" Oh crud, you saw everything?"

"Sorry bout’ that." Kayenth apologized sincerely, having had no intention to intrude on their private little moment, it was just that they were on a really tight schedule. Understandably, Maurice wasn’t too happy with Kayneth’s choice of appearance. Understandably of course, no one liked being smacked at the back of the head with a sheathed sword. He wouldn’t have done it to most people, but Maurice was an exception. Why? No clue. He didn’t need one either. ”You think you’re hot, eh? You’re lucky I’m not fixed up yet, otherwise I would have whacked you back.”

"Well then, ya gotta be more alert ta ya’re surroundin’s now dontcha?" the redhead pointed out reasonably, replacing his sword at his side. "No reason why ya wouldn’ have been able ta avoid that. And I ain’t doubtin’ em, but the way thin’s are goin’ I ain’t got a clue what’ll happen. So I just gotta do my job now don’ I?"

Blondie seemed to flip out a little at the mention of Revy’s name, breaking out in flames and everything, demanding that he spilt the beans as to how on earth he knew Revy was alive. Oh, so it appeared that she was a fruit user, and a fiery one too. Logia users were the most irritating ones for him to deal with, considering that they held a high chance of making at least one of his four elemental styles absolutely useless. She was completely unable to believe that she was alive. Kayenth had known Revy since three years ago and wasn’t really entirely sure what had happened to her or what her life had been like before she had joined the guild. What he had heard from Maurice and the queen herself these past three days was the extent of what he had learnt. He did however, now know that she’d been a pirate, one of those who had caused that uproar regarding the straw hats will and keys several years ago and that she’d been presumed dead ever since then. Maybe then it wasn’t a big question to why blondie was making such a fuss then.

"Hey, don’t’cha go around shootin’ the messenger." The knight said, resting a hand on his water elemental blade, snakehead, although he didn’t draw it. His expression remained strangely calm even with a pair of blazing swords pointed at him. "I told ya, she ain’t dead, Revy Stars’ been the Queen of the swordmasters guild for quite awhile now. Don’ ask me how it happened, cause I really ain’t got a clue. But there ain’t any doubt about it, she’s alive."

Abruptly, another individual joined the group, a rook by the name of Alexander, greeting the logia user by pointing a spear to her neck. Not a wise move, not when Kayneth was trying to calm her down enough to get her to put away her weapon. Unsurprisingly, upon seeing this, the other blonde got all jumpy, almost pulling out his own sword. Hastily, Kayneth rested his hand on the spear, pushing It down so that the blade was pointed away from her face. "Hey relax Alex, she ain’t a threat. S’all just a lil’ misunderstandin’ is all." Looking back at Liz, Kayneth began to speak to her calmly once more. "Right now she’s in Mariejois. If ya wanna meet her for yourself and make sure we ain’t lyin’ then ya can tag along if ya want. But whatever it is, we better get goin’, cause from what I hear thin’s are gonna get dicey down there.."
