__________[ Where? Shirio Tsuki Café ] [ Feeling? Whoops, that wasn't supposed to happen... Oh well, eheh~]

Katsumi was have a blast with all of this so far - heck, at this point, being able to embarrass Lina with her antics was almost just a bonus. She always had to be just a little more restrained within the confines of the school, but now that she didn't have to worry about such things, she saw no problem with just throwing herself around and enjoying life~ Of course, this meant not thinking about her actions ahead of time, and it wasn't until after Lina had pointed out just what her antics had caused. As she looked up to watch Eugene bashing his head on the table, her grin faded quickly, replaced with a faintly embarrassed smile. Sure, she was always in favour of some good-natured teasing (and maybe just a little more depending on the person~) but she only rarely ever did anything out of any genuine malice or with ill intent, and when Eugene bashed hiss head on the table, she couldn't help but feel bad for him. Not that it wasn't funny - she was actually holding back a laugh, herself - but until she was absolutely certain that no real harm had come to him, she wasn't going to start laughing at his misfortune. After she'd determined that he was fine, now that was another matter entirely~

As she stood up from the table again, not even acknowledging Seotta's response to her crazy little shout, nor noticing as the quietest person in the room had hurried out of the café altogether, she crouched down beside the dazed Eugene, rubbing the back of her head with not-entirely-genuine embarrassment. After all, she couldn't really feel too embarrassed about what had happened when she herself found it to be pretty hilarious~ "Sorry 'bout that, Eugene-kun, didn't see you there~" She replied, putting a hand on his head and briefly ruffling his blond hair a little. It had to be said, her tone certainly didn't sound too apologetic, but she did honestly feel bad... It was just hard to maintain a sympathetic tone when she found the whole situation so funny~ While she was so close to Eugene, it seemed a perfect time to further her 'Hug everyone, regardless of whether they really want it' mission for the day, and without even really giving Eugene any opportunity to respond to her apology, she wrapped her arms around the dazed young man and pulled him into a hug, pulling his head into her chest a little. Sure, she might only have liked girls, but she liked teasing just about anyone if she thought the reaction would be amusing enough~

"Eugeeeene-kun, pleeeeease forgive me, I don't want you mad at me on our last day together..." She begged with a forced, faux-whining tone, almost like a child that was trying to convince their friend not to refuse to let them come to their birthday party. She honestly doubted that Eugene would hold a simple mistake against her; in fact, it was precisely because she more or less expected him to forgive her that she felt no problems with clinging to him a bit and possibly embarrassing him just a little bit further. She kept him hugged into her chest tightly for just a moment, before she eased up on her grip a bit, getting just a little bit serious for just a moment. After all, it was all very well to be all silly and have fun, but not if someone was genuinely hurt. "In all seriousness, though, that was totally my bad, and I'm sorry. You're not seriously hurt or anything, are ya?" She asked with a faint smile, knowing that she probably should've thought through her little act just a little bit more than she had.

Why did he always know how to make her feel guilty! Even after he said he wasn’t trying to make her feel that way, that just made it worse! Now it was sounding like she was upset with him, making him apologize, when really, she was just blowing off some steam and ranting off like she often did. When she did speak and state her mind, Zoey did often have someone she was angry with, but in this case she wasn’t upset at all with Batsu, in fact she felt like she could be more open around him! But instead, he looked like he was on edge, as Zoey’s icy-blue eyes caught a glimpse of the way his hands seemed to fidget, and it made a pang of guilt come in her. Did she really hurt his feelings that much? Zoey often didn’t give a damn about another person’s feelings, but Batsu was a special case and she spoke like she was on eggshells and watched her words a little more. And yet, here he was looking like he might crack. “Hey, what’s the matter? She would ask with a raised brow, both of her hands on her slender hips, quirking a brow in curiosity. He was looking around, still nervous, but seeming to take in the site of everything around him. Maybe she wasn’t the problem after all then?

…It was the party. Suddenly it clicked in Zoey. This was probably too much for the shy but good-hearted teen to handle. Zoey was trying to think of something she could do to make it better, but he was already gripping his cloak, shaking a little in his seat, and finally, he got up and make a quick dash out of the café. “Batsu-san, wait-! …Damnit, he really needs to grow a spine.” Zoey tried calling out to him as he made his dash, but through all the noise of the party, her voice went unheard, and already he was leaving. She muttered to herself right after, a little annoyed by this all, and how he could be so weak willed. The sage-glasses wearing girl with twin braids did have some sympathy for him and cared, but even she had her limits of what she could take pity on, and even that she couldn’t find the will to pursue him. She just threw her hands up in the air with annoyance, deciding to worry about it later. He’ll be back. …And if he’s not, she’ll maybe check up on him in the next few minutes, but first, Zoey had something she wanted to take care of. ‘Time to cause a mutiny.’

And so, Zoey stepped past the table, the petite girl adjusting her glasses briefly, before she stood up close to the table that Seotta was at, pointing at her with an accusing finger. She was annoyed, and even though this was a party and people could loosen up, this pirate roleplaying needed to stop, it was headache inducing and causing people a great disturbance. “Alright, that’s enough of this foolishness. This is a party, sure, but you’re all just ruining this for the rest of us. So how about you sit down and shut up already, because if I hear one more bit of pirate lingo out of you, there’s going to be-”

[Ms. Hakunae]
[Location: Shirio Tsuki café]

User ImageZoey-san, that’s enough. I’ll handle this. Please don’t yell.” Interrupting the upset, pint sized radio host who happened to be one of her students, Ms. Hakunae raised her voice a bit to silence Zoey before she said something she regretted. Not only that, but there was a loud smacking noise that was heard, almost like a loud bang that echoed in the room. To the students, it was a familiar sound.

The Ruler.
The Mighty Stick that Demanded Obediance.
The Reckoning of Hakunae.

In class, she had that infamous little ruler always on her desk, weathered, worn, and bent. But, there was a strike of fear in everyones hearts in the classroom whenever it was in her grasp. Like the judgment of a God itself, the ruler executed discipline, and the sweet and loving Ms. Hakunae had used it plenty before to set them strait. She rarely used it, but when she did, you knew that someone was going to get it smacking them on the hand or the back of the head, and others feared it striking them as well. She wielded it like a Samurai with a katana, and no one, not even Seraphim had questioned or disobeyed Ms. Hakunae’s word when the ruler came out. The fact that she actually brought it with her though did say something about her loyalty as a teacher, keeping it even after graduating. Sure, her words were meant to be nice, but her tone too came across like an adult who was ready to discipline a child, even Lance looking across from the table he was cleaning up like a deer in the headlights.

Fortunately, after she did that, the ruler slowly returned to where it came from in her long dress pocket, and although her red-lips were frowning, her tone came off a little kinder like before. “Now then, Seotta-san? Could you please tone it down a little? I know you’re excited, we all are, but this is a little much. There it was, the sweeter side, the Ms. Hakunae who loved and cared about her students like family. Sure, she was always a terror with that mighty ruler, but it seemed like everyone was spared it’s wrath for today, so long as her word was obeyed.

[Eugene Ivon]
[Location: Shirio Tsuki café]

User ImageSprawled out on the floor for a few moments, Eugene was quiet literally seeing stars at the moment, not too sure of what really happened, or how Katsumi really wasn’t the one to fully blame here, as Eugene himself was in too much of a panic and slipped up, bringing this accident into something painful for himself. He had to take a few moments to gather himself, but slowly started to get to his feet, feeling someone even ruffling his short, platinum blond locks of hair. It was a little embarrassing, but as he heard the familiar, cheery voice of Katsumi now and she was apologizing, he almost instantly found himself gaining a sense of relief. It was an accident, she was saying she was sorry, and it didn’t hurt that bad, so why should he be angry? The young male had been through worse, especially at the beginning of the year from Seraphim and a few others.

He had to take a moment to adjust his glasses which were crooked, and even fixed his cropped hair which was a bit of a mess thanks to her. He was stricken to attention though at the familiar sound of Ms. Hakunae's ruler being drawn, but he knew he wasn't in trouble, so he calmed down a little. Honestly, he didn’t mind, sure a small bruise was forming, but it was superficial, and he was tougher than he looked. Besides, this was Katsumi, he knew she wasn’t the type to do that out of malice. “N-No it’s quite alright, I was just a little bit panicked I suppose and- ack!” His Japanese was flawless, but the underlying tone of his British accent was there in each word, sounding polite regardless until his words were cut off. However, in the midst of his words he was cut off, as he suddenly found himself as the next subject to Katsumi’s ‘hug everyone’ mission. It was sudden and took him by surprise, especially since he was still conquering his dazed state. It was welcomed though in it’s own sense though, the hug was out of kindness, and she knew how to offer comfort with just a single embrace. Not to mention her… assets were pressing against his back, and he found himself blushing as the voluptuous girl was now practically all over him for a few seconds, his cheeks flaring and words falling short as he silently found a little joy in this, even if it was a bit awkward.

Even if she was practically whining in tone for him to forgive her, he already had and she was making up for it. He was limp somewhat in her hugging grip, both in silent joy of the bosom against him, and also in a daze still, shaking his head lightly to try and get his bearings again, but before long, she started to take it a little seriously, and loosened the hug. “Ah, um… it’s fine, really. You don’t need to worry, I couldn’t be mad at you.” With a nervous smile about it, he gave a small chuckle too, even if he did have a tiny bead of sweat come down the side of his face. He didn’t want to worry her. Though, as she mentioned this possibly being their last day, his heart did sink a little. Some people were treating it as a possibility, like they might not be able to see one another again. However, Eugene knew otherwise, he knew pretty soon he’d have to leave back to his home country, and this was in fact his last day, even if he truly didn’t want that. “Thank you though, Katsumi-san. Last day or not, I don’t hold it against you. You’ve never been one to do that sort of thing on purpose.” For a moment, he started to feel a little sentimental as he said that, holding back his desire to tell her not to change, but he didn’t want to say too much. If he did she might get suspicious or start to catch on, she was more clever than she looked!

[Seraphim Harmonia]
[Location: Shirio Tsuki café]

User ImageSeraphim had to take a moment to gather herself, gagging a little after taking too much in one sip, also finding the taste to be revolting. She had never really consumed sake before, just some really light wine that tasted far too fruity to detect the alcohol. However, now that she had the taste of what real alcohol was like, Seraphim almost instantly was regretting it, even needing to grab a napkin to cover her mouth, feeling numb for a second all over and practically wanting to just spit it out, but trying her best not to. She already looked foolish enough, it would just be embarrassing if she caved in now! After taking a moment to catch up on herself, she decided to push the drink aside for now, briefly sticking her pale tongue out at it like it was a vile concoction. And here, on top of that, he had the nerve to sarcastically ask if it was too strong for her, and also point out her eye-patch! Sure, people did so often, and she was asked about it too with none succeeding in finding out its origins. But comparing her to a pirate because of that was too much, and now Seraphim was clenching a fist, scowling at him still as she looked ready to start something.

She was tempted to, but as he brought the idea of stopping the pirate crap instead, almost like he was going to do it with her, she paused and thought about it briefly. Maybe that would be more productive? She had kicked Akira’s a** plenty before, but how often can she say she beat up pirates? Well, okay, people dressed as pirates, but it was still kind of a fun thought! It was almost like Seraphim had a checklist in her head of what she had or has not gotten the chance to destroy with her fists. And although she had once or twice given Seotta a rough-up, she never did have the chance to do it when she was some lame pirate. “Alright, tell you what, lets-” Seraphim was about to say that they should go for it, but she paused, raising a brow when she heard that obnoxious ice-queen start to speak up. For a moment, humored, Seraphim listened, but then that sudden crack of Ms. Hakunae’s infamous ruler against a tabletop got Seraphim and nearly everyone else to give a little jump in their seats.

That was when her expression faded, looking a little unsettled with her brows up and her fists loosening, showing that rare side of uncertainty thanks to Ms. Hakunae. Then again, everyone did when that ruler came out. “On second thought, you start. Like Hell I’m going up against the Hakunae-Hurricane.” This may be their last day together, but she still wasn’t going to mess with her!

[Lina Quill]
[Location: Shirio Tsuki café]

User ImageLina may have enjoyed the little moment with Katsumi, but she was also silently thankful that she was released and spared of any more hugs. She knew how the girl’s hands tended to wander, and she didn’t want to be fondled on her last day! Unfortunately, her ticket of escape came at Eugene’s expense, to which she quickly apologized to him, as Katsumi then went over to aid him. This was her chance to get away, but she did feel a little bad that Eugene had gotten hurt in the process. Either way, she snuck away for now, before Captain Seotta would then address her, as well as her other friend and his sister-clone-alien.

Being addressed by Seotta though, it kept Lina in the moment. And she hurried over to the dark skinned group, feeling like now she wanted to wear some pirate garbs, and even propped a leg up on one of the chairs and pointed out at a crowd of students herself. “None upon thy seven sees could ever stand up against the dreaded pirate-queen!” Referring to Seotta of course, Lina adopted a passable pirate accent as she was joining in. However, just when she was having her fun, it was then that Zoey stepped up, and Lina started to lose her nerve just a little. She wasn’t necessarily afraid of Zoey, but the girl always knew how to put someone in their place, and she got a little nervous. But, just as Zoey sounded like she was about to let them have it and silence them, a different noise entirely struck a chord.

That ruler. The sound of it smacking against a table made Lina cringe, and she almost immediately straitened up, hands at her sides, and even bowed a little towards their orange-haired teacher who was equipped with her deadly, wooden weapon. “S-Sorry, Hakunae-sensei! It was about all that could come out of Lina, her voice getting a little mousy as she frowned, instinctively creeping a little closer to Sypher now, feeling like he was their best chance to stay protected. Certainly his sister too was getting a show of what would be to come in her third year if she angered Ms. Hakunae as well…

We request to Negotiate

Sypher thought his request was will within the threshold of reasonable but apparently it had fallen on the deaf ears as the show went on in an even more eccentric manner. His sister was now wanting to become even more involved with the script of her so called captain and raised her head from the slight bow a smirk now taking her expression. Seotta always defiant, voiced that there was only way for her to take his entreaty.

Sai-san, that be mutiny yer speakin’ ta’!” she said crossing her arms as if she was the one warning him.

Sypher was probably one of the few people who could deflate the situation and he was sure it was better that it end by him before one of the greater powers that be intervened. That was until he heard a part of Lina's conversation with Katsumi.

“Who said she’s evil? Maybe I would like to join her dastardly crew of wild misfits across the seas!”

'Oh come on. Give me a break Lina-chan. Its hard enough trying to calm Seotta down when she's just running on her own natural high, It'll be near impossible with you and Symphony playing wing men.'Sypher thought as a long sigh escaped his lips. Maybe it was to late to try and force back this tidal wave of charisma and if that was the case Sypher was content stepping out of its way. This didn't mean he was about to join in, but Sypher didn't make it a habit of taking on the impossible since doing what he could deserved more of his attention. This was only more affirmed when Katsumi proceeded to join in on the antics, effectively turning the live action into a action drama as she draped herself back on to a table and pleaded with Seotta over "Innocence?". And of course there was no way Seotta was going to let her motives be confused as she continued on her act in true Seotta fashion, by taking her now loyal crew member back to her side and declaring Katsumi as a member of the ever growing cast as captain of the Momoiro and rival. The collateral damage was already mounting up as well with one soda and Eugene-kun being added to the list of casualties. Katsumi did recognize that this was because of her little drama scene and was soon at his side trying to make sure that he was in fact alright. This didn't seem to be the end of the festivities though as Lina, now fully caught in Seotta's pirate tempo, called out to the the watching audience.

“None upon thy seven sees could ever stand up against the dreaded pirate-queen!”

    User Image
The play seemed to be without shortage of cast and no end in sight, so much in fact that Sypher was debating just sitting down and watching from the audience until it was over. In all honesty though Sypher wasn't sure just how long this little escapade could go on for before someone took it upon them them self to stop it, but it seemed he wouldn't have to wait long as the small viper with the venomous words, Zoey-san had had enough.

“Alright, that’s enough of this foolishness. This is a party, sure, but you’re all just ruining this for the rest of us. So how about you sit down and shut up already, because if I hear one more bit of pirate lingo out of you, there’s going to be-”She was about to let them have one hell of a tongue lashing, but it seemed their fates were in the hands of a much stiffer judgment. The crack sound was enough to break the noise of any stampede and Sypher had to be on his toes now, stepping forward slightly to be just behind Lina and Seotta. The best reaction was probably out of Symphony as she jumped so hard at the sudden crack of the Ruler that out of instinct she griped the back of her brother's shirt timidly. Ms. Hakunae surely didn't want to come off as an intimidating teacher but her authority with the ruler was enough to garner the attention of any and all students in the area.

“Now then, Seotta-san? Could you please tone it down a little? I know you’re excited, we all are, but this is a little much. Their teacher requested with with a soft tone that made it seem softer than a demand, but at the same time didn't leave you feeling as if there was another choice other then what she offered you.

'So much for no one standing up to the Pirate Queen, but I think I can handle this.' It was then that Sypher decided to act, as he slipped in front of the two girls just as Lina-chan gave her apology and bowed slightly to his teacher. He wasn't necessarily a model student, and had definitely missed more then a couple of day from work to warrant concern from her, but he did come through when the chips were down and the work was due; and was hoping to cash in on being a good student with a little leniency.

"Gomen Nasai Sensei. I should have tried a little harder to not let the whole thing get carried away. We'll all find a seat now. Sorry again," He said as he lifted his head and turned to face the girls and in a swift motion took each of their arms in hand and started towards a free table making sure not to be to forceful in how he lead the girls, "Symphony-chan Do you mind going over to Lance-san and asking him to come and take a couple of drink orders. I'm sure he won't mind. since I hear he has a thing for cute girls." Sypher teased as he glanced over at his sister knowshe was probably going to make him pay for that remark as well.

"Onii-Chan! Fine but you'll be paying for Senpai's drinks to. No being stingy either," His sister called out before turning and making her way over to the counter where she could find the café owner, "Sumi masen Lance-san. My brother Sypher wants to know if you could take the orders of the table we just all sat down at?" Symphony asked meekly, this being her first time at this café.

[Lilynet Starla]
[Location: Outside the Shirio Tsuki café]

User ImageBatsu would be able to make his dash outside, and get away without anyone stopping him, and in fact he probably wouldn’t have even heard Zoey call out to him over all the noise going on in the café. By now, it was really quite a party, and for someone like him who preferred peace and quiet, it really wasn’t the place to be. Zoey felt that way too, but she was tolerating it. However, for Batsu, as soon as he went outside the front door, he would notice someone else was approaching it, as it was probably the most welcomed face he could see coming to the party.

The woman was a little on the taller side, but then again, she wasn’t completely Japanese herself so her taller height was probably expected. She had a slender body, but with womanly curves that most girls would do anything for, especially her large bosom that a few students seemed to joke about the sheer size of. Oval shaped, thin framed glasses covered her emerald green eyes, and her long brown, chestnut hair went all the way down to her waist where a skirt rested. She was a little on the pale side, a big in one hand as if it was attached to her since she was always seen wearing one, and a light gray vest over her tight, blue top and darker blue tie. It was Lilynet Starla, Lance’s wife, and the school’s librarian, who currently was arriving a little late to the party, putting her small book in the best pocket, and carrying out two boxes stacked in both hands that had a cake inside for the celebration. It was likely a large sheet cake judging from how large the boxes were, two actually, since the cakes actually had all of the students names on them, but they had to divide it into two cakes from the sheer size of the class. The woman was always shy and a little clumsy, so having her carry the cake may not have been the best idea, but she seemed fine more or less. That is, until she was approaching the entrance and saw a familiar, cape-cladded young man with aqua blue hair.

“Batsu-kun? What’s wrong..?” She stopped right by him, giving the most adoring frown as the beautiful, young woman looked at him, adjusting her grip around the boxes so she could hold it more comfortably. Her tone of voice was sweet and motherly, obviously concerned for the young male. After all, she knew him as more than just a student. He was her assistant back at the library, and was such a sweet young man in her eyes. She adored him really, from offering him some ideas on what book to read, to giving him a little hug when he was down, or even just being there to talk to. She didn’t know sign language, but they did always have a notebook or paper he could right in. Either way, the two were not just co-workers, but friends in a way. She often opened up to him at times too, both always there to listen to one another when needed. In fact, Batsu was one of the few people who knew about the fact that she was pregnant! The woman was shy to tell anyone yet, but her and Batsu were always open with eachother. At the moment though, she stood there with a frown, worried that something was going wrong with the party, or even worse, someone had upset the poor teen.

[Lance Starla]

User ImageMeanwhile, Lilynet’s husband was hard at work maintaining things at his café. So far, things weren’t as bad as he expected, although all of this pirate malarkey was certainly making things interesting. Honestly, he actually was enjoying it, but it seemed that not exactly everyone had been, and poor Eugene was the first victim to suffer tonight. Though, once the alcohol got passed around, he was pretty sure that things would quickly off the leash a lot quicker, and so he made sure to monitor everything as best as he could. Sure, he had parties and celebrations here before, but never anything quite like this! Still, he was enjoying it even if he had his hands full, seeing the students who even he had witnessed overtime through the year now moving on in life made him proud to see this, even if the most he could do for them through the year was make sure their stomachs were full.

Even Lance though found himself briefly stunned in silence when the mighty ruler was brandished by Ms. Hakunae, but he didn’t comment on it. Instead, he was silently thankful, not getting involved but just watching for a moment with a small sweatdrop but a little laugh as if he was acting like it was no big deal. Roll with the punches, that’s how Lance was. With a few students apologizing, and things calming down just a little hopefully, Lance briefly went to check on the chef, before giving out a few more meals to those who ordered, the loose tie wearing, brown haired man serving with a smile, looking like he too was having fun in all this.

After the next round of food being served though to a table, Lance was approached by someone else though that he hadn’t quite recognized. She was cute though, the tan skin with those red eyes were familiar, and her odd color of hair made him wonder. That was when he heard her mention that Sypher was her brother, and then suddenly the eyes and skin tone clicked in his head, adding up now. Who knew he had such an adorable sister~! For just a brief moment, Lance actually thought about maybe asking her if she was looking for work, the man needed a new waitress. But now wasn’t the time to ask and he shook the idea out of his head, instead just carrying that charismatic little smile of his, nodding softly at her. “Ha, well then little missy, I could actually use a hand. Do you think you could carry out a few meals to some tables here? I’ll give you a little allowance for it all if you do.” And just like that, he was borrowing her for a bit of help, just going in stride to whatever came, never one to be caught off guard or surprised, ‘smooth’ as most would say, …even if he did have a five-o’clock shadow right now. “I didn’t know Sypher-san had a sister, what was your name? Or would you rather I called you ‘little-miss-chan~?’” Lance added with a tease, always being the type to ruffle a few feathers but only out of good will, more amused than anything by her offering to help, but also willing to take it right now since his hands were full.

"If it's in my way
I'll d e s t r o y it"

Persona Damn! It seemed someone had beat them to the punch. That infamous scowl returning to his face. Akira watched as Zoey attempted to break up the crazy, and then everybodies worst nightmare came to sight. The ruler~ Oooh it's so scary! Pfft, honestly, that piece of wood was scary in class, but now what was it? A freaking stick. Akira had no reason to be afraid of it. So, for once in his life, Akira didn't flinch, didn't waver when the ruler was smacked down. Leaning back in his seat. Akira glanced from the settling chaos to Seraphim. Who clearly looked disturbed, with a scoff, Akira rolled his eyes to simply retort. "Psh, it's already died down, no point in us starting it up again" Well, this party just got about one hundred percent more boring. Sighing, Akira slouched down in his seat as he looked around. No matter how many people might be here this party was officially lame.

While Seotta had formed a crew and was prepared to play out a fun scene by battling Katsumi, who had now been dubbed a fellow pirate captain, that did not seem to be the case. She had flopped herself over a table, and the occupants had as a result been effected. The gamer chick was therefore busy apologising. Not something that Seotta often did. While he antics might be annoying, she had a knack for not actually causing any problems besides being a buzzy bee in the background. When she did, she might eventually apologise but never in the moment!

But as the scene started to play out, things got out of hand. While Seotta, along with Lina and Symphony, seemed to be enjoying themselves it was not quite the same for the rest of the party. Most were, naturally, ignoring the girl; it was an easy thing to accomplish. However, a few were put off by the whole affair. Batsu, the shy bookworm, even having to bolt out due to all the noise her pirate crew had caused as a result of her antics. Of course, it was hardly a concern for Seotta who didn’t even notice the boy leaving despite him weaving himself right through their little group. However, it was a concern for one short young woman at the café.

Alright, that’s enough of this foolishness,” came an incredibly stern demand from the barely five foot tall girl. “This is a party, sure, but you’re all just ruining this for the rest of us.

The girl continued for a bit longer. While she spoke, Seotta looked down at the girl with a rather incredulous face. She wasn’t shocked, and she wasn’t scared either. Instead she just looked at the girl wondering what got her so upset. Seotta couldn’t fathom the fact that some people didn’t enjoy a good time. No, that wasn’t quite true. She knew her antics were an annoyance to many, but it was more a fact that once she was winded up she wasn’t as easy to stop. Still, this was a party as Zoey had said herself; it was going to get loud! However, before the girl could make a response—

Zoey-san, that’s enough,” came a very upset teacher’s voice. “I’ll handle this. Please don’t yell.

The clacking of the ruler seemed to put everyone in an awkward, tense silence. Not Seotta though, because after all in her mind she had yet to commit any wrongs! Still, she didn’t ignore the teacher either, though that was because in her mind anyone who interacted with her while she was playing pirate became either an imperial officer or a fellow scallywag. Her imagination was far too powerful when turned up.

Now then, Seotta-san? Could you please tone it down a little? I know you’re excited; we all are, but this is a little much.

A ceasefire? she asked herself. The teacher’s request might have held more weight had she thrown in some pirate lingo. If one interacted with her enough, it would become apparent that anything not spoken ‘like a pirate’ was taken out of context or ignored, while things spoken more like an officer or scourge of the seas was granted immensely more favor. Still, Seotta was not so dense as to be unable to read the air in this situation. She might have been prepared to ignore Zoey and even get into a bit of a tussle with her, if only verbally, but in a matter of seconds things had changed. And then, Sypher grabbed the pirate captain by the arm and callously dragged her over to a table!

Gah! You’ll ’ave yer quiet fer tonight,” she sputtered, turning being pulled away to an exaggerated being dragged away act, “but this shan’t be the last ye see of the great Pirate Queen!!

Actually, it probably would be the last anyone would see of her. At least insofar as the party was concerned. The whole series of events had mellowed the mood out too much, which was very unfortunate to the girl. She had been having so much fun, too. Yet, Zoey and Hakunae decided it was too much fun. What a bunch of party poopers! she frumped, crossing her arms across her chest as she fell back into the seat across from Sypher.

Symphony was sent off on a mission to acquire drinks, and at the sound of that Seotta’s mood seemed to turn back up a notch. Seotta turned to Sypher with a pair of bright eyes, leaning halfway over the table in the process.

Yes! Don’t be stingy with the rum, Sai-kun!!” she gleefully chimed by the time Symphony was already out of earshot.

Sypher would know better than to order Seotta any beer. Not that she had ever had any by now, but one could imagine the chaos that a drunken girl who believed herself a pirate would cause. Everyone involved would be much better off if the few inhibitions in the girl were not further loosened.

Seotta sat back into her chair, though, still all smiles. She was just now resurveying the room. Everyone was slowly getting back into the party mood after the little fiasco moments ago. No one interesting was here, though, besides Symphony and Lina. Interesting for her, naturally, entailed playing along with her acts. The girl was friendly with most during her three years at Tsukuyomi High, but that didn’t mean she made friends. Most were off-put by her antics and obsession with pirates. Of course, a few stuck around her, though the reasons for that varied. Some just liked having a busty airhead around them, tolerating the lesser ‘pirate’ incidents, while others earnestly tried to reform the girl. That lead to few two-sided friendships, and meant she didn’t quite feel any specific connections to anyone here.

Not that she hated anyone here either. She just regarded them as another person in a vast sea of people.

__________[ Where? Shirio Tsuki Café ] [ Feeling? Operation Hug; Hard Mode engaged~!]

As expected, Eugene didn't hold her innocent mistake against her. She really doubted that there were many in the class that would - aside from the obvious few like Seraphim. As the familiar banging sound echoed through the room, she was startled briefly, and after looking around to see it was Miss Hakunae with her ruler, relaxed once more. Releasing Eugene from her grip, she gave a nod in response, standing up once more with a slight giggle. "Weeeeeell, I spend enough time stabbin' people in the back and putting bullets in their faces online, sooo when I'm dealing with people in real life, I've got all that anger well and truly worked out~ Besides, if I was mean and all rawr-angry online and offline, people might think I'm some kinda psychopath or something~" She replied with a grin and a slight giggle, her tone leaving just enough ambiguity that it wasn't entirely clear whether or not she was just making a joke, or if she genuinely worried that people might worry about her behaviour. As Miss Hakunae put an end to the pirate antics - for now, at least - Katsumi decided that she should probably concentrate on her own super-serious mission for the evening; to hug everyone in sight. Putting another hand on Eugene's head, she ruffled his hair with a silly grin. "In any case, I'm glad that there's no harm done or anything~ You just have fun and enjoy the party and stuff, I've got people to hug~" She told him, before gently pushing off with one foot, slowly rolling to her next victim target.

Although it had been Ms. Hakunae who had been the one to put an end to the pirate hijinks thanks to her almighty +5 Thundering Human Bane Ruler, Zoey had clearly been about to unleash her own brand of grouchiness, and even if Katsumi did agree just slightly that the antics were starting to get just a little bit out of hand, she didn't want Zoey to be complaining at people and being all grumpy... even if that did seem to be what she did best. Slowly rolling up behind her, she wrapped her arms around Zoey, hugging the shorter girl into her chest, her grip being just a little tighter than it had been with Zoey or Eugene, since she knew that Zoey wasn't the sort to just tolerate a random hug. "Zoey-chaaaan, you need to calm down~ All this getting angry and shouting and stuff is bad for your blood pressure or something~" She told her with a small grin, giggling just a little as she kept her arms wrapped tightly around the smaller girl. So far her objective of hugging everyone was making good progress, but up until Zoey she'd been on the 'easy mode' hugs~

"C'moooon, Zoey-chan, it's meant to be a party; what's the point of even being here if you're not gonna have fun and stuff?" She challenged, still hanging onto Zoey. The best part about hugging someone while wearing rollerskates was the fact that even if Zoey did try to pull away from her - which was highly likely, knowing what the girl's temper was like - she'd just roll after her unless she could physically pry her hands off; and even though Katsumi wasn't especially strong, she still had four inches and about fifteen pounds on Zoey~ "Seriously though, I know how you're like all anti-fun most of the time, but you need to stop being such a grump, got it? Life's more fun when you stop worrying about silly things that don't matter and just go with the flow~" She told her, apparently completely ignorant to hypocrisy of the girl who shouts obscenities at people over casual matches in video games telling someone else not to worry about 'silly things that don't matter'.

The Sun's shining at: Shirio Tsuki Cafe

After retreating from the cafe, Batsu stood outside by the door. His eyes were stuck on the ground, staring down at his feet while he clutched his book to his chest. The familiar smack of Ms. Hakunae's almighty ruler caught his ear, drawing the boy's gaze back towards the cafe. That simple measuring tool was enough to quell even the fiercest of storms, it seemed. Batsu felt his chest loosen, calming down a bit knowing that the noise would be unlikely to escalate that much again. However, he still wondered if he should just go home anyway. Even if the cafe would be a little quieter, Batsu was still apprehensive about going back inside. He looked away from the cafe again, but a familiar presence immediately fell into his line of sight.

It was Mrs. Starla, the school librarian, coming down the sidewalk carrying to two boxes. Judging from the size and shape, it must've been cake inside. Batsu didn't like cake, not that he was afraid of it or anything, he just liked other things much more. Mrs. Starla asked him what was wrong and frowned, obviously worried about the mute boy standing outside by himself. He put on a smile and looked up her to show it, waving his hands in front of himself dismissively. Batsu had remember to bring his notebook with him, but even then Mrs. Starla was holding two boxes full of cake. The boy hopped over to the cafe door and opened it wide so the librarian could walk through unhindered. He wasn't entirely confident that he could carry the boxes any better so the next best thing he could do was hold the door open for the one doing it. He smiled up at Mrs. Starla again, the tightness in his chest gone completely. Maybe he could give the party another try...

"That's, uh, a...really pretty name. Err, I guess you don't remember me. I was on the swim team...the boys' one, that is, and I, uh, saw you at a couple meets and thought you were great..." Hideki was failing. Miserably. Also not helping was the fact that her brother appeared to be overprotective and people kept grabbing Symphony-chan's attention away from him. It was loud in there and so he was just considering resigning himself to the corner with his sister when an even louder sound rang out, unmistakable to anyone who'd been in Hakunae-sensei's class.
User Image
Yuuta and his friends had been enjoying their drinks, joking around about how hot it must be to have a sister who wasn't actually related, and speculating on Katsumi's sexuality. So maybe they'd started shouting to hear each other over the piratey ruckus, but he didn't see why she had to punish the whole class for being a little noisy. His phone buzzed his pocket, and inspection revealed that his stepsiblings would like his company.
User Image
'Loud...so loud.' Kazune really did not want to deal with this. It looked like Hideki was failing with his girl and Yuuta's friends had gotten into some spiked drinks. She would probably drag the latter home once the former had returned. The teacher wasn't talking to her anymore, at least; there was only so long she could go on with a person without getting irritated.

When she put her class back in order, Kazune's respect for this young teacher inched upward. Clearly she knew how handle rowdy students despite her age. Hideki came back over after that, alleviating the waitress's irritation even more. He seemed rather dejected, and while Kazune wanted to comfort him, she didn't really feel comfortable doing it in front of so many people. So she whipped out the cell phone once again to tell Yuuta to come over to their and table, so she could see if maybe he wanted to come home, too.

The siblings reunited, and the first thing out of Yuuta's mouth being "What's up? You don't want to kill everyone here already, do you Kazu-nee-chan?"

Kazune admitted he was right with a small nod. "I won't go home without you, though. Does the party end at a specific time or something?" She didn't think there was. It just seemed like people showing up and enjoying the cafe food and atmosphere and were free to leave whenever they liked.

"Hey, what's up with him?" Yuuta ignored the second part of her reply. Things not go well with Sypher's sister?" He waved a hand in front of his stepbrother's eye for a second before it got smacked away.

"Terribly. Why can't I talk to pretty girls?" Hideki's head was in his hands. "At this rate, I'll never have kids."

"Yeah, and then who will our poor Nee-chan coddle?" Yuuta teased. This was a discussion her siblings had among themselves before; Kazune was never getting married, so unless they wanted her doting on forever, they'd better give her lots and lots of cute nieces and nephews. "So you'll have to keep trying, for Kazu-nee-chan's sake!"

"Don't just assume I'll never have children!" This wasn't Kazune's first time hearing them voice their lack of hope with her romantic prospects, but it was the first she'd heard of any distaste with her treatment of them. Even if they were right about her opinions on marriage, she still protested "You can't possibly think that I'm asexual or something. I...I find guys attractive..." To the skeptical looks her brothers gave her, she searched the cafe for an example. Not many to be found, considering Kazune preferred older men, but she eventually came up with "Like...Lance-san or umm...well, maybe if Hideki's girl's brother were five years older..."

"You would fall for a siscon." Even if she was peeved, at least the light-hearted mood was returning, so Kazune wouldn't be so inclined to be a grump until she got her way.

"What, admitting that I'm mildly attracted to someone means I'm in love? What is this, middle school?" A pause, and then the most appropriate response dawned on her. "And you should talk about being a siscon, Mr. I-brought-my-sister-to-my-class-party-as-a-date."

Zoey was rather annoyed about Ms. Hakunae stealing her thunder, however, the teachers methods seemed to work. To anyone outside the class, that damned ruler may have seemed like nothing but a piece of flimsy wood, but to the class of 3-B, that thing was a lethal weapon! Well, okay, even Zoey knew it was foolish to think that, but she had once or twice been hit by that thing, along the back of her knuckles, and Zoey learned very quickly after that to keep her mouth shut when she was told the first time, because that dreaded thing hurt worse than anything else she could think of! Zoey was one of the more well behaved students, so she hardly ever had to worry though, and with this being the last day, she let her concerns about Ms. Hakunae fade away now, watching the pirate brigade ceasing too, feeling like she could now breath easy. There was still Batsu though, but he made his decision to leave, and Zoey wasn’t the type to spend her days going after others when it had no benefit for her. She liked Batsu, but the word ‘friend’ wasn’t exactly in Zoey’s dictionary, she never called a single person by that title.

Silently relieved that the party was back to a normal pace, Zoey was making her way back to the table, noticing the older, blond girl that she was sitting by earlier was now talking to Yuuta. Maybe they were siblings? Zoey wasn’t very social with the other students, so she never knew if Yuuta had a sibling or not, but it was starting to seem that way. Though from afar she did overhear the word ‘siscon’ and couldn’t make out the rest of the conversation, so immediately she started to assume the worse, Zoey quirking an eyebrow real quick, starting to tell herself just how weird her fellow classmates were. She could not wait to be rid of them all! But she had to stay for just another hour or so, at least until it seemed appropriate to leave. Zoey may not have liked it here, but she wasn’t going to be rude to their teacher or Lance, the students could rot in Hell for all she cared, but she did find herself aware of what the older, more mature people thought about her.

And that was Zoey got caught off guard by something completely unexpected. She was just shy of returning to her seat by Kazune, no more than a few steps away, when suddenly, a pair of arms had roped her in, pulling Zoey into an embrace. “Wh-What the-!? Unhand me!!”
Had this been a random hug in the middle of the streets, Zoey probably would have reacted with a girlish scream, and also would have had a handbag on her with something to defend herself with. But here in this café, it was all people she somewhat knew, so she was less embarrassed and afraid, and more of just annoyed and grouchy at the hug. Though a second or so into it, she realized what those soft pillows she felt against her upper back were, and Zoey did find herself turning a shade or pink a little in the cheeks when it all clicked. Another girl was hugging her, and into her bosom no less! Instantly a red flag went up to Zoey, but then, as she heard the voice too, her eyes widened just a little more, and she almost panicked, aware now of it being Katsumi, and how this could go bad real fast if she didn’t escape from the rollerblading pervert. “You’re right, there is no point of me being here! So let me go so I can leave.” Despite the outburst a second ago, Zoey was quick to adopt her steel cold Persona once more, sounding off her desires with a firm, demanding tone, like she might take this into her own hands in just a moment if Katsumi didn’t let her go. The girl squirmed just a little, her actions rather cute actually as the shorter, bespectacled girl in a skirt and detached sleeved shirt was wriggling about, trying to escape, but finding her efforts fruitless. “And I’m not anti-fun! I’m anti-imbecile, so let go, or I’ll have to hurt you.” Though she kept that blunt tone, her voice did stutter just a little at one point in the embarrassment. Zoey rarely issued physical threats, but she did find this bothersome enough that she had to throw it out there. All she had to do was slam her backside into a table, and it would instead hurt Katsumi instead, and she found herself tempted to do it. She may not have been strong, but Zoey always had a plan, and right now it was to get Katsumi off of her, no matter the cost!

[Lilynet Starla]
[Location: Outside the Shirio Tsuki café -> Entering the café ]

User ImageThe young woman had often found herself worried about Batsu. He was a sweet teenage boy, and she knew how hard it must have been for him since he was mute and didn’t have a lot of friends. There were a few people who seemed to care about him, Eugene was always kind to him, Zoey was around him sometimes, even Seraphim was a little kinder to him than most, but Lilynet always seemed to look at him like she was a sort of mother figure to him. And so, seeing him wearing a frown really had her worried, and she wanted to figure out what was the matter. He didn’t seem like wanting to tell though, but at least her presence seemed to bring back a better mood for him from what she could see. So, she didn’t pry for now.

Instead, he opened the door for her, and she offered a soft, reassuring smile back at him. “Thank you Batsu-kun~” She said with a soft, pleasant tone, the busty but shy school librarian entering the café with higher spirits than normal, as the two would go inside to see how the party was fairing. For Batsu, he would at least realize that it was quieting down just a little, mostly the pirate tirade ceasing. Lilynet had no idea herself that something before had happened, and instead carried the two boxes to the center table, which had been left open with a ‘reserve’ sign there. The reserve was of course for the cakes, which Lilynet brought over to, starting to take the two sheet cakes out. She didn’t want to declare the cakes presence just yet, not everyone really noticing among their own conversations or current activities. However, if anyone did look, they would see that both of the cakes had everyones name written across it in decorative icing, the kanjis fitting in neat squares, as if the cake was meant to be cut around each name, and given to the proper student. The other cake carried the rest of the students names in the same order, but along the center it said ‘Congratulations to all of class 3-B~!’ Maybe she could make this special too. She looked over towards Batsu, her soft smile still there with a reassuring attitude, before she would point at the cake and the large knife, wondering if maybe he’d like to get a little involved himself. “Would you like to cut the cake with me, Batsu-kun?” Maybe that way, he wouldn’t feel so left out. Not to mention it would give the young mute a chance to get a little gratitude from all the students. It was her own little way of trying to help raise his spirits some, hoping he would cheer up~

[Seraphim Harmonia]
[Location: Shirio Tsuki café]

User ImageAfter another moment of trying to get over that awful taste of alcohol, Seraphim gathered herself enough, now glaring her single, crimson eye at the glass for a moment, staring at it like it was a bottle delivered to her strait from the devil himself. Maybe next year she’d acquire a taste, but for now, she was going to pass. Instead, she found herself silently thankful the party was quieting a bit, but a part of her now felt like she needed something else to do. She was liking the idea of interrupting the pirate charade with her own brute force alongside Akira, but now it meant trying to find something else to do.

There was the cake being brought in, but even Seraphim knew ruining that was a little too far. Mostly because there was both Lilynet and Batsu there. Batsu she didn’t really harass since he was mute and she felt a little bad at that, instead just settling for some verbal abuse against him from time to time. And Lilynet was off limits too, the Starla family she just didn’t feel right about getting her kicks out of abusing, it felt like it would be going too far. However, there were other students she could mess with. “Well ******** it, you know what? It is the last day. Maybe I want to keep things mellow for a change. I’m sure I’ll still see half of these twats still in public. …Including your sorry a**.” As she said that, that cocky smirk came back to Seraphim, and suddenly, the one-eyed, long haired albino found herself leaning forward a little, moving her drink aside as she got a little closer to Akira. From the deviant look on her face, and the way she got a little close all of the sudden, it made the moment briefly seem a little awkward, like she might try flirting or something with him. But instead, she had a better idea, thinking that maybe she could use Akira for something.

“Actually, that got me thinking, I want to ask you something.” Seraphim spoke more with her fists than anything else, but there were times she did try manipulating people and instigating arguments and fights, and for the moment it looked like that might have been the case. However instead, Akira was proposed a rather interesting question, an olive-branch that would give him something to think about. “I’ve been in the middle of putting together my own gang. Onigashima needs someone to run the streets, and for awhile now I’ve had my sites on doing just that. How would you like to join it? I’ll even keep you in high-rank since I know you’re not half-bad.” It was about the closest thing Akira would get to a compliment from Seraphim, but at the same time, she was offering him a pretty interesting deal. Where there were gangs, there was a potential profit, and Seraphim -even if most of the time she was kicking Akira’s a**- she knew what he was capable of, and could use the extra manpower. Not to mention he wasn’t just some random thug on the streets, and she spent a year with him. So why not try and ask? Seraphim sounded like she knew what she was doing, like she had been planning this for awhile now.

[Lina Quill]
[Location: Shirio Tsuki café]

User ImageThe fact that the pirate shenanigans were being put to a stop was really upsetting for Lina. She loved to roleplay sometimes, and yet here she was now being told she couldn’t! But, that didn’t cause Lina to give up hope. This may have been her last day together with the class, but that didn’t mean she couldn’t see people like Seotta or Sypher again outside of school, right? That was when the girl got an idea! She watched for a moment as Symphony went off to help Lance, finding her mind briefly drifting to her fashion-designer mode. Symphony working here could lead to a cute waitress uniform or maid attire~ She would absolutely love designing that! Lina giggled softly to herself like a mischievous little girl for a moment, a dozen or so outfits coming to her mind, before she noticed Ms. Hakunae calming down, Zoey… being glomped, and Seotta even settling her pirate escapades down some.

She decided then to take this moment of peace to reach into her backpack, the small ‘hello kitty’ bag she had slung around one shoulder coming off, before she removed a recently familiar book from her bag, and as well as a pen. With things a little calmer, she could ask this little favor of her friends, standing at the table across from Seotta and smiling at the group, before holding the book opened, and a pen as well. “Well then Ms. Pirate Queen-chan. Perhaps you could, ah, sign this page of parchment? Maybe give out your contact number too?” Lina was trying to keep the old-speak in there, but asking for a phone number in pirate-lingo really didn’t work well, and Lina fell out of character pretty quickly. Even so, she was smiling joyfully, offering the book Seotta’s way, hoping to find a way of keeping in contact with her. “And you too, Sypher-kun~” She wasn’t sure if they’d actually do it, but she liked to consider herself on good terms with them through school. Even if Lina was a complete nut at times with her conspiracies, and sometimes she invaded another’s privacy or accidently embarrassed someone all to pursue one of her theories, Lina was still a good person at heart, and only wanted to have a good time with the people she knew. She didn’t have a lot of friends after all, and her situation at home was… not exactly what you’d say ideal. So she hoped that maybe with school ending, she could still have herself a few people to stay in touch with.

[Ms. Hakunae]
[Location: Shirio Tsuki café]

User ImageAfter her demands, Ms. Hakunae was silent for a moment, watching to see what everyone did. She hated having to do that and demand such authority, but when things got out of hand enough, she just had to do that. Thankfully, things were calming down a little, and she breathed a sigh of relief, ‘sheathing’ her ruler in the upper sleeve of her dress, like it was some sort of hidden weapon. She did find the pirate antics a little funny and amusing, and infact she liked the costume too. But things were just a little too out of hand for her liking. Thankfully, Seotta agreed, and with an exaggerated act she would seat herself down, letting things reach a more peaceful degree. Ms. Hakunae herself even thought about taking a seat and enjoying a drink or two. She never handled the hangovers afterwords very well, but she had been tempted regardless.

Sypher would actually apologize too, which wasn’t that big of a surprise to the teacher, he always seemed to be the more responsible one in her class, and it was because of this that she found herself always so forgiving of him. Even the times he arrived late from work, she was incredibly lenient towards him. “It’s perfectly fine, thank you Sypher-kun.” The orange haired teacher said with a soft smile at him, acting like it was no big deal. It was then though that she realized that her friend, Lilynet had arrived, and it seemed she had the cake that was ordered before. Now the party was getting better. Today, her diet was officially on hold~! Although, Ms. Hakunae did want to give a little speech and thank all of her students first. So, with a humble little nod back at Sypher, letting it pass, she made her way over to where Batsu and Lilynet were, and waited just a moment, reaching for a piece of paper, briefly reading it to herself, before she would try to get everyones attention, but without the ruler this time.

“Everyone! Excuse me! In just a moment, we’ll be celebrating over some cake, and having a few speeches. Would anyone like to say anything while this is our last moment together?” It was a little bit of a cowards tactic to let someone else take the stage before you had to, and she felt a little guilty for doing it even if she was smiling, but she still felt like it would be good for others to get what they had to say out there in the air. A few words of reminiscence, any apologies, any offers of friendship, even giving out just a simple email, she wanted the students to first get their chance to say anything to the rest before she went on with her own words.

[Eugene Ivon]
[Location: Shirio Tsuki café]

User ImageAfter he was left alone for now, Eugene settled back at his table, letting the party go on as it was, enjoying his time here, even if it was his last time. However, when Ms. Hakunae addressed to everyone that they could make their speeches, Eugene saw an opportunity. This was his last day, his last moment to make sure he was remembered. He had already signed yearbooks, already spoken to many of the students on graduation day, but now, he had a chance to make a speech. Students were quieting down now -most of them at least- but even if not everyone was paying attention he didn’t mind, and instead decided to take this moment. With a final breath as he strengthened his resolve, Eugene got up from his seat, being the first to stand for a speech. Eugene stood there for a moment, still standing at his seat, almost like his moment felt a little off now. But, in the end he still smiled, like this was falling into place just how it should have.

When Eugene got to the front though, he folded his hands in front of him after adjusting those yellow half rimmed glasses of his, looking at the entire class as he observed their faces for what felt like the final time, and he then found his resolve, beginning to express himself and how he truly felt. “Good-day to you all. I… heh, wasn’t really sure what to say at first, so please be patient with me on this.” With a nervous little chuckle, already rubbing the back of his head nervously, Eugene felt a little awkward about this at first. But in moments, he felt like the words were falling into place, and a warm smile came to his lips as we spoke. “I really just wanted to thank you all for my time here. I know it was hard for a lot of us at first, I could barely even communicate since I had such trouble with the language. And in the beginning, I was picked on a lot, and there were times I thought it was really hard. But, I realized it was almost like a test for me, and overtime, as that all went behind us and forgotten, I found myself something that I never could back in my homeland.” He paused only for a moment, drawing a slow breath, but his smile still remained, feeling like this was all right to him, his expression only growing lighter as he spoke his feelings. “I was accepted, I found a place I felt like I found my real home. In my year at Japan, I’ve witnessed beauty, I’ve tasted real freedom, and I’ve felt a sense of belonging. I made friends who mean the world to me, and have never felt happier since I came here. And I want you all to know, that I’ve made a decision…” He nervously bit his lower lip for a moment, realizing he wasn’t just going to try doing this any more, but instead, he was making a promise. “No matter what it takes, I’m going to stay. I’ve got more memories and have been happier here in Japan, on Onigashima then at England, and from this day forth, this place is not somewhere I’m simply visiting. …But it will be my home.

He took one last breath after saying that, feeling his heart race when he realized how he was doing the right thing, no matter how risky, and gave a bow to the whole class, showing true gratitude for everything. “Thank you, every one of you.” And with those final words, he would slowly return to his seat, knowing he was making the right decision now.

After that, a lot of students were speechless for just a moment. Moments later, a round of applause came though from most. Even Seraphim paused in the midst of their chat to give a brief applause! Eugene had stepped down, and Ms. Hakunae had offered for anyone else to come up and make a speech, but with that as the start, Eugene really set a bit of a hard act to follow. Though, oddly enough, Daisuke had stepped out, if only for a moment, while the rest were in a cheer. Still, a lot of people knew he had to leave after graduating, so to hear him say that, it was as if the bond between the entire class got just a little bit closer at that very moment, as if he was one of the people who really kept this class together. Even if the odd group of students had their differences, and at times things were rough, they were still a class that grew up together, graduated, and even bonded some like a family~

"If it's in my way

Persona Boring boring boring. Geeze, Akira wasn't too pleased with this now that the pirate activity had died down. But things went on in the world, Cake was being brought in, the likes of which appealed to Akira as any food other than what was stored at his appartment would. Akira would take cake over ramen noodles and snack foods any day. Even if neither of those options was entirely healthy. He had been wathcing the cake being cut when he turned his head to notice Seraphim nearing closer to him. W-what!? What was she getting at!? It didnt seem like Akira was going to get his face pounded in. But, w-well, Akira never knew Seraphim thought of him that way. Meanwhile as Akira's inner retard had a heart attack. He sat there practically frozen to his seat, magenta eyes staring into red.
Persona Akira's inner retard was quickly silenced when the thoughts that troubled his mind were shut up by Seraphim's proposal. Oh....Well, that wasn't exactly what he was expecting, although he wasn't expecting to be invited to join a gang either. The orange haired male sat there silently for a moment. Seeming almost set-aback by the offer. He was going to open his mouth to respond to Seraphim, to give her an answer, which, for Akira, would probably end in asking for more time to consider it. But before he could put Seraphim's offer on hold. The speeches begun, Now, honestly, Akira was never a guy for speeches. Which is why he intended on keeping silent for this poriton of the party. But after hearing the speech that Eugene gave, Akira doubted that anyone could top that. He wasn't the biggest fan of foreigners, infact when Eugene first transfered Akira got pissed off by the blonds shitty spech and odd customes. But after a year, eh, the guy was tolerable. So yeah, even akira graced the guy with a clap or two come the end of his speech.

We request to Negotiate
We come to you Unarmed
We desire to Communicate
You cannot do us Harm

The last remark of his sister before making her way to the counter struck him a little harder than the elbow before as Sypher laid his head on the desk in despair only to look up and have it rubbed in his face a little more by the ever eccentric Seotta.

Yes! Don’t be stingy with the rum, Sai-kun!!” She said with the brightest smile and one that Sypher could only and smile and nod at.

It was hard for him to ever get mad at Seotta since he knew she really meant no harm by anything, but then again it Sypher wasn't one to let himself be read easily as to how he felt. Sure he could tell you he was sad or was irritated, but Sypher did develop a habit of not letting it show on his face. This more so to not worry his sister than for any other reason. Working and and school had proven to be a struggle at time but her he was now at a party for his graduation and seeing his smiling former class mates around made Sypher feel it was all worth it. Suddenly Lina stood up with a grin on her features as if she was about to hatch out a long awaited plan or something. Sypher's comparison wasn't actually that far off though as in a few fluid motions Lina had drawn her pen and pad from her stylish bag with an idea.

“Well then Ms. Pirate Queen-chan. Perhaps you could, ah, sign this page of parchment? Maybe give out your contact number too?...And you too, Sypher-kun~”” She said in an enthusiastic all be it unorthodox manner.

Still though she was always one for good fun and anything to break the shell of normalcy of everyday life. 'I applaud you Lina-chan for keeping up with Seotta's pirate dialect even when asking to keep in touch, for I would have given up long ago.' The dark skinned male thought as he sat up properly and nodded in Lina's direction with his casual soft smile.

"I don't mind. I think it'd be nice to get together like this to relax. We shouldn't need school as an excuse to meet." He said in sincerity, now since there was no school all he would have to worry about was his job, hell maybe even a permanent one.On the other side of the room Symphony was a little confused about what action to take. On one end she wasn't the type of person to simply pick up orders like that, but on the hidden side it had always been a dream of hers to dress up like a maid or waitress and work in a place like this like in the anime that she watched. Of course no one would know that this was on her hidden agenda of things to do as an cos-player, but then again one knew she was a cos-player. Fidgeting slightly at how to answer she instinctively glanced back her brother for some kind of guidance, but seeing him smiling and chatting it up with his friends made her think it would be okay to accept this Dream come true work for the time being. Her mind snapped back to reality when Lance asked if she had a name or if she just want to be called
    ‘little-miss-chan~?’

"Symphony!...My name is Symphony Lance-san and I don't mind helping at all. Just let me know what I need to take where." Symphony said bowing slightly, now embarrassed that she probably came off as an airhead in front of someone she had just agreed to help out.

Luckily enough it was just then that Hakunae-sensei brought the attention off of her and on to herself by speaking. Also in the middle of the room a few boxes were being set up and the festive nature of the party seemed like it was on the way up again.

“Everyone! Excuse me! In just a moment, we’ll be celebrating over some cake, and having a few speeches. Would anyone like to say anything while this is our last moment together?” The just a moment ago frightening teacher said and Symphony got a sense of both happiness and yet dolor over this being their last moment.

The first on to take the homeroom teacher up on her offer was a pale, although everyone seemed pale compare to her and her brother, spectacled boy with blond hair. He stood there for a moment as the audience focused their attention and then he proceeded to give his speech. It was touching to say the least. His accent was even slipping through at times as the blonds emotions were woven into his words. To Symphony it reminded her that she and her brother weren't the only ones going through hard times and like her brother, just smiling their way through it and for that she applauded. Glancing over at her brother again, he was clapping and nodding, but just being himself content to not stand after the heart moving speech and address his class in the same manner. As the applause grew Symphony felt the urge to do something out of character as well and while it would be on her brothers behalf she would be doing it for herself as well.

"Sorry Lance-san, but I have something I have to do first." She said and she bowed again quickly and with she made her way up to the front where the crowds attention was.

Brushing up against the table that the boy who had tried to speak to her earlier was sat at and wanted to apologize for bot speaking with him properly, but she had something important to do. Symphony was now in the open floor and took a deep breath as the crowds applause faded and their eyes now on her. 'Maybe this wasn't such a good Idea...No this is for the both of us and how I feel.' the spectacled girl as she put on a smile and spoke.

"Konbanwa mina. As you can probably tell I'm not from class 3-B and from my skin and spotty Japanese not from around here. My name is Symphony Corinth and my Onii-chan is Sypher who I knew wouldn't take the stage, but there is something I want to say," the girl paused for a moment and bowed greatly towards everyone, "Arigato..Hontou ni arigato. My brother may have not been the best student and missed a lot of classes to work but it was the best he could do for me and our family back home and it even caused him to be held back a year. I know he isn't honest with himself and wears a smile to comfort everyone, but you all made him feel welcomed even though it wasn't where he planned to be I'm sure its where he is happy he ended up...And for that I am forever grateful." Symphony finished as she lifted her head and was near tears.

She started back towards her brothers table unsure of how he took her little speech or how anyone took it for that matter. It wasn't of anything that happened while he was there or of anything that actually happened in the class all she could comment on was what her brother seemed like after every class and to her him being in that class was for the best. Sypher was in awe that his sister would do something like that. That she would be able to put how they both felt into short sweet words and while it was that way so it wouldn't take up a lot of time it conveyed all the warmth that his memories of the class gave him.

__________[ Where? Shirio Tsuki Café ] [ Feeling? Best. Speech. Eveeeer~]

Aww, why was the girl so darn stubborn? Didn't she know that half of the reason why it was so fun to tease her like this was because she was so serious all the time? After all, it's far more satisfying - and adorable - to embarrass someone if they're grouchy and serious all the time; people who have a sense of humour and don't react like everyone around them is made of pure liquid filth are generally accepting and welcoming enough of random hugs that they don't get quite as worked up, and that's not nearly as funny - nor as adorable. Even though Zoey's reaction was more or less to be expected - although she was somewhat disappointed that she'd had to resort to threatening to hurt her. Katsumi wasn't scared of Zoey, by any means - the shorter girl hardly cut an intimidating figure, after all - but she didn't want to cause any more trouble, especially when some people were trying to have fun. "Aaaaanti-fuuuuuuun." Katsumi told her, loosening up her hug a little, but keeping Zoey from moving too far away as she had her hands on the girl's shoulders. "Weeeell, I've got my hug to count towards my 'hug everyone' mission, soooo I guess you're free to go for now. But don't let me catch you being a grump again, or I might have to hug you a little tighter, fufufu~" Leaving the vague threat of perversion hanging in the air, she released Zoey's shoulders with a deviant little grin across her face, silently rolling backwards as she left the girl to her own devices once more.

Having successfully acquired what would almost certainly be one of the tougher hugs she would give today, Katsumi's attention was caught by Miss Hakunae calling out with the mention of cake, prompting her to glide over to take a look at the cakes that had been delivered by Miss Starla - who, of course, was definitely included in her mass-hugging mission; probably more than once, at that~ Of course, the promise of cake did also serve as an unintentional distraction, and at first she'd found herself distracted enough by the cake that she'd kind of zoned out at first, not realiziing how much her attentions had been focused on the cake until Eugene had already started speaking, at which point she tried to act as casual as possible. After all, she didn't want him to think she was being rude by not paying attention, she just... well... cake! Fortunately, her scatterbrained-ness only meant that she'd missed the first few words, and she paid full attention from then on. She was half-tempted to make some sort of comment when he said how he had 'witnessed beauty', but she wasn't that mean, she didn't want to tease him when he was up giving his big speech... Although she couldn't prevent a small grin from crossing her lips as she thought of what she could have said~

She remained quiet as Sypher's sister made a brief speech, and for a moment pondered whether or not she should make one herself. For about all of 5 femtoseconds, at least. As if she of all people was going to just sit back and stay quiet when she had the chance to make a big speech in front of everyone, without the consequences of being in a school. After all, it's not like they could give her detention or expel her now~ Skating to the front, she had a small grin on her face at first, but that soon faded as she spoke, her tone suddenly becoming deadly serious. "Sooo, I know what most of you are thinking, and the answer is 'yes'. Yes, I know I'm awesome, and yes, you're all losing so much by no longer having me here to enrich your lives with my presence." She held the totally straight-faced expression for a moment, as if deliberitely trying to leave the doubt as to whether she was serious or not. Of course, this was Katsumi, so of course she wasn't being serious. "Pssh, kidding~ Shoulda seen the look on some of your faces just then~ In all seriousness, though, I know you might not think it, but I'm gonna miss you all a bunch; after all, a wise man once said; classmates are like the friends you can't choose... or something like that. If that didn't make sense, pretend I just said something deep and serious and profound, I don't want you all remembering me as dumb, ya hear?" After Symphony's little speech had left the girl in tears, Katsumi wanted to raise the mood a little, and hopefully her attempts at humour weren't falling completely flat. Not that it was likely to stop her if they were, but it was less pathetic if they were going down well.

However, quickly running out of jokes, her tone fell serious once more, although not without some genuine emotion, unlike her previous straight-faced moment. "So, yeah... Not sure what else there really is to say now, but I just want all of you to know one thing. You guys - well, ninety-nine-point-nine-percent-recurring of you guys - are awesome. Seriously. And I'm honestly, truly going to be sad to have to say goodbye to all of you at the end of tonight." Letting that comment hang in the air for just a moment, she soon cracked another grin, snapping her fingers as she gave a wink to the class, pointing a finger gun towards the crowd with no real target in mind. "Buuut, although I'm going to hate to say goodbye, I'm gonna love watching you all leave~! Thanks, everybody, you're the best!" Announcing that with a small giggle, she kicked off and slid off from the spot she was giving her speech. Hopefully everyone would understand her just-slightly perverted little comment at the end and not take it the wrong way... But either way, she was certainly happy with her speech~ And to think, she didn't even plan it; simply no end to her talents~

Avast ye dogs! The Pirate Queen hath arrived!!

The festivities indeed would calm down, at least as far as Seotta was concerned. How long that lasted was anyone’s guess. There was a reason the pirate garbed girl was avoided by the general populace, as when things got out of hand they got out of hand quickly. But, for now, everything seemed to mellow out. Lilynet returning with Batsu in tow along with cake was a welcome sight for many of the students, for various reasons. Seotta wasn’t herself one for sugary sweets, though she didn’t dislike them either. The pirate would wait for everyone else to go up and get their pieces before snatching her own later.

Well then Ms. Pirate Queen-chan. Perhaps you could, ah, sign this page of parchment? Maybe give out your contact number too?

Seotta turned, to see Lina there with her small book. While she might have faltered, even Seotta was quick to realise her fellow classmate was asking for her phone number. It was only more obvious once she asked Sypher for his own. Sypher did his thing, mentioning how hanging out even after they graduated would be nice, while Seotta’s golden-brown eyes were busy scanning through her small knapsack to her side. It was filled with mostly useless items, but it also carried her phone and wallet in them. Eventually pulling the phone out from there, she quickly flipped the older model open and found her own number. The girl wasn’t the best when it came to technology, but this was a matter of her not really being all that great with remembering numbers.

Ha!” she pronounced upon finding her number. “A sea chart to guide ye ta’ find me when yer in trouble!

Retard. That’s what most people thought when they got to know this side of Seotta. Not that it bothered the girl one bit as she took the book from Lina and quickly transcribed her number, written under ‘Uehara, Queen of the Seven Seas’. She also happened to jot her address down as well.

With that out of the way, it was just in time to hear the first of probably many speeches tonight. Seotta turned, and was surprised as everyone else to see that the foreign transfer Eugene was actually taking the stage first. While she listened, it would not surprise anyone to find out that it all went in one ear and out the other for her. Of course, the girl was happy that he was happy. And that was enough to get a ‘Yo ho!’ and a gleeful reaction from the girl. That’s what this party needed: more happy and less people being sticks in the mud!

Sypher was assuredly embarrassed with the speech that followed the British boy’s. Symphony, despite not being a member of 3-B, snuck onto the scene and delivered a speech to the class in lieu of her brother doing so. When she finished, the girl sheepishly slunk her back to the table with them. Seotta pounced on the girl, giving her a hug and ruffling up the short teen’s hair in the process.

Riveting words, Sinfu-chan!” she congratulated. “It’s a wonder you’re even related to this guy!

Only teasing, Seotta grinned to Sypher with an outstretched tongue. It was a constant source of slight annoyance to Symphony as well as herself that the dark-skinned young adult was such a shut in when it came to emotions. He was friendly and amicable, but he always seemed detached from it or distracted. The fact that he may have a reason for that escaped Seotta, who only cared that he wasn’t as exuberant, energetic, and outgoing as she was at all times. But she thought much the same of other people. The difference for Sypher is that he had taken the time to deal with Seotta on more than one occasion, so the girl took it upon herself to make him into a right proper sea pirate!

That, however, was a mission for later. For now, she was here to enjoy the party, even if that meant not enjoying herself as much as she might have liked to. Seotta simply returned to her seat, and started some small talk with Symphony about the swim team and it’s summer training and future. While not a member, she had hung out enough with the team and participated in their activities that she was easily considered their mascot. That was especially true of the one time she came dressed in full pirate regalia to an inter-high meet. Boy had that been fun!
