemed like a nice guy a bit over protective maybe but there was nothing wrong with him. This was just her guessing though, maybe he was a real meany underneath the surface, however, she doubted Mizuko would be partner with a jerk.

Slowly turning her head away from Raiden she noticed that Mizuko had said something, what it was Chizuko had no idea and she didn’t bother asking it was obvious that she talked to the boy and not her. Although, Chizuko loved to butt into other peoples business whatever they were friends or not, felt the need to stay out of this one. However, there was no telling what she might do to them later, nothing mean of course just a small prank to see if they had some humor. "I don't have a problem with it," Chizuko smiled to herself, when Mizuko had said it was ok she doubted that Raiden guy would say no. But then again she was just guessing she didn’t know these two at all.

Though, it was rather obvious that Mizuko was a shy girl, you almost had to guess what she was saying sometimes. Mizuko was the exact opposite of Chizuko, because unlike Mizuko Chizuko could be louder than a storm when she was angry. And, could Mizuko even get angry? The pokemorph couldn’t see this little girl get angry.

Great! Welcome to our crew of misfits and outlaws”” The boy stated very enthusiastically.

Hah, she had guessed right he did everything that Mizuko wanted, or maybe not everything. Chizuko got to do everything for her trainer too, or not really but she did it anyway. Red eyes followed the boy as he moved to gather his stuff. She watched him as he slung a bag over his shoulder. Thinking about what would happen next she realized she hadn’t said anything in a very long time, a normal person would probably say thanks for letting him/her go with them, but all living beings would have to die before Chizuko said thanks!

“Hey! I found you brat!” The new voice made Chizuko lose her balance a little. Now who was this jerk ? Obviously not a friend. Chizuko took a step backward so that she wouldn’t trip. A sailor, down here? He must be a enemy of Raiden then it didn’t seem like the vaporeon knew who this guy was either. The blonde nine year old smiled at the boys defense comment, he was at least smart Chizuko would have already jumped at the boy if he had talked to her. “Don’t be smart with me kid” The sailor continued angrily. ” It is not his fault that you don’t understand what he just said. ” Well, aware of the fact that this was not her fight she said it quietly so that the sailor hopefully wouldn’t hear her.

The two boys continued with there comments but Chizuko had stopped listening a long time ago, she was worried that Mizuko would get hurt. Chizuko may be rather harsh to people but she would never hurt someone ( unless it’s a battle or if they are mean to her )and she hated those whom did! Giving the sailor an angry glare she moved closer to Mizuko just in time for the sailor to dive forward and Raiden order Mizuko and her to run. Run ? What was he crazy, although she hadn’t listen so closely to there conversation she had heard the sailor mention the police and Raiden wasn’t going to get arrested as long as Chizuko was still here!

“ Mizuko! I know you don’t know me so well, but please trust me ’kay ? I want you to run! Don’t worry about Raiden he will be fine, I promise! ” Oh, god…this must be the second guy Chizuko saves in her life the first one being Hikaru. But she didn’t do this for Raiden, she did it for Mizuko and for herself; she really wanted to show that sailor a lesson he would never forget. A giggle escaped her lips while jumping up on a few boxes. “ Now let the fun being! ” Hoho, finally! This day might turn out really good in the end. She was so glad that she had decided to investigate the ship.

“ Ok, Sailor! I will be nice to you and give you two choice. First; you let Raiden go and I will not hurt you. Second; I throw you of the ship and take Raiden with me. So, what do you chose ? ” She said it with a friendly tone but you could hear that she was death serious. 1. 2. 3. 4 . 5... She counted to herself.“ To bad times up, I will chose for you! I chose the...second. 'kai? ” This was the best part of her evil little game, she didn’t let them chose. Hoho, she was such an evil little girl. Not that she would actuallt throw him of the ship but...she would at least do something.

While talking she had moved closer and she was now right over the sailor…she was lucky she had so many things to climb on in here. Jumping down she landed right in between the sailor and Raiden. “ When I say Go you run! Don’t worry about me I will catch up with you later. ” She could feel the sailors breath and it made her want to vomit. Concentrate Chizuko, you only have one chance As expected the sailor took a step closer, right into the trap; fast like the wind Chizuko wrapped her tail around the sailors legs and pulled. “GO!” As expected the sailor did not fall but he did lose his concentration which should be enough for Raiden to escape; that's if he had listen to her.

'Geeze, like I need you to point out the fact he's swinging a bat to tell they're not your friends!' Hirumi imagined she would have said so in her aggravated, don't-mess-with-me tone—the one she usually reserved for days after long hours of recording or rehearsals. Rumi tried her best to keep the smile on her lips without being rude in any way. She made as if she didn't notice the bat. Perhaps she could just get Kouta out of there by telling the strangers the two of them had business to attend to. Oh, but then again, people heaving around baseball bats usually weren't to be negotiated with so easily. She wouldn't want to tarnish her reputation by threatening them or anything either. This could turn out to be a real mess if they didn't want to play nice and leave if asked.

Hold up. Kouta called as the stranger advanced towards her. Wow, the guy didn't even seem to hear Kouta—or remember that anybody else was there. Any other situation and Rumi would have laughed at Kouta, bugging him about his lack of sense of existence but right now wasn't exactly the time for making jokes or other snide remarks. HEY! Personal bubble, personal bubble, personal bubble ... POP! 'Well, there goes any respect for privacy and personal space,' Rumi thought venomously. Either this guy wanted to suffocate her hands or he was a really big fan since the pop-star's lithe fingers felt completely crushed by the guy's huge (in comparison) hands.

My name is Yamamoto Hiro. You're amazing. Rumi smiled politely at the compliment. Thank you very much, Yamamoto-kun, the brunette said softly as she continuously wriggled her fingers (the Yamamoto guy didn't seem to notice her hands writhing for some circulation). She had dealt with grabby fans before. A little girl had pulled out her hair extensions backstage after a concert once. Of course, this was different; his hands were so clammy it felt like she was holding sticky fish or something!

Hey, she doesn't want to talk to you. Well, it seemed that at least one other person understood that. Rumi relaxed a little in knowing that she wasn't the only one who wanted them gone. With Kouta's stern statement of the truth, Yamamoto Hiro released her hands. Rumi clasped her hands together as if silently daring someone to try and take up her hands again. How would you know?! the boy snapped as he turned towards her pokemorph partner. The brief tension lasted only a second before the guy seemed to relax completely. What a strange guy, the way he lit up and bid farewell to Kouta could only be described as bipolar. Rumi smiled as she raised a single hand to wave goodbye to the group of male students. Once they were finally out of sight, the brunette let out a sigh; at least that was one thing out of the way.

Took ya long enough, Kouta stated as he turned back toward her. Hirumi made a point of rolling her eyes at him. You're the one that disappeared after I told you to stay where you were! she accused as she wiped her hands on her cotton skirt. She stifled a yawn with one hand as she dangled her sunglasses from one hand; they had gotten smothered inside her bad and one of the lenses looked like it was about to fall out. Hirumi made a face at the wrecked shades and stowed it back in her bag; well, there goes one less article of defence. She would have made some snide remark about Kouta not having noticed her show of antic surprise sooner but felt that he probably had enough—for one morning, at least. Anyway, shouldn't we go find a hotel or somethin' to stay at? Kouta asked as he inched toward the edge of the rock face.

Hirumi took off her sandals and shook the sand out them one by one as she replied, Already done, we're on the twenty-first floor on Golden Hotel. I thought it'd be best to get the suite since it's like having two rooms, and it has the kitchenette (though it'll be completely useless, we both know I don't cook), oh and we can see the ocean and the forest (but you kind of have to stick your head out over the porch and crane your neck waaay around to see any trees at all). The idol was definitely used to the luxuries of life, hotel suites were a given and limousines (although not fitting for her current, undercover, situation) were certainly the preferred method of transportation. She had originally decided to do the best she could to be average since she left home with Kouta. Most of her youth was spent on stage, on set or in studios; it was about time she toned down on the glamour and enjoyed the average life of a teenage girl. Which is why she forced herself to sit through the crowded ferry ride, but the regular rooms were so tiny in comparison to the suite!

Oh, and manager-san called. I think he's on the island so we should try to keep away from him if we can. Actually, he seemed really determined to force me back home, he actually said 'You're on Enia Island, I'll come get you,' and the 'ditch Kouta while you're at it' part was implied quite well, Rumi stated with a nod. Her manager thought that as an idol she should stick to the generic pixie-egg pokemon, and he didn't make it none to subtle that he didn't approve of such a scary-looking pokemon/morph like a Zangoose. Too bad, since she outgrew a lot of the cutesy things just one season into her celebrity career.

Hirumi eyed Kouta suspiciously as he seemed to prepare to descent he side of the large rock. There is no way you're getting me to go down that way, unless you want to be held responsible for me falling into the ocean and drowning to my death, she said as she shuffled back a foot or two from the drop. Cliffs weren't a good thing, and neither was the open sea; Rumi wasn't much of a swimmer or a hiker.

A soft giggle left Yumimi’s mouth as she twirled the handle of her umbrella – which was actually her sweet Pikachu (or Ditto as most people would recognize it as). She was skipping around the boat and the island was in view – YAY! – and it would only be moments before the ship would dock. Somewhere around the ship were her three baby Pokemon – Zapdos (aka Munchlax), Heracross (Magby) and Sableye (Pichu). The three had run off immediately after the ship had left their destination and were most likely wrecking havoc somewhere around the ship – SHE WAS SO PROUD OF THEM! Most likely, if she knew her Pokemon well enough, Zapdos was in the kitchens taking all the ship’s food, Heracross was on the highest place on the ship burping out fire and Sableye was barging into random cabins and scaring the s**t out of people. She loved her Pokemon! Anyway, Pikachu was kind enough to stay with her – a lil’ cutie it was! And even transformed into an umbrella to save her from the burning sun – though it really wasn’t all that hot. Anyway, it was time to find her Pokemon and that my friend, would be a task indeed. First she set off to the highest place to find Heracross – he was always the easiest to find. The little sucker was shooting out little balls of fire down at the departing passengers – oh shoot, they were all getting off already! – and Yumimi nabbed him immediately. “MH, come on! It’s one thing to set fire to people, it’s another thing to damage the boat!” She scolded, motioning to the numerous burn marks around the floor. ”Now come on, it’s off to find Zapdos!” A few people passing by her gave her an odd look. Zapdos? How on Earth was a Zapdos on the ship – was probably what they were wondering.

Skipping to the kitchen, she could already hear the mayhem Zapdos had caused the staff. Many a sailor were moaning on their lack of food supply. The closer she got, the louder the cursing was. This…may prove to be a problem – she thought with a sweatdrop. ”Um, Heracross, wanna go get Zapdos for me?” The baby shook his head before hiding behind Yumimi. She pouted. What if she got yelled at! ”Uhh, let’s try this, ZAPDOS!” she cried, gaining a large amount of attention. Several sailors were already coming towards her to tell her shut up and get off the damn boat already. ”THE POKEFOOD IS FLYING ONTO THE ISLAND! WE GOTTA USE THE SOCKS AND CAPTURE THEM!” Wut? Whatever she said, a little blur scrambled out of the kitchen and was running off the boat. She smiled happily before noticing a crowd of sailors around her. ”Hey guys! Here, you want some red crayons? Of course you do! Who wouldn’t! That was such a silly question.” She chirped before handing each of them a crayon and bolting off. The sailors only stared blankly at the drawing utensil the girl shoved into their hands. Ah, five more people entering the world of red crayons.

”So MH, did ya see Sableye anywhere?” Apparently, Heracross did in fact know because he was pulling the edge of the girl’s dress over to where the cabins were. “ When I say Go you run! Don’t worry about me I will catch up with you later. ” A voice said in a rather friendly voice from around the corner. Tilting her head to the side, Yumimi skipped into a rather odd scene. There were two Pokemorphs and two humans – one of which being a sailor. There seemed to be a fight of some kind because one of Pokemorphs had wrapped her tail around the sailor’s leg and pulled before shouting out ”GO!”. Yumimi could only blink at the scene before shrugging. They were probably playing a game of tag or something and the Sailor was it. Those three must be trying to get away and prevent themselves from being it! She wanted to play too! Before she could voice this, a tiny spot of yellow and black caught her eye. “SABLEYE THERE YOU ARE!” She squealed, bowling over to where the three were. In the back of the room, her little Sableye (reminder, she’s actually a Pichu) was in the corner napping. God knows how she got into the cabin in the first place. Yumimi shoved the sailor and Pokemorph out of the way to scoop up the slumbering Sableye. If her guess was correct, most likely the little trickster was going through the cabins to play tricks on people before falling asleep in this particular one. Upon grabbing Sableye, she had let go of her umbrella which morphed back into its regular gelatin like form.

”Mkay! Time to go guys, everyone’s here! We should go get Zapdos before he runs too deep into the island.” Turning around, she remembered the group that was originally in the room. ”OH! HI!” She waved with Sableye in her arms and Pikachu on her shoulder. Heracross had stuck one finger in his mouth and peered at the group curiously. He looked tempted to blow out some ember at them but remembered Yumimi’s lecture before – don’t damage the ship. Maybe he could get them once they got off it! ”Silly me! I didn’t give you guys Red Crayons!” She handed each one a crayon including the Sailor and Pokemorph she had shoved and skipped rather cheerfully out of the room. ”Bye bye! See you on the island!” Like the wind, Yumimi had come and gone leaving – most likely – a rather confused group of people holding crayons in their hands. Of course, that was perfectly normal for Yumimi. The only thing that bothered her was the fact that she was now several crayons shorter – she had about half the supply she had before! Still, it was all for a good cause but she still had to go buy some more later.

Finally, the girl got off the ship with three of her four Pokemon. Zapdos on the other hand, had left a trail of food wrappers that lead into the Central Square. Waving at random strangers and once in a while handing out a crayon to someone (she didn’t have that many left so unfortunately she couldn’t give one to everyone), she bounded her way over to the stadium. The trail of wrappers led there for some reason. On her journey to the stadium, not only was she gaining attention by waving at strangers and handing out crayons, her Pokemon were gaining quite strange looks as well. Pikachu kept morphing into different items from a fan to a watermelon all the way over to a snowman – mind you, this is all while staying on Yumimi’s shoulder. Heracross, who was finally glad to be off the ship, was spitting out sparks of fire at the ground causing various people to yelp. Lastly, Sableye was running around wildly, causing some people to trip, and tipping over anything she could find. All in all, Yumimi left a trail of chaos behind her.

”MZ!” She finally cried out when she arrived inside the stadium. Luckily, she hadn’t confused more people by shouting out Zapdos. The little critter was in the middle of the room, munching on what appeared to be a chocolate bar. ”Hey! You didn’t leave any for me?” She pouted as she reached the Pokemon. Zapdos pulled out a lollipop though, and handed it to Yumimi while still munching on his chocolate. She took it gladly and sat down in the middle of the room along with her Pokemon. Sucking on the lollipop merrily, she finally completed her journey of arriving on Enia Island with all her friends.

Today was a bad day. Or at least, that's how Minami felt at that given moment. First of all, he had to fly to the island all on his own. There couldn't be enough delicious flowers or lollipops in the world to make the Beautifly pokemorph jump on a man-made vehicle, such as a ferry, packed full of humans. How could other pokemorphs bear to stand travelling with one of those? They were all so violent and scary. They never made any sense and they always wanted to take him to a PokeCenter ( to be forced to comply to the commands of a trainer! ). Of course, the human he met most frequently was Officer Jenny. That lady never knew when to quit. She always came after him on that that something-or-other-cycle of hers, and when she did catch him, Min had to fight those stupid Growlithes to get away. Stupid fire-type pokemon.

Of course, having to fly and exhausting himself wasn't the only thing that was slowly ruining what was supposed to be best day of Minami's life since the exciting days of four years ago. He was chased down the beach by an Officer Jenny when she caught him stealing a lady's purse. He lost the wallet in the chase—and there was so much money in it too—and had managed to get away, but what good is that when all you have is a bag of dust and three lollipops? Oh, and you can't forget; to top it all off, little kids at the park pulled on his antennas and wing/cape (their parents are probably trying to get them down from the trees Minami had tied the annoying little brats to), he was knocked over and stepped on by the first wave of people exiting the first ferry, and his grape lollipop (his absolute favourite!) got stuck in his hair.

Damn, and that loony lady (this is how Minami commonly refers to Officer Jenny) was probably still looking for him too. They didn't know when to quit did they? It seemed like during what little time wasn't spent running or hiding for Minami, he was dead bored. Just like he was right now. Minami lounged on the park bench and stared up at the sky. It was so ... blue. Was it always this bright this early in the mornings? Well, that wasn't important to him. Min rolled onto his side and watched the water spraying up from the fountain. If water kept coming out the top of the fountain, how come it never overflowed? Did it get drained out somewhere? Where? He didn't see any drains.

There was a distant, muffled noise from behind. Minami sat up straight and peered over his shoulder; did that loony lady catch up to him already? Minami tried to stand up but was yanked back by something. I didn't do it, kyun! I didn't steal that lady's wallet! Lemme go! Lemme go, nyeh! the Beautifly morph cried as whoever it was retained their firm grip on his cape. I swear, it wasn't me! I've been framed, kyun! he hollered; the typical lies that were first to sprout out of the young pick-pocket's lips. When Minami turned around to try to yank his cape out of his captor's hands he noticed that his captor wasn't Officer Jenny, or even another one of those overly curious brats either. In fact, there wasn't anybody holding him back; his cape was just caught in the bench.

Kyun ... Stupid cape, stupid wings, the dark haired boy grumbled as he bent down and worked away at freeing his wings. This is why he hated being a Beautifly, his wings—since they hung limp like a cape when he didn't need them—got stuck everywhere and it was apparently to blame for more than half the times he ever gets caught. Once they were finally free Minami held them up and scrutinized the edges; any little scratch or tear could affect his flying. There, he mumbled as he dusted off the dirt from the hems and tossed the cape like material over his shoulder.

There he is! an awfully familiar voice shouted from a distance. FWAA! IT'S THE LOONY LADY! Minami shouted, aggravated by her appearance right after he nearly wrecked his wings. A crowd, that's just what he needed! Minami took off in the direction of the port as fast as he could, another human boat was arriving, meaning there should be lots of people to hide him from the loony police lady. Stop where you are! Officer Jenny called after him and the pokemorph dove into the first wave of people.

Min had to shove through masses of humans ( and their stupid pokemorph partners, again, why would you want a human partner? ) headed in the opposite direction as him. But apparently, Officer Jenny wasn't getting through as easily as he was. Her threats of catching him sounded more and more far off until they eventually stopped altogether. Just as Minami was turning around to re-escape the crowd, he caught a short glimpse of something—someone he recognized. Was that? Is that? RYUU-NII? Minami wheeled around and bolted at full speed towards the familiar figure of the Kingdra pokemorph. Yuu-nii! Kyun, kyun~ the childish boy called as he tackled the taller man and threw his arms about him. Ryuu was the one Minami adored the most, he was the one who taught him everything he knew. The rumours were true, nyeh? Min didn't even think about the grape lollipop still tangled in his hair. And Ryuu-nii might squirt water at him again but the grown child didn't care. He found family again! Yuu-nii!

" Absolutely perfect .. ~ " He smiled to himself as he counted the small amount of money in his hands; meanwhile some trainers were making a fuss behind him about lacking money for the trip and having to bum some off of his friends. " Sorry, child .. but I need this more than you do. " Ryuu had said this quietly as he walked away to the outside marketplace surrounding the entrance to the stadium. It was bustling with mall rats and rich people with small Pokemon as their pets. Nearly sick to his stomach wasn't something he wanted to feel, and he just just getting the worse of his hunger with a nice smell of barbecue from the leftmost side of the stands. Absolutely delicious was his first thought, second as if he wanted to get his hands dirty eating something so wonderful and admitting to himself he couldn't get himself filthy before stealing the first place trophy along with the money. The prize money would be filled with sauce from his earlier snack. A huff had escaped him, going in search for yet another stand that sold something he could use without staining his clothes, and there it was. A stand with something he wouldn't have to clean up after: popcorn. Not the healthiest choice, but a good one, and it smelled sweet and satisfying. Trotting over to the stand, he paid the man quickly as if he were being watched ( he acted strange around large crowds od domesticated Pokemon and their lowly trainers ), waiting impatiently for them to finish his order as he turned around towards the Pokecenter outside of the stadium. " ... that hat ... " Kingdra had gotten a glimpse of something so familiar and held a striking resemblance to-- " Sir, your popcorn's ready." The dragon snapped around to snatch it and leave in haste to the center all the while dodging people and shoving food in his mouth.

The crowd that had once been around the building were now only leaving a few slow stragglers behind as Ryuu glanced at them all and their " friends " following them. There must have been something up with the center, they did get quite busy around the tournament times and left a few people to camp outside and such and such. Though Kingdra paid no mind to sleeping outside at all, he could just pretend he had a foul stomachache and book a room for himself in the center. The only downfall was that Joy nurse or whatever it was they called her would time to time check on him. As he neared the center, chills ran down his spine, his face paling slightly. There was something in there that made him feel like he were stuck on that table again for those bastards to cut him open to peek at what was inside. A scowl embedded his features as he turned on his heel to leave to as far from the center as possible. His feet were practically gliding as he trotted briskly to the pier where he was getting over the thoughts of being sent back to that .. place. Plopping down on the wooden surface, Kingdra mused there for a minute, pausing only to take his boots off and set them aside. " ... ... this will do for now .. " He sighed, picking up the bag of popcorn, kicking his feet in the water to create tiny splashes that amused him for the time being. Red orbs flickered down towards the water, feeling a bit down as thoughts of his Seadra mother made him close his eyes.

" Mama, lookit what I did ! " Small feet patted down onto the sand, little white and blue curls bounced on Ryuu's small shoulders as he showed his mother the seashell he dug up from the sandy beach. " Isn't it purdy ? " He smiled blissfully while his mother thought of how his smile could brighten up the whole sea. She had made an accepting noise to the sea shell Ryuu was showing her from her place as close as she could get to the surface. The baby dragon splashed towards her and his brothers to show them the discovery he had made, all of them reveling in it and returning back to the home underwater. There, they all played with Ryuu as the seeker and the rest of the brothers to hide. He counted silently as the small Horsea went for a place to hide while he went to look for them, turning around to look at his mother, who was gone. Thinking she had left for food, Ryuu kept searching for his brothers and sisters, finding them all and goofing off with them until nightfall. Their mother Seadra hadn't come for them yet as they hid underneath a large amount of seaweed, though their father was in the distance, the tiny Horsea and himself rushed over to greet him and followed them home.

A smile crept up from Ryuu's features as he dwelt on that small piece of home from under his feet. He wasn't dependent on his parents now, but he was so long ago. The dragon slowly opened his eyes, kicking up a small wave from under his feet while popping a piece of popcorn in his mouth, watching the little ripples in the pier water form. He wiggled his toes, unable to help but kick a little more water before drying himself off and slipping his boots back on to leave the water. It was going to give him nightmares later if he thought about it too much. The crowded streets on this island sounded better than drowning in past sorrows and such. It wasn't like him to get lost in his own thoughts like that and it was dangerous letting his guard down, especially with all of these people. Being paranoid for the " Team Rocket " -- as he's heard the people call them -- members around the island was his first priority. Like hell he'd be caught like an animal again, it was one thing to capture. It was another to imprison and be used as a rag doll, and Ryuu would have none of it. As he was fuming about the rockets, he heard a shrill voice in the background, one all too familiar. " .. who could that be .. ? " He whirled around gracefully, his hand near his chest and fingers curled into his palm just slightly to further gay out his action. His face remained indignant as he stared down the crowd and the wave of people making room for the human in wait, which wasn't a human at all.

" Wha-- .. unf ! " Kingdra grunt at the collision of whatever that shrill voice had come from, tumbling down and dropping the human food on the floor. He was dazed for a few minutes, some people staring at them and walking around them in confusion as to what was going on with these two strange morphs. After his eyes had adjusted, he turned to pull at a silky feeling cape-- WINGS. " .. you .. Mina .. what are you doing here ? " The dragon bolted up from his spot on the ground and shoved off the Beautifly with force to get up and stand to brush himself off. " ... ... look at what you've done. I have reason to believe you owe me food, Minami. " Ryuu yawned, pulling out the machine gun that was dangling from his back, aiming it at the butterfly's nicely-targeted head. " Lovely .. you seem to have brought a friend with you ... " He motioned to the Officer Jenny that was quickly making her way through the crowd. Not that she stood much of a change with her cute little puppies, he could have taken them all without even hesitating for a moment. " It's nice to see you again Minami, but I hate it when you bring extra friends along with you .. " A sigh escaped him as he stood next to the other morph. " Let's get going, I'm not going to allow myself to get caught here. " A smile had decorated his features as he waited for his friend to get up and start running for their lives.

Leave my door open just a crack
I got misty eyes as they said farewell

A swoosh here and there and a small swirl of dust just clouded its way as a broom was sweeping the entrance of a small shrine a little ways outside the edge of the Irie Forest. It's near the town, but there's enough distance between the two places. Rika looked up to the sky and sighed, being frowning. Each day it's just her and maybe one or two of the monks that resided here and took her in as an apprentice shrine maiden. They were nice people, and yes, they knew that she was a Latias Pokemorph, luckily they would not tell a soul to keep her secret away from Team Rocket. Thinking about that group sent a chill down her spine. "...I hope brother doesn't get into any trouble..." She said in concern, seeing a couple Pokemon from the forest peeking their heads outside from the bushes and such. They were her company, friends she would take care of when they were injured. A zigzagoon, oddish, pidgey, those kinds of forest Pokemon that usually roam around here. Each of them made a sound of they were present before charging out of the bushes and made their way towards her, which Rika open her arms in welcome as she watch them enthusiastically came by to play.

"Good morning everyone, are you hungry?" She asked each of them, seeing them nod before most of them just followed her as she went to go put the broom away in the storage house and soon enough offered a couple berries she had on hand, which they each shared gingerly with each other. She kneeled down and stroked the zigzagoon who just repeated its name with the whole 'zig, zig, zigzagoon!' and she giggled. Her love for Pokemon and Pokemorph was so huge maybe there isn't enough space in the world for her to share it all. It was then one of the monks by the name of Gonda had stepped outside, he was an elderly old man and he just chuckled at the sight of Rika with her Pokemon friends. "My dear, have you heard about the festival down on Enia? Why don't you go down here and enjoy yourself." He beckoned her, which Rika shook her head, "Oh no, there's much work to be done here. Besides, I cannot leave you two here!" She said, which the old man held up his hand. "I insist. Don't worry, my granddaughters will be here soon. Go and enjoy yourself." Without another word, Rika just nodded. Thanking him as she picked up the oddish and held the grass Pokemon in her arms as she trotted down the trail and into town, her zigzagoon and pidgey friend following next to her. Pidgey perched on her shoulder and zigzagoon hung around by her feet.

By the time she arrived in town, she had already saw a large gathering of trainers making their way here and there. Goodness, since when was the last time there was this many people here? Then again, the Crown Tournament just attracted trainers from all over! Then she wondered about Hayate, would he be causing some sort of trouble anytime soon? She worries, that's all. Being second in command of Apex wasn't her idea, but apparently she was still promoted anyways. She just wanted to go there and bring peace to both sides of the parties. After all, she believes it is both the trainer and pokemon/morph's choice whether they believe their situation with each other is as bad as they think or not. For one, Rika actually found some Pokemon and Pokemorph that enjoy being with their partners. Apex on the other hand...well, as long as there is no civil war then that is fine with her. Entering town was like a new sensation for her again, she doesn't come down as often as people would think. But since this event is here, she was given permission to roam on her own. Better be careful at least, Team Rocket. She's quite afraid of them after all. Especially since she had heard the stories of her ancestors...when they had been captured by Team Rocket, Latios for example, it was a sad story. Ash Ketchum...that was a long, long time ago. It's been many years and she was certain that there was no one like him that existed anymore, not with a heart for Pokemon as big as his.

The streets were bustling with people. She felt a bit out of place, but decided to explore a little bit. The three Pokemon friends she had decided to head back into the forest, since they felt uncomfortable in town, especially with this many people. Oddish bounced away and zigzagoon followed and soon enough, Pidgey flew off as well. She just continued walking, looking through small booths and seeing some places being set up. How fun! She didn't know what to do first, but with this many people, she was a little reassured that no one will notice she's a Latia's Pokemorph. If anyone asks, she's just a shrine maiden, her outfit can pull off with that at least. She made her way to Shinzen Port, trying to catch a glimpse of the ocean, and by arriving, she saw something that caught her attention at the top of the boat that came at the dock. A green...dressed person....is that Hayate? He looks like him. Hm..wait that is him! And he's making his way off the boat. Should she greet him? Would he even regard her as a nuisance or something? No matter, she just waited until she came by her did she actually ran to him and gave him a glomp.

"Ha-ya-te!" She giggled, clinging onto the Registeel Pokemorph. "You finally came to see me! I'm so happy!" She teased, hugging Hayate even if he doesn't like it. Rika was the type that gets along or tries to get along with everyone she meets. And she waited for his reaction, which she was sure that it might not be as positive, but it was something. "How was the trip? Was it fun?" She never rode on a boat before, only flew. "And by the way, did you cause any trouble?" She frowned, knowing that any trouble caused by Hayate she would have to give him a lecture. After all, the leader has to be responsible.

Great! Welcome to our crew of misfits and outlaws,” Raiden had said. Mizuko couldn't help but smile at that comment. If Mizuko had said anything about their group, she probably would've come up with some stupid name for it. For example, she might have called it the "happy fun crew". Coming from her, it wouldn't be strange, but it would make her sound really, really stupid. Then again, a lot of people found the odd things she said hilarious. Mizuko had always wondered if they thought she was joking when she said such things. Really, that was the kind of person she was, and there would be no changing her any time soon. She couldn't help saying such things; they were the only things she could think of to say. In reality, though, she didn't have much of an issue. She was only actually comfortable with Raiden, and he usually didn't make fun of her. That completely got rid of the issue.

She was totally ready to get off of the boat. Even though it had stopped, that still didn't stop it from moving underneath her feet. The rocking motion of the ship bothered her. Mizuko had no idea how sailors dealt with that feeling constantly; she couldn't even put up with being awake on a moving boat. Speaking of sailors, it seemed like one had just found them. “Hey! I found you, brat!” he shouted, looking right at Raiden. She could tell that Raiden's problem on the boat had been with this sailor. That was the only possibility, and it was not up for debate. It didn't surprise her one bit when Raiden made a smart remark. Also, she knew for a fact that something like that was what had started the problem in the first place. “Don’t be smart with me, kid,” the man responded. However, Mizuko didn't hear it. Her mind basically shut itself down. Mizuko was in such a panic; she had become incapable of paying attention to what was going on around her.

The situation was completely different than the one with Chizuko had been. The other Pokemorph hadn't shown any signs of hostility. Mizuko hadn't been comfortable around her, but she was capable of dealing with her fear. This sailor, however, was obviously angry, and it seemed as though he would have no problem hurting any of them. That could have been the young Pokemorph reading too far into things, but she had no way of knowing. Her mind was too overwhelmed. “Mizuko! Run!” Luckily for Mizuko, one of the two voices that could break through such trances spoke to her. Her wide eyes started looking back into reality, and her tense muscles loosened. She took a deep breath, and it was soon followed by another. She looked at Chizuko, attempting to discover what she planned on doing. That answer was soon revealed to her.

“Mizuko! I know you don’t know me so well, but please trust me ’kay ? I want you to run! Don’t worry about Raiden he will be fine, I promise!” Her bright blue eyes watched Chizuko for a moment. What, was she planning to fight them? Honestly, Mizuko didn't approve of that. Battles were one thing. Both participants in them knew what they were getting themselves into. Fights like this, however, were totally different. Raiden and Chizuko had both asked her to leave, though, so shouldn't she? Although they had just met, Mizuko's trusting nature caused her to slowly back away, doing what she had been asked. What choice did she have? If there was going to be a fight, she didn't want to be around for it. She turned, making a run for it, and she didn't stop running. Soon enough, she was off the boat. After putting a bit of distance between herself and the boat, she fell onto her knees, taking deep breaths.

Mizuko couldn't deal with those situations, and she could barely keep herself from crying. Her eyes had been filled with as much water as they could contain; she wasn't in a pleasant situation. She didn't know how she would find Raiden again. Maybe she should go back to the boat after some time had passed. Whenever things like this had happened before, she hadn't split apart from her partner, and she was nervous because of it. Short seconds felt like hours. Had she really just left Raiden and a strange Pokemorph to deal with an angry sailor? It really didn't feel right. If they didn't show up... she wasn't sure what she would do. Too tired to move, she sat still where she had stopped her frantic run and waited. There was nothing to do but wait. Waiting was agonizing, and she anxiously awaited the moment her waiting would end.

Morning wasn't really her favorite part of day, actually, she hated it the most to be honest, but it was something she had to get used to, as of right now though, she was dreaming, and it happened to be a pleasant one or so it seemed. Her lips were pulled into a gentle smile, her arms, hugged the pillow her cheek rested against and her legs gently moved from side to side. A low giggle escape her mouth and suddenly she was rolling from side to side, her giggling erupting in laughter that filled her room. "Yuu-kun" she whispered softly, at the same time, a few tears escaped her eyes, sliding down long, butterfly eyelashes and onto her pillow, her lips curling into a bitter smile, the giggling becoming more and more silent as she whispered the name Yuu once more, in a sadder voice than before. Then, with a final roll that sent her to the ground, the laughter abruptly stopped, followed by a tiny whimper and groan combined into one. It was back to reality for Kichi as today was the first day at Enia Island, and she had lots of new things to discover. Now that she was waking up, her golden eyes stared vacantly at the ceiling, one leg thrown over the bed, the other laying on the floor with her sheet covering a fraction of her body and her hands laying out in all directions closed tightly "ah..." she murmured, turning her eyes to look at the clock. "Time to get up?" she asked herself, pouting as she did.

Pushing herself from the floor, her hair hanging, wild and free around her face and down her back, she fought herself free from the confines of the constricting blanket and stood up, walking towards the bathroom. Wearing nothing more than a mere night down, she lifted her thumbs under the straps, pulled them up and let them fall from her shoulders, the red gown dropping to ground by her feet, and disappeared into the bathroom,. Closing the door behind her, the shower was turned on and she stepped in, letting the cold water hit her face, waking her up instantly. Her eye blinked and she looked around, running her hands through the knot filled hair, until the brown colored locks hung straight down her back swaying against her hips, then she sneezed, hitting her head into the wall and sending her recoiling back and she rubbed her forehead, blinking in pain. Kichi guessed that it was about time to get out of the shower lest she slam her head into the wall again and lose consciousness. Flipping the switch off, she stepped out, dripping wet, her eyes searching for the towel that belonged to her. Feeling lazy, she turned and found a white one with red rabbits on it, deciding a fresh one wouldn't hurt. Yet she didn't seem too eager to et up this one when she might walk into he room later find it under some mysterious pile and then complain later. "Hmmm.....ah pooh, fine, 'll use it." she mumbled, wrapping it tightly around her body. She looked around, once more, for her beloved towel, then sighed, exiting the bathroom, defeated.

"I’m so lucky I got a room at the Golden Hotel. They even have bathrooms, how awesome is that!” she said happily, walking towards the window which she slid open, then, sat upon, crossing her legs gingerly together while she looked at the beautiful view. Walking towards her closet. After the underwear was on, she took up a red / pink colored dress, the dress was rather short ending right above her knees were a nice pair of white knee-high socks took over. She looked at herself in the mirror, once and only once, for a while, to make sure she looked decent, if you'd call her decent looking. Her smooth, fully, rosy lips were glossed over with light pink lip gloss, her almond shaped eyes changed again, to their normal light blue color, her apricot colored skin unblemished. She smiled softly, hopping down from the counter, and tossed her hair behind her so it swung to her waist.

Walking out of the room she saw a bunch of trainers talking about the Crown Tournament. She had to remember to go and pick up her number and badge later today, she was so glad that she had already filled out all that paperwork. It was so boring. Scanning the first floor she saw no one familiar- Boo! She had hopped that at least Ji-Yong would be here! Well, he was probably asleep somewhere big crowds wasn’t really his things. She let out a loud giggle, which made some people turn around and stare at her, Kichi gave them a quick smile and hurried out the door. The clock was only 7 am, but the place was crowed with trainers from all over the world!

Ooo, this was to exiting she would make so many new friends! But first maybe she should try and find her way to the stadium she might as well get it over with, if she remembered right the desk would close at 5 pm so she still had plenty of time. However, Kichi was known for forgetting important stuff and she really didn’t want to get disqualified; Yi Yong would kill her then. Speaking of him, where was he ? He wasn’t in the Hotel, and she couldn’t find him out here but that was no surprise this place was so crowded. “ Yiiiii-Yiiii !! ” She yelled - nothing at all. “ Boooooooooo!! Yi-Yi! ” She pouted, this was boring couldn’t he come soon? She really didn’t want to go alone he was coming with her if she so had to drag him all the way there. Sitting down at a wooden bench she watched as trainers, pokemorphs and some pokemons made there way in and out from the hotel. Sometimes, it was a good thing being rich or else she would has to slept at that other Hotel; and it was so much smaller. Letting out a big yawn she scanned the surroundings once again in search for the familiar blue head pokemorph.

Kazuma flinched, body ducked, arms drawn and was momentarily close to doing a 360 and rolling away from his trainer and others. His chest heaved quickly. In any other case, Kazuma would’ve sprinted off in search for the nearest river and hid. He had never seen Spitfire do something to that extreme before. Kazuma was still dealing with people, let alone having a trainer tell him what to do. He wasn’t used to other’s anger in such form. Kazuma wasn’t even used to his bursts of anger that caused him to do some damage. He was cliché like the others, piss him off to the degree and he would turn into your worst nightmare. But just imagine being in that mindset forever—this was Spitfire. This was who watched him now.

Do you think I can do it?” Akira’s eyes met his. He could see her working out this question, and others, in his blank expression on her face. It was like the silence was the wondering question, why are you here? Kazuma was aware that this match, out of any, was the most opposite that could possibly walk the Earth. Yet, Kazuma wasn’t mad. He wasn’t upset or disappointed. Kazuma could’ve probably deal with anyone abandoning him, but this fiery trainer had something in her, something that drew him to her. Perhaps it was her different way of treating him. Kazuma saw how she treated her other Pokémon. He did gaze longingly at them and wondered where he had gone wrong. But, Kazuma liked Spitfire. She scared the ******** out off him, but he liked her.

It was like Kazuma’s world was crashing around him. Nothing was starting to make any sense anymore. Her sigh made him rip eyes from her and stare longingly at the other trainers. Not the ones warily watching Spitfire, whispering about meltdowns and such, but the ones who were walking with their Pokemorphs, smiling and talking. If Kazuma could’ve only been a bit bigger and maybe a bit stronger. It was the feeling that made him shiver. Spitfire needed to like him.

I don’t know,” she said in a voice that made Kazuma’s fin shiver. Her words were leeching into Kazuma’s body. He stood silently and listened. All of a sudden, Spitfire was in his face. She had her look, the one that didn’t have a label yet, and continued in that voice of hers. That one that made Kazuma shiver in anticipation. “--A real man will try even when it’s impossible. Even if you get knocked down a million times, just come back up a billion more. So you tell me.

Kazuma stared at Spitfire. This was the right moment for him to pump his fist and yell out an enthusiastic “yeah!”—perhaps with a following jump in the air and tap of the heels. Yet, Kazuma was motionless; all he could do was stare. She was right. While Spitfire was here to become the best trainer she could be, Kazuma was here for all those other mudkips who couldn’t make it. All those babies who were prodded and poked, who were crying in fear and agony because of the humans. While some of them were smiling with their trainers, heading to the registration table of whatever or were begging for help. Kazuma needed to stop all of this. He was eight years old. Life had settled a large packet onto his shoulders that was bigger than some tournament on an island in the middle of the ocean. Kazuma was a real man and he needed to try—even though it seemed impossible. He dropped his head, allowing his shadow to block his eyes from Spitfire’s view.

Whoa whoa, Akira, don't take to him like that. You can't force the 'man' in someone just like that ...” A boy, well actually the one that had been standing with Spitfire when these whole shenanigans began, knelt down next to Kazuma and smiled. “Hey, you can't ask her that, you have to think like that yourself and that's the first step to winning your battles. And besides, don't ask her, look at what happens with her and her little fiery eruptions?"

Kazuma felt a pat on his head and the boy was above him. He spoke something else to Akira, but Kazuma wasn’t listening. He was elsewhere, floating in a sky of darkness. Of course he could do it. He had no other choice. It was all down to this. Kazuma squeezed his eyes shut, tears seared into his eyelids. He wouldn’t cry this time. He couldn’t. He had the cliché power in him now. He had a battle bigger than he thought that he needed to fight.

Kazuma, knowing he shouldn’t, but unable to help himself anyway, reached up and took Spitfire’s hand. Nothing escaped his lips and he still kept his face down, blue hair covering his eyes.

we're all trapped -- in a maze of relationships
life goes on -- with or without you
I swim in a sea -- of the unconscious
I search for your heart -- pursuing my true self

                              Oh wow.

The young, Dragonair pokemorph oggled his eyes at the sights ahead of him. This whole place was so large, so big! Humans really liked to outdo themselves with these colonies, didn't they? It was rare for Ji Yong to explore a human city like this by himself, since he was adverse to large human crowds, preferring more the pokemon ones. Ji Yong didn't run too far from the hotel in which his partner was staying at; it was just boring to wait for Kichi to wake up, and there were lots of people dressed up really fancy today. (He had decided to sleep outdoors for the night; even after being with Kichi, he still wasn't quite used to sleeping on these "beds". What could be better than a tree?) At first, he was kind of scared to go in for a closer look, but the curiosity got the best of him and Ji Yong darted to peer around, running out of the hotel where he was waiting for Kichi. Wow, so many people were looking pretty today! It reminded him of whenever the older males in his clan back at the mountains near Blackthorne. They would alwas decorate themselves with different coloured feathers that they could find, and shine up their beads so that the females would become attracted to them, and so they can mate. Ooh, was the human race the opposite? Kichi never told him before! Was this "festival" thing (that's what he heard passerbys call it) some kind of human mating ritual? Oh, there was just so many things that Ji Yong didn't know about the human race! Ji Yong glanced down, spotting his own beads, a bit dull because he had never polished them in a while. If this was supposed to be the mating ritual of the humans, did this mean that he also had to dress himself up by putting feathers in his hair and shining his beads to perfection? But if the females were doing all the dressing up, doesn't that mean he doesn't have to prepare?

The tiny wings upon his head wilted. "Nair," he muttered to himself, pawing at the hair upo his head. "This is so confusing!" Frustrated and giving up on trying to identify rituals of the human race, Ji Yong floated himself up to one of the nearby trees, not caring if people found it unusual (but not totally out of the norm) seeing a "human" soar for a brief period of time. Hey, normal Dragonairs move by floating through the air, why couldn't the Dragonair pokemorphs? He was tempted to pull out one of his favourite Mago Berries, but there was only two left, since he had munched on the other ones while heading to Enia with Kichi. His cerulean eyes danced across the scenery, taking in this "festival" from an outsiders point of view. There was so much stuff here that he wanted to see, but Ji Yong would have to explore a little later; as soon as Kichi came out of the hotel, he was so dragging her to the stadium to get registered! You could say that he was a bit eager to get out there and fight against other pokemorphs; the only experience he really had got was a few skirmishes while travelling with Kichii, and sometimes, back when he was a Dratini, all the Dragonites would mock spar with the young ones. Dragon pokemon and pokemorphs alike need to keep tip top shape! They're not number one for nothing!

At least, number one in their mind, and Ji Yong isn't an exception.

Letting his legs dangle from his tree branch (it was definitely his tree branch now; it had his scent all over it!) you could say Ji Yong was getting a little bored waiting for Kichi. He was an early riser, and a bit on the impatient side at times as well. He sniffed, wondering if he might have woken up a tad bit too early, when suddenly, something heavenly smelling reached his nose. "Ooh, is that food I'm smelling?" If there was one thing that would easily distract the young Dragonair, it would be the smell of wonderous, heavenly, good-tasting food. Hm, Ji Yong recalled that he had a bit of those "pocket change" that he would have to trade in order to get some of that food. Bright eyes glistened, hearing the cling cling of the coins in his pockets. Yay, breakfast! And he doesn't even have to nibble on his last few Mago Berries! This meant that he didn't have to go into the forest looking for his favourite treat. Once again using his innate abilities, Ji Yong floated himself down from the tree, sticking his nose up in the air like some hybrid dog. He followed the delicious scent, finding his way in front of a cute stand, a pink octopus decorating the banner. "Ta . . . ko . . . ya . . . ki . . . mmh, it smells real good! I've never had any before!" The takoyaki seemed pretty cheap, and he had saved quite a bit for any extra munchies he wanted to get; heavens know that this Dragonair pokemon was a pig. In the end, Ji Yong bought himself a dozen, munching them happily and loving the squid, and settled back down into his tree.

Upon his sixth takoyaki, Ji Yong perked up, hearing someone yell out his name. Now, there was only one person who really knew his name, and that would be his trainer, Kichi. Happy that all his waiting paid off, Ji Yong jumped down from his tree, eager to see Kichi, also being careful that he doesn't spill the rest of his takoyaki. "Kichi!" he yelled, running up to her with his eager face, bright smile plastered on it. "Good morning Kichi!" The young Dragonair pokemorph plopped himself down on the same bench she was sitting on, popping yet another takoyaki into his mouth. "Look what I bought; takoyaki! It's so yummy, and it's now one of my favourite snacks. Do you want one?" Ji Yong offered his plastic plate to her, wondering if she had eaten already or not. There was still half of what he bought in here anyways. "Ne, Kichi, we're going to enter that contest, right? Why don't we go to the stadium! I bet there's tons of people there waiting to get in too!" Those cerulean orbs of his began to sparkle in excitement, smirk coming onto his face; something that probably didn't fit into his personality, but really common whenever the prospects of a battle came to his mind. "There's probably tons of strong pokemorphs! I can't wait!"

”Hey now little one... don’t eat all of it! You’ll end up getting sick!” This was a morning like any other morning, Aruki had, like always, made his way to Irie Forest to play with the wild pokemon, or as of now, feed. The white haired trainer was propped up against a tree, laughing as he watched a wild growlithe eat the pokefood that he had set out. It was odd, both the pokemon that was eating, and the trainer that was watching it eat.

The growlithe first of all, was smaller than most growlithes that you see, and he wasn’t even scared of the trainer that was watching him. Then the trainer, Aruki, well, he only ever got along with pokemon, so he spent most of his time with the wild pokemon out in this forest. Of course, he didn’t always come to this forest to hang out with pokemon. From time to time he came here to train with his own pokemon.

Aruki has a problem. For some weird reason he just can’t bring himself to mix, talk, or hang out with other humans. It just doesn’t feel right to him, and when he came to this island several years ago, an answer to that problem appeared before his eyes, pokemorphs. Though sadly, even after all these years, he has yet to find one of his own, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t talk to them. From the ones in the forest to the ones that actually had partners, he actually knew a few, and they get together quiet well, now if only he could get along that well with other humans...

Aruki snapped out of his little trance and stared down at the miniature growlithe that had finally stopped eating. With a sigh the trainer looked up at the sky, only to get shocked. He had spent more time out here than he expected. To check to make sure, Aruki looked at his watch. He had already been out here several hours, and he still didn’t want to leave, but sadly, he had work that he had to do, in other words, turning in the paper for the next tournament... though he needs to find himself a morph...

With yet another sigh the trainer stood up and started to walk away, from the nearby bushes Tsuki, a shiny umbreon, jumped out to follow his trainer. Though it seems as if Tsuki isn’t the only one that was following Aruki, right beside Tsuki was the mini growlithe. For now Aruki let it pass, but once he got to the end of the forest he turned and knelt so that he was closer to the little fire pokemon. “You can’t go with me little one. I’ll be back later to play, and I’ll bring more food.” Just then, in the distance, Aruki saw a Kingdra pokemorph with a Beautifly pokemorph running from Officer Jenny.

Kingdra... It was that pokemorph that Aruki had been tracking! Recently he had went on a trip away from the island and on his journey literally ran into the pokemorph. For a while he had chased after the pokemorph, battling over and over again trying to get the pokemorph to join him, but he never actually got a word in. It seemed as if that water pokemorph really had it against humans.

Aruki looked at his watch and smiled, he still had some time on his hands. He could have a chance to help these pokemorphs get out of a bind. Quickly the trainer turned back to the mini growlithe with an idea. “Hey how would you like to be on the Police Squad? It’s where all the growlithe’s go!” The growlithe yipped in a way that growlithe’s do and Aruki nodded. “Okay so here’s the plan...” Aruki paused and took off the belt clip which held his pokeballs. “Tsuki your going to have to go into your ball for a just a little bit.” The umbreon backed away a bit, but didn’t object, he knew that he would be able to get out again.

Once Tsuki was in his ball he set the pokeball on the clip and handed the belt to the growlithe. “Now what I want you to do is run away, towards Jenny, with that. I’ll chase after you, and tell Jenny that you stole my pokeballs. Then if everything goes right, she’ll try to help, and then you have the choice of either battling or giving her the pokeballs. Either way you have a small chance of becoming one of her pokemon.” The mini growlithe nodded and took the clip. For a moment the pokemon seemed to hesitate, but then it was off.

Still hidden in the bush that outlined the outside from the inside of the forest, Aruki waited, giving the pokemon a bit of a head start before he took off after it. It looked like a real act, Aruki dove for the growlithe, and the mini pokemon easy dodged, and took off again. The trainer quickly picked himself back up and once again started to chase the pokemon. He ran past Jenny and skidded to a stop, pretending to be out of breath. “Officer Jenny...” Aruki pointed to the mini growlithe that was sitting by a tree, the pokeball belt at his feet. “That growlithe stole my pokeballs! Can you help me get them back?”

Jenny looked past Aruki at the pokemorphs that were getting away and sighed. “I’ll see what I can do.” Aruki nodded and took off towards the mini growlithe. The pokemon picked up the clip once more and took off, running right beside the trainer. Aruki spun around quickly and once again tried to tackle the pokemon, but only ended up with a face full of dirt.

Behind him Officer Jenny laughed, and before sitting up, Aruki smiled. Just as planned. Yeah, it was a bit annoying to be talking to other humans, but this was for the sake of those pokemorphs. Slowly Aruki got up and brushed himself off, and by the time that he was done, Jenny had already cornered the little pokemon with her own growlithe. The little growlithe started to panic, but quickly regained himself before walking up to Jenny and placing the pokeball clip at Jenny’s feet, his tail wagging happily. Jenny smiled and picked up the clip. “It seems as if he was only trying to play.” Aruki let off a small laugh and took his pokeball belt from the Officer.

“I think he might want to join you Officer Jenny. He may be small, but he has some speed to him.” Jenny seemed to think about it before pulling out a pokeball.

“Is that true?” She asked the question to the mini growlithe, and he barked a growlithe’s bark. Jenny smiled and jumped back, battle ready. Aruki walked away there, he knew what was going to happen, and he had other business to attend to, such as finding a pokemorph, and turning in those papers for the tournament, so with a small smile he left.

As soon as he started to walk away, he grabbed Tsuki’s pokeball and let him out. The shiny umbreon shook himself and then followed beside Aruki as they headed towards the Enia Stadium. There was one problem solved, now the next was to find a pokemorph that was willing to join him, even if it was for the duration of the tournament. Actually the temporary thing sounded nice, because now that a certain pokemorph was here, Aruki would go back to chasing after the pokemorph, and this time maybe be able to get some words in.
