~•~Hinata Hyuuga~•~
"I won't run away anymore!"
Hinata was calmly walking through the crowded streets of the Konoha market, it seemed that people still needed those last minutes of shopping. Occasionally bumping into a few people and apologizing not a moment later, she somehow found her way towards the outer parts of the marketplace without tearing her kimono or snagging her hair on a passing cart. She looked down at her sandals and hem of her furisode, sighing with relief that it hadn't gotten dirty from the small scuffles of her 'escape'.
The pale Heiress' relief didn't last for long. As soon as she thought it was safe, the ever excitable knucklehead --that she just so happened to be head over heels for-- was heading straight for her. She just needed to stay calm, yes that was it, calm. Calm. Calm. Calm. There was no need to faint, no need to blush, he had just popped out of nowhere and was most likely just in the same place by coincidence. She may of actually done it too, if a handful of what were --to the bashful Hyuuga-- some of the most beautiful flowers she'd ever seen. They may of just been weeds or someone's prized flowers that they worked so hard to raise from nothing but seeds, but seeing as how her childhood crush was giving them to her, that just made them all the more special. Her eyes almost seemed to glisten as she stared down silently into the petals and leaves, their scent still very fresh. They must of just been picked. But did Hinata care? No, not one bit. It was the boy holding them that was currently racing through her mind.
"Naruto-kun.... got me flowers.."
The porcelain girl's pearly fingers wrapped around the base of the flowers, her eyes a little nervous to drift upward at the very man that had offered them to her in the first place. Her cheeks began to heat up as she heard the blonde's voice, her head feeling quite light. Shyly, she stuck her face into the bouquet of flowers to try and distract herself. A few inaudable mumbles came from her hidden pair of lips as she spoke. It probably sounded like something along the lines of 'these flowers smell really nice~!'. But as to what she really said, was still very much a mystery.
Hinata's hand made, or rather spider made, silk kimono was made of a fine shimmering ocean blue, lined with navy trim and designs. Her long navy blue locks had been half pulled up with a butterfly clip and finely combed. Around her neck was the very same 'yin-yang' pendant that Naruto had given to her at christmas time. She seemed to not have taken it off since the day she opened the tiny giftwrapped box, much to Hiashi and Neji's annoyance. Though it was a tiny trinket that Naruto had probably been attracted to from its shineyness, Hinata had grown very much attached to it.
Hinata's rosey face softly looked up at her golden headed escort, trying so very hard to not faint like she had done so many times. That usually resulted in Naruto carrying her home or her awakening to Naruto being scolded by one of her dear friends. Her faint irises seemed to sparkle against the whites of her eyes as she looked to the highly energetic ninja, at a slight loss of what to say. Before she knew it, her foolish little lips had begun to move on their own.
"It was a very nice morning today... wasn't it?.."
Her voice was meek, and soft, but at least time it was able to be heard. The Hyuuga herself almost couldn't hear herself over the rapid pounding within her chest. She truely was nervous and needed to desperately relax.
