- Demetri smiled as the young Luna agreed to his request to join him, glad that she wouldn't be stuck on this ship again and quite curious as to her skill and abilities in battle, if the need should arise.
An low, as soon as he would think such a thing the heavens should deliver as the den den mushi's sounded.
"This is Artemis. Unidentified hostile forces are approaching in the direction of the docks near town…as well as from the south."
Why couldn't he wish for something better when he had thoughts like that? Why couldn't... wine rain from the sky? Or cancer be cured? Or corruptness be vanquished off the face of the earth and everyone be happy and have ten children?... wait... no... he couldn't stand that man kids. Two at most. That was Childish thinking though and as Pirate ships approached too? he should be ashamed of himself. He didn't linger on the thoughts for long though.
He returned to the conversation "You're too kind Luna, but now I think we have more pressing matters to attend too other than Kamu-" he stopped, staring off into the distance as he found Kamui wandering through the pier with his unsightly mummy mask apparel and pasol. He couldn't just wear the uniform could he? Oh well. Demetri had to oversee him and make sure there was something left of the pirate to arrest and so it would be done "Looks like we've found him, good job Luna" he chuckled a little as they completed their intended mission with ease "We shall now find these pirates on the docks, Kamui should find some enjoyment out of it" Demetri said as he left the ship and started to approach Kamui, amused slightly that he caused Kamui's temper to flair most of the time. "Kamui, I see you're already starting work, good job" he praised, although he might find it patronizing, but still, encouragement was good, either that or a couple of hits to the head did splendidly also.
It was then that the ringing of the three den den mushi's all of them required (all of them being Demetri, Luna and Kaumi) started to talk all at once, all relaying the message from their captain as Luna and Demetri stood with Kamui "Risellience crew, if you don't already know by now the attacks have begun. Admiral Kiyorai and I are headed to the south side to engage the attackers. You guys are closer to town, so focus on stopping those coming from that side from reaching the palace, understand?" "Understood sir" he replied at his serious tone before he continued "Demi, you're in charge. If anything goes wrong later I'm going to skin you alive and flambé you in a pot of boiling oil." "Of course sir" he said, the balance of serious not really being kept as he reffered to him by his nickname. Everyone seemed to love calling him Demi, even when threatening him apparently.
It was time to be serious though "You heard him" he adressed the two "find the pirates and prevent them from reaching the castle were the negotiations are taking place, preferably arrest them... Kamui, leave something to arrest" he said before the lovely Madusa joined them, watching her smirk at him and chuckled "It seems as though we do" he smiled before pulling out some of the wanted posters that they were to be on high alert about.
Knowing Kamui he was blindly looking for pirates, he pulled out the wanted posters from his cloak "We are looking for these people and anyone seen associating themselves with them" he stated, wanted posters of the Diablo Pirates and Renegade pirates "Obviously the Renegades are more of a threat since they openenly murder government officals, but keep your eyes out for the Diablo's as well" he informed them as he passed around and held up posters of Elysion, Celeste, Mar, etc and then Narcissa, Rinne, Gil and Amandate, etc.
"Once you have the location of any pirates, call on the Den Den Mushi" he instructed before he would turn to the job at hand "You have your orders, now find them" he said noticing the pirate flag on one of the ships, but no one was on it... that was strange. He also noticed a demonic, pale looking girl -Alexandria Saito- coming too the docks too... she reminded him of Kamui... Oh god don't let them breed.
However, it was Time for work.

THE NEGOTIATIONS ROOM;
World Government: Commander-in-Chief Zen, Vice-Admiral Adel Hyde, Science Head David Jekyll, Gorosei via Den Den Mushi
Revolutionaries: Commander Gustov Rust, Three other Revolutionary Leaders
The door opened as Adel entered the room, the conference table already full with the leaders of both sides of the new world conflict. To the left sat the revolutionaries, stoic and serious. In the middle was one of the army’s top leaders, Commander Gustov Rust, a man who was as strong as a giant and equally as fearless. He was rumored to be one of the few who actually knew the identity of the Revolutionaries enigmatic leader. With him alone at the negotiation table, it would be impossible to settle anything without conceding to some of their demands. Adel made her way the opposite side, the world government side. The Commander-in-chief and Dr. Jekyll were already seated at their places. Quickly, she slipped into her own.
”My apologies for the delay. There seems to be trouble brewing on the outside already.” She said. ”Unfortunately the fleet admiral cannot be present today as he is attending to business elsewhere. I am here in his stead.”
”That is regrettable.” a reply came crackling from the den den mushi placed in the middle of the table. This was the voice of one of the Gorosei, the five great leaders of the world government. The risk of them being directly present for the meeting had been far too high, seeing as they were the sole most important people in the entire system. Despite the importance these negotiations held, it was a chance they simply couldn’t take. ”We had hoped for him to oversee the proceedings. No matter, we shall begin. Adel, please take careful minutes.”
”Yes sir.” Mentally, she fumed. In the end as she expected, she was being treated as a secretary. How irksome. However before anyone else could speak, Commander Rust raised a hand.
”Before we begin I would like to make one thing clear. We are here to initiate a global change, and we will settle for nothing less than a complete restructuring of the current government.” He ascertained. Just as she had expected, he wasn’t going to give in easily. ”We will not stand for a continuation of the current atrocities taking place in Mariejois, nor will we allow the government to continue to show such blatant favoritism at the expense of the people.”
”Well then, let’s just end the meeting right here shall we?” Jekyll commented snidely, a smirk creeping up the corners of his thin lips. ”Clearly there’s no point in negotiations when the other party doesn’t wish to compromi-?”
”Doctor.” The Commander-in-Chief interrupted, looking at the other meaningfully before turning to the revolutionary leader. ”Rest assured Commander, we too grow tired of watching our people die day after day on the battlefield. Our priority now is to search for a decision that will benefit us both mutually, as well as the people. We too, wish to see this war come to an end.” Upon hearing this, the revolutionary leader nodded, although his expression continued to be impassive. It was just the beginning and already the friction between the two sides was obvious. How long could this last without getting explosive, Adel wondered. From the den den mushi, a static filled voice crackled once more.
“Alright, let’s get started…”
The Situation; As negotiations begin inside the sealed room within the palace, the pirates have begun to approach, the Diablo’s from the town and the Renegades from the southern shores. The will pages are being kept securely in several sets throughout the castle. . All forces are to prevent them from disrupting the negotiations or stealing the will at all costs.

Caitlin A. Schultz
Current Role: Sleeper
Mistress of Weapons
Black Ops Squad Commander
Current Location: Whiterock Island, near docks
ღOne's first love is always perfect until one meets one's second love.ღ
゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。Marines on the move, this can't be Good。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚ 。 ゚
Well it would seem she would be alone once more as her subordinates were off to work. Given their talents it was easy for them to do such things. Caitlin herself couldn't very well act her way into the meeting room, sadly. So she was left to simply see her Lieutenants off, the first to leave was Raven of course as all she would have to do was fade away with the breeze. But as Wolf told her of his plans to keep an eye on the meeting he would leave her with a rather foreboding comment.
As much as she didn't want to admit it he was right, this island was a giant pot of volatile chemicals ready to blow at the smallest change. It was a scary thought to have factions of every kind all in one spot. But there was no way to change that now, the only thing they could hope for was the negotiations would not be ruined. But as these thoughts race through her head she couldn't help but begin to see the workings that would lead to this island becoming another battlefield for the war.

Marines were running everywhere, at first glance this wouldn't seem to out of place. As marines had been littered all over the island as if they were and army of lawn gnomes in some old guys lawn. But what was once before an organized search and patrol seemed to now be a directed hunt. They appeared to be breaking off in two directions, her guess was to flank the enemy as they knew where they were.
It had to be the pirates, there had been a great deal of rumors the will was here. It had even been said the government was going to use it as a bargaining chip within the negotiations. Caitlin wasn't sure what to believe on the subject, but she couldn't simply wait in the hideout after seeing all of this. So she would slowly make her way to the docks to not draw attention to herself. Picking the street littered with outdoor vendors she would constantly change her gaze from vendor to vendor to just look like a normal shopper.
It would take longer for her to get to the docks but in the long run it was better.

- With Sara's mind distracted for once in her life, she wasn't really paying attention to the world around her as she was making her sandwich. With a slight sigh, she closed her bright gaze as she was finally finished making her meal, and moved it up to her lips to take a big bite out of it. The sandwich of course, wasn't a simple one at all. While Rinne craved blood almost all the time, she craved more food then ever before. She would notice, and heard, that most Devil Fruit users either eat more then usual, or eat less. Of course, it was a theory, due to the fruit messing with ones body to cause something like that. Then again, that was just a idea of hers. Swallowing the bite out of the very thick sandwich, with plenty of meat on it, she continued to stand there while in a daze of sorts while her mind had wandered for a long while. Soon enough, Sara was letting out a breath as she placed the sandwich down on the counter top of the kitchen area and moved to grab something to drink. When she did so, she thought she felt eyes on her, but didn't pay no mind to it at all. Taking a small cup, she pulled out the container of water and poured herself some while putting it back.
As she was turning, she soon noticed a head leaning out over around the corner, and Sara froze as she stared at the face and blinked with wide eyes as she noticed it was Gil. A slight blush came over her face at the sight of him, and soon looked away while speaking. "Hello, Gil." She said softly, and made her way back to her sandwich. She turned with her back to him, and continued to eat her meal. It was a habit of hers, Sara never liked to eat as much as she had in front of others. So she always ate alone and somewhere she wouldn't be bothered much.
Shaking her head, Sara sighed a bit through her nose as she quickly finished what she was eating and took the cup of water to drink the rest of it, placing it down on the counter top as she turned to start to leave. Course, as she was making her way passed Gil she stopped at the sight of a rat. Blinking her eyes wide, she stared at the creature at it, and then pointed at the creature while having wide eyes. "Uh...why do you have that?" Although Sara could be considered a girl, she wasn't squeamish when it comes to little critters. Bugs on the other hand, she will freak out over, but not a little rat or mouse. That would be just silly, that's for sure.

Lets see... it's been... three years. Yup, three. I for one was all for working for my dad and s**t, but to be honest the search for a few ******** keys couldn't have been any more boring and annoying. Getting into fights and constantly, constantly, CONSTANTLY questioning, "Where is the will of Monkey D. Luffy." Like, if I didn't respect myself, I would've told myself to shut the ******** up two years ago just to make myself feel good. s**t, I was getting tired of killing. I don't know how all of these killers do it. Like, after you kick someone's a**, wouldn't you want someone to talk to? Exactly. ********, whoever's a killer must've had a ******** up life and, above all else, bored and lonely like a bum. Well, bums had more exciting things to do.
Luckily for me I found ONE of the keys, but I honestly didn't feel like going through the trouble of trying to kill the chick in order to get it. Hell, I honestly didn't even wanna hurt her. First friend outside of that royally pain-in-the-a** Mairejois, but I got some good butlers and maids back there. Yeah, I'm a world noble, WANNA FIGHT ABOUT IT?!? HUH!? WELL? Thought so. But I made sure no one knew of my true status. If said person did know of my true status I'd have to pull their vocals out, chop their hands off, then kill'em. Well, the first two suggestions were probably overkill, but you get what I mean..
So I stood on top of a building on a island near Whiterock Island, looking down at the bar where my captain, Ryuu, had entered.. It was perfect, actually, that the rumor of the strawhat pirates' will would be there. Of course I informed my father via messenger bird; actually, I did that regularly. But I kept saying that I just simply wrote to my father, and nothing more. Obviously I never, ever, ever let anyone read them. " So she's going for a drink, eh?" Never did I call her 'Law.' I like Ryuu better. Without hesitation I jumped off the roof, landing lightly on my feed. My sword, as big as it was, wasn't all to heavy thanks to the training I've been through. It was sheathed nicely onto my back, and I walked on in quietly. I wanted to get the slip on my captain.
So I stood a couple meters behind her as she just sat there. Pulling out a twig I found outside I extended its reach toward her skirt, aiming to lift it up to get a nice view. Hell, I may be a pervert, but at least I'm honest about it. " Lets see what color she prefers to wear on Mondays. Hehehehehehe.."

- Only wondering what the others in her crew could have been doing, which would be impossible to say really. But, knowing some people they would be starting a s**t ton of trouble out there. She knew it, even now. She didn't really keep close contact, but the only one she knew that would get into a s**t ton of trouble. Would be Monti, she had to save him one day from dying by messing with a bunch of people. She never has cared about his status, well only when they need to fix the ship or even for him to take her back when she drank way too much. Which was rare, normally there is someone there to stop her. Today was the day, she would have some drinks and then hopefully. With a sigh, she took a glup of beer, and then placed it back down. Feeling a slight draft in the back of her skirt, she raised a brow really not liking it just to place her hand down for the moment to fix it. But, she was caught on something, she didnt know what. And she really didnt feel like bothering with it too much, but she really did not like that draft. "What the ********? Why is it so drafty in here?!" The woman turned her body looking at none other then Monti, really? Ryuu pursed her lips for the moment, then picked up her drink and then finished off the last bit of it. She really didn't know how to react to the man, he was just acting like a pervert. She would have started to yell at him, but it wasnt something she was entirely looking forward to do. "Monti, that stick better be broken before I get my second beer." With a wave of her hand, the man nodded at her taking her glass and reading a second one. She was holding up three fingers, with each couple of seconds she was putting down a finger.
Ryuu wasn't one of thoes who would like hurt their crew, but that was crossing the line. She didn't mind it when she was drunk, but she doesn't doubt the fact that they might have done things. She wouldn't really be surprised, nothing really surprised her anymore. She finally placed down her last finger, and just took another glup of beer. She just hoped by the time she turned her head to look at Monti, the stick was either gone or he broke it in half. If not, she might just have to cut it in half. Or take everyone appart in the room, well with her Devil Fruit power at least. She wouldn't mind seeing Monti's head on someone elses, that would be a hoot for her just laughing at the male seeing that his head was on someone elses and he still being able to move his body. Yes, it was strange, but it was funny when you first see it. Anyways, she turned her head looking at Monti, she had only been paying attention to the stick in the first place. But really, he didn't change at all. The same sword, the same clothes, and the same hair cut, she really wondered why he even joined her crew. But she never really put much thought into it. "Despite the whole skirt lifting, you haven't really changed a bit Monti. Sad to say, it was lonely on the ship." She smiled slightly at him, she did truly care for her crew and it was lonely for her. But after another drink, ********, they could go make some trouble.

" Eh, I can live with that actually. It only takes two seconds to be a pervert... Observe and enjoy in one second, remember it forever in another second." And the race was on. My eye balls popped out of my head like Tiger Woods golfing golf balls. I absorbed as much information as I could in a millisecond AND enjoy it, then the second number TWO I'm gonna remember it forever! Father time could get a kick out of them apples. Hell, I even counted! So the stick was removed and I was looking in the opposite direction with a innocent persona, the stick behind my back. I intentionally dropped it and kicked it away. " What can I say!? I'm just absolutely.... LOVABLE!" I placed my arm around her shoulder, getting a bit close. Hell, she was a couple of beers away from getting drunk, so I"m not ONLY going to make a move on her, I'mma go to perverted tactics 352 paragraph G, sub-section 2. The precious. Gorgeous. Boobs! Also known as; hooters, bonkers, the goodies, and 27 other things.
Yes... perversion is a profession. Don't believe me? I got the bruises to prove it. Being a pirate is painful, BUT, it's worth it. My eyes couldn't help but sneak on over to the corner, glaring beyond that scar of hers. Which was just unique if I do say so myself! Hell, I forgot I even had my arm around her! Yeah I took in the possibility that I might have my arm taken off, but I was.... willing. Yes, willing. Not fearless or stupid, but WILLING! If it was a means of life or death I'd try to force myself on her, but then again, I'm above that. "SOOO! We gonna go try to get the will or what? You know, try to jump in with the crowd of pirates and snag it at the last second!?"
I then raised a finger, the bar tender walking on over, " Oh, yeah, lets stop drinking piss water! Gimme some wine goddamnit!" Fufufufufufufu, perverted tactics 101, get the victim drunk in order to further express perversion. If back fires, revert to perversion tactic number 1, paragraph R, sub-section 513, run like hell, don't trip, and never look back.
I was ready as the wine was brought!

- Wow, Monti was the most weirdest person she knew, or well on her crew. But hell, if he didn't act like that the ship would be a boring piece of s**t. When he placed an arm around her neck she didnt mind it. But she felt eyes on her unpleasent scar, it was something she was proud of but she hated the fact people stared at it. But when she downed the last of her beer, and he asked if they were just going to jump in and grab the will. Well, she had found a couple pages of the will, not yet to really look at it. She was waiting to meet up with everyone before she actually started anything, and she still had Choppers Key. "I found a couple of the pages, and we can't just go storming into there. They might not have it on them, in the ships maybe. But watch you're eyes my friend.." Oh, she knew. This captain wasn't as stupid as he thought, she was so much smarter then what he thought, but once she's drunk. She might as well just try and steal the other pages of the will, but there were other reasons to why they were here. The big Marines were getting together, she want to go see what that was about, but then again. She wouldn't be able to get very close to it. With a pat to Monti's hand, she was ready to order another beer before he stated she was drinking piss water. Hmm, some wine would be nice. Give her more then a buzz, she might just have to hold it off. "I don't think I should be drinking all this much.." But that didn't stop her from drinking it, she looked at it and smiled slightly. Oh did Monti know her well, she was just ready to down the whole bottle. But maybe he wanted some.
Ryuu was already done for, she had already tilted her head back slightly training the contence of the bottle. This kid knew his stuff, a small red like blush was starting to form across her face. Oh, was she getting drunk. Wine hit the spot for her, and anything else was just s**t tasting, but she would drink it anyways. If Monti did try anything, not like she would remember it. The bartender attempted to pour her more, and she waved her hand so he wouldn't. She was carrying around two very sharp weapons, and she was very dangerous when she was drunk. The more she drank, the more it was tempting for her to mess with all of the Marines around, and maybe people in the bar. She wanted to take people appart, and place them on other things. It was like a guitly pleasure for her, well, only when she was drunk and super pissed off. Which was rarely seen. Because of that, it made life for her easy and somewhat well known, and she could rack up a hell of a bill. Well, at least for beers, never really food. With a sigh she glanced over at Monti, and then at her empty glass, oh so tempted to let Monti or the bartender pour more into her glass.

Gautier knew how to tell a pirate from any other person but he said nothing in return. He just nodded his head signaling that he heard. Then there was Alexandria who was someone that matched his personality. The girl started to talk about how everything was boring and wanted to have fun. Gautier was happy with boring because no one did actually ever die from boredom. Seems she got too bored and had to actually entertain herself by talking to Noa about her weapon. He was glad not to be one of those people that were way to interested in their own weapon or other people's weapons.
Finally came another member of Division XIII and for the most part was a ghost. Nothing was every really known about the person and was even called Mr. X whatever that was suppose to mean. The guy was a bit weird but Gautier would give him the benefit of the doubt until he got to know him better. Though Gautier always tried to get along with most people he met.
A report came over the communications about possible pirates on the island. Noa gave the command to split up and take out any pirates. Noa went one way and Alexandria went the other. Gautier noticed that Mr. X had not left yet which allowed him to chose where he wanted to go. "I guess I will go along with Noa then." To be honest him and Alexandria would not be the best fighting pair. So he headed off south right behind Noa.
"I am right behind you boss."

- "Right on schedule. Do keep in touch, Commander, Cub, Scary little girl. It's not everyday that we get to enjoy each other's company. Until then!"
The man in the suit bent his knees and took off. The sound of movement and an above whisper, 'Soru' marked his disappearance. Up and up he went in a powered jump, sailing over Division heads. His voice hit them from the sky. "And don't lose, you three. I'll be watching you, as a captive audience and I'd hate to see my expectations fall short." With a 'Geppo, his voice faded into the clouds. He was gone, his destination unknown.
Feet rapidly kicked air. They pushed Mr. X forward with every extension. Faster and faster he tore through the morning. Division XIII, how would they perform? What of their enemies? The Renegades, the Diablos? He left behind his paper judgments. He preferred reality. It was unbiased. The best source of information and his favorite informant. Things were heating up, approaching the inevitable climax. Like a spark following a trail of gunpowder, there was going to be an explosion and he wanted a front row seat. Make that seats. Mr. X spared a glance over his shoulder. White Rock Castle came into fleeting view.

Location: White Castle Roof - Company: No One - Mood: Agitated
The air was warm on the roof. Felt like getting slapped by hands made of sunlight. Like they were clawing at it, trying to get at his eyes. They settled for his pores and their stores of sweat. A trenchcoat lay discarded nearby. Another degree or two and his tie would join it. It was hot. Looking up past his glasses and hovered hand, the sun winked at him. d**k. Back down, the meeting room returned to view. Or rather the outside of it. It was the reason he was up here to begin with. Hours, he waited. Looking for the perfect spot, the perfect angle, and the perfect time. Mr. X found all three. Now all he had to do was wait.
He reached for his body's habit, a cigarette stuffed in the front pocket. His hands found it and pulled. Almost made it past the fabric, too, but it stopped short. Terrible habit, smoking. Mr. X disliked it. Hated it. For years he forged bodies, healthy bodies, bodies that were works of art. Cigarettes were his antithesis. He made bodies, while these sticks destroyed them. Yet here he was, on top of one of White Castle's roofs, craving it. He wanted it like sex. How long had he gone without a damnable puff of lung disease? Days? Weeks? He tried not to think about it. He gave Ondori power, and what did he give him in return? A nicotine addiction. He contemplated breaking his arm and letting the old man writhe, but left it at that. A thought. A notion that brought a smile to his lips.
The cigarette was tucked away. Later, he promised Ondori. Later. He had to focus. Focus on the meeting room, and his surroundings. He hid his presence well. Made sure no one saw his ascent. Made certain that no one knew he was up there. He'd been up there before the sun even started its vicious assault, just to be sure. He was careful, always careful, and occasionally felt for life, a presence just to be sure. It always came back empty. Empty, if you didn't count those in the meeting room. They were talking now. The meeting was finally underway.

Location: Negotiation Room - Company: Government/Revolutionary Officials - Mood: Bored
Finally. Mr. X bit back another yawn. She felt her body grow stiff from all the standing. Silence, she was already sick of it. Tired of the staring, the posturing. It was like watching children fidget in their seats; fighting back the urge to reach across the table and punch someone over toy ownership. But they were talking now, so at least that was something. She was comforted by the events outside. Comforted by the growing tension and approaching action. It made bodyguard duty worthwhile.
Oumu made for a perfect guard. Swordmaster Knight, strong, loyal: how could they say no? She had proven herself capable. Reliable, even before Mr. X entered the picture. Her body was a thing of beauty. It was a wonderful base to build off of. Her muscles, her bone structure, everything seemed molded for the blade. It wasn't perfect, but he was beginning to doubt anyone's would. Ah, to dream. The Swordmaster's Guild sure could pick them, though. Shame about their stuffy rules. How anyone could deny someone that wonderful dream of strongest was beyond him. It was cruel, really. Especially since Oumu had a shot. Rare, even unheard of for a girl. But back to business.
So there she was, leaning against a wall behind the Government tops, putting on her tough face. Arms crossed, she spared them her trademark eye notes. If she looked too hard, she might just jump over there and kick something. They were strong. As expected of the leadership. How strong, even she couldn't say. The reports were mixed and the rumors were wild. However, standing this close she was beginning to believe the hype. Soon, she told herself, soon. Her eyes found the door and behind it she found a smile.

Location: White Rock Castle Balcony, 4th Floor - Company: Artemis - Mood: Amused
"Brrrr, it's cold out here." A voice and its owner appeared behind Artemis as if by magic. He wore a tux with matching smile. Step, step, he walked around Mr. and Mrs. Switch. He edged closer with every tap. "The cold air must have...escaped. You know, from the castle. Open a door and watch it fly. That cold...air sure is fast." He stopped within inches, staring the other 'thing' in the face. The smile was still there, right where it had always been. "I don't believe we've met. The name is Dupin. Agent Dupin, of the World Government. Intelligence Department, if you must know. Pleased to meet you, Artemis." A hand wedged itself between what few inches were left, bridging the gap. He knew his name. What else did he know?
The man, 'Dupin' continued to fill the void with his comments. "Division XIII. My, you must be quite capable to be in that unit. Quite capable indeed. In fact," he snapped his fingers, "Maybe you could help me with this problem I'm having. You see, I'm clumsy. I've lost this key of mine and I can't seem to find it. You wouldn't happen to have seen any...keys around, would you? About yay big, odd shape. No? I guess not. Suppose that's why they call you the sensor and not the tracker, right?" He punctuated the word, 'tracker' with another grin. It reached for his ears. And just as quickly as it was made, the closeness was broken. He turned to lean back into the rails of the balcony and give the morning a look. He gazed upon it with something akin to appreciation. But really, he was just enjoying his conversation with Artemis. Up above, however, things were looking even better. "So, Artemis. Let's talk. Random topic: Pirates!"

"Gemari." Mr. X stood hundreds of feet above the island. Stood there, as if standing on an invisible stage. The technique kept him aloft, allowing him to peer down and watch the battle unfold from his perch in the sky. Here, in the middle, among the birds, he had the best vantage point a floating man could ask for. The lines in the sand were drawn and the die had been cast, long before the sun had risen on this island turned warzone. The Division were gunning for the pirates. The pirates were aiming for the castle. The Revolutionaries and the World Government were busying themselves with peace talks. He knew this because they knew this. Vale was in the air. Just like Oumu was in the meeting room and Ondori was staring at a wall. Mr. X saw this, Mr. X was this: everything and everyone. He spread his arms as he watched it all unfold. Splayed them in excitement.
"Let the festival begin!"

About to clip her hair back into a bun at the back of her hair, a sadistic presense was felt behind her, ominous and dark, yet strangely friendly at the same time. She felt the butterfly clip being snatched from her hands, a familiar red head invading her personal space and resting his chin on her shoulder as he held the butterfly out in front of them. Not really phased by his personal space invasion since he had done it too many times already. She still couldn't get over it though when he used sexual connotations in his actions to get a response from her though. Maybe if she stopped reacting to it he might stop.
It was true, Narcissa did like frills and ribbions (But hell no she did NOT like glitter). Rarely though did she get the chance to wear such clothes, and the outfit she was wearing was the extent of what she could wear without it becoming impractical for the lifestyle she led. "Since when did I have a style?" she asked, never really thinking about her clothing choice, all of it used to be black and grey back at the devision and sleek to fit her slender form and allow her to move easily and quickly thoughout her missions. Now that she was a captain she could wear whatever she liked with more... confidence? Yes, confidence. Wearing something like she was now might have shown weakness within the devision, but now that she was a captain with the second highest bounty in the seas at that current time and had nothing to prove, she could wear whatever the hell she wanted.
'Wait... was this what Rinne meant about style?...' she thought to herself, she may had just proved herself wrong.
It was then he took her hair in his hands and pinned up her hair, a ever so faint and suspicious blush comming over her cheeks as he pinned the butterfly to her hair before he leaned in to her ear and whispered... he had succeeded in making her feel uncomfortable for the day. "... why thankyou... Rinne" she said, a shiver running down her spine as a slightly more noticable blush appeared on her face, but if you pretended it wasn't there, people usually wouldn't comment... so she ignored it. Making a mental note for revenge on her red headed first mate for later since they were approching Whiterock Island.
The teal haired captain looked off to her side as Adamanta smiled at them with a fox like smirk, wish them plesentries and disappeared off to the mast without bothering for an answer... so she didn't get one. The woman was such a liar sometimes. Narcissa kinda wished she could drop her off somewhere. Not like they needed another killer, but she wouldn't leave Lyniell, and she could respect that. She nodded to Adamanta and watched her climb up the mast to relax or something. It wasn't like Narcissa to intrude on her personal life or thoughts and she would give her as much space as she wanted. Not like Addy wanted to be here anyway.
On that note "Hey Adamanta, we're approching Whiterock, I might leave you with the ship if you don't want to come" she yelled up to her, since that would solve most of her parking problems if she could load off the ship with the Fox like woman, and perhaps Lyn as well. Narcissa only came here for interest's sake though, so she didn't really expect a fight... or didn't hope for one.
She said this while Tori started to explain her communication devices, Tori always seemed happy when she praised her work. It was cute sometimes, when she was not blowing up things. Narcissa would have to give her a job for the next device she wanted to make though, letting Tori's imagination seemed not to work in the Renegades favor most of the time. It took ages to get in wood for the last hole she blew in the ship. One of the things she said though did interest her greatly though "Hack a Black Den Den Mushi?" she asked, interested. "Hmmm... perhaps you could get one for me today, they are rare creatures... and probably helpful for the future too" she said, basically giving Tori a job on Whiterock today. What a lovely present a Black den den mushi would be~.
As Tori pulled out the trackers though, she couldn't help but smirk ever so slightly at Rinne's bow. 'Thankyou Tori, I don't need to take revenge on Rinne now' she thought to herself as she looked up at him with the cute red bow. If the bow was a creamy colour, she probably would have liked it herself. "Oh Rinne... it... suits you" she teased, hopefully for the first and last time today as Tori kept on laughing, giving demonstrations and that about the tracker before Narci decided to end it. "They'll certainly be useful in the future, but not today, you might want to give the rest of the communicators to the other crewmen and when we get to land start your Black Den Den Mushi assignment" Narcissa instructed, turning and stranding directly in front of Rinne as she reached up and picked the bow out of his hair. Winking at him for a split second with the smallest of smirks. Heh heh, last slightly human thing she would do today. She swore.
She felt a presence though at Whiterock, her mood changing from barely playful to full seriousness again as she turned and gazed off at the cliffs, seeing two figures in the distance and feeling familar presences on the island, also malicious ones. Marines had pulled out a couple of guns obviously. Some power could just be sensed in people. "Now where am I going to park this ship? Rinne?" she inquired for suggestions, thinking that they certainly couldn't go to the docks. She was not that sucidal, even if she did walk willingly into traps. She supposed on the side of one of these cliffs would be better than the docks though.
"Gil, Sara, On deck now" she called for them from the deck, just loud enough for them to hear, they'd probably hear her from through the planks anyway. There were gaps in them after all. "Our presence has been detected" she stated simply as she started to dock the boat somewhere, awaiting a better suggestiong for parking if anyone had any.

One by one the replies began to filter in from the marines and division members across the island. They responded quickly, obviously having been bored to death and waiting for an attack just so they had something to do. Artemis wouldn’t be surprised if his so-called comrades were busy cheering their heads off because of that single announcement. Most of them had opted to stop the pirates in their tracks were they were, except for the hired help from the swordmasters guild, who seemed to have some ounce of logical thinking going for him. The division on the other hand, seemed as if they were just dying to go, as Artemis could vaguely sense from reading their emotions, even as they began to slip out of his range. Rabid government dogs would always be bloodthirsty it seemed, there was no changing that fact. He on the other hand, would choose to stay at the palace. It wouldn’t be in the government’s best interest to have the place devoid of security now would it?
"Brrrr, it's cold out here."
The blonde refused to look up immediately at the person who had spoken, having already sensed and foreseen the presence of the man who had just entered, recognizing him instantly. Appearances aside, Artemis knew this man to be one of the bodies possessed by the Divisions strategist, the enigmatic Mr.X. Despite him changing bodies every time he turned up somewhere, his Haki signature, which reflected that of the soul within the body was enough to give him away. One time was all Artemis needed to sense and remember any one persons signature and recognize them upon meeting them once more, his impeccable memory that he’d honed during his tracking days proving useful in that aspect. He remained silent throughout the other mans chatter and farcical introduction, his expression as impassive as a slab of marble.
"It’s a pleasure." he replied tonelessly, allowing his limp hand to be taken, shaken and thrown back at him. What was the point of this really? He really did have better things to do in life than listening to this man jabber on and on about…a key. The sensors cold gaze came to rest upon the man. Despite being a man/thing of few emotions, he was rather apt at reading them. Coupled with his newfound Haki abilities, reading Dupin’s intentions or feelings wasn’t all too difficult a job. Haki wasn’t mind reading, it couldn’t tell him exactly what the other was thinking…but he could sense a strange sort of vibe coming from him, a sort of smugness, similar to what one would feel when they knew a secret someone else didn’t.
“Suppose that's why they call you the sensor and not the tracker, right?"
"Indeed..." A lesser man would have snapped, and if Dian had been the one involved in the conversation, she would probably have taken Dupin’s head right off that instant. But the sensor, to his credit, did not so much as flinch or let out any sign of annoyance apart from that single uttered word. But he sure as hell was annoyed alright. ‘Dupin’ had really done his research hadn’t he? It seemed that he knew Artemis very well, a little too well for his liking. He knew just which sore spot to hit to have the best chance of setting him off, which unfortunately in this case wasnt quite enough for him to show a physical reaction, altough it had gotten on his nerves. Was Dupin trying to antagonize him deliberately? Of course, that much was as obvious as day. But to what end? Why was a division member bothering another division member at a time like this, without any real understandable reason? Then again, there seemed to be something behind those words, a thinly veiled warning. The key that dupin was refering to...Artemis kept his eye carefully fixed on the man as he turned, leaning casually against the balcony.Honestly he wouldn’t be too disappointed if the man just fell over.
This might be going…where I think it’s going… The next sentence Dupin uttered pretty much confirmed his suspicions.
"So, Artemis. Let's talk. Random topic: Pirates!"
"Good for nothing, scum of the earth trash that mars the purity of the seven seas and should be eradicated from the face of the earth." He said without a moment’s hesitation. "That is the textbook definition that most on this side of the fence go by after all. I honestly don’t have an opinion on them. " Sure there were a few particular pirates that he would love to utterly annihilate with his own two hands, especially a certain young woman by the name of Elizabeth, but that was a personal affair. It had nothing to do with his impression of them as a whole. "Whether they need to be destroyed or not, it doesn’t matter to me. A tool of the government has no need to think of matters other than following orders."
Yes, because a tool was a thing, and a thing didn’t need opinions now did it?

Firefly Kelley

Ivory Knife, Vice Admiral

Ivory Knife, Vice Admiral
White Rock Castle loomed closer to a sunset pink haired young woman, who of which was already flustered by the events earlier that day. It had all began by a drink going to waste after a damn drunken tussle if you will, in which she got soaked on by ale and grog, vomit, and a couple of bruises ended up with a slightly busted lip-Okay, the busted lip was an accident, and she had a reasonable explanation in case anyone asked; She simply slid on some grog and went into a face-ramming contest with a bar,and in result, the bar won. The growing commotion down by the docks with some nondescript "pirates" and some town folk were an addition to her nerves ,and no,we're not talking about the vomitting-incident in the tavern. As Vice Admiral of the Ivory Knife, Firefly Kelley avoided and dodged numerous small squadrons of Marines and the few Division members who rushed past her without notice, which didn't bother her any, in which she actually enjoyed it very much thank you. She groaned inwardly, She hated her job, and that's as blunt as she can be without breaking eye contact.
She had dodged, yet again, another small squadron of Marines and Division members, all the while not opening her eyes. Usually, even on 'off-duty' times like these, her reflexes are at 100%; Apparently today, if not EVERY day in Firefly's case, much to her dismay, except when it came to fighting. Which was not the case, as two squadrons, each with ten men in them, literally ran over the sunset pink haired young woman like two car running over roadkill, leaving a body imprint of where she was laying in the dust. Two nondescript Marines blanched as the normally cool, calm, and collected Vice Admiral twitch slightly, and then jumped up to her feet, and began to jump and down repeatedly, you could almost see steam pouring out of her ears and began shaking her fist at the fading squadrons and began to yell,at the top of her voice, her ocean blue hues flashing angrily," You damn sorry sons of sea cattle!-" She huffed and she puffed out numerous and many vulgar curses that would even make a well seasoned Marine blush at her profanities, as she then turned to the sky, her cheeks still red,and bellowed her anger obviously hinted she was in no mood for Marine stupidity.
"WHAT IN THE BLEEDING HELL OF NEPTUNE DID I EVER DO TO OFFEND THE GODS?!" Soon after her venting, her den den mushi went off and a man's voice came through,
"This is Artemis."
The woman menatlly groaned,as she pressed the den den mushi closer to her shell of her ear, mentally roaring as he continued,
"Unidentified hostile forces are approaching in the direction of the docks near town…as well as from the south."
"Are you kidding me?" She murmured to herself as she brought some fingers to her temples and to the bridge of her nose. Images of Kiyo and Admiral Arc flashed through her mind,as she took a moment of thinking. She was alot closer to the docks where she last knew that Arc's crew were located, and she knew that Kiyo, knowing her surprior, was in her study inside the castle. Dammit..I'm too far from the castle for support to castle or Kiyo, however the docks have more than enough Marines to handle a pirate ship.. She was brought back to reality at the sound of another voice over the den den mushi, "Risellience crew, if you don't already know by now the attacks have begun. Admiral Kiyorai and I are headed to the south side to engage the attackers. You guys are closer to town, so focus on stopping those coming from that side from reaching the palace, understand?" She nearly sighed in relief as she heard that Admiral Arc was with Kiyo and she knew he wouldn't let anything happen to her, to that she knew her surpiror was in safe hands.
She quickly made her way into the castle, having decided to help defend the castle, and what better place than the entrance? She entered the castle, and saw a pale skinned woman with sea green hair and light green eyes. She nodded her head at the woman, and simply said, " Hello Miss Xierra Chaos..Do you know anything about orders of defense..? They'll try to come in hard and fast..Any ideas..?"

You'd expect for your parents to say that drinking isn't good for you when you're young, or they tell you that you're far to young to drink. Mine didn't care. Not that they were world nobles, it was just that they literately didn't care. My mom can't get drunk for the hell of it, and my dad's tollerance for alcohol is pretty insane. It's safe to say that I can't even get alcohol poisoning. So at the good, young age of five I started drinking! Tasted like s**t, whatever it was, but I got use to it. This chick here, my captain, probably didn't figure that out yet. Well, I never really drank around her or the other..... two, or three crew mates we have. s**t, we go out into war and we're ********]"... Okay, I think you had enough..." I knew a couple of tricks to getting a drunk out of being drunk. For one there's pain such as a knife cut, but then you'll be left with a rather splitting hangover.
For the ******** of it I took the bottle of wine and placed the money on the table, wrapping Ryuu's arm around my shoulder and holding onto her hand. As much as I love being a a*****e, I wasn't gonna let her knock herself out.... I was gonna let her do that at the ship! " Hell, I'll take thirty bottles for the road." Unlike miss split-s**t-up, I have immunity! I dragged Ryuu on out of the bar with a bag full of bottles. I made sure my sword wasn'y in the way of Ryuu leaning on my body for support. " So, huh... we're are the pieces you have exactly?" Despite my fooling around I always managed to stay focused. They were probably on her or with her belongings at the ship. Could always search either one. But what the ******** do I do from there? Exactly. So I just needed to know about it, and when the time comes, snag it and run for the hills.
