" thanks .." was all she had said to the compliment she had worked hard over those 4 years to get where she was today and she was quite proud of her room.
When he had asked how long she had been here she was silent for a moment then closed her eyes trying to think " about 4 years, it took me a long time to complete my room" she said recalling how she started by slowly buying one thing at a time.
She now opened her eyes and one again she stared at the ceiling she appeared to be deep in thought, but in all truth she was just spacing out.

"Do you mind if I lie down next to you?" Acheron felt unsure what else to say or do.

Flora flicked her eyes over at him for a moment then back to the cuiling and said in her normal voice " If you really want to..."

Acheron slid over next to Flora and laid down next to her. He lay their staring at the ceiling with her, wondering what she was thinking. It took him a second to realize that his hand was over hers and he just decided to interlace his fingers with hers. He said nothing as he continued to stare at the ceiling. Many thoughts flew through his mind. 'What's she thinking about??? Did I make a bad choice by holding her hand??? Would she ever like me??? Will she ever be able to get over her past???' .... "What are you thinking about?"

Flora was so spaced out and in her own world that she didn't notice him holding her hand. The thing that knocked her out of her daze was him asking her what she was thinking about. " nothing... Just in my own world" in her world everything was different then in the real world in her own world all of the real worlds 'what if's' were real.this was pretty much all she did during her time she wasn't working.

Flora closed her eyes slowly and said in a very soft voice "" In my world all what if's in this world are real, whether they are good or bad. In my world something is always happening" she grinned to herself her grin wasn't a happy one but amused. Her world was in the dark and the light. Seeing both clash made the most interesting things in her mind .

Acheron thought it over. If the world were as she saw it... God damn life would be f*cking fantastic.... He almost laughed but held it back. So much good and bad could come from it, but he would definately prefer that world to the current one. He had to admit, imagining the world like that must be very intriguing. "I have a perfect what if in my mind right now... What if..." He gulped before continuing. "What if we kissed right now?"

Flora opened her eyes slowly and said bluntly " Well I would either smack you, kiss you back or not to anything." why would he ask that? she thought to herself somewhat confused
Flora had never been kissed before that is why she had three answers because she did not know how she would react or how her imaginary world would turn out in a situation like that.
She then closed her eyes again she so much preferred her own world to this one, sometimes she wished she could stay in it forever.

Flora kept her eyes closed as she said " I don't care what you do, a kiss is just a kiss." then thought to herself though I would rather keep my own world and reality separate... but what harm could it do? she then continued thinking what a strange boy... she took a deep breath slowly. Now she will learn what would happen if a what if came into the real world. She kept the amused grin off her face not wanting him to ask what it was about.

Acheron was overjoyed, but that was overridden by his nervousness. He had never kissed a girl before. He had barely ever even flirted... 'Sh!t what did I get myself into.... Well... there's no turning back now...' Acheron gulped once before turning on his side to face Flora. He put on hand on her waist as he slowly leaned over. He leaned down and placed a gentle, yet passionate kiss onto Flora's lips.

Flora did the 3rd thing she had mentioned which was nothing, she was in bit of shock that he had actually done it. So that's a kiss? she did not know how else to react to such a thing. Her thoughts stayed calm throughout the entire thing. She still wondered what was so special about a kiss, she thought of it as just touching skin. She had seen many people kiss throughout her time helping her father cheat. But she was guessing she looked nothing like those women when they kissed guys.

Acheron finally pulled back and looked into her eyes. 'Well she didn't kiss back, but atleast she didn't smack me....' It took Acheron a few seconds to realize that she was just staring at him in.. 'Confusion?' "You okay?" He felt dumb and didn't really know what to say. To be honest, half of his thoughts were still about how soft her lips were....

Flora sat up on the bed and replied " yes I am fine" she then stood up and walked over to her dresser where some purple flowers were sitting in a vase. She touched the petals delicately. A look of adornment was in her eyes. She was fond of those purple flowers and the smell that gave off. She always made sure that she would stop but the garden every other day and pick new ones to replace the old. The flowers always left her room smelling fresh and clean.
