Hell bent on our own destruction, that we never see coming....


10 years ago, a small castle built by a man who gave his soul to the darkness housed the most powerful beings of the continent. In the castle they lived in peace, with the slave trade being their strongest source of economy,social interactions, and politics. For a time, it was a small oasis of hope for the diminishing non-human population of the world. But like most places of hope, there was a larger power wanting to crush it. Half a century ago, the weakest of all humanoid beings became the strongest known force in the world. The great empire swallowed continent after continent whole. Only the small castle defied them. Impressed by the heroes of Cains Castle, the empire gave them a place in the empire, and the policy that shook it to it's core. Non-human and human kind living together, on equal grounds.

Today, the nonhumans hold a small minority in the noble house of the Impieral City, here, the survivors of Cains Castle live, only to become apart of a future I forsaw ten years ago. Former friends and allies will soon be enemies. Chaos will rule, and the flags of rebellion will raise.

The dye has been cast, and the rebellion has begun... but who will lead or destroy the revolution?... your story...begins now...

1; Be creative with your character. I swear if I find anything to do with amensia just to fill in the background/story then I'm going to ban you. Since I consider it laziness in character creation and you'll get a strike..

2. No character is god-like and best at everything.

3. You will required to make both master and slave to keep things even.

4. Keeping Rule 3 in mind. Do not solely create a master to buy your slave or vice versa.

5. There are no limits to how many characters you can have. You can set your own limits however if I find that you can't handle that then I'll set a limit for you. 2 characters per person is the intial starter limit.

6. Please submit your character profiles into Character Profile Reveiw Thread so it can be reviewed by either me or my vice captain within the guild of notifcation. (( all profiles are held within the Kisen Dori guild ))

7. I and my associates have the right to withdraw or add new laws at any time.

Before you may conduct your buisness within the Imperial City, we ask that you write out your papers to indicate where you belong within the city itself. All nobles will be directed to Hightown, and are more common residence will be directed to the Lowtown. Please make sure to specify your postion. Law Official: You are the backbone of the Imperial Army and Government. Your duty is to Emperor and country, fight for your nation, and she will reward you proudly.

Slaves: The majority of the cities population. Slaves and Commoners are all but forgottened and ignored by the Masters, unless of course there is buisness to be made from the Slaves.


Free Commoner: You are a free slave or a middle class citizen. Working hard for your pay and food, it is a hard life to live, but one day you'll be somebody.

Smuggler: You are a sly and silver tounged smuggler of Lowtown who happens to have more gold than you should. Masters would call you bandits,mercanaries,pirates and criminals. You call your self a salesman trying to make a living.

Slave: You are the lowest of the low. As a slave you are nothing but merchandise for a master to purchase and do with as they please.

A Cup of Tea with a Side of Reforms
Part 1

(( consider it opened, go crazy ))

The sound of a grandfather clock was the only sound coming from the quiet brown room. The carpet was a dark green with embroided designs, and bookshelves lined the walls with numerous files and records. A desk was in the center of the room, papers were neatly spralled about. A young man counted multipe coins on his desk while writing down records in a file book. The mans black and light blue suit was classy and stylish, his skin was pale white and his hair was slicked up in spiked tuffs. His blue eyes went from coin count to paper autonmously. His fingers flicked coins into piles and his other hand wrote down quick numbers, he kept a good speed till he slowed down stopping and sighing a bored sigh. Rubbign his forhead he stood up and walked to the window behind his overchair. Multiple pictures of himself and other people sat on other tables. Lookign out he saw it was another busy day in Hightown, many people with their familes or buisness associates wandered about, A lumbering light gray skinned beast walked past the window bellowing quietly. It's back carrying supplies and citizens, it slolwy walked it's way past the crowds down another street. It was just another day in the Empire, void of the problems of the world, void of reason to question the abilities of government and sufferage. The man picked up his cup and sipped from it, knowing he'd have to work a bit quicker to enjoy the day later.

The door of the young's man office was slowly opened as girl dressed in a elegantly white knee lenght dress and blue cardigan carrying a nicely filled ring-binder file and two nicely filled money bags struggled with opening the door. She grunted softly as she opened it enough to slipped her small and slender body into the office before the door closed on her. After regaining her composer, she looked the young man before walking over to his desk.
"Hi Demitri!" she said brightly. "Dad brought more money for you to count but you can leave it for a another time." she said as she placed the money bags and invoices and what not in empty space on the desk. "Oh and thought you might like a cupcake. Me and Elijah made a fresh batch today" She said taking the cupcake that was carefully placed on the ring-binder and placing it next to Demitri's tea.

Demitri turned around seeing his yougner sister walk in, he smiled at her struggle and helped her out with the bags of money. " Thank you Liza, I'll be sure to enjoy it. Tell Eli I said thank you. " Demitri went over taking his sister's hands and kissing her forhead softly. " And how are you today? Good I hope. " Demitri smiled at his younger sister who had grown up into a elegant young woman. She had came into his life during very harsh conditions, but their father gave them a new oppertunity in the city, it was difficult at first, the prejudice against them was monunmentous. But eventually people begun to accept non-humans, and now they lived together in relative peace. " Father is still in the Senate...hmm..why don't we go see Xavier and wait for him in the main plaza? " Demitri finished his tea and took the cupcake, biting into it and holding his arm out to escort his sister out.

Elizabeth 'Eliza' Metherlands Saint-Clair

Eliza smiled softly at her brother before giggling bashfully when Demitri kissed her on the forehead its caused her to blush slightly. She nodded at Demitri's question "Yes I'm fine Demitri" she said softly before she filed away the ring-blinder in a nearby bookshelf. Eliza looked at Demitri as he spoke to her "Yeah he is. Xavier is running some errand's for mum in that area so maybe we'll bumping into him" Eliza said brightly as she took Demitri's arm and looped it with her's before allowing Demitri to escort her of the office.

A man with long white wings with blood red feathers twined in them was shoved into the shop. His chains rattled on his slender wrists and ankles as he walked. "Just wait. I will enjoy drinking your blood." He threw his head back and let out a laugh that echoed through the shop. He turned his sea green eyes toward the guard on his left and pulled back his lips to show his mouth was full of razor sharp teeth. The guard took a step back and shivered but did not release the white haired man's arm. "What was in that shot?" The angel head rolled lightly and he stumbled as he was shoved into his cage. He fell against the other side and clung to the bars to keep himself from falling to the floor. He growled softly and reached up to move his white and red hair from his eyes. "Sit on the bed." They demanded. He pulled himself back to his feet and walked over to do as they commanded. As his shackles came off his hands went around one of the guards neck and his teeth were inches from his neck as his eyes turned to the other guard. "Sweet blood for the blood angel." He mused in a quiet voice.

Mio walked down the street of the third plaza which acted like the more or less backwards black market.. empire knew it was there but they never did anything about it so anything sold here was mostly legal. But why was there a girl of Mio's status walking these streets well theres a shop that imports and sells a preticular type of candy she loves in plaza 3 which what she was on her way to. But however today is not the day she makes her usual run the sweet shop as something else has ended up on her shopping list.
A manic laugh erupted from a nearby shop which looked like it just had a delivery, the sudden laughter caused Mio and several other pedestians to jump and look at the particalar establishment. The shop itself was low key and unsigned which only meant that the shop sold merchandise more underground than the black market the itself. Whatever it was, Mio was curious and decided to take a peek.
Inside, the place grew warmer and brighter. Burn marks appeared on the door and floor as Mio grew hotter with her growing nervousness. Mio gasped the scene before her "Oh... dear" she said quietly and softly as her eyes stared at the man with angel wings as he was about to take a bite into a guard's neck.

Right within Dorian castle a young woman roughly around the age of 16 to 17 years old carefully walked down the hallway. She had long yet luxurious purple hair which flew past her shoulders and down her back. Also she had rather delicate yet elegant bone structure which seemed to make her look that more beautiful and lady like. She had deep purple eyes to match her hair, long dark eyelashes, pale flawless skin and soft red lips. Also she had a rather thin frame yet she still had curves developing in all the right places. The girl seemed to cover herself with a long white kimono style dressing gown/bath robe which seemed to flow elegantly behind her along with her hair as she quickly walked down the hallway. Kimi was only just after her morning bath and now she was going to head back to her room for some peace and quiet and get changed. Before she went back to her usual duties and extremely annoying paper work which was needed for running and owning an entire castle. All of which gave Kimi nothing but head aches and stress in the end of the day it all came to politics. She couldn't please one party of people without having to upset another. Kimi just wished that everyone was happy and could live freely however she knew it wasn't that easy.

With that the young girl continued walking however jumped as she was quickly stopped in her steps by a few workers and advisers. "Happy birthday Lady Kimi!" they announced happily. While Kimi simply sighed wearily. Yes today just happened to be Kimi's 17th birthday. However due to the amount of stress and work which was included into running an entire castle Kimi had a tenacity to even forget she had a birthday. With that Kimi simply smiled nervously as she looked at the workers and advisers. "Thank you very much." she said brightly as the advisers walked off. "Your welcome Lady Kimi. I can't wait for tonight's party." they said happily. While Kimi simply smiled gently. "Oh yes of course." she said as she watched them walk off. However once they were out of sight Kimi gave a weary groan as she rubbed her forehead. "I have so many other things to do. Planning a birthday party is the least of my worries...." she mumbled to herself as she quickly made her way back to her bedroom. However she knew she had to plan it either way or else there would be a lot of upset people to deal with.

Oliver 'Olli' Von Kaylen

Olli was in the small seating area of Kimi's room just finished placing the final adornments to Kimi's present when the door went. He looked up find his mistress had entered the room. "Oh hey Kimi. Did you have a nice bath?" Olli said quickly hiding the present from Kimi's sight before giving her a soft smile. Kimi and Olli were mistress and slave which generally with time grew into a strong friendship which was sometimes viewed as a relationship especially when the pair still share the same bed together because Kimi still needs protecting from her nightmares and she soughts that kind of protection from the one who can give it: Olli so sharing the bed became the norm.

Kimi sighed softly when she entered her bedroom as she went through all the things she had to do today. "This is going to be a long day...." she thought to herself as she entered the bedroom. However a small smile appeared on Kimi's face while her spirits were automatically lifted when she seen Olli. No matter what he always seemed to make her happy and forget about all her problems. After all if it wasn't for him she wouldn't be here. He looked after her and protected her nearly all of the time. As he still slept with her in the same bed. Which always made Kimi feel so safe and secure. Then again she needed him more than anything what with both her nightmares and of course her diabetes and low blood pressure.

Although the guilt still lingered over Kimi with what happened almost ten years ago when she placed the seal on Olli's neck claiming him as her slave. It was the constant reminder of Olli becoming more than just a friend and when she took full control of the castle. Kimi then smiled as she sat by her vanity table and began brushing her long soft hair when Olli asked her about her bath. "Thanks Olli. Yes it was a nice one. Though at least I didn't fall asleep in it this time." she said smiling awkwardly. Another side affect of having low blood pressure causing her to fall asleep in just about anywhere.

Olli smiled softly at Kimi before getting up with the present concealed behind his back. Olli chuckled awkwardly when mentioned that she didn't fall asleep this time round causing him to remember the time that she did causing him to freak out big time "Heh yeah. I'm glad you had a nice bath you look ravishing today and also.." Olli said leaning down to kiss Kimi's forehead whilst swiftly placing the present infront of Kimi on the vanity table "Happy Birthday Kimi I hope you like it" Olli said softly taking the hairbrush off Kimi so he can brush her hair leaving her hands free to open the present. Olli was bucket of nerves right now. The object wrapped in printed paper was something that Kimi held alot of sentimental value to in which Olli went to alot of trouble to get back when it lost in the wreckage of Cain's old castle. The Object was; The musicbox that was given to Kimi at her first dance recital, fully refurbished and in working order again thanks to his uncle.

Kimi simply looked at Olli and smiled sweetly at his comment. She then chuckled softly as a small blush covered her cheeks lightly when Olli mentioned she looked ravishing as he then kissed her forehead. "Thank you Olli." she said smiling softly. She then blinked when Olli swiftly placed a present in front of the vanity table as he then took her hair brush and brushed her hair as he wished her a happy birthday. "Aww...thanks Olli." she said brightly as she began opening the present. However Kimi blinked as her expression turned into a mixture of complete shock, disbelieve and joy all rolled into one. "My....my....my music box!" she squeaked happily. She couldn't believe it she thought it got destroyed in the relics of the old castle. It was one of her most prized possessions which she had when she was a little girl.

She remembered getting it for her first dance recital. However after what happened to the old castle Kimi believed the thing was broken up and buried in ruins to be lost forever. However now almost 11 years later it was now in Kimi's hands as good as new. "H....h....how did you get it?" Kimi questioned as she gazed over at Olli. "I....I...I thought it was gone?" she questioned. However a bright smile appeared on her face as she seemed more than overjoyed to be reunited with her most prized position over all those years. With that Kimi turned around and leaned up on her chair as she wrapped her arms around Olli and softly kissed his cheek. "Thank you Olli." she said happily.
