Vikki laughed, she heard Malfoy break down.. She really did have quite a crush on him, but never showed it. Vikki slipped into class only to find Aphrodite up front and Luciana in the back. Vikki walked over to Luciana, thinking about Malfoy the whole time. "Hey there Lucy..." But even and idiot like Zac could tell she was thinking about someone.

Zac took Skye's hand, pulling down the ladder, being sure not to get caught.. And he succeeded. He then said to sKye, "For finally breaking a rule, i present you with the 'I am going to pay for everything' award." Zac really only was paying because he liked Skye.

Thaine Lycan Munroe

"I know" said Thaine as he looked at katsume. "I also know that your wondering is it safe for me to teach because of my Lycanthropy, well let me assure you i am not a threat to anyone and certainly not myself" said Thaine as he continued to look up at the moon. "If anything I like being a lycan its so.......... freeing" said Thaine as he let out a wolf howl at the moon and began to chuckle a bit.

"Well, the last 'Lycan' I knew was not too keen about being one. That is why I figured you were not as happy about it as you are." Erkamina said as she fiddled with her wand again as she remembered her past, the past she shared with few and felt nervous even doing so now. The howl would chill normal people to the bones but she wasn't normal by any means. Instead she joined Thaine in his vocal worship of the moon with a roar from her dragonic side. The roar from her normal lips sounded childish and forced but the real deal would sound much more threatening and dark. She sighed as clouds passed over the moon, destroying her revelry for a moment. The clouds cleared a few moments later and she let out a yawn, observing the moon's position and making a grumbling growl. "I have to go, it's getting late and I'd rather not be too terribly cranky in the morning. Good luck, Thaine." With this she exited much the same way she had came and disappeared from his line of sight but not from his heightened smell. She had far too much experience with Warewolves to trust that this transformation would be as clear cut as the man may hope. Of course he may be a recent turn but it becomes more difficult as time goes on to distinguish from the beast and the man. Eventually the two become blurred together completely, the man becoming unruly and unpredictable like the beast that he becomes. But even after as long as she'd known the first Warewolf he wasn't like that. He'd never became a mirror of the beast. Or at least not as she had seen. "I'm the last one left from those days. Even the rat was killed... I never did like him. He was always sneaking in and out of sight. I heard some pretty nasty things about him leading up to the last war. So I'm the last because of sweet Dumbledore's protection. If not for him I'd have fallen as they did, as the Heros did at the very least. Typical Gryffindors to the end they were. All brave and true. Except the rat, he was too scared to do anything of any good to anyone but himself. He was more like a Slytherin than even I or his 'master' ever were." She thought silently as she returned to the grounds, the soft moonlight showing exactly how much time she had until sunrise and moonrise, the rise of the Warewolf came with the rise of the moon. She sighed and entered the building, finding it devoid of life except for a few ghosts and a couple patrolling professors. She growled and trudged down to the dungeons to catch what little sleep the remaining night would offer but worry would steal any chance of it being restful. "Damned past and its memories. What good are they now that I am so far gone from what I used to be. Sure, I play like I'm the same as I was but who am I kidding? I'll never be what I was before, never. Even those that don't know me know that I'm just bidding my time. They don't know what lies beneath the underneath. Behind the mask that hides my face is another mask of anger. Beyond that is the true truth, the true face. Even now I will never forgive them... The servants to Voldemort, for what they did." She entered her office and saw a small frame holding a picture of her child self with her parents. It wasn't enchanted to have them wave or move, just a regular Muggle picture. She sighed as she traced the picture with a finger and stared at it, all her tears long gone as those that inhabited the frame were. She sighed and sat the frame back down. A small hoot from Aku-Hane came and she sighed, staring at the bird for his knowing. "I am not sad, just remembering. What use is there in being sad now. It's been so long... The wounds just keep reopening. Every time I get close to anyone it ends the same way. They all got killed, every one of them. My family, my classmates, my friends. All gone in a poof, literally. The last piece cannot stand alone on a full field of opposing Chess pieces. Something's got to give eventually." She let out a heaving sigh and collapsed onto her desk, her head in her arms. A soft sound came out of her sounding like a purr but it was the sound of her snores.
~
Sometime later she woke to find her head sore from the desk, her neck sore from leaning over on her arms, and her arms fast asleep. "Damn, I never wanted to sleep in here. Ah well, I can sleep anytime... It's time to get a letter sent anyway. Come Aku-Hane." She tapped the perch for the bird to wake and climb onto her arm. She opened her office door and walked out into the hallway. She then traveled up the stairs to the Owlery, picking up a spare piece of parchment within and scratching a quick note. She didn't really think about what she was sending but it was a quick recommendation to the Ministry of Magic in hopes that they would be in this late. She opened the window to see the light pinks of early morning arising with the sun. Correction, this early... "Wow, I slept that long... I must have been tired." She sighed as she tapped her wand on the letter, sealing it to prying eyes. "To the Minister of Magic." She then tied the letter around her owls ankle and sent it off into the rising sun, hoping her letter would mean something to the one who read it.
"Dear Minister of Magic,
I had the opportunity to meet a fascinating gentleman that states that he hopes to become the Defense against the Dark Arts Professor this year. However, there are two problems with this. The first being that classes begin very soon and the second being known by the Ministry quite well to be a rather off-putting problem. If I do remember correctly this 'problem' can be rectified on a temporary basis via certain potions which I can make on a monthly basis. I can personally ensure all students will be kept safe even with the use of such potions because even if he promises not to be a threat he cannot fully control his nature while in such a state. With that said, I would like to personally vouch for him and his behavior. If he becomes unruly I will see to it that it is controlled, if only given the chance. And I want a full list of all students attending this year with emphasis on ones with known Animagi transformations as well as former students up to ten years ago. I have an investigation of my own to pursue.

“Is being 'typical' ever a good thing?
I would say a big nay to that concept.
I have broken all molds into which one such as myself was meant to be forced.
And yet I am still considered 'typical'”

Maksim nodded towards Anastasia and thanked her before she left. He waited for the prefect girl to return to him, his hands in his pockets. He bounced back and forth on his heels. When she returned she asked him for his schedule, pulling it out of his pocket along with his hand. He handed it to her. "I.. honestly don't know where anything is. Oksana is terrible help." he frowned, knowing that his sister was probably already in class by now. He knew Durmstrang like the back of his hand, but this place was a whole different story.

"Oh, my name is Maksim Krum by the way. I just transferred here from Durmstrang. Seems like the popular thing to do these days.." he sighed, overhearing that Antonio had also transferred over.

Scorpius Malfoy

Scorpius stared at Romeo blankly. "Oh you are SO encouraging. Where are we going?" He asked, stopping. "Did we miss our class? I have no idea..." He looked around. Where WAS he going? "Am I not... that way?" He looked back at Parkinson. Wasn't she in his year?

Skye was great full that Zac had helped her down the ladder, if he didn't she probably would have fell. She had never been to Hogsmeade this way before.
Skye couldn't help but to smile at Zac's good manners. He was so charming.
"You don't have to do that..." She said grinning at him. Skye could feel herself starting to really like Zac.

Natalie Blackthorne

Nat smiled and took his schedule and looked it over. "Well, that's not too great. She should have shown you around a bit. Oh, I'm sorry. I hope that wasn't rude." She ruffled her hair. "I wasn't insulting her or anything." It seemed she was doing that a lot, lately... "I'm Natalie Blackthorne, but everyone calls me Nat, or Nattie."

"Oh I'm encouraging, I'm basically telling you to go ahead with my sister, just warning you and telling you why people more or less despise you." He laughed again, "And i think we have class with them two." He pointed at Parkinson and Lucy. "Hey girls, Mr. Malfoy over here seems to be lost and I know i'm in your guy's class."

"Who my family is doesn't define who I am"

"Hey," Luciana said distracted as she tried to focus on her potions book. She was trying to figure out where she could get some of the ingredients. The potion was for pain and she knew she'd be needing one soon once she started Quidditch practice again. Being up on the broom with her hands clenched around it sometimes aggravated an old wrist injury she'd gotten when she'd fallen off the balance beam at the age of six. Last year it had just been barely tolerable but now she worried it might get worse. Especially since her hand was starting to cramp when writing faster from what she noticed this summer. She was determined to play though and if that meant finding fluxweed, whatever that was. She looked up when Scorpius and Romeo came in giving them both a grin. "Hey guys, how can you be lost? You've been at this school for what 6 years?" Luciana teased before going back to her reading. Even if the school hated Scorpius she didn't, never would. He had yet to do anything to make her hate him.

Scorpius slapped Romeo on the back of the head hard, then took his seat in the back of the class, looking at his schedule. Potions. Yes this was his class. He put it away, then paled. "Oh s***, that means..." He glanced around. Oh good she wasn't in here yet. Maybe he should skip. He slowly stood up, turning to slide out of the classroom.

User Image▲Well, this is Marcus.

"Well, that's good. Today's been fine for me so far. Nothing too great has happened yet." That was probably because it pretty much just started. Marcus thought he would dislike it if everything happened like a train wreck in the mornings. He was neutral about getting up but he doubted he would be prepared for tons of drama not long after he got out of bed. He would most likely be annoyed if that happened. Things were decent as they were now, just eating breakfast and talking with someone. "Maybe something will happen later, I don't know." He shrugged, eating another bite of his breakfast. Marcus might not know Charlotte that well but he wasn't complaining about talking with a girl. That didn't mean he wanted to date her or anything since he barely knew her, but he wouldn't mind having a girlfriend at some date. It wasn't his life's goal but it would be interesting.

Romeo chuckled, but then flinched when Scorpius's hand connected with the back of his head. "What the Hell? That hurt." He placed a hand on the back where he'd been hit and rubbed at it. "I didn't deserve that now did I?"

"Yes you did. Now shush, don't talk to me I'm not here." He whispered, glancing around the class. That nutter still wasn't here. He looked at Lucy and stuck out his tongue, then smiled and slowly slid to the ground, sitting against the table but out of view from the door and the desk.

Maksim waved his hands, shaking his head to wave off what she said. "Nono, don't worry about it." he smiled. He checked his watch for the time before looking back up at her. "It's nice to meet you, Natalie." he said before adding, "Shall we be going? It's getting late.." he mentioned, wondering when they would start heading to their classes.

Oksana was sitting in Potions, fiddling with her hair like she normally did. She loved touching it, it was so soft and smooth, regardless if she hated that she could never doing anything with it. She felt terrible for not showing her brother around, but he was a big boy, he could figure it out. She sighed waiting for class to start, a subject she was never particularly good at. Perhaps she could find a study partner to help her out.

Erkamina sighed and looked at her watch and paled slightly. She was going to be late. She ran as fast as she could out of the owlery and down the stairs to the Dungeons at breakneck speed, catching a familiar face as she rounded the corner into the potions room. "I do hope you are planning on staying, Mr. Malfoy, because I don't give passes and I'm never late." She said this as she pointed at her watch, still a full minute early at least. "Now, get out your books and read about how to make today's potion." She then wrote a quick couple of words on the board, namely an advanced potion. "Today I want you to make, or at least attempt, Draught of Peace. Which can be found in your books. Hop to." She then swept back to face the class, out of breath slightly from the long jog. And tiredness was now showing in her eyes. "That's the last time I sleep in my office. Damn am I stiff..."

Nat nodded. "Sure. We both have Transfiguration with Professor McGonagall first, so we'll go." She began to walk beside him. "Oh, and don't worry if we're late. I'll explain that I was showing you the way. Prefect." She said, giving her badge a small flick. "Sometimes it sucks to be one, sometimes it's a good thing." She smiled and laughed.

(I'm off to bed....night all....Moonshine, feel free to use my character to continue the way to lessons *nods* I don't want you to have to way for me ^^)
