"If it's in my way
I'll d e s t r o y it"

PersonaA scowl visible on his face as Haro so much as began to give his whole speech. The more that the red haired oaf went on, the more on edge and tense Akira felt. The reveal of a reflective surface with a chain tied to the ground. This was far more than what Haro probably even realized, they couldn't just stand here and do nothing, they needed to act and stop him before something actually came out. Akira was just about to push his way to the front of the crowd, but before that he took notice of Batsu standing next to him. Although nothing specific had been said necessarily, he could infer from Batsu's facial expression a vague idea of what he might be thinking.

Persona"Yeah I know, c'mon, we're going to have to get closer to stop that p***k." Expecting Batsu to follow behind him, Akira began to push his way through the people in order to draw nearer. By time he neared the front of the crowd, the world was turning to gray, and the people were turning as hard as statues. Warmth emanated from the glass, and as much as fire was his element. This heat did not do any good to calm Akira's nerves as he climbed on stage and summoned his spear. He didn't say a word, rather while Haro was so distracted with trying to provoke this monster to come out Akira smacked the blunt end of his spear against the morons head. "Listen here you egomaniac! I don't give a damn about this show your putting on, you're putting everybody here in danger and I'm not going to sit by while you ******** up. Once this thing shows its ugly face we'll lead it away from all these people and then kill it. If you got a problem with that then piss off and go change your diaper."

Kazune's first instinct was unfortunately to kick at and pound the arms of her attacker rather than scream, and then he got his hand over her mouth so she was unable. She then began attempting to bite him to get it off, and when that failed, grabbed the arm covering her mouth and attempted to throw him. Sadly she didn't exactly have good leverage here, and he was a lot heavier than she remembered. So she grabbed the clothing racks instead, pulling some things off and making a racket, but no one was close enough to hear or investigate, and she was pulled farther away.

And then, at that moment, time seemed to stop moving. In actuality, she had stopped moving, as something that was just as strong as her captor, if not moreso, had grabbed her sweater and was not letting go. Kazune ceased moving and let out a shocked "...Nan da, kore." that came out more "ana, orre" due to the hand on her mouth, despite the fact that she could quite well see that it was a woman's arm coming out of the mirror. And pulling. Despite Kamagiri's attempts to drag her off to who-knows-where, this thing was winning the tug-of-war one-handed.

When she actually regained her senses enough to look in the mirror, it was her own face looking back, with the terrifying smile and crazy eyes and everything. Any hope she had of it being Seotta or Chisame or whatserface(Meimei? Meiling? Meixiu? That sounded right.) faded with the worst sinking feeling she'd ever experienced. Kazune resume struggling, though there wasn't really anywhere she could go without running facefirst into one of them. Just...out of her sweater, and then maybe she could ram Kamagiri and run...

Another hand reached out and wrapped around her waist now that she was closer to it, putting a swift end to that plan. As her back touched the mirror, tears began welling in the corners of her eyes. Always, no matter how much she wanted it or how hard she struggling, it was all useless. All that happened was that things got worse. At this point, all she could was close her eyes and accept her fate.

Timid Egg

Meishi sighed (almost inaudibly) in relief as Chisame reached her - thank goodness it wasn't Saitama, and thank goodness Chisame was willing to forgive her. Obediently, she trotted along behind the shadowy girl, nodding along silently with whatever she said until she realized that Chisame couldn't exactly hear her nod (probably not, anyway).

"S-sure. I wouldn't mind s-seeing you again. N-next time?" she offered, almost as inaudibly as her head-shaking had been. Before Chisame could give her a response, however, she was through the water and washed up on the shore in Yuan Shi park, none the worse or wetter for wear. Perhaps that hadn't been so bad, she supposed. Perhaps. But that doesn't mean, she added to herself, as she turned to glare at the water's surface, that I'm going to keep doing it instead of finding a better way.

A way, preferably, that didn't involve diving into strange bodies of water.

Meishi shrugged, patted down her pockets to make sure she still had everything, and produced her phone after a minute's searching. The screen was lit - had she gotten a message while she was in the Shadow World? Was that even possible? Flipping her phone open, she was greeted with Zoey's second text, an apology, of all things. Suspicious. Still, being told to drown herself or be run over was nowhere near the worst thing that had happened to her today, so Zoey's apology was accepted. Why not? Not that she'd respond right away, though; she had more important things to do. Like, say, going home and sleeping for a week. That'd be nice. Mmmm. Meishi turned homeward, fully intent on doing absolutely nothing for the rest of the day -

- Only to come up short not five minutes of brisk walking later, staring at the crowd that had gathered outside the convention center. What on earth was going on? There were a couple of people dressed like cartoon characters, which would mean it was probably one of those nerd conventions, but she hadn't heard anything about it on the radio or anything. Not that that meant much, but... Hm. She decided to press a little closer to watch (why not? seemed to be the motto of the day), but stopped suddenly. The person she'd been trying to squeeze past, a cosplayer in some frilly outfit with no sleeves and holding a ridiculous-looking spear, was frozen in place - literally - like a statue. Like Joseph had been.

******** hell.

Standing on her tiptoes (and all but leaning on the cosplayer for support) she could just barely make out some red-haired person standing next to a shuddering, glowing mirror - Saitama had said that things could pass too and from the Shadow World through mirrors, hadn't she? Thinking quickly, she pried the spear as gently as she could from the cosplayer's hands, then, stretching herself to the absolute limits of her frame, hurled the spear at the mirror. If it broke, then nothing could get out, right?

Even though Batsu followed after Akira as they ventured towards the front of the crowd, it was still too late. The world around them fell into monochrome and everyone except for the party and Haro turned to statues as a monstrous growl came from the breached window. This was bad, if a Shadow came through into the real world with all these innocent people around...

While Akira climbed onto the stage to talk with Haro, the mute looked back towards the crowd of statues. It was hard to miss the others in the group amongst the desaturated, he was thankful that he and Akira weren't the only ones around to stop a potential Shadow rampage. But besides Zoey, Katsumi and Sypher, he noticed some other bits of color. It wasn't as vibrant... or lively. Was that statue Seraphim? She was frozen in time like the rest of the crowd, but at the same time there was a bit of color to her... The blunette also noticed another girl with some color, but he didn't recognize her at all. Not knowing what the significance could be to the hints of color among the helpless, he knew that either way the Shadow was on the verge of breaking out. They needed to stop that from happening, however, how could they break the window if it only acted like a portal to them? Summoning Heimdall, he turned back towards the stage to use his power to see if he could 'see' what sort of Shadow was about to break loose. Suddenly a spear went flying past Batsu's head, nearly giving him a heart attack while it whizzed towards the stage. Meishi had quite the arm on her it seemed...

[Scene: A shadow rex Haro's big moment!]
Theme: Attack on Titan - XL TT (Part B)

As Haro drew his blade as well, obviously bothered by the way his grand demonstration was put to a halt with his crowd literally frozen in time, he and the rest of the group would quickly see the oncoming threat making it's arrival. In Haro's case, just as he had shouted to them, he knew about the shadow world, and when the group would see his oddly shaped, red and black katana summoned before him in a bright, red light, it was more than enough proof for everyone to see that he too knew about the Personas, shadows, and everything else they had been experiencing. Though, right now their concerns about another persona user had to be put on pause, as the creature from within the shadow world was making it's arrival.

It was when Akira rushed up to the stage first to scold Haro, weapon ready but hitting Haro in the back of the head with the blunt of it, that another thunderous roar breached through the shadow world and into their own. Followed by a sudden attack towards the two as the creature appeared. Bellowing out like a dragon breathing fire, a blasting inferno was unleashed through the mirror, nearly striking the two but fortunately aimed upwards in it's blindly thrown flames, but following right after, the creature had made it's appearance.

Breaking out from the shadow world and into our own, the mirror stretched and shattered, becoming more of a rift than a simple, reflective object, as head first, a skeletal head of a tyrannosaurus emerged, vicious and deadly fangs open wide with another bellowing roar, before it stepped out completely. It stood upright at nearly twenty feet in height, easily the largest shadow they had to fight yet, with a volcanic red body, pulsing with heat, and cracks of glowing, magma red like veins littering it's scaled body. Along it' back, the skeletal spine was seen, with a fin of flames crawling down it's back, and two, hallow, dead looking, yellow eyes peered past it's skull like other shadows.

It stood before them, the stage beneath rippled and breaking under it's terrifying weight, before looming down at Akira and Haro, and once more, it bellowed out an intense roar right in front of them. The heat alone from it enough to make the air almost burn, though Akira's natural resistance from the heat due to his Persona would protect him, ...and Haro's ego probably kept him standing before the behemoth. A spear came flying towards it though, Meishi attempting to stop it with the tool of a normal person who lacked the power of a persona, and as they'd soon learn, it was ineffective. As the attack came at the shadow, and it's hard scales seemed to bounce off the spear with ease, the spear breaking before it could do any damage at all, left as little more than a broken prop, ...and angering the beast as it looked her with, golden eyes glowing in a haunting, aggressive manner.

The group had their chance to strike, as standing just before the dinosaur like shadow of flames, there was the whole crowd of people turned into statues, frozen as prey before the creature. They all knew what would happen if they failed, it could be a massacre if they didn't keep it at bay. And from the looks of the creature, it wasn't going to hold back as it took a strong step towards them, opening it's mouth as a fiery ball formed in it's mouth, ready to unleash a hellish flame down upon them, ...and the crowd of statues below.

When Sypher noticed Akira heading up to the stage to Haro with Batsu trailing behind, he would start to go on with the plan he had. "Everyone get your big attacks out. If we're lucky and this thing isn't that big we might be able to obliterate it before it gets a chance to do any harm." He'd say before focusing his attention on his misanga. In a flash of teal light the energy that showed in front of him would take shape before materializing into his scythe. Where they were standing though wasn't the best place for an attack and with that though Sypher would start around the out range of the crowd as he kept his eye on the mirror waiting for a glimpse of what ever the monstrosity of the day was. When he came a stop he'd look around to try and get an idea of how spread out they were which was easy enough since all he had to do was look for the colors that stuck out.

"Okay so Haro and Akira up front, Batsu just behind them, Zoey and Katsumi to the left of the mirror and me to the right. Here's hoping the others show up if we can't handle it." he thought as he looked around for Meishi and even Kazune. In the back of his head still he wanted to see Seotta rushing up too but he needed to focus on what was here now not a hope. Though when he looked right behind him he saw what was a slightly faded red eye looking back which startled him a bit as he looked the person over.

"Serph.." Sypher's words were muffled under a ferocious roar from the direction of the stage. Quickly truning back to whatever was about to appear Sypher was already starting to abandon any hope of what ever it was being a small fry. He couldn't even give the thoguht of what was going on with Seraphim the attention he wanted as the mirror that acted as a portal shattered as a bony skull started to make its way through. Almost straining his neck now to focus on the face of the shadow they were going against Sypher could barely believe their amazing bad luck. "A dinosaur..An actual dinosaur...apparently made of and breathing fire....Right" He'd digress before his attention turning to a tiny spear that flew in bopping off the T-Rex's leg with literally no effect. Sypher wanted to look back to see who threw it but they were getting a bad enough stare down as it was with the dino-shadow now bearing there direction. It didn't look like the type to do any taunting talking about them being free or anything as its jaws filled with flames meant to melt the owner of the spear and any people around them.

"Oh no you don't." Sypher would let slip out as he focus on one of his hand as it began to pulse with a white and growing light."Hama!" He'd cast the spell hurling the light ball up towards there giant adversary. He wasn't even expecting the attack to be effective but he needed to hit it hard enough to for the beasts attack in another direction. Not waiting to see the result Sypher would immediately go to charging another Hama spell, this one meant to fly into its mouth should it look down on him this time.

Haro was getting a bit impatient at this point. Why wouldn't this stupid shadow show itself already? Haro began walking forward as the sounds of someone clamoring onto the stage caught his attention. Haro had begun to turn his head around casually as a heavy thunk hit him in the back of his red maned head. Stumbling forward a bit Haro grasped where he was hit with one gloved hand and turned his upper body towards Akira quickly with an annoyed look on his grey eyes, just tipping over his slim black shades that looked like they were cut in half down the middle as some sort of stylish look. "Hey hey, what gives buddy?!" Haro snapped back, cutting off Akira a bit, but chose to listen what the orange haired tough guy was going to say.

"I told you to stand back, I got this! You trying to steal my thunder, kid? Get bent! I'm the star here!" Haro growled back at Akira, matching his anger in tone and insult. Fire quickly sparking between the two... Well, speaking of fire... The only thing that took Haro's attention off the spear wielding jerk-off.A sudden heatwave and bright light washed over him as he turned back to the window and watched a pillar of flame go up. Haro followed it with his eyes and then moved them to the giant beast that emerged from the portal. Haro now turned his whole body towards the beat as it moved it's eyes down to the two and let out a loud roar towards the two. The heat of it's breath, not to mention the stink, washed over Haro and made him step back waving his gloved hand in front of his face with a engrossed expression.

Now, any lesser (or maybe smarter) guy would've instantly regretted this. I mean, after all THAT WAS ONE BIG MONSTER. And it wasn't exactly too friendly looking. But this was Haro with his ego on the line, if he wanted to back down, he wouldn't. After all, there were STILL some people that can watch. Not to mention now he wanted to show up this a*****e, Akira. So, hell yea Haro would stand his ground, and so he did. Getting cocky grin on his lips, one that could probably be blamed as a grin of a madman plastered on Haro's face. He pointed his blade back at the monster and yelled in an almost exuberant tone, "Hahah! I caught me a Kaiju!" Haro said, putting on his best impression of what he assumed an american fisher would sound like.

              HAROS THEME User Image

At that time a weird spear from the audience hit and distracted the beast, but that was no matter to Haro. He'd steal the attention once again. "See if you can keep up with me, bro." Haro said over his shoulder cockily to Akira. Clenching his blade's hilt he swung it up in a heroic pose towards the monster devoid of second thoughts. "Alright! Let's rock!" He shouted, coining his semi-catch phrase he loved to utter when things were about to... for lack of better words, rock.At that moment a bright red flam elike blade erupted under the edge of his odd shaped katana, forming what looked like a blade of energy. The red flames billowed past the hilt and dispersed behind him like a trailing smoke scarf and lit up the immediate area.

Lacking any self preservation in himself at this point, he didn't even bother to reveal he had a persona. He assumed he could take this beast down with just his weapon! And so he rushed forward, leaving Akira behind as he charged to send a good wack/slash to the creatures right foot. He even had this badass anime styled cutscene playing in his head of the creature falling to its knees, and he planned to climb up it, do a somersault and finish it off with a giant slice in half! Yea, that'd be badass!~

User ImageKazune could resist, he knew she would try. However, he was not going to let this chance get away, and was going to get what he wanted, whether she liked it or not. He had his ways, he had a plan, and even if it was all put together at the last minute, he saw no faults with his idea.

That is, until something held him up, the lean, green haired man not expecting anyone to stop him. There was no one around after all! Did he get snagged on something? She couldn't have grabbed on to anything, he had her arms pinned at her side! So what was it? What could possibly he holding him up from taking his prize? This was Kazune after all, and he knew her very well, which is why he knew she couldn't have been resisting this hard. It had to be something else!

The pull suddenly got harder though, Kamagiri having no idea still what the cause of this was, or that now, the hand reaching out from the shadow world and through the mirror was now using both hands, yanking the poor girl with ease, before finally it drew her in. Just like every entrance to the shadow world, all that was needed had been a reflective surface, and in Kazune's case, the mirror she was standing before was all she needed, the large vanity mirror rippling like the surface of water, before she would by drawn in, swallowed beneath the deep.

And she wasn't the only one.

With a sudden -rather girlish- yelp of surprise as he was taken off balance too, Kazune wasn't going to be the only one taken into the shadow world. As he too was yanked in due to holding on to her, Kazune being his way of being pulled into the shadow world, even though he didn't have a Persona.

Or did he?

Darkness overtook the two for a few seconds, plummeting into the unknown. Without entering the lake in the park to go to the shadow world, the two would fall into an area of the abyss that neither could claim they had any knowledge of. Through the lake, where Chisame stayed, they were always safe. Shadows never seemed to dwell there, Chisame herself was usually there, and it was a good spot to gather up, strategize, and start training. Instead, having been dragged into the shadow world through a mirror in Junes, their point of entry and where they arrived was left as a dark, unknown territory, where shadows lurked, and the world itself had shifted.

Their plummet to the ground was rough, unlike the usual, gentle fall guided by their 'thread' that connected them from the Persona world to the regular one. And while Kazune wouldn't find herself injured in any real manner, she was left alone, even Kamagiri missing during the fall, as if the darkness dragged her away. However, that didn't leave her alone. It didn't mean she had nothing to worry about, as she found herself in a whole new part of the shadow world left unfamiliar to her, and it had shifted, changing due to the tainting presence of her own, inner darkness.

(Leaving it here to work out the rest with Misc~ )

User ImageThis was not at all how she expected today to go! Though, there was no turning back at this point, no chance she could run away. Zoey worried, but she wasn't the type to get scared as easily as some people. And she had power, the ability to make a change and save lives thanks to her persona. So as soon as she saw the massive crowd turn to a stone like state, time freezing, and a shadow starting to breach into their world, she knew what had to be done.

Still! Haro was in on this? He had a weapon? Did he have a Persona too? How long did he know about this? What was going on that gave him of all people such powers?? She had countless questions, but no time to act on them. Instead, she summoned her weapon, knowing they could ask him questions later. Though, she had to admit, when the creature appeared, shocking the petite radio host, and Haro stood up to it like it was just an obstacle, ...she had to admit she was impressed by his bravado. On the other hand, he may not have been just brave, as he could have just been a massive, egotistical fool.

...Yeah, the second option sounded more fitting.

Still, after this, she was going to drill him out with numerous questions. He might have known something about the cause of this all! Not to mention he put all of these people in danger! For no though, she eyed the massive creature, only cared for a moment, before telling herself she just needed to keep her distance, since that was how she was most effective. She had learned from experience that her Persona did not deal well with fire, and she wasn't going to risk any foul burns again.

"Persona! Oshun, I summon you!" Reaching into her skirt pocket, Zoey briefly clutched her summoning artifact which was the little pocket radio, and with those words, a long, silver, ruin staff appeared in her hands, as her Persona also would appear. There wasn't much time, so she wasted none of it in unleashing a spell.

"Bufula!" Behind her, the faceless, angelic woman in a dress would have the flame glow a dark blue, before clusters of ice formed around the massive, flaming t-rex, before they would collide on all sides around it, Zoey doing her best to try and stop the creature from reaching the crowd. Even if she was a pessimist, hated people like the plague, and saw most as just a pain; she wasn't heartless. And after losing Eugene, Lance, and a few other people to the shadows, she made a promise that no one else would die if they had the chance to stop it. And to see the others try and stop it, no one even doubting their resolve for a second, it made her feel good to be fighting at their side, like they were a team, and they all knew what to do.

__________[ Where? Convention Center (plaza area)] [ Feeling? God dammit Haro!]

As the colour bled away from the world around them, any remaining doubt over just what was happening was quickly erased from Katsumi's mind. Not that it answered even half of the questions that jumped into her head - not the least of which being 'how the hell was Haro of all people doing this?', though shortly followed by 'at what point did this seem like a good idea!?'. And to make matters worse, Haro didn't even seem to realize just how much trouble he was causing! Katsumi very much doubted that he meant to cause it on purpose - Haro might've been a lot of things, but he never struck Katsumi as the sort of person that she'd consider a 'bad guy' - but at the same time, his ignorance was no excuse for all the danger he was causing! As soon as it would respond to her mental command, Katsumi's rainbow-streaked rocket launcher would appear in her hands, and for just a moment, she contemplated taking a shot at Haro. If he'd been tough enough to deal with shadows before, then presumably he wouldn't just be reduced into a fine red mist by a single shot... But at the same time, she knew she just couldn't know that for sure. While hesitance wasn't usually her style, she knew she couldn't just go in guns blazing - literally, in her case - in case she made things far worse before she made them any better.

And just like that, out stepped a flaming dinosaur. Katsumi couldn't believe it. Not that there was a fire-breathing dinosaur shadow - that actually seemed pretty reasonable given the truck-centaur Zoey and double-headed snake-thing Akira - but the fact that there was a flaming dinosaur and the reaction she had to give it was one of annoyance. This would've easily been among the top five awesome things she'd ever seen - had it not been for the fact that, if they didn't drop it quickly, it was almost certainly going to end up killing everyone here. Even as the others started to attack the creature, Katsumi only had one thought in her mind, and she wasn't shy about yelling it out as she re-centered her aim on the beast. "God dammit, Haro, you ******** idiot!" She cast a glance around her, trying to work out a plan of how best to deal with this thing. With all these people about, if they weren't careful, this was going to get really bad, really quick - and even though there were plenty of them about to throw attacks at it, Katsumi still didn't like how the situation was shaping up.

As the beast opened its mouth in readiness for what Katsumi could only assume to be some sort of nasty fireball-breath attack of some sort, Katsumi fixed her sights on its mouth. She didn't pretend to know much about physics, but she knew that explosions generally had a tendancy to stop things in their tracks. Maybe she'd blow its jaw off and stop it altogether, or maybe it'd spit its fireball and hit the rocket in midair, and they'd both detonate harmlessly above everyone. Or maybe the fireball would blow the rocket up and keep going and they'd all burn horribly anyway. Right now, it seemed like the best idea she had, and so, with her sights aimed on its huge maw, she'd squeeze the trigger, sending a rainbow-trailed rocket straight towards the beast's huge head.

Dead to the world, Kazune didn't even notice when she dropped the things she was was carrying, her purse included. Having no idea what to do in this situation had made her mind blank out badly enough that she may as well have been unconscious. By the time her brain had effectively rebooted itself, she was sitting in a shadow word ruin by herself; she could hear something moving, but it was too dark to see what, and there was no sign of either the stalker or the twisted reflection of herself.

Kazune tried to summon her persona and weapons next for protection and light, but nothing happened. Thinking back, neither Akira or Zoey hd summoned theirs in their fights, either. She'd assumed at the time that there had been a fight, just that the shadow won and subsequently beat them into a state in which they couldn't resist whatever it wanted to do. Then, what was going on? Something about your inner strength not being able to resist your inner darkness? Did the shadow world run on symbolism or some s**t?

She was distracted from her thoughts by the fact the shadow world seemed to be shifting now that her eyes had adjusted to the darkness. Walls were coming up around her, and she could make out some shadowy forms, some moving and some still. Kazune actually stood up at this point, trying to leave, but whatever direction she went, a cold wall came up in front of her, eventually completely closing her in. Oddly enough, the small moving shapes always cleared the way for her, and none of them ended up trapped in the small enclosed space.

On the off chance it wasn't enclosed and she just couldn't see the exit in the dark, Kazune attempted to follow the walls with her hands. In the process, she found a flat surface on one of the walls, and following that revealed what she was pretty sure was a sink. Further along as she found a stove and a fridge. 'A kitchen?' One that was formatted very similarly to her own. Apparently the shadow world really did run on symbolism. Either way, if this was her kitchen, then she could find the lightswitch and finally see what kind of structure she was being kept in.

[Scene: A shadow rex Haro's big moment!]
Theme: Attack on Titan - XL TT (Part B)

The assault had begun, and the Persona group has acted on instinct, well practiced enough by now to know what to do. That is, aside from the fact that this shadow was by far the largest one yet, and the area they were fighting in had the largest amount of possible collateral damage and death. In other words, thanks to Haro's absolutely amazing, jaw dropping, panty-on-stage, incredible show, the group had their most challenging fight yet, but none of them faltered.

As the beast bellowed and roared, Haro and Sypher were the first to take immediate action. as a blast of light fired from Sypher's way in his shout of denial. The dark skinned, crimson eyed, scythe wielding, warrior showing that even with a heart of gold for his friends, he wasn't afraid to rain judgment and doom upon his foes without mercy, already charging another attack as the first fired off. The ball of light went towards it in an instant, and with a blinding burst, the Hama spell would collide into the creature's face. The creature was stunned from the light, blinded, and throwing it's head back a bit. Mouth still opened, the fiery breath was still charging, but Sypher had delayed it, and the creature was only going to face another Hama spell shortly after. He reacted on instinct, but Sypher bought them a little time.

Enough time for Katsumi to take aim, that is, as she cursed Haro out, and made her decision on ceasing the creature from setting all the statue-esque people ablaze and reduced likely to ash and molting rock. With her aim true, steady on her two skates, Katsumi's rocket propelled with a rainbow colored smoke trail, the shadow-rex still blinded from the Hama to not avoid it, before Katsumi's rocket would yield the best possible results with where it hit.

...Right in the mouth.

Smoke plumed from it's nostrils and quickly closing mouth, one swearing the golden eyes went wide with shock as it was briefly still, before suddenly, it's entire chest seemed to expand for a second in a cartoon like fashion, the rocket exploding within it just then. Followed by the large dinosaur like creature turning away, and unleashing it's fiery breath to the side onto the streets below. Only, rather than it being a threatening flame, the behemoth of a creature instead spewed it out like a red cascade of vomit. It poured out to the side, and fortunately was no where near the residents below, instead leaving a scorching hot surface where the fiery-mixed 'vomit' had landed on the concrete, bubbling with a piercing red radius through the monochrome world.

Then, Haro wasted no time in pressing the moment, cocky as ever, eyes flared with eagerness, and his sword ready. With his advantageous moment thanks to Sypher, Haro would easily manage to move in, his Persona weapon slicing with more precision than even the best of swords could hope for, cleaving deep into the large beasts leg, right below it's knee. Haro was quick, and he had to be though, as he'd notice the second he opened a wound, the 'blood' that spurted out from the deep cut wasn't red, nor black, but rather a thick, magma like orange, spraying out and splashing onto the surface with a hissing, ground melting heat. Fortunately, the crimson lightning bolt that was Haro would be able to dodge it with ease if he kept running past the leg he cut. And even better, seconds after, Zoey's powerful ice spell that she had been using to slow the creature down and keep it from the crowd would actually hit it right in the legs. And while Haro would feel the brief chill from how close he was from the intense freeze, he was left unharmed, and the wound was briefly iced over, ensuring none of the lava-like blood would make contact with him. Surely though, for Haro, it was all planned like that, right~? He was always just that awesome!

'Awesome' though was only one side of it, as the creature wasn't going to be put down for long. It's innards were in turmoil, and it's leg was sliced open while now frozen over, but it was not just your simple creature, and had no thoughts on ever falling here. So at first, with Haro near it, the large creature would swing it's massive, fiery red tail at him, attempting to smack him down, ...or giving him a chance to hope on it if he was swift enough and wanted to make the 'show' more entertaining. While the other, unwounded leg would stomp onto the group several times over, causing the ground to rumble, and the earth to fissure. It didn't do anything to the group or the statue encased people who were not aware of their surroundings, but it did seem to be readying some sort of attack, as the trembling grew in intensity...

Ka-SLICE! Yea, that went even better than he thought it would! The red energy blade sliced like butter through the shadows leg, all as planned so far! From his point of view how ever all he felt was the looming presence of the beast and some kind of explosion sound, thought Haro was much more focused on attacking the beast and wasn't really watching the others, nor paying attention to what they said. After all, his bitching theme (or what he considered his Theme song) was jamming too loud in his head to pay attention to anything else. Turning his head to examine his work he saw a spurt of orange begin to come out. It didn't register to Haro quite as magma, so he wasn't in a hurry to move. That's when shards of ice looked like it was forming around the leg. Suddenly as they seemed to magnetize to the wound, Haro jumped forward, doing a somersault as the ice slammed into the leg, freezing the wound. The chill of the ice attack sending a short shiver down Haro's spine as he lifted his head up and looked over his shoulder at the leg.

"Hell yea!" Haro shouted out with a grin, thinking himself more or less as doing that. Maybe he learned some kind of ice attack since his last time he fought? Man, he was so awesome he was learning moves without even trying! Though to be safe, with a creature seemingly made of fire he wouldn't leave this up to chance anymore. He'd have to get his special friend to strike at this thing now! Hearing the beast lumber above him, obviously mad now Haro jumped back to his feet and continued to run through its legs towards its backside, as soon as he was mostly out form under the giant beast, he saw it's tail swing down hard at the ground, presumably towards him. Haro cut to the side strafing until the tail hit the ground, switching his hand position on the hilt of the katana Haro lept up, stabbing the sword into the side of it's tail to pull himself up onto the tail's base. The wound began to leak the hot magma blood, but as long as he kept the sword in it wouldn't spurt on him, but he had to watch where he grabbed with his hands. The intense heat could be felt already. He had to move quickly.

Before the beast could pull it's tail up and start swinging him up, Haro yanked his sword out and began to sprint of the back slope of the beast's tail before stabbing his sword into it's tail once again near the base and holding onto the hilt to stay on when the beast inevitably began to swing it's weight about, "Let's rock, Musashi!" Haro shouted with intense confidence as he swayed his other hand back brushing past his scarf bit tied around the left side of his belt. Glowing slightly, a black silhouette appeared above haro before it bursted out of what looked like a black sumi-ink prison.

The figure looked human-esque, atleast the upper body. The face was shrouded by the shadow of a large black conical asian styled hat that looked like it was made of darkmetal. Dark blue kabuto flare style spikes flared off the edge, the hat of a ronin. It's face as well as it's belt and the flares of it's black hakama looking like a scarf-like flame that flowed and disappeared like smoke mixed with blue ink. The scarf around it's shrouded face seemed to end in a flowing ponytail that danced like long billowing strands. The body was bare, and a bit of skin tone, however covered in dark blue scars that seemed to emanate a light blue mist like smoke. Down the spine were hilted katanas, seemingly sheathed into it's spine, two of which the persona reached behind it's back, pulling two of them out and swinging them forward in a ready position. The two blades pulled from it's spine were instantly replaced by two more hilted katanas.

"Give me a ladder! I'm going for a skullpiercer killing blow Impale!" Haro yelled again pointing up the back of the beast with a sure grin, this all being planned out now. His idea was to have Musashi's katana hilts sticking out all the way up the back so Haro could make his way to the head of the beast and deliver the Fatal end!

Musashi obeyed as it dashed forward attempting to skewer both katanas it was holding into the beasts back, before re-equipping and doing the same up the rest of the beast's back. He'd also have to be careful to go up the side of it to avoid the beast's firey mane.

Dear God there was a fire-breathing dinosaur on a rampage and it wanted to kill them all. Batsu, needless to say, bolted for cover. He didn't want to be anywhere near that Shadow, it was the closest thing to a conventional monster they had encountered thus far. With adequate distance from the monster, the blunette did what he was useful for, analyzing the foe's strengths and weaknesses. [It's weak t-to water & wind! A-And it absorbs fire, be careful!] While the others of course knew about Batsu's whole 'telepathy' thing, Haro would experience the 'strange voice in head' thing for the first time now. Hopefully he wasn't too distracted by it, he seemed to be the type. With his analysis done, the mute withdrew again, hoping the others could best the Shadow. While he did have Garu to exploit a weakness of the angry dinosaur, what if it turned on him? Besides, he wasn't a fighter, he was only useful for scanning the enemy, that was all he was good for, really. He didn't want to stare down a monster like that and so he hoped the party would fair just fine without his interference.

Timid Egg

Meishi cowered as the mirror, far from being shattered by the thrown spear, disgorged a monster -a Shadow - in time to neatly block it. And turn on her, the smell of sulfur and ozone hanging in the air as it opened its mouth, flames licking around its teeth -

and a rocket neatly lodged in its open maw before exploding, as everyone else seemed to converge on the Shadow at once. Blades flashed, ice crackled, light strobed brilliantly, and someone was yelling, clearly way too excited about the whole thing. How could people find this fun? They could die! Everyone here could die! Meishi staggered back as the monster reeled, distracted from its primary goal of roasting her.

...Hopefully that dress-up artist wouldn't want her spear back. That was basically the only thing Meishi could think about as she took a deep breath and, while the thing was looking elsewhere, ignored every instinct she'd ever had and ran towards it, dodging with possibly-surprising-to-anyone-else agility through the crowd and jumping up on the stage. Batsu's voice echoed in her mind, and she nodded. Another flame needing to be blown out, huh? She could handle that.

"Garu!"
