"Heyyyyy Mel." James smiled as he looked down at her. Man she was standing close. He smirked down at her. "Have a good summer?" He asked, not stepping away but not stepping toward her. He stretched and laughed slightly. "You look good. Grew up a lot."

He glanced over her shoulder, wondering if Adam was with her. At least one of his friends arrived. One of his close circle of friends. Granted, he was friends with everyone in Hogwarts, well... not EVERYONE, but he at least had his tight knit friends.

Melrose smiled as he took a step closer to her so that they were only inches apart from each other. "My summer was amazing. What about you? How was your summer?" She asked him with a smirk as she glanced up at him. He had grown quite a few inches over summer and his body had filled out nicely and she wondered why she loved summer so much. Then she ginned a little wickedly when he told her she had grown up quite a bit over the summer and looked good. "Thanks. You filled out quite nicely too." She told him as she ran her hand lightly down his arm as she looked at him. "You've gotten quite taller too." She said smiling as she hung her pointer finger lightly on her bootom lip as she looked up at him.

James stared at her a moment, then suddenly laughed. "No, no, no. Mel, really. No seducing me." He laughed quietly, though he didn't move away from her or look away from her. "Something could happen." He murmured, bringing his voice down intimately.

She had grown nicely over the summer, he could see that much. She was very pretty, and she had filled out nicely as well. James had been working out a lot over the summer, so he was of course, ripped.

The first day of school was always the hardest for the girl. It wasn't the preparations the night before, not the outfit she'd wear on the train, not what the handsome boy of her dreams would think about her this year. No, it was the sight of all of the students saying goodbye to their parents, mommies and daddies wishing their children a fantastic year and telling them to stay out of trouble. It was seeing that that shattered Belle's weakly beating heart. Nobody understood her pain, nobody that she knew anyway. Even though he was the boy that her parents were out to get for a while, Belle could deeply, strongly sympathize with the great Harry Potter. He grew up without his parents, so maybe there was hope for her after all.

Maribelle jumped lightly when a delicate hand was placed upon her shoulder, turning her head to see that it was none other than her adoptive mother. The one who had cared for Maribelle the past eight years. Of course, she would wish Belle a great year at Hogwarts, but it wasn't the same. Belle would never be able to write home to her parents about her week, or how Ravenclaw whipped the pants off of Hufflepuff in Quidditch the other night. "I'm going to get my things on now, I'll see you at Christmas." she smiled charmingly towards the woman before picking up her belongings and heading towards the large crimson train.

It wasn't long before Belle found herself roaming the cramped corridor of the Hogwarts Express, searching desperately for an empty compartment. She was thankful that she had convinced her adoptive mother to come early, just for that reason. It wasn't the fact that Belle didn't like sitting with other people, she just hated asking. The thought of being rejected was just too much for her to bear. Her pale blue eyes lit up when she laid eyes upon an empty compartment towards the back, and she took the liberty of claiming it first. She set her satchel down on the seat, crossed her legs, and looked out the window, ignoring the hustle and bustle in the corridor.

Melrose laughed as she opened the compartment door next to them which was empty. Then she leaned against the door frame and placed her hand on her hip as she looked at him with a smirk. "No seducing you? Really?" She asked him with a smirk and a raised eyebrow and then she smirked even more wickedly when he whispered about how something could happen. She placed one hand on his chest and the other on his shoulder as she went up on her tippy toes so that her mouth was level with his ear. "What if I want something to happen?" She whispered seductively in his ear as she lingered there a little longer.

He really had filled out nicely over the summer and was pretty riped. He must of been working out alot over the summer and she could feel the muscles in his chest and his arms. So she simply could not resist herself and she could tell he was trying his hardest to resist her too, but he was slowly giving in.

As much as Violet loved her cousin she was starting to get tired of their fighting. She grabbed Amelia's arm causing her to look at her alarmed. "Come on, let's go make new friends." The Hufflepuff said causing her cousin to look panicked. "I won't make you talk. Just come on." Violet said leaving the compartment, she saw Amelia hesitate before following her.

Violet wandered down the halls for a while passing other students before coming upon a compartment with only one girl in it. Violet carefully opened the door while Amelia just stood outside unsure of what to do. "Hi," Violet greeted as she took a seat across from the girl. "Mind if I sit with you for a while? My cousins were arguing and it was starting to get on my nerves." She admitted as she looked at the girl (Maribelle). "I don't think we've met before. I'm Violet Wood and that's my cousin Amelia Pierce. She doesn't talk much." Violet explained while Amelia just gave a shy wave as she remained standing right outside the compartment.

James let out a slow breath as she whispered in his ear. Was this the same girl? Yes, it was. If not, who cared? She was hott. He placed his hand on the wall, leaning close to her, staring her straight in the eyes. "Oh?" He murmured. She wanted something to happen, huh? Or was she playing with him?

He stared her in the eyes, trying to figure out if she was serious or not. He had made out with a lot of girls over his years, he didn't mind adding a mark to it. But, Mel... he knew her. He wouldn't do that. They were friends. And plus, there was Adam. That could get awkward.

"Well, Mel, what do you want to happen?" He asked quietly, breathing in the scent of her perfume, gliding his nose against her neck, his breath warm against her skin.

Another slight jump escaped Maribelle's body as the sound of her compartment door sliding open rang through her ears. Her eyes shifted from the window to the source of the noise to find two girls, one sitting down across from her, and the other shyly lingering at the door. A nervous but kind smile stretched across her pink lips. "Oh, well, sure." she replied, her voice timid, the complete opposite of which someone would expect from someone that looked like her. She wasn't exactly something to cringe at.

Belle looked at the girl who lingered at the door, who Violet had introduced as Amelia. "It's okay, I'm not much of a talker either.." she blushed, her hands coming up to play with the ends of her thick, dark locks. It was important to her that she always kept her hair freshly cut, because she loved the way it felt. Just because she was shy, didn't mean she didn't care about her looks. "My name is Maribelle Stark." she introduced herself. This was probably the longest conversation she had ever held with someone, which was saying something. For her anyway. Inside, she had hoped she would make some long lasting friends this year, not acquaintances that didn't even bother greet her in the hallway.

Girls didn't tend to like her very much, bratty species they were.

Violet beamed as she motioned for Amelia to sit down. "Well you've said more then Amelia has so far so I do consider you a talker." Amelia just stuck her tongue out as she sat down next to her cousin and offered Maribelle a smile. "Hello," Amelia said softly, almost to the point where Violet had to strain to hear her. "It's nice to meet you Maribelle. So what house are you in? I'm a Hufflepuff myself, and Amelia here is a little genius Ravenclaw like most of my cousins. I'm the lone Hufflepuff in the family." She admitted as she crossed her legs. "You might know my family, or at least of them. Anastasia Flerko? Fyodor Flerko? Bridget Heinrich? Amelia here? Or even Charlotte Garrett although she isn't technically family. She might as well be though for how much time her family spends with mine." Violet babbled. Amelia just sent Maribelle a look that said 'She always does this. Sorry.'

xxxxxxxxxxxxx"I won't hesitate no more, no more. This is our fate; I'm Yours."

Melrose grinned as she listened to him let out a deep breath when she whispered in his ear. She stared him straight in the eyes when he did so and she felt herself fall a little short of breath as she looked into his blue eyes. Her expression that she gave him was nothing but seriousness and she thought to make it clear she wasn't messing with him or anything. Sure she had made out with alot of other guys in her past years, but she had never done it with a guy like James. She didn't even care if they were friends and in fact that sort of made it a little more fun. Like they had a dirty little secret between them everytime they saw each other and plus if he enjoyed it and may want to hook up again she was always there.

Then again there was Adam, but did he really have to know? Definatley not. She wasn't about to tell him and she was 100% sure that James was not going to tell him anytime soon, so he didn't need to know. Then she smiled when he asked what exactly she wanted to happen. "Oh I don't know. We make out, there ma be some some wandering hands, the slightest unbuttoning of shirts, an exchange of hot breath, and then we go our own ways and see each other at dinner." She said with a smirk and then she groaned slightly when she felt his nose glide against her neck and his hot breath on her neck. She then leaned forward and traced her lips down his neck and nipped slightly at his neck. "So what do you say?" She said breathing heavily on his neck with her warm breath.

Maribelle listened to Violet go on about her family, meanwhile, her heart was breaking to itty bitty pieces. How wonderful her life must be to have so many people to love her! Maribelle could only dream for a large family like hers, how extremely unfortunate that both of her parents were only children, and so was she. 'Thanks mum and dad..' she grumbled in her head and looked up at the roof of the ceiling as if she were talking to them. She brought her gaze back down to Violet and gave her a small shrug.

"I'm in Ravenclaw too, sixth year." she responded. "I have seen most your family, I'm a very observant person. It should be a fact that they do make up seventy-five percent of the Ravenclaw house." she giggled. Maribelle was a bit taken aback by her laughter, having not done that in the longest (no exaggeration) time. "You see, I know who many people are, however, I've never had an actual... consistent friend." she admitted, feeling pathetic. She wanted the least to sound desperate, but the truth was the truth.

"To be honest, this the most I've spoken to someone in years. I don't even talk to my adoptive parents this much." she added, a blush surfacing to her cheeks, causing them to become a light shade of crimson against her tan skin.

Violet was shocked that she knew all that about her family. Seventy-five percent? She looked at Amelia for confirmation only to see her nod impressed. Apparently the girl was correct. "Impressive. Well it's nice to meet another Ravenclaw. My mom and all my aunts were Ravenclaws. I'm the first Hufflepuff in the York line." Violet admitted. But she couldn't help but feel a bit bad for the girl, no consistent friends. Well Violet was determined to change that. "Well now you have a friend in me. And Amelia here, although she probably won't say much she'll still have your back." Violet promised before thinking. "How about you come sit with us? Not me and Violet, although we'd be there-" Amelia cut her off when she realized she was just going to confuse the girl. "What she means is, would you like to sit with the rest of our family. The argument should of stopped by now and you can meet some other Ravenclaws." Violet nodded impressed that Amelia had just said all that. "What she said. What do you say?"

Belle had been experiencing a lot of firsts in the past ten minutes. Her first ongoing conversation, her first sign of laughter, and now, her first full fledged smile. Her pearly whites were revealed in a beaming smile, the first time she had been truly happy! And her first official pair of friends. "Do you really mean that? That's wonderful!" she exclaimed, pale blue eyes shifting back and forth from Violet to Amelia.

Receiving the invitation to go sit with them with the rest of their family was even more good news, perhaps things would finally start to turn around for her this year. Belle suddenly grew hesitant, wondering if they were just being nice because they felt bad. "I hope you don't feel inclined to be my friends, I mean, you don't have to do if you really don't want to." she said softly, her hands coming up to wrap around her own shoulders as if she was hugging herself lightly.

"But I would love it a lot to go sit with you and your family." she grinned weakly. The girl needed to calm herself down, this was all very overwhelming. Even so, she still refused to write her 'parents' at home. Belle knew for a fact that they never cared for their bothersome Death Eater's daughter, as much as they tried to hide it behind their fake smiles. It was cruel of the ministry to place Belle under the care of an Auror family, right after the lot of them had murdered her parents. Plain cruel.

Violet scoffed at the idea that she was forcing herself to be friends with the girl. "Trust me, we want to be your friends. If we were doing this out of pity we would of befriended one of the Slytherins." Amelia cracked a smile at that as she headed out of the compartment and back to the one that held her family. "And we really do mean it. Us Ravenclaws and Ravenclaw alum children have to stick together. Plus you seem nice, and I'm always aiming to befriend the nice people here." Violet explained as she led the way back to her families compartments. She stopped outside of Fyodor and Bridget's compartment first to see them locked in an intense game of wizard chess. "We won't sit with them, but best to let you meet them. They tend to hang out with us a lot and if you're going to be hanging out with us then you best meet them." Violet explained as she rapped on the door causing the pair to look up. "Fyodor, Bridget, I want you to meet my new friend Maribelle. Maribelle this is Fyodor, a fellow 6th year Ravenclaw." Fyodor gave her a grin and a wave.

"Nice to see you again Maribelle." Fyodor greeted. He remembered her from a few of his classes as well as dinner. He knew her to be quiet and shy, but she always seemed very nice to him. Pretty too, but he'd never gotten the courage to actually talk to her. He didn't have Violet's bubbliness. "And this is Bridget. She's a 6th year Gryffindor."

Bridget immediately gave the girl a grin as she tried to place her, only to come up blank. She probably had a class with the girl though, that much she was certain off. "It's really nice to meet you Maribelle." Bridget said as she commanded one of her chess pieces to move. "Check," Bridget said causing Fyodor to look down and frown. Violet shook her head as she led Maribelle to the other compartment. "Maribelle this is Anastasia, and that's Charlotte. Both 5th year Ravenclaws." Anastasia looked up from her book and gave Maribelle a grin and a wave. "Hi, you can call me Anna, or Stasia. Only my mother and brother call me Anastasia." Violet waved a hand as Charlotte introduced herself. "I'm Charlotte, you can call me Char though."

Violet looked back at Maribelle. "That's everyone. We have some other cousins but they aren't here yet. Anastasia's father's family is just as big as ours. This is only Anastasia's mothers side."

Maribelle stood up, grabbing her satchel and throwing it over her shoulder. She had the attire of any normal girl, tight fitting jeans, a black tank top, black sneakers, and her mother's snake necklace. It was the last thing she had of her mother, and her father's emerald ring dangled from the same chain around her neck. If life had gone as planned for Belle, there was no doubt she'd end up in Slytherin, but alas, nothing ever goes according to plan now does it?

As they stopped at a compartment, Maribelle poked her head in to see Fyodor and Bridget. A smile illuminated her features as she waved quietly. "Hello there, nice to officially meet the both of you." she spoke softly, chiseling away at her shell from the inside. It sure was hard work, and she hadn't quite struck the surface yet, but she was indeed breaking ground. Belle had never seen Bridget before, but she knew of Fyodor. He was in a load of her classes each year, and he had only grown more handsome each time she had seen him. Belle wouldn't be surprised to see girls lingering on his every word, the thought made her chuckle to herself.

Belle gave a final wave before they moved on to the next compartment where some more of her cousins were. She had come to learn that meeting people was quite fun, and she enjoyed it a lot. She hadn't known that so many people would accept her as quick as they did, but now she knew, and she loved it. "Hello, it's nice to meet you. You can call me Belle if you'd like, or Mari. Either is fine." she responded.

"Wow, you're so lucky to have such a big family. I bet it's nice." she smiled softly, tucking a section of dark hair behind her ear. Sure there must have been the occasional bickering amongst the lot, but that was normal for any family. At least they would always have each other.
