GOD! It was about time that the two intruders left her personal space bubble. How dare they! This was Estella’s campsite that she claimed as her own, and they just came out of nowhere and tried to act all friendly towards her. How rude! Were they raised in a barn?! With an annoyed sigh, Estella watched as both invaders were well out of her sight.
Now there was another problem at hand; the leak in her tent. She looked up at the tear, trying to figure out the best way to take care of it. If only she had more experience with camping. Wait. Scratch that. She didn't want any experience with camping. It was a barbaric activity and this was probably going to be not only the first but also the last camping trip Estella would ever go on. Sighing angrily, she began to think about how to go about fixing this problem. She could go and see if there was someone that could help her, but that was never going to happen. Even she had to wonder what the hell was wrong with her that caused her to think like that. Estella? Ask someone for help? Preposterous! She did have a reputation to uphold.
After a few moments of thinking, Estella came up with an idea. If she couldn't fix the hole in the roof, then the least she could do would be to poke at the water and get it to roll down the sides of the tent to alleviate some of the pressure. There was a good chance of it not working, but at this point she was ready to try anything. Before she did that, however, she moved all of her stuff, or at least the few things she had that held any meaning to her, out of the way in case anything bad happened. Going out into the rain, Estella grabbed a stick, giving a look of disgust at how dirty it was, and went back into her tent. She positioned herself under the hole, and sighed once again.
Well…it was now or never.
With one final sigh, Estella shoved the stick right into the roof of the tent and watched as someone the water was pushed up and slowly trickled down the sides. For a moment, she smiled a bit at how her plan was working. Perhaps this trip could be salvaged after all.
But then all hell broke loose.
It would seem that Estella had waited too long to move the water, and the combination of the buildup of water and the force of the stick caused the hole in the tent to grow in size until there was a gaping hole right in the roof. And all the water fell right onto Estella, soaking her through and through.
…At least it washed the mud off.
The roof of the tent bounced back as if nothing had ever happened, and Estella was left there with an unwanted sunroof. She tried really hard to hold her rage and aggression in, but she couldn't; she let out a loud scream, and she didn't care if anyone heard her. Mumbling some curses to herself, Estella exited her tent, but stayed on her porch, and angrily plopped down in one of the chairs. She sat there, glaring at the rain as it fell. "Stupid ******** rain. I hate camping, and I will kill whoever came up with this idea. This was a stupid trip."
