So many questions they had. At Ryota's first question, Beni nodded her head slowly. Then at his second question, she gave a thoughtful look at the space over his head as she thought about it before giving a shrug with her hands raised at shoulder level, a familiar gesture showing she didn't know. She said, "Room for more?" She wasn't sure if Reiner would welcome them, so ended her statement as a question.
Looking over to Yoji, she smiled as she answered his question. "Cherry Feathers!"

"Benji! So glad to have you join us-dazun! I'm sure if you would've noticed that you were standing around a pile of Marines, you would've known why that wooden thing was thrown that way-dazun." He said, not slowing down as she caught up to him. Benji was like a little pup - always following him and requesting stuff, mainly music-related or for stories about his father, the Great Usopp-sama. She was a relief to be around, as well was Casey, when compared to Rosemary.
"We're headin' towards Arlong Park, shortstuff yourself-dazun!" He said has he made a turn out of the village towards the woods. "Hopefully no one's there yet-dazun." As he got closer, the only three people at Arlong Park could hear his thundering steps getting closer and closer.

THE PIRATE GOD


"Another one?"
Time seemed to stop as he made his way over from the Marines' side. The color of the world turned to gold as he shifted his weight from one foot to the other. Silently he moved, his golden armor dazzling in the sun. If anyone had noticed, they would've seen nothing more but a sliver of gold in the sunlight before it disappeared. His presence was unnoticeable as he moved among the crowd and then into the bar.
The place was now a wreck. The bar was in pieces, but the tavern still stood. For how long though? He looked around the bar, to see several pirates of insignificance still there. There was only one he was here for. The building would be falling apart soon. Shogo and Kyper would be making their move to get rid of any more pirates that were in the bar. if Perhaps they would come back, once they were moved. But it was not up to them to decide. It were the players.
The Pirate God lifted his hand and pressed it upon Isaac.
"History Extraction."
With that, the body of Isaac disappeared, and no one batted an eye as memories of him were slowly erased and not to be remembered again unless he chose to return. The Pirate God looked around the tavern, as the fighting continued, and disappeared from sight, leaving nothing and no memories of him ever being there.
A few streets down, two individuals were fighting one another. One was after the bounty, the other was looking for a crew to join. The Pirate God frowned at the lady, feeling she was too overly confident, and, not to his liking at such an early stage in the Grand Line.
"Energy Altercation."
She felt her strength slowly ebbing away. A confused look overcame her, and then, fear, as the fishman overcame her attacks and dealt a powerful blow. The blow knocked her out instantly. He could already hear it...'Kasuga Roronoa, I hereby sentence you to Impel Down.'
"Welcome Isaac Parma." He said, stretching his arms out to the side. "I have invited you to remain in my temple for as long as you wish. Everything you could ever wish for is here. consider yourself my honored guest."

Kyper was enjoying the breeze flowing over his body when he heard a loud crash from right below him. It seemed that the pirates in the tavern had grown weary of his Captain's threats and threw the kitchen sink at him. Not in a metaphorical way either. As Kyper looked down, he watched as parts of the bar flew out the door and if his eyes weren't mistaken he saw a LITERAL kitchen sink come out at some point.

"Well....it seems they aren't ones for tact. Such a rowdy bunch. Oh well. Just makes the capture that much easier." Kyper thought to himself nonchalantly as he locked onto the pirate leading the charge out. A large brutish man. A giant? No. He wasn't that large. Maybe somewhere in between. But in a battle of brute strength, Kyper wouldn't win against him. Good thing he wasn't planning on that.

As he drifted lazily upward higher into the air, he watched the pirates movements. Calculating their speed and path he rationalized they were making a break for Arlong Park. How cute. They thought they could run. Judging from the chaos happening below him it seemed that one of the pirate captains was engaging his Captain while the other group was trying to break away without a fight.

Kyper started to move towards the park at a relaxed pace, lazily following the group trying to run. Although in the back of his mind he felt he should've waited for his Sir's orders, he knew that what he was doing was what Captain Shogo would've wanted him to do. While he dealt with Reiner and the other pirates trying to fight outside the Tavern, Kyper would follow the second group.

Flying quietly above the unsuspecting pirates about half a mile above them, Kyper thought to himself, "Should I go ahead and just speed up and meet them there? Nah. I'll follow them for now. See how many amass...."

Smiling sickly to himself, he finished his thoughts,

"....and then I'll kill them all."

Shogo raised an eyebrow to the dancing Benji entering their range of fire. He recognized her from the wanted posters. His attention was drawn to his lieutenant's presence in the sky. He only offered a nod to the marine so he wouldn't give his position away. Shogo's eyes returned to the bar as sounds of splintering wood emitted from inside. There was a few moments of silence before the bars counter came launching out of the bar. Shogo watched with curiosity as it smashed into the brigade of marines. The marines had already been firing at this point without Shogo's go ahead. He could not blame them, but he had wish there could have been less collateral damage to the village. Shogo's sunglasses lit up to the reflection of the incoming fire fist from Reiner. "Tch..." Shogo muttered before the fire had consumed the area he had been in. After the fire made contact with the buildings behind, Shogo was no where in sight.

Shogo had jumped high into the sky above the fire using his leg strength. "Logia users.... Interesting yet troublesome... Axe Drop!" Shogo yelled from the sky above Reiner before falling down with his leg raised. Shogo decided to give Reiner a surprise of his own as his foot was covered in the invisible force of haki. Shogo brought his leg down using the power from his drop and his haki infused foot in attempt to strike the fire pirates head. Shogo was simply trying to quell this pirate invasion, but he takes it personal when people are launching fireballs at his face. The red head with the fire seemed to be the ringleader of at least one of the group of pirates on the island. He made mental note of the electric queen launching bolts of lighting at his comrades. Shogo would have to take off the restriction on sea stone usage now that their were logia users on the island.

Once the rest of her shipmates left to fulfill their tasks Crux followed after the musician inside and was set to do some reading while the half giant decided to sleep. Crux and Saul had been assigned to guard the ship since their distinct features weren't very easy to hide with a simple disguise and if the marines found them they would be after them and the rest of the crew. She walked into her quarters, grabbed a book from the literature she had collected in their travels, then poked her head back into the hall to see if the half giant decided to sleep or was waiting on her to accompany him to another section of the ship. Once she felt as if the musician didn't feel the piercing gaze of her crimson eyes on his back she cleared her throat,"Where are you headed Saul?" Saul was one of the selected few Crux spoke more than a few words to, the other being their captain.

Casey glanced around as she ran. There were marines everywhere. She turned down a street and stopped dead. It looked like Render was in a fight of his own, but it didn't look to Casey that there was anything she could really do for him without making it worse. "Render! When you get done here; we're headed to Arlong Park!" She called to him across the space. He was pretty well into the fight, but hopefully he heard her. She turned around and sprinted back the way she came, dodging past or over marines. She minorly shocked a few as they tried to stand in her way, again avoiding anything life threatening. She caught sight of the path out of the village and turned that direction, letting herself be more lighting than flesh and bones. This gave her speed she hadn't been using while within the village. It took her longer than she would have liked to see Saul's form ahead of her, but she was glad when she caught sight of it. They were approaching the gates of the old park, and it didn't seem like there were many people there yet from what she could see.

Ryota nodded quietly to himself, his mouth twisted up in thought. 'So, her ship is here for sure... But she doesn't know if they need a doctor on board. Well, then I'll just have to wait for her captain to come.' He grin and then sat down on the ground, similar to how Beni-Chan had, and placed his hands between his legs and smiled widely. "Well, thanks for letting me know what you know, Beni-Chan" The kid seemed to not like to talk to people she didn't know, but at least Ryota knew that she wasn't mute.

He thought about the name of her crew... Cherry Feathers.. He couldn't say that he'd heard the name before, but he was curious to see who was that captain. Ryota imagined them to be pretty patient, particularly because they had someone like Beni-Chan who shot rocks at people as a way to say hello. Or maybe she only did that to Yoji and himself... He couldn't be completely sure.

He looked past the girl sitting away from him and he spotted quite a few people running in their direction. He cocked his head to the side and then a very confused expression took over his face. "Eh.. There seem to be quite a few people stampeding this way.. Beni-Chan.. You might want to move a little bit, less you get trampled by them. They seem to be in quite a rush."

"Cherry feathers... Those are the pirates captained by that Hot-head Reiner Long." He spoke mostly to himself. He shrugged, glancing towards the gate as Ryota made mention of people headed their way. It seemed like the group he was speaking about were really in a rush, which didn't bode well. As he watched them approach, he listed off all the people he could see. It seemed to him that a majority of the Thunder Pirates were in that group. The half-giant was carrying two people though, and it took him a moment to recognize the other girl in his arms. "Eli?!" He called out, face assuming a rather amusing expression of surprise. After a moment, the shock wore off and he grew worried. "Something must have happened in town." He rubbed his face under his glasses, knocking them askew. He put them back on his nose, looking down at where Ryota was sitting. "It seems like Eli may have found a crew all on her own... That's the Thunder Pirates. Their Captain is nicknamed the Thunder Goddess... And for good reason." As he mentioned Casey, he could just see her form coming around the bend father behind her crewmates. She looked to be made up more of electricity than human skin and bones.

The red-haired pirate stopped as the female marine officer quickly intercepted him, and out a blade to his neck. "I'm guessing you're the other monster that guy was referring to. " He took a step back away from the blade and nodded. Having witnessed the two of them in action, fighting both at the same time would probably be impossible at this point in time. However, the carpenter would have to remember these two marines from the east blue. There was a commotion coming from the area of town where the bar was located. Odds are, his crew had been involved in something big. One could only expect for them to find a bit if excitement in this place. Render grinned to the female, before taking one more step back. That is when he heard the sound of his captain's voice calling out to him. For the first time, Render actually took note KFC the chaos that was going on in the town. Marines were everywhere it seemed, and if he'd heard Casey right the plan was to make it to Arlong Park. Well, it seemed this fight would have to wait for later. A sigh escaped his lips, as he moved to follow Casey, running smoothly through the path she had set forth for him. He wasn't sure if she'd realize that he was keeping up with her trail of electricity, but she would when the speedster finally came to a stop.

Beni loaded her slingshot just as Saul rounded the corner. Her eyes widened at the size of the half-giant, half expecting the thundering footsteps to be from someone with more mass. Nevertheless, she furrowed her brows at him, refusing to move from her spot, though she was now in a kneeling position, waiting for him to barrel towards her. Saul, however, as soon as he saw her with her slingshot and two other men there, screeched to a halt, sliding across the floor until he was a few feet away from Beni.
Saul wasn't sure if he should've felt threatened by a little girl holding a slingshot. In fact, it looked comical, and rather nostalgic as he thought back to his father and his Kabuto. He knelt down to let Crux and Elianna off his arms before putting an arm out in front of Elianna. The man who was smoking didn't look lean enough to be made of pirate-material, though the smoke gave him a weird feeling. Saul couldn't make out anything with the older man who was farther in.
"Umm...what's going on-dazun? Are we late-dazun?" He asked, his tone rather quiet, as if he was afraid to awaken something. It was strange that the place was sort of empty. He thought there would've been more pirates after the rumors.
Beni loosened the tension on her slingshot's rubber slightly as she took him not to be much of a threat, lowering her slingshot. She stared at Crux, all white and grey with a strange horn on her head, not knowing what to make of her, except she was in admiration of her horn. The other girl didn't look like much, as Beni throwing her a sideways glance before focusing on Crux and Saul.
The gang was quickly joined by a girl with bright green eyes and hair, and her eyes caught the muzzle of the girl's beautiful M134 she was carrying on her back. Though she could only see the magazine section and the top part of the barrel, she could tell that it had been custom-made.
This won't do. I have to focus! Omygosh, but that beautiful, sleek black muzzle and that handle... Beni shook her head slightly to knock herself out of Cloud 9, before returning her gaze to Saul. Only because he was the biggest of the group.
Saul wasn't sure why she was staring at him. There was really nothing about him that was intimidating, except for his buff figure and height. He stared back at her rather blankly. "Umm..."
After a slight pause of his question, she took the pebble sitting in her slingshot's pouch and threw it at him, hitting Saul on the forehead.
The hit caught the half-giant by surprise, his head tilting up when the pebble hit him. The sound of the pebble clattered against the floor, Saul frozen in place. Suddenly hitting someone with a rock out of the blue? This girl was something else...Did the other two men fall for it too?
Confused, he tried again. "Umm...I'm not here to start a fight with you, I'm just..."
Beni threw another at his face, this time hitting his chin so that his face stayed facing up at the sky. Bonk
"running..."
Bonk. Another pebble.

Saul finally let loose his rage, throwing his arms up, raising his foot and slamming it down at the same time he slammed his fists on the ground, cracking it and shaking the entire park. He yelled. "WILL YOU LET ME FINISH, YOU LITTLE TWERP-DAGUN??!! YOU WANNA DIE-DAGUN??" Saul couldn't believe that this girl was nonstop throwing stones at him, and for what reason? He tried to startle her with his strength to get her to stop.
However, Beni was unresponsive to his threat. As he finished his sentence, Beni threw four stones simultaneously, two in both hands. One she threw in Saul's direction again, one in Elianna's direction, just to make sure she was who Beni thought she was, one at Crux, and one at Benji. If the green-haired girl was a sniper like she was, and damn good at it, she was going to pull out that M134 and shoot at the pebble flying her way.
Another girl showed up - one with white hair decorated up into a ponytail with orange hair accessories, and Beni wasted no time in grabbing another one from her pouch throwing another pebble at her with her full force. She hadn't heard what Yoji said about these being the Thunder Pirates and her being the Thunder Goddess, but she was definitely going to get a taste of it soon.
"Th-this girl..." Saul was holding his face, as that pebble had hit him on the nose hard enough to bruise it. A small tear crept out of his eye from the pain of the many pebbles he had endured, his fist growing tighter in annoyance. The young girl definitely had some sort of social awkwardness about her if she was throwing stones at everyone she met.

Benji trotted along beside Saul as he filled in the blanks for her. "There were more marines than the ones chasing you?" She blinked in surprise at the information. Casey always said that, for being a damn good sniper, Benji had a knack for missing details if it didn't require a bullet. "Heya, Crux!" She greeted the fish woman with a wide grin and a wave, getting distracted yet again. And then they were at Along Park.

Benji had heard stories, of course. Between her grandfather and Saul she almost felt like she had personally been a part of the legendary Straw Hat crew. But to finally see a pivotal landmark stopped her in her tracks, gaping at her new surroundings in awe. For once, she was paying attention. Well, for a brief second anyway.

Saul rarely got worked up enough to yell like that, but it always stuck her funny bone. For some reason, seeing the half giant raging away like she so often did was just hysterical. And this instance was no different as she burst out into uncontrollable laughter, holding onto her stomach and almost falling over. "Oh holy zombie mama, you're gonna make me pee my pants!" she gasped, leaning on the now standing Crux for support, looking comically tiny in comparison to the quiet older woman.

Just then, something entered her peripheral, a rock or something like what had riled Saul? Acting purely on instinct, the huge M134 was instantly on her shoulder with one barrel smoking after a loud shot knocked the rock away from her face and was sent flying harmlessly off away from the group. Crisis averted, she suddenly realized something with a sinking feeling and a mournful wail. Spinning to face the culprit, a young girl who was regarding her with a quizzical look, the firecracker went off. "DAMMIT, YOU LITTLE TURD NUGGET!! THAT WAS MY LAST RUBBER BULLET!!" And, just like that, the bulging veins reappeared, as she stormed at the girl.

Kyper sat floating in the air counting how many pirates had amassed in the little group. Look at it from above in the air he could make out 8 or so. If he dropped lower to the ground they might notice his presence. But regardless of whether he wanted to or not they would know of him soon enough. But for now he was content with watching them. His ultimate goal was to observe them until they led him to their ship which he would then make levitate so they could all be rounded up easily.

Or he could just kill them all right here.

Breathing in and out deeply, Kyper quelled his urges and recomposed his demeanor. He was very unlike his Captain. Although the two worked together well, Captain Shogo was much more relaxed with pirates and easy going. He, on the other hand, let none escape and killed those that resisted even in the slightest. In his mind, Kyper was given the right to play judge, jury, and executioner of all pirates. He considered their very existence on this planet to be a disease.

"We can't go about making a huge scene here. There still are civilians on the island. It would unfortunate if anymore were killed or left homeless in the name of Absolute Justice..." he thought to himself. So for now, he would just have to wait...hoping they would be stupid enough to lead him where he wanted to go.

The game begins. A pawn is moved.

Their attacks blasting against each other, Kamo roared furiously as their attacks raged against each other. Kamo gritted his teeth in delight as he could feel victory near hand when suddenly the woman's strength became almost non-existent, as his attack raged forward he pulled back last minute to avoid killing her, instead knocking her unconscious, and up into the air. What the hell was that... The shark thought to himself having a vague recollection of an eerie voice in his ear mumbling something about Impel down. Landing on the ground he stood scratching his head for moment a bit confused about what had just transpired. Kamo's instincts where all urging him that their was a recent great disturbance in the energies that governed this world's existence, almost as if two powers came to a disagreement throwing the balance out of whack: another force needing to step in to restore balance and harmony to the world. Maybe this could be achieved by the removal of one? Snapping back to reality he shook the thoughts from his mind as he saw Kasuga careening out of the sky.

Lunging forward he slid on his knee's like a baseball player diving for home base, catching the woman in his arms. "That was close! You put up a helluva fight sweet cheeks." The Shark said with a toothy grin on his face, unfortunately his style of living required lots of money and he couldn't just let a 48,000,000 bounty walk away. Grabbing her swords, he figured he could sell them for some cash. Carrying the woman all the way back to the shore, Kamo looked up to see a marine hovering in the sky, more towards the city where the pirates where, he couldn't quite make out his appearance, but he got an familiar feeling from this man, like he was in the presence of another predator. Swimming with Kasuga to his underwater bunker cell he strapped her down and returned to land. Going towards where he last saw the sky man his curiosity was peeked, and when shark's wanted to test something they used their teeth. Once he had reached the man he approached slowly. "Yo...You seem kinda tough there bro....Wanna fight?" The shark said as he dug his heel into the ground.

Kyper looked down from his lofty perch as he saw what appeared to be a Fishman, his eyes skyward, staring at him. Then the man spoke, asking for a fight.

"...looks like someone noticed me. Well...even if my targets did not, as long as he is standing here he'll just draw attention to my position..." Kyper's thoughts trailed off in his head. He had no idea who the man was or what he wanted. Moreso, it was uncommon to see Fishmen outside of the Grand Line. Though it did make sense to him here at least. In a place once famously taken over by a Fishman pirate crew. Could this man be some sort of descendent of them?

Lowering himself slowly to the ground, he looked at him and gave a slight smirk, tilting his head up at the man. "I have no idea who you are. Are you supposed to be someone important? Though at this point I don't suppose it matters...." If the man was a pirate at all, he didn't outright admit it, but challenging the Marine to a fight...that was grounds enough in Kyper's book to justify the kill.

Nonchalantly, he put his hands in his pocket and no sooner had he done so then the atmosphere around the two of them began to change. Fuwa Fuwa no Mi: Pressure one of Kyper's trademark skills. It was just as it sounded, years of hard training with his abilities brought Kyper to a level where he was able to use his power to alternate atmospheric pressure of the world around him. He could modify the force per unit area applied to anything in any direction on a whim. The only person this ability had no effect on was himself. He was the eye of the storm.

Cranking it up slightly to 2x normal, the effects were immediate. The air in the surrounding area become hot and heavy. Trees and rocks began to creak in a symphony of squeals as their bases and roots buckled and cracked. No longer able to support the weight of themselves. On people the ability also had implications. The downside to his fruit was that he could not directly make other living things levitate. Inverting the gravity of the area was one of two methods Kyper knew of that could slightly bypass that restriction. He wasn't using the force to act directly on the Fishman's body...but it was a shame that the man just happened to get caught up in it. At 2x not only did it make them feel like they weighed double what they were and wrecked havoc on their joints, it also impinged on most peoples ability to breathe. It wasn't too long after her demand that Saul reached arlong park and put her down as she wished. The pale skinned woman brushed and lingering dust from her body, straightened her clothing, then turned towards the others here before them just in time to see a little girl throwing rocks at Saul. It was fairly amusing to watch him get so worked up about a few rocks coming his way and Benji seemed to think the same thing since she was using her as support as she laughed at Saul's current situation. When a stone was thrown in her direction Crux quickly stepped to the side, dodging the projectile and making it drop onto the floor.

Then Benji became enraged about using all her rubber bullets and probably had half a mind to beat the girl senseless. A pale hand reached out and grabbed the collar of the marksman's coat and a strong tug brought her next to Crux who shook her head released her grip on the female. There was no need to attack such a young girl for throwing stones at them. It was probably good fun for a child who lived in such a humdrum town.

Two figures she failed to notice initially an older man and a blonde one. Maybe the eldest was this girl's grandfather and the youngest her father. The fishwoman squinted her eyes and looked at the three attempting to find the "family resemblance" between them but what she did find a symbol on the old man's jacket. It looked vaguely familiar and Crux stared as she attempted to recall as to where she had seen that symbol before.
