Getting away from the genin was quite difficult but she finally had them get back to their original studies at their academy. she hurried towards the direction she was normally going and finally stopped when she approached Shouichi and Minaka. She was approaching from the side and slowly made her way, taking her bow in hand, "So you come all this way just to find an arrow of mine, are you that persistent Minaka. That arrow doesn't work for anyone unless you shoot it from this bow." Arianna spoke out rather calmly. She was rather calm most of the time and when she got closer, she leaned onto her large bow before studying Minaka's movements and reading her body language. "Do not call him a b*****d, Minaka. He's the Kazekage and you could be reprimanded for your actions. You are a shinobi from the leaf village, and my brother entrusted you as a resident after everything. You are the daughter of Sasuke and Karin and you are the middle child, you are too much like your father and still my brother accepted you into the village. Don't lead the wrong way, return home before your actions become unforgivable." Arianna stated. She then looked at Shouichi in case he had anything to say.

Aimi was surprised by the smoke and commotion. It was then that Shouichi instructed her to calm the villagers, who were panicking. Aimi herself was growing worried She nodded and just as he did he took off. Aimi took a deep breath and leapt down on the streets. "Everyone please calm down and go inside the nearest building! " She cupped her hands to her mouth and called out to the Villagers. A few were listening to her. Aimi frowned. Aimi jumped onto a nearby building and repeated her instructions. They began to recognize her and listen to her. That was good. I hope big brother catches whoever is doing this. She thought.

Tobirama Uzumaki
Tobi had noticed there was some commotion in the village. It would serve as a distraction, as he stuck to the shadows. He was going to be careful enough to avoid detection, but realized that he would need to expedite the process by getting directions by force. He spotted an Anbu heading to where the commotion was. He quickly got a hold of the person and stabbed them with a kunai at a spot that was not vital, but would be rather painful. "your going to answer my questions or I will keep twisting" he replied in a cold tone. He had been using torture to make his point clear. He was not above using a few dirty handed tactics to get the results he was after. This was not the time for sentimentality. His efforts would help end the war and ascertain if the band of mercenaries founded by Sasuke were a threat or not.

Once he got what he needed he dropped the man to the ground and decided that leaving him alive would be problematic and finished the job. He cleaned off the kunai and continued on his way. It was very similar to his grandfather's kunai and used for the flying thunder god technique. He was somewhat curious to the situation, but was more focused on his current mission. That and him not having witness to his actions would keep things between the leaf and sand calm. He found what he was looking for and planned to try and escape with the documents. His next objective was to look for a specific member of the group. His main focus was to get out of the village. While his mask may cover his face there was the chance that someone would stop him to ask questions and he did not exactly need that.

Hotaru Uchiha -- Tsukuyomi Second In Command

Hotaru continues to walk down the Village streets. She knew Jin would cave soon. She smirked. Hotaru had two older sisters; Lucy and Minaka. Hotaru never really knew Lucy, and Minaka and her were fine, until the elder Uchiha suddenly became a b***h. Oh well, she didn't need them in her life. Their father had entrusted an important task to her, and not her elder sisters. Hotaru held on to that. At times she did miss her mother. I'll have to visit her later. She made a mental note. Hotaru would always make time for what she wanted. Just as she predicted, Jin approached her not long after.... along with a briefcase. "I was able to scrounge up the remaining money....with an.....unrelated gift. " He informed her in a low tone, handing the case to her. She smiled briefly before inspecting the case in case it was rigged or bugged. Once it was cleared, she turned around. "Pleasure doing business with you Jin." She began to leave the village towards the docks. Hotaru was confident he wouldn't cheat her out of many. He knew she'd retaliate if he did. Hotaru's next step was to leave the Land of Water.

Kazuya had returned back to the Hidden Leaf Village since the plan against the Hidden Sound had changed. The Village had to work to avoid being dragged into a war between Iwagakure and Sunagakure. Since the Hidden Leaf was allied with both it was going to require some quick thinking and someone with cunning to keep things from boiling over. Kazuya was well aware of the fact that he was being pulled back from the current fighting to keep an eye on the head of the root division. It was somewhat anoying since he was not in the mood to be playing politics and preferred to be in the front lines with his comrades. The good news was he would get the chance to see his children. Though the first thing on his list of things to do was to pay a visit to the Hokage. He made his way to his office and entered through the window. He had happened to hear the conversation going on.

"oh good one more problem to add to the list" he replied in a sarcastic tone. "I came to report in" he replied, as he waited for a few minutes. He figured that another team would be sent for what was going on in Sunagakure. He looked at Talon while keeping a normal expression on his face. "it's not exactly the policy of the Leaf Village to turn away potential allies" he replied. That policy runs the risk of collecting traitors that would back-stab the village at the drop of a hat, but that seemed like a small risk. He shifted his attention back to the Hokage since he had other things to focus on for the time being.

Shouichi's eyes narrowed when the woman seemed to be surprised that he was the Kazekage He stayed that way, slightly annoyed when she began laughing at him. He in no way intended to harm her, he just wanted her to stop running to get some answers. Shouichi did not flinch when she threw the arrow back at his feet. She then explained that she was hunting down one of Arianna Hatake's arrows. He recalled the girl, she was the younger sister of the current Hokage Mizuno. The woman added that she didn't harm anyone and told him to get out of her sight. And called him a b*****d on top of that. Not many things fazed him, but would not sit back be insulted in his own Village. When he sensed another person, he glanced in the direction and spotted Arianna Hatake walking towards them. Before he could say anything Arianna began to berate the woman -Minaka - and in doing so revealed that Minaka was the child of Sasuke and Karin, who was given a chance by the Hokage. When she was finished, he spoke up.

Shouichi cleared his throat. " I am the Eighth Kazekage Shouichi Takamine and you will show me some respect." He told the woman in a serious tone, unfazed by the awkwardness of having been defended. He did appreciate it. " I will not have you scaring my people over a stupid arrow you could have easily asked to retrieve." Shouchi told Minaka. The man sighed, looking Minaka over. "Seeing as how no one was hurt, I will not arrest you." He informed her. " You will not be permitted to enter my Village without my permission or consent from the Hokage. I do not want you here of your own accord. Someone from the Leaf will have to escort you from now on. Upon arrival, you will my Sand Ninja that will escort you around the Village, is that clear?" Shouichi was final. He did not want her, especially now that he knew she was an Uchiha, to just stroll around his Village.

✂ Minaka was just getting more irritated and aggravated by the minute. She rolled her eyes and crossed her arms before nodding to herself, listening to Arianna and then listening to Shouichi talk-- which sounded like forever. No s**t she knew that he was the eigth Kazekage, why would he tell her that yet again? She rolled her eyes once more to look at Arianna and then back to Shouichi.

"Both of you, out of my sight... NOW!" she yelled. She held her head as if they were giving her a headache.

She turned, "Ugh, Arianna I will find a way! And I will get through you too mister!" she hollered as she pointed at the long haired kazekage. She stepped up onto the roof of a building and made her leave of the sand village rather quickly and disturbingly.

Rubbing her temples, Arianna felt as if she had a headache herself. She listened to Minaka and paid no mind to it until she started pointing. She went to say something but Minaka had already made her leave and quickly. Picking up the arrow Minaka threw at Shouichi, Arianna stood up straight and dusted the arrow off before placing it in her quiver. She nodded to the kazekage with a small bow. "I do apologize for her, I came here quickly after finding out she took off." with that, she brushed herself off and stepped back once she realized she was too close to him.

She blushed and turned away. "Mind I stay here for the night. traveling back home is dangerous at this time." she responded shyly and quietly before turning back to face him, "Besides, the genin of this village seemed to like my appearance, I think I will spend the rest of the day teaching them, is that okay with you...Shouichi?" she laced her hands together behind her back.

Shouichi rolled his eyes after the drama queen Uchiha left. Once she left his sight, he turned to make sure she was heading out of the Village. He found it somewhat amusing that she acted like she was the cat's meow. When Arianna apologized for her behavior he turned to face her. He found himself laughing. "Is she always that dramatic? Don't worry about it. She isn't your concern." He replied, now calming down from his outburst. "Although it's a shame she hadn't acquired her father's brooding silences he was known for." Shouichi had met the man once before when he was younger and had stories of the infamous Uchiha. He was brushing off the incident at the moment, but he would have to send the Hokage a message via Messenger Hawk.

Shouichi listened as Arianna asked to spend the night and to also teach some Genin. "Of course you are more than welcome to stay for the night Arianna!" He exclaimed. " You needn't ask. As for teaching the Genin....as long as it doesn't interfere with missions or any trainings their Sensei may have, I have no problem with you helping them a bit." He replied with a smile. " You may pick which ever Inn you would like to stay in at no expense of yours of course." Tourism was thing the Village relied on, but he did not mind making an exception for the Hokage little sister and powerful ninja in her own right. Shouichi was surprised and grateful for her support in the dispute with the Uchiha woman.

She fixed her hair before listening to him; she laughed. "Minaka has always been, so far that I've known, distance. She has an older sister and a younger sister but they do not reside in the leaf village that I know of. I have been ill the past few weeks and I have just recovered last night." she responded softly. Her voice was tender and quiet, but was usually always talkative once one got to know her.

"I think I will stop at cafe. Would you like to join me, Shouichi?" she asked shyly. She unfolded her hands from her back and allowed them to strap on her large bow before re-attaching her quiver. She smiled tenderly once again before sending him a glance.

Mizuno was working once again before he had noticed Talon come in. It had seemed that Minaka had betrayed the village. He wanted to give people the chance and not judge them based on their past. That seems to have landed him into trouble a few times. He was going to need deal with the now rouge ninja. If possible he was going to look for an available team to send after her. There was enough problems to deal with at the present time. So one more rouge ninja was not exactly acceptable considering the reputation of the Uchiha Clan. He had noticed Kazuya arrive through his usual means. "Yes you are required for the task of meeting with the Kage of Iwagakure" he replied throwing him the mission details that were on a scroll. "The Leader of Root Division will be leading it and your my eyes and ears for the task" he replied.

He looked through a stack of papers and came with a solution. "Talon gather the members of team 7" he replied, as he had a specific mission for the chunnin team. It was a bit of a gamble since the team had just formed, but they collectively had experience. Each member was a chunnin so it was to be expected that they had already been in a number of life or death experiences.

Akiro Terumi Namizo~ The 8th Mizukage

Akiro was at his desk, procrastinating over paper work that has been long due on one side of his desk while the other side had been paper work he had slowly been filing since yesterday when the graduates of the kirigakure ninja academy had finally received their headbands, Akiro was proud to say that one of the graduates was his very own daughter which now lead him into taking a look at each of the genin squads in order to assign them to a jonin. "I guess this will take up quite a bit of time..." Akiro muttered to himself as he looked around his office, noticing how quiet it's been. All day Akiro has been working on paper work, though he would think at times like these the village would need the kind of leader that would be going out more to face anything in his path, but at the moment it has been quiet in this part of the country. Akiro continued on with his paper work with a defeated sigh as he knew it was going to be one of those days. As he worked on his paper work a jonin walked in and notified him that he had a visitor and it was up to him if he wanted the visitor to come in, of course giving approval for the guest to arrive, it wasn't all that shocking to see that it was his daughter who walked in with her brand new headband around her neck. It only took a second for Akiro to notice how his daughter wore her headband.

"Ah Umiko, a sight like yourself reminds me of the fact that time flies by way too fast and I have to savor moments like this,..." Akiro implied as he got up from his desk and walked over to Umiko as he gently wrapped his arms around her and giving her a hug before he then untied her head band from around her neck. "Hey! What's that for!?" Umiko cried out, vexed at her father as he placed her headband to her forehead and tied it around her head. "Really dad? Really?" Umiko asked with a chuckle and furrowed brows as Akiro simply chuckled. "Yes really, you know how much I hate that look, you're a ninja and this headband isn't just a fashion statement you know." Akiro replied as he patted Umiko on the head before walking back over to his desk, sitting down as he finished up the last bit of the one side of paper work that needed to be done. Umiko frowned at her father's words before she then walked over to him, watching him as he did paper work.

"This is what you've been doing all day huh?" Umiko asked as Akiro got a hold of more paper work. "You mean all week...Yep..." Akiro corrected as he looked over at Umiko, staring for a moment before taking the stack of finished paper work and holding it out to her, dropping it as she then caught it with her hands. "Here's your first mission genin, take that downstairs will ya? And be careful, you could get seriously hurt if you fall down the stairs and all that paperwork is vital for our village's survival so deliver it safely this is like an A-class mission here." Akiro joked with a grin as Umiko stuck her tongue out at him. "Haha very funny..." Umiko muttered as she proceeded in taking the finished paper work downstairs, leaving Akiro to finish with the remaining paper work on his desk.

Hotaru had traveled far in a short amount of time, but she was running out of supplies. She would have to stop by the Hidden Mist Village. It wouldn't be for long, but it was necessary. While she didn't like the idea, as long as she didn't use her Sharingan she should be fine. After a few hours, she made it to the Village. Using a fake I.D. and her Sharingan, she was allowed in. As proud as she was, she couldn't get caught. Hotaru wasn't sure if she was wanted or not, but she wasn't going to take that chance. The girl wandered around, gathering some supplies. This place seems pretty dull.... She though taking in the sights, not really impressed.

Shouichi listened as Arianna explained that she'd always been like that and that she had an older and younger sister, and as far as she knew, they weren't in the Leaf Village. She then explained that she was recovering from an illness. "Glad to hear that you're feeling better." He replied. Arianna mentioned that she was going to head to a café and asked Shouichi to join her. "I would like to, but first I need to check on my sister and the ressure the village that we are not under attack." He informed her. "How bout I meet you in a half hour?"

She was making sure her bow and quiver were attached when she brought her attention back to Shouichi when he informed her that he would be more then happy to join her. She nodded her head once he stated to give him an hour and she smiled in an understanding manner. "Do what you need to, I'm the sister to the hokage, I know how all that is. I should be heading home tomorrow some time so that my brother doesn't worry or wonder where I am. Him and I been watching each other's backs since the day I was born haha." she brushed herself and waved, "I will see you in an hour than!" she didn't think there was much Minaka could do to this place anyway, if she really was just obtaining an arrow, then she shouldn't have caused much. But to Arianna's knowledge, Minaka was no longer in the village and she wondered if word got out quickly-- no doubt her brother would send a team to look for her. Man must he be disappointed. My brother does nothing but try to give people chances and she ended up messing that up. Ari sighed to herself quietly. She looked back to Shouichi and all she could do was smile to hide her real issues behind. She would speak to Shouichi later and she decided to drop some things off in a hotel where the keeper was more then welcome to give her a room of choice by the kazekage.

"Aye... the kazekage needn't have to give me my own choice of room." she said to herself before stretching. She laid back onto the bed and stared at the ceiling wondering what her brother was up to now and wondered if she should return home tonight or wait until tomorrow. She pondered on the thought but shook her head, perhaps staying here, getting to know Shouichi would be a good thing? Arianna was never able to meet people. Well...besides her team anyway. She shook her head and leaned up before staring out the window.

Smiling once more, she grabbed her bow and quiver once again after a while and left the hotel room and made way more into the village to the cafe. There she took a seating at one of the outside tables they had tapped onto the rim of the glass the waitress handed her. Arianna then became silent as thoughts started to raddle up in her mind, confusion and threats was all she could think of.
