Welcome to Gaia! ::

After killing the young boy, the scarfed ninja stalked through the forest, his single visible eye darting back and forth, searching for who knows what. Passing the tree Minakou slept in, he glanced up at her. Though she looked familiar to him, he couldn't match a name to her face. Not a threat, not a challenge, he thought, continuing to walk through the woods, his katana's point dragging through the dirt, leaving a trail of blood from its previous victim.
As the young man strode on, he began humming in a low tone, humming a song he remembered from... something. He just could not remember. Not that he cared what it was from, either. Just that it was in his head and he wanted. It. Out.
He didn't stop walking, walking over a lake, walking through a small village-while killing everyone in the process-till he found himself in the old Akatsuki hideout. Looking up in the large cave, he drove his katana into the stone ground, staring at the familiar place. This... is familiar... Don't like it he thought, narrowing his eyes. He could only remember leaving this place and the people who had once met in here for a good reason. And now he wanted to kill all of them, one by one.
He had been tracking the the group he had learned to be the Akatsuki-also a familiar thing to him-for a long time, and he had at last found a trace of their existence. So he destroyed it, the cave crumbling to the ground. He left the demolished base, going on with his travel to find the Akatsuki.

As soon as she heard the katana against the ground and smelled blood, she awakened, alert and ready to defend herself, a shuriken at ready. Seeing Tobi though, a smile lit up her face. It soon left when Tobi seemed to have ignored her. Something was up. She could smell it. He was different. Completely. And she wanted to find out why. Hopping off the tree quietly, she followed him around, wanting to see what was up.

Tobi sensed someone was following him. But he didn't care. It wasn't Akatsuki. So it wasn't something worth attacking. Besides, the aura coming from the follower felt almost... warm to him. After a while of not finding any more Akatsuki traces, he began to simply meander about, and started to softly hum something that popped in his head that moment. Soon, his humming gained words. "Sometimes I'd stay up all night, wishing to God that I was the one that died. Sometimes there's not enough time. But I didn't know I'd love you so much. I didn't know I'd love you so much. I didn't know I'd love you so much. But I do...."
The song seemed to spark something in him. A word, and it meant much to him for some reason. Minakou. He stopped walking, thinking hard of why that name was so important. Failing to think it up, he tried saying it out-loud, see if it clicked any more trap doors open. "Minakou." His voice was monotone, but something in the back of his mind began to turn. Memories. Only a select few, but they did a number on the Uchiha. Blinking a few times, he turned to look where Minakou was, the only part of his face visible a questioning, red eye.

Hiding behind a tree, Minakou's soft face turned into one of worry when he spoke her face so monotonely. When he turned around though, she knew he had noticed her, then walked out from out of her hiding. She smiled weakly, staring down at her black ninja shoes. "Hello Tobi. Do you remember me?" The way he gave her that questioning look...SHe was afraid he had forgotten. It happened before, maybe it was happening again.

Tobi blinked. Tobi... That's me. he realized, remembering his name. His head lowered, his one visible looking at the ground. I forgot something really important, he thought guiltily. Minakou... he thought. She's important. More memories of the girl he loved so much made him glance up at her. His still crimson eye held a different feeling, now. It held regret. He shook his head guiltily at Minakou. "I... I can't... remember... anything," he said, his Sharingan changing from Mangekyou to the third-pronged stage.
He had forgotten it all. They had came. They had broken his mind, stole his memory. He didn't seem nearly as distressed when someone mentioned Madara as before-he didn't even remember the spirit still residing in him. All he had remembered was the organization's group that had killed Meikuno, destroyed his home, and even corrupted Tobi's mind. Now he remembered Minakou, and he regretted not remembering before.

Minakou said nothing, she just looked away. She couldnt bear seeing his face full of that horrible feeling. She held it so many times and it hurt. She didnt want to see it on his face. So, she looked up with a weak smile. "I havent seen you in a while, and all you can do is look at me? You didnt even break a smile." She muttered, trying to crack a joke. Make him laugh, anything.

Tobi chuckled nervously. He smiled a bit under the scarf as well. "Yeah... I was afraid you might get mad at me... for not seeing you," he said, looking at her. All he wanted to do before anything else was let Minakou know that he was sorry.

Minakou smiled sweetly, nodding. "I'm not mad anymore. I...I forgive you." She frowned.

Tobi looked at Minakou for a second before hugging her. My god... I hadn't realized how much I missed her... he thought. "I missed you," he said.
