Dokuto sighed.The Kabuto Zecter flew from his belt and flew off elsewhere."Kamen Rider Kabuto."he said as he yawned a little."Some know me as Dokuto,however."

Kai sighed as he then said, "Fine. My name is Kai, Hopper 01, or Kamen Rider. Either works for me." The belt then began to spin again as the light seemed to absorb the suit along with the helmet. Kai then threw his jacket to cover over his belt so that it would not be seen. "I guess I'm on your side then," he said, "What was that thing? It didn't seem like one of their experiments."

Tsukasa removed the IXA Belt and turned back to normal as well. "Kamen Rider IXA is my title. The name is Tsukasa." He said. "And that thing was called a Fangire."

Dokuto nodded."Seems were all on the same page.Im guessing however that you are not part of the Aozora Association."He said as he took out his cell phone in order to relay the results to the leader.

Kai tilted his head to the side, confused. "The what?" he asked, "And what's a Fangire?" Kai was obviously confused by this. First he thought that he was the only rider, then he found out that there are more than just other Inhumans out there, and this organization in which these two riders might be from.

"A Fangire is a creature with a human-like appearance but it's true appearance is that of a monster. They consider themselves greater than humans and drain their life force with ghostly fangs." Tsukasa explained a bit.

"A Fangire is a stain glass monster.They hide themselves as humans and suck the life out humans to survive.The Aozora Association was made originally solely for defeating the Fangire,but lately multiple different threats have appeared so they revived to try and protect humanity.I work there,as well as Tsukasa."Dokuto explained.He then dialed then leader the leader who answered quickly."Dokuto.One Fangire.Defeated easily.Unknown if their is any victims or others.Kamen Rider found."He explained in his always brief mission report style.

Kai nodded, meaning that he was understanding the situation a little. "They sound as heartless as the organization that created me," Kai said as he thought back to when he was first changed, "Shocker takes regular people off the streets, and turns them into monsters to join their army. Even I was to have that fate." He then thought about the organization that Dokuto was explaining. "I guess I'm in then," Kai said, "Anything to stop monsters like those from causing havoc."

"The Fangires used to fight for their own race's survival." Tsukasa said. "The new ones only fight to destroy." He said.

Dokuto nodded that he had heard him."New recruit.Going to search for other threats in vicinity.Test.Search Shocker."He said before hanging up."Consider yourself part of the team.Right now,we need to look for other Fangire in the area.If we find them,consider it the perfect time to show us what you can do.The Aozora Association will be trying to find any information about this Shocker you spoke of for us while we do so."He then started to walk off in a direction he felt was right."Tsukasa,your system was made for fighting these guys,right?Got any way to track them or anything?"

"Yes actually." Tsukasa said, pulling out the Ixariser. He pressed the buttons 5, 6, 7, and 8 then pulled the trigger, putting it into Scouter Mode.

Kai watched as the two began to look for the other creature. "If you guys want I can help," Kai said as he shoved his hands into his pockets, "One advantage of the changes by body went through was increased sight and hearing." Of course he was also given extreme power as well.

Over the side of a buildling, a young man with brown hair wearing black jeans and a jacket leaned against the inner wall. He was far from the other Riders, just waiting until the action sets in. Over the upper edge of his pants was a Rider belt, nearly the same type of belt that the one known as Dokuto holds. "I wonder how long before the damn bastards attack again? Might as well just wait and see if they'll attack this bait pile..." he murmured to himself. He hands were kept inside his pockets as he merely observed the other Riders below him.

Dokuto nodded."Well then,Tsukasa can scan and Kai can use enhanced senses.I guess Im just left with looking normally till you guys find something."He said as he continued walking."If something starts ripping you apart just scream.I'll get there eventually.Maybe."He said chuckling abit.

Tsukasa started looking around the area using the Ixariser to try and locate any more Fangires that may be nearby, whether they're in human form or not.
