Many years have passed since the age of The Straw Hat Pirates and the famed pirate king, Monkey D. Luffy who reigned the seas as one of the greatest adventurers and pirates that ever existed. However, the straw hats met their match at the battle for the new world, eventually falling to the overwhelming forces of the marines and the world government. The world government has brought new peace and order to the people of the world. The era of piracy seemed to have died down with the times, becoming almost non-existent, as the adventures of the straw hats became no more than myths and legends passed through generations by hearsay...

Until now.

Three years ago, the second golden age of pirates began when the will of the infamous Straw Hat pirate captain, Monkey D. Luffy was stolen by rebels of the revolutionary army and announced it to the world.

❝The legacy of the straw hats, our treasure, i have left it hidden in the grand line. Nine 'keys' exist in this world. One for each crew member, for each story, for each friend. Scattered through the land, sea and sky lie the keys that will lead to our treasure...


And the legandary one peice.❞

Many a brave and adventurous pirate rushed to Fuusha village, the pirate kings hometown where the world government had taken hold of the will, the document that contained the maps that showed where the nine keys were located. There, they battled fiercely against the marines who strove to protect the document from falling into the wrong hands. However, due to a tragic accident, the pages of the will were scattered all across the island for pirates and marines alike to retrieve.

IIn particular, several rookie pirate crews, by skill and sheer dumb luck, managed to escape the island with several pages of the will. These four went on in search of the keys, undergoing the trials and tribulations set for them by the straw hat pirates as well as fending off relentless attacks from marines and world government operatives sent to hunt them down. Each of them managed to prove to the gatekeepers, the guardians of the keys, that they were truly worthy successors to Luffy’s will.

However, in the midst of this treasure hunt, a deeper, darker political storm was brewing. The Revolutionary Army who opposed the corrupt ways of the World Government had begun to make their move. Rebel groups began creating chaos on government territory, challenging any marine or government ships they happened to encounter. The threat of open war eventually became a reality when the rebels crossed the line by directly attacking World Nobles in Mariejois, the holy city. Angered, the world government began to launch an all out retaliation against any who even so much as suggested being pro-revolutionary, and the rebels returned their attacks in kind.

And thus the war for the new world order began.

Two years after the begining of the war (three after the will first emerged), Things are beginning to heat up once more. Repeated failures at negotiations between the two sides have resulted in the battle continuing with neither side being satisfied until it has wiped the other out. Pirates have taken full advantage of this situation to wreck havoc and plunder the land and sea to their hearts delight. Amongst these are the four crews who hold the first four keys to the straw hats will. Even in the midst of this turmoil, some continue to peruse their dream to retrieve the coveted treasure, One Piece.

Regardless of who you are, pirate, marine, rebel or government dog, you stand at the crossroads of fate. Who’s side will you join in this battle for the sake of the new world?

① World Meeting Arc

The biggest negotiations conference in the history of the Revolutionary-Government conflict, held on Whiterock Island, was an utter failure. Midway through the meeting, an identified sniper killed one of the revolutionary leaders, causing all out war to break out between the two groups. In addition, The Diablo, Renegade and White Wing Pirates made an appearance, searching for the will. History repeated itslef once more as the will was scattered, leaving the pirates to pick them up as they pleased. After a hard fought battle with damages to both sides, the Revolutionaries withdrew, leaving the World Government's temporary base of opperations destoryed.


② The Warring Fronts Arc

The Water Seven Route;
Involvement: Diablo Pirates, White Wing Pirates, Dragon Heart Pirates

The Diablo Pirates, White Wings and Dragon Hearts arrived at Mizuko island to compete for the key of the straw hats genius shipwright, the Cyborg Franky. They were challenged by the gatekeeper Ashee Iceberg to fight their way to the center of the mechanical island and claim the prize. However the battle was interupted by the mysterious Zerariot Davious who knocked out the gatekeeper and stole the key. Being no match for him, all the crews had their keys stolen, resulting in Zerariot getting away with the keys of Nami, Sanji, Chopper and Franky.


The Isle of Dreams Route;
Involvement: Renegade Pirates & Revolutionary Army (Revolution Side), Marines, Division XIII, Swordmasters Guild & Science Department (World Government Side)

Three combined forces of two marine crews, Divison XIII and the Swordmasters Guild went up against the Revolutionaries and their allies, the Renegade Pirates in order to retrieve the ancient weapons and the rumoured God God Fruit from the vault of dreams, a hiding place of the ancients. After an intense battle between crews and against the guardian forces of the island, the vault was finally discovered. However in a twist of events, Vice-Admiral Adel Hyde appeared on the scene, claiming the weapon Oranos and the God God Fruit in the name of Marchén En’Syiel's revolutionary army. She then proceeded to recruit Division XIII into the revolutionary forces before the enitre island, which was actually the hidden ancient battleship pluton, exploded due to the vault's self-defense mechanism.


③ The New Order Arc

The Mariejois Route;
Involvement: Marines

The noble capital is no more, the Gorosei are dead and Marchén En’Syiel begins his formation of the New Revolutionary Government. Great changes are about to take place, relieving the world nobles of their long tolerated abuse of power and supposedly changing the world for the better. However a darker plot is brewing in the depths of the revolutionary inner circle with the mysterious ‘phase two’ coming into play. Stand behind the old world government, the new revolution or fight for your own ideals, either way, the reins of power will inevitably come to a long awaited change.

The Devil Eater Route;
Involvement: Division XIII, Renegade Pirates

On a certain island to the west of Mariejois lies the largest factory that produces the dreaded substance perhaps more dangerous than seastone, the devil eater. Created by the genius Dr. David Jekyll, it is said to have the ability to completely remove a persons’ devil fruit powers permanently if taken into the body in its purest form, posing a threat to all devil fruit users regardless of alligence. This is the revolutionary army’s ultimate weapon, guarded heavily by the newly recruited Division XIII. Whether you’ve come to save a friend or annihilate the revolution, Destroying it will definitely not be easy

Chase the Keys Route;
Involvement: Diablos, Lucky Wings

Zerariot Davious might have escaped with four of the straw hats’ keys for now, but not for long! The crews are hot on his tail. Although it looks like in light of recent events, he might just be headed for the holy city too. Team up with new allies or try to do it on your own, it dosent matter as long as you find a way to get back those keys!

✘ ALL Devil fruit, cannon and non cannon are up for grabs unless they are reserved for plot purposes. A List of Taken Devil fruit may be found below.

✘ Powerful Devil Fruit users (eg.Logia & Mythical Zoan) CANNOT have above average strength/Non-DF abilities. This is to prevent overpowering. DF like this should be greatly weakened when their powers are taken away.

✘ Do NOT give your characters a bounty. Bounties are based on their exploits and will be decided by me during the RP. Also do not question your bounty when given!

✘ Do NOT overpower your characters. I'm allowing more powerful characters to be created now that we've TSed, but please dont go crazy and give your character all three types of haki, Rokushiki and logia powers. Send me a profile like that and you can forget about joining.

✘ Don't be afraid to plot. Creating backstory and plans with other characters makes things intresting, so conspire away!

The World Government: A political organization comprised of the majority, if not all the countries in the world. It is the current ruling force of the world. It is headed by the Gorosei, the five elders. The Commander-in-Chief, the second highest in the chain of command, oversees all departments under the control of the world government The government has succeeded in maintaining relative peace within the nations through their campaigns to eradicate piracy, albeit via rather draconian methods. However they are guilty of elitism and corruption with regards to the callousness of their aristocratic world nobles, who commit vile crimes such a slavery and abuse of human rights. The Gorosei have recently been killed by the revolutionary leader previously posing as an ally, Marchén En'Syiel.



The Marines- The organization that keeps the peace and ensures justice on the high seas. They arrest pirates who terrorize innocents across the globe and protect justice. They obey the command of Fleet Admiral Marchén En'Syiel, the man next in line to be commander in chief. Many of them still remain loyal to him even after it has been revealed that he is in fact the Revolutionary Leader.

The Science Department- The scientific research and development department of the world government that develops groundbreaking new technology to defeat devil-fruit wielding pirates, such as the pacifista and seastone weapons. It is headed by Dr. David Jekyll.

Division XIII- A skilled group of people who work directly under the world government to perform the most important, and illegal, deeds. Ranked in terms of strength, these individuals are the best at their job. Their rank is on par with that of at least an admiral, and they have the ability to command regular marines with complete authority. The current division is in its third generation, as the second one was entirely wiped out when they were sent to confront the pirates who had escaped with the will three years ago. Recently they have been forcibly recruited into the Revolutionary Army after the death of the Gorosei.

The Revoluationary Army: The force that opposes what they see as corruption and oppression by the World Government. They consist of people from islands and kingdoms all over who have come together to take over the government by force. Their leader is Marchén En'Syiel whose identity up till now was known only to the very highest in the chain of command. Despite their goodwill, they’re known for enlisting the help of trouble-making bounty-hunters and pirates and for causing havoc in world government territories at the expense of innocents.

The Black Ops Squadron- The core operatives of the revolutionary forces who take care of the most essential of missions in the war. They’re dedicated to bringing about the fall of the world government and may enlist the help of pirates in order to do so. Operatives address each other via codenames, usually animals, in order to protect their identity. As of now after the rise of the New Revolutionary Government, they work towards erasing and rebel or remenant groups that support the old government.

The Diablo Pirates- One of the crews who initially retrieved the will from Fuusha Island, they are specifically interested in the adventure to find One Piece and taking over as the most powerful crew on the seas. The crew disbanded three years prior as the members underwent individual training and have only just reassembled. They were in possession of the key of the navigator, Nami until it was stolen by Zeraroit Davious.

The Swordmasters Guild: An independant organization created by the sword users of the world in order to ensure that no one person claims the title of the worlds greatest swordsman. Ranked in a chessboard fashion, they are lead by the King, Queen, and their personal guard, the knights. The bishops act as scouts for new guild members. The guild extends an invitation to any budding sword user to join their ranks. If denied, they will be seen as an enemy of the world government and the guild. They are granted special privileges by the government for their work and can be seen as being on their side, although offically they ally with no one. They seek to take possession of the three swords of Zoro passed down to his three disciples, the legacy of the last strongest swordsman in the world.
