While walking off, the girl's words echoed through her head. She didn't know how she had managed to figure she wasn't about to join the pirate crew off the bat to say that, but she tried not to think about it. It was a very good point she hadn't considered before. This could be a chance she shouldn't pass up on. If this was an offer to her on her old island, and this happened before she found everything out, this is about how she would have judged if she wanted to become part of any group. It's a new time of her life, and it crossed her mind that she was not treating it as such.
She did not have such whimsical luck this time in finding water, and she was already at the docks before long. Sure enough, all the people from before had approached King, even the man who didn't seem to originally follow up before. At first she barely cast a second glance, walking straight to her small little sailing boat. She sat down on the edge of the wooden pier in front of her boat and sighed. The boat was untouched, just as she'd hoped. Some of the men she had spoken to when she originally docked waved and smiled, nodding that no one had touched her boat. She replied only with a small soft smile, as she unhappily dipped her nice leather boots into the salty water. It needed only a few seconds, any more would completely waste the shoe. Pulling her shoe back up, she scrubbed them off with a part of the sail that covered her boat.
When she was done, she stood and whipped her hair out of her face with a flick of her head. A huff escaped her lips, and her hands went to her hips. Looking down at her ship's hidden contents, she gave serious thought to what she was going to do. Joining a Pirate crew would put her on the Marine's charts, and she had done a good job out at sea avoiding that. If she joined, it would be the closest thing to the life she was supposed to have with her family. The thought almost melted her heart, but on the outside she was starring into her boat hard. If things got dirty, it would be another chapter of her life to discard and renew. If it worked out, then...
Her gaze went soft as she realized the thought was exactly what she was looking for. If it worked out, she would explore the world, life the life she was supposed to have, maybe even find out if her father was alive or dead, but if it worked out truly for her, she would become a weapons master. She would find stronger things than what the marines have, and learn to wield it better than the people she found it from. She would kill every marine to stand in her way, and she would do it with the same mercy they showed her family. Her eyes burned, glaring up, away from her boat. Some who had watched in wonder were caught off guard by her sudden fierce gaze. She grabbed the sail covering her boat and flipped it off and started to gather her things. Machine gun strapped over her back, Gatling Gun strapped over the other shoulder, Bazooka over one shoulder, a Rocket Launcher on the other, and the file of her family in her hands. Men who had promised to watch her boat were stricken with a face of horror, unprepared for the dainty lady to wield all the weapons she now had. A coy smile struck her face, choosing to remain quiet rather than taunt the men who had been tricked. Many rushed to her boat, curious to the rest of it's contents. They were sorely disappointed as all that was left was the sail with a corner of sea salt blood.
Last of the group to approach, she stood slightly further from the rest, but cleared her throat to gain their attention. "Sorry I am late. I had to grab my things." Completely calm on the outside, with a heart beating with excitement on the inside. She lightly smiled, looking at everyone. Three men and one lady. She breathed in deeply and sported a charming look. "And I am much more than a gun girl. My name is Tuuli. Tuuli Redd." She gave a cute bow-curtsy, and went back to her poise. "I can offer my use of heavy weapons, first aid, and almost your basic everything to live. I hope my services can be of use". Tuuli gave a nod, wondering if she was being too polite. She banished the thought. Polite or rude, Tuuli would always be a lady, and if a lady could not be accepted as a pirate, then she had no business being one.
