Sounds of a messaging tones go off every few seconds and computerize female voice could be heard speaking. Beep Beep Beep “Captain Rojas you have a message waiting for you at your terminal” Beep Beep. “Captain Rojas you have hit snooze on your alarm five times already and already three hours pass its original set alarm.”
The room lights and grumbling could be heard under a large pile of blankets and stuff pandas on the bed of now brightly lit Captain’s room.
“UGGH STOP YELLING! My head hurts!” a young women appears as she throws everything off the bed. She was still dress in her uniform from yesterday as she wobbles off her bed holding her head.

“Ah So our Queen has finally arisen, The V.I. just told me. When you have a moment, come out to the bridge. While you were ahem taking your royal nap I got us on course to the Citadel.” A male’s voice could be heard from the intercom.
“Wh-what the Citadel! Err the plan was to do a rescue mission on Eden Prime! Stupid Xander who’s commands does he follow hmph.” The young woman grumbles to herself as she combs her fingers in her hair. She leaves her room and makes way towards the elevator to the bridge.

The doors open leading to the bridge and see a man sitting at the pilot seat his hair tied back as she starts to chuckle at the sight of his strangely greenish tinted hair.
“My My Xander old friend what do we have here? What happen…I feel like my head is going to explode…” She collects herself as she asks the pilot of her doings the day before.

“Oh of Course you wouldn’t remember. You were on a drinking binge to celebrate your new rank and command of ship…you wanted to get matching tattoos but somehow convince me to color my hair and it turn out like this…Anyways I don’t know if you notice being your first official day as Captain, this ship is somewhat empty and The admiral….you didn’t read your message did you?, Well he said that majority of new crew is waiting at the citadel to be pick up. So that’s where we were going…NO WE ARE NOT TO DO ANY “SIDE MISSIONS” of your own accord. So Murphy will have to wait it out. Also I’m to remind you that you have to see the Council once we make to the Citadel.” Xander spoke casually and with a little hint of sternness like a parent speaking to a child this annoyed the Captain a little but she was easy to let it go this time.

“When did you talk to HIM? Murphy is just as important as the next fancy crewmen we get…But fine the last thing I need is another reason for that old man to give me gripe over something like that. I’m going to read my messages now…Eh how much longer until we’re there?” she had look away from the pilot and had her arms cross as if she was conspiring another plan in her mind.

“We’re here actually you slept through everything, oh don’t worry I covered for you. I actually told him that you were up a long time before passing out. Taking Inventory and inspecting the new ship. I couldn’t believe I said all that with a straight face. Oh and Reina…don’t go down to the pass the crew deck..not until…well when we dock I’ll show you around the new ship.”

“OH Really, I would do it now! If we weren’t docking…eh why can’t go pass…nevermind I’m getting changed if I have to see the council I gotta look presentable teehee, they think I’m some girl scout and that’s why I like them!” She walks out of the bridge and heads back to her room. She was now curious to see was below the deck but decided she didn’t have time for that.

The SSV Beagle takes port on DECK 29, An automatic message is sent out to all waiting recruits to make their way to the deck and await and report Captain Reina Rojas.

Reina prepares her final touches of makeup pressing her lips together to even out the lipstick as she gives herself a wink in the mirror and blows herself a kiss. She dresses in her custom fit light armor jumpsuit with N7 logo and strip running down her right side.
She leaves the ship leaving Xander behind to watch over the ship and sign for anything that needs approval to be loaded on. Xander radios to her one last piece of advice, "Captain Reina, be nice...and well TRY NOT be yourself when you meet the new crew members...I hate to have a mutiny on the first day with them..."

She decides it’s best to wait a bit on the deck before heading to see the Council to “Welcome” the crew…more like inspect them and get a feel for them. She hates surprise especially that bad kind that wants to shoot you in the back. She giggles as she thought about what Xander said "Don't be myself, but its my best feature heh"

TabMaki, that was the name she went by for the convenience of other races she'd met across her travels. It wasn't that her name itself was difficult to say, nor was it nearly as long as those of the Salarian race, simply that most often the other races considered the Rachni names to be relatively tribal with unnecessary music built in to them. She's become a custom to this name, though she will not forget her roots not her ultimate mission for the sake of her race in spite of this partial side track given to her by the council. "Children, stay in dark silence a while longer, we've docked at the citadel to pick up the others." She spoke to her kin, her children aboard the mixed race vessel known as the SSV Beagle.

TabWhen Maki first brought herself upon the ship with her very small family, which has grown slightly since then, she was given a warning from the Human pilot by the name of Alexander Meyers. It was in regards to the Human captain she would be working under, past out at the time, and that Maki must keep her brood under control and far away from anywhere beyond her Engineering deck. It was explained to her that the Human captain would not take too kindly of her kind being on board, and that they must embark on their mission itself before she begin to introduce herself to the rest of the crew. It was a saddening silence, but understandable as her race, though manipulated, had been caused so much war in the past that surely the fear over them had yet to be fully subsided.

TabFor now, she waited... and so she would continue to wait until the proper moment came when she could sing her song to the entire crew and express her race's kindness to her soon to be allies. In the mean while she checked over the engines she'd already balanced, repetitively monitoring the status of the ship in the quiet space she was confined to; lightly scratching at the metal which played a sound more beautiful to her than anyone, even her sisters for this was her race. While her interest in the electronics and machines was far greater than any of her family; she was still a Rachni. What others claimed as being color laced with words were one and the same to her built together in a majestic music; and she wouldn't trade it for anything.

-Ryuu let out a sigh when she realized that she was yet again lost. She always hated coming to the citadel. It was just to big and open for her. To many places that some one could easily kill you from if you weren’t careful. She looked back down at the map someone had given her earlier. After staring at it for awhile she ripped it up and sighed. “Why does this place have to be so big, and haven‘t I past that same café 4 times now.” She said out loud to herself. She went to look at her map again when she realized she just ripped it up. She rolled her eyes and just sat down where she was just standing trying to figure what to do.

-Javed was excited when he found out that he got assigned to a ship, he spent most of the week making sure he had everything he needed and got little to no sleep. After saying good bye to his friends after there lunch he decide that to take on last walk around the citadel before the ship arrived. He walked out of the café and noticed a human sitting on the ground. The same human that walked past the café 4 times before. He walked over to her to see if she needed help.

-“Excuse me” Javed said to the human who looked up at him when he spoke. “My names Javed and I have happen to noticed you have pass the café several times, would you happen to be lost?” The human stood up and replied. “Well Javed my name is Ryuu and yes I happen to be very lost.” She brushed her bangs out of her face before replying. “I’m looking of the elevator that leads to the ships decks. “ Javed laughed then replied. “Which deck are you trying to get to? There are different elevators that lead to each one.” Ryuu was about to reply when her and Javeds onmi-tool beeped. “Deck 29” Ryuu said after looking at her Omni-tool. Javed laughed after he checked his. “Well just follow me then because I have to head there as well.” Javed started to walking looking over his shoulder to make sure Ryuu was following him. Ryuu caught up and walked beside him. When they got to the elevator Javed pushed the button to take them to Deck 29. “So are you stationed on the SSV Beagle as well?” She questioned playing with the ends of her hair. “Yes..Yes I am.” The elevator stopped and they both walked off. Ryuu let a ghost of a smile cross her face. “Good, turians have been known to be good luck on ships.” Javed blushed slightly as they continued to walk towards the ship.

Reina yawn loudly stretching out her arms, curving herself back and finishing off with rolling her head side to side to help adjust it from sleeping on it weird but it only made her headaches come back. She quietly sighed and smirked as she knew herself a glutton for punishment. She may not remember much what happen last night but she remembers drinks and dancing were a good idea at the time. Now the only think she has from that night is a hangover and not all the makeup in the world could completely cover those lines under her eyes. She lets herself fall back against the window wit her arms cross over her body and she moves her eyes scanning the area seeing everyone walking about and mingling. She was keeping out for any of the recruits.
"Hey Xander, what am I expecting here anyways? Humans, Turians oh please let be a full crew of Turians!...Salarians? What did the old man tell you about the what the Council wanted?" her hand moves on her ear piece as she radios in the pilot.

"Actually Captain He didn't give me the details, just where to go. I told you to read your messages hmm I'm hoping for a dancing Asari would be fun to have on board. I'm sure you'll like it, you seem really into it last night - krrrkk" Xander ends the radio call leaving Reina speechless.

She lowers her head shaking it.
"I'm sure that Asari had the best time with me mhm..." she tells herself this as she closes her eyes to calculate her steps, first meet with the crew, second see the Council, third get some food-maybe some of the horrible ramen, and finish up with some shopping before having to go back into the ship and report to the old man.
She yawn again she was getting bored, she looks towards the elevator and notice an human female and a male Turian together. They seem out place given they're armor and clothes they were not merchants, tourist, or locals that's for sure. She smirk towards their direction. She was more excited for the Turian than anything.
"looks like our first batch, hmm how exciting.." she thought to herself as she flips back her hair adjusting her position this time turn around to look out the widow leaning forward on the rail.

TabThe small suited creature had actually managed to arrive at the citadel a week earlier, and had since been doing everything he could to expand the finances he's already managed to make while trying to dominate the market. Besides he, himself, there was a Turian customer trying to argue with him at his short-lived shop. "I don't care what you think~ *Kssht* That price you are trying to bring me down to is by far too low! You insult me!... *Kssht*" It was an odd sight, a Turian in an argument with a Volus but things had changed in the past fifty years, and he individually had no major feelings toward them despite remaining a client race of the Turian hierarchy even now. The Turian didn't seem yielding to the enraged small shopkeeper however, "Look, you have to understand your prices are far too high! With the new exploration going on the price is obviously going to go down with the resources on newly discovered planets begins getting mined."

TabFor you see, what had happened just earlier was that he was given a mail explaining that the ship he'd been assigned had finally arrived, the SSV Beagle. The Volus had to use this chance to get rid of his stock, and announced he would bring his prices down, while working mostly a Turian attempted to bring him lower than he felt worth it. Since then he'd been locked in a half-hour struggle in frustration with him about various matters economics. But he was used to things like this, because this was his life up until the point he lost everything, this was more of a refresher than anything. While he cursed his Volus blood that seemed to medicate his life and drive him in such a stereotypical way he couldn't refuse it and the fact that its utility came out in situations such as this where credits were involved. "No, you see here Palaven-clan! The new exploration has already been going on *Kssht* for over a decade now! The prices have already re-stabilized to the point where cost of fueling expeditions and that of the newly found resources have evened to a steadily lowering amount. *Kssht*. Yes i have to sell out, but i already lowered my standards, you try to ridicule me by trying to force me even lower!? *Kssht*... This nonsense you try to justify your foolishness with!"

TabWith a sigh, the Turian seemed to take a deep breath to calm himself down, and tried to reason with the unbending Volus in another way. "I'm here on behalf of, and directly from the Turian military. My ship needs what you have to finish some constructions so we can get back out in to space and continue with our jobs. Are you really going to be responsible for holding us back?" The Turian hit the wrong note as this one didn't care about the relationship held between Turians and Volus. "And I am Amon Juu, here on behalf of my father the Great BIOTIC GOD Niftu Cal, and you wish to bring position in to matters economics!? *Kssht* You're demeaning yourself even further by trying to bring rank to fill in for your inadequacy to properly dispute your *Kssht* prices." He joked about his father, a story he was told about an encounter with the famous Commander Shepard who'd prevented him from doing something extremely stupid back when he was a part of Pitne For's trade group, but the joke helped enhance his point and cause a bit of embarrassment to the Turian as his voice pressed as loudly as a Volus could with surely everyone in the presidium commons able to hear them. The Turian frustrated rubbed his head, "Alright, alright just quiet down. I'll buy what's left of your resources at your price... just calm down." He'd finally given in. My prices lower than anyone elses', lowered even further... i don't know why he took so long to trade with. Amon thought to himself.

TabAfter trade was finished with the Turian who walked away covering his face from onlookers, Amon looked down at his omni-tool to get a reminder on which dock the ship was stationed at. And perfect timing! Just as the week long shop permit was ending. He figured, reading Dock 29 and beginning a small walk toward the elevator. He had nothing he needed to carry with him; any possessions he did need were already instructed to be loaded upon the ship... but even that wasn't much. After a few separate lifts he found his way to the appropriate level, "Reina... Reina... *Kssht* Beagle..." He spoke quietly while looking out the window to view the various ships at port; trying to get an idea for which one was the ship he'd be on. He was given information of what the captain looked like, but not the ship nor an image itself.

Ryuu stopped for a minute an looked back at her Omni-tool pulling up the information again. “Damn. There’s no info on the rest of the crew or any pictures on what they look like.” Ryuu said muttering. She reached up and pulled the viewing screen for her visor down and started digging for information. Javed looked at her curious to what she was doing. “What you looking up?” Ryuu paused for a second then turned to make a sharp left and headed towards the ship. Javed quickly followed her. “If you must know I hacked into the military database and looked up information on the rest of the crew. I prefer to know who I’m working with before they know who I am. Plus I figured out which ship is the SSV Beagle.” She said as she pointed to the ship they where headed to. Javed mouth dropped. “You hacked into the military database! You know how much trouble you could get in if you where caught!” He almost yelled. Ryuu covered his mouth to quiet him. “I never get caught.” She removed her hand from his mouth and continued walking. Javed stayed where he was for a couple of seconds before following her.

They walked up to the ship then stopped, Ryuu looked over to see Reina leaning on the railing. “According to the data base that’s the captain” She said to herself. Ryuu walked over to her and introduced herself. “Captain Reina, I’m Ryuu Vanheart, I’m here serving as the Weapons Specialist for the ship. Javed walked up and stood next to Ryuu to introduce himself as well. “And I’m Javed Scipio, I’m the Lab assistant.” He said with a warm smile on his face.

"No, no, no. These charts are all wrong!" A Quarian began yelling at a Turian doctor. She was examining the charts and graphs in Huerta memorial hospital. "If a krogan came in missing an arm you could kill him with this dosage size" the suited girl continued. The doctor clicked his mandibles "Miss, we've only been able to study Krogans this closely since their embassy was established, the lack of Krogan doctors has left their medical care very-" I don't care, just fix these charts before you make a new genophage!" The argument began to attract the attention of bystanders, and a security officer politely asked the quarian to leave. "Bosh'tet.." she said beneath her breath as she slipped into the elevator.

"Nasir, still in here?" the Quarian asked, seemingly to herself. "Yes, we are here, Azrat" a Geth replied. "What are our plans for today?" the quarian, Azrat, inquired. "We are to meet up with Captain Reina Rojas of the SSV Beagle in Docking Bay D29." Nasir answered. Azrat pressed the holographic button labeled "Deck 29" and leaned against one of the walls. "I'm gonna be the ship's Doctor, right?" "Yes, the Chief Medical Officer, We are to be the ship's concierge." "The butler?" "In layman's terms, yes." The quarian gave a nod. After a surprisingly long elevator ride, it came to a halt; female VI chimed in what floor they had arrived on. Azrat turned to one of the reflective walls and paused to make sure she was presentable. She smoothed out a few wrinkles on her suit, closely examined how the red fabric on her helmet fell, and adjusted the light fabric on her arms. "How do I look Nasir?" she asked "As a homosexual human male may state: 'Gurl, you look fabulous.'" The response elicited a laugh from Azrat, the Geth was her "sassy gay friend," and she spun on her heels to face the door elevator as it opened.

A small group was gathered in front of the elevator, most likely the crew. There were two human females and a turian male, as-well as a volus (that Azrat assumed was male) who appeared to be examining the ship. She recognized the dark-haired human as Captain Rojas, who she had seen on an Alliance news channel not to long ago. "Hello," Azrat politely began as she stepped up to the group. "I am Azrat'Zilan nar Sadiya vas Beagle" this seemed to be a situation where she should use her full name, typically she'd drop the "nar Sadiya" part, "and I will be serving as the Chief Medical Officer" she gave a bow, which she was pretty sure was considered a human greeting. "And the ship's Concierge" she pressed a few buttons on her Omni-tool and a combat drone appeared, it was blue and green in color. "Nasir'Lokan nar Rannoch vas Beagle, at your service" a geth voice came from the drone, announcing that it wasn't a simple VI.

          ► Kovina Melina

          ██████ Biotics Specialist

                            Wow.

                            This place was...huge.

Kovina's eyes were permantelly widened in awe. It seemed a bit ridiculous, but this was her first time on the Citadel. Before, she had never seen the point. She was always a moving kind of girl, so even when her ships docked on the Citadel, she had never taken shore leave. Kovina really wished she had. This place was...huge. The flashing lights, the loud noises, the slightly musty smell, the thick taste of the air, the people...oh geez the people. Kovina had never seen so many different races in the same place at the same time. A few hours ago, Kovina had complemented a female Vorcha for being so early to rise, since she had heard somewhere that Vorcha only come out a night, but then the female Vorcha thought she was making some sort of worm insult and threw a drink at her.

The lavender Asari checked the level she was on. Dock 29. Yup, this was the time and place she was supposed to meet her new...crew? Squad? Teammates? She wasn't exactly sure how she should address them yet. She saw a group of varied races congregated in a semi-circle, so that was...probably them. She plastered a smile the size of Jupiter across her face as she walked up to meet them. "Hello residents of the SSV Beagle. I'm the new Biotics Specialist, call me Kovina." She outstretched her palm because that was a common and neutral way to greet new species. Right? She waited, with that creepily big grin on her face. And waited. And...waited. Kovina dropped her hand and looked around the group. A male human, two female Turians, and a Salarian just stared back at her. "You guys...aren't with the SSV Beagle, are you?"

                            "You're interrupting our study group."

                            ...

"Okay, yeah, I'm just gonna...go..." She backed away slowly, then turned around on heel. Oops. Uh, Kovina looked around Dock 29 again and saw another group. Two humans, a turian, a Quarian, a weird drone thing, and a Volus. Well, that was an interesting mix. They also held the slightly dangerous-on edge vibe, which probably meant that was her crew. Kovina probably should have noticed the other group had notes and study textbooks with them. "Hello, SSV Beagle, right?" Kovina had been sent an image of the captain, but since she never opened it, it could be any of these guys. Kovina turned to the human with red hair. She seemed confident, well put together, comfortable being around the new people. She had probably read up on the files of her new crew. "Captain Reina?" Kovina smiled. "I'm Kovina Milena, Biotics Specialist. Nice to meet you and glad to be aboard your ship.

She turned to the Turian. "Are you the strategist? I look forward to hearing your ideas." To the Quarian. "You're the tech person, right? Wow, your drone is so cool. It's amazing what you can do with those things." Kovina nodded to herself. Someone on her last ship was a genius with combat drones. Kovina stooped down to the Volus' level. She heard somewhere that they like when you point out how small they are, and you respect them enough to keep them at eye level. "Lemme guess...you are the..." What did a Volus even do on a ship? Kovina had never been on a vessel where a Volus had a position other than the informant. "I bet you bring the chips and salsa for bingo night, right?" Since the captain was human, there was bound to be bingo night. Humans loved bingo!

For the last human, though, Kovina was at a loss. She tapped on her chin, looking the female up and down. She looked relaxed, or maybe tired? Her eyes were a little blood-shot, but she looked strong. Hmmm. Kovina scratched the back of her neck, tilting her head to the side. "I have no idea what your position could be, sorry. The Asari smiled widely again. "I'm Kovina, pleased to meet all of you. The Citadel is huge, right?"

Reina watched the ships fly by looking at every one of them that flew pass her. She was able to spot what’s what by the shape of each ship and markings. She smiled as she remember what Xander told her about how he’s able to hear the sound of a ship and can tell you what why of engine they’re using and how old it is. She was about to stretch out again pushing herself out from the rail as she heard a young woman’s voice introducing herself as the weapons specialist and the vibrated voice of the Turian right after.
Reina first turn her head inspecting the women or rather girl and a tall male Turian. She could tell this girl was a few years younger than her and already given the title weapons specialist made her curious about this one. Reina put her focus on her and smiles towards the girl. She adjusts herself standing straight up, and taking a step forward towards the girl but with a sudden hand movement towards her back she pulls out a pistol with the N7 logo painting on its side points it right at the girl’s face aiming it between her eyes.

“So my weapons expert care to tell me about thes lovely gun..................pfff heh HA HA HA” When Reina started to speak she was trying to be quite serious but had lost it at the end. She laughed little more loudly as she bows over holding herself with the gun. A moment passed as Reina laughter quieted down. She wipes the laughter tears with the back of her hand that was holding the gun afterwards she puts the gun away.
“I’m sure you’re good at what you do…after all you were select by old man, or one of hes flunkies...whatever...” she difted off and moved her attention on the Turian, smiling at him sinisterly as she walks passed the girl towards him.

“Hello There, you said Lab assestant and you’re a turian…well I did heard somewhere they’re good luck on a ship, perhaps you can assest me, or maybe run some tests on me if you like big boy” she tries to sound seductive as she reach up to run her fingers along his collar and gives him a wink.

“Well thes es all lovely and interesting, I suppose I should introduce myself shouldn’t I? I’m Captain Reina Rojas of the Alliance and a Spectre for the Council. The door to the end of thes hall leads to the newly Commession SSV Beagle. It’s pretty empty right now only a few personnel covering engine stuff or something and our pilot Xander well he’s a good one. I’ve work with him a few times so I can vouch him, but really don say I told you. He might get a big head ya know.” She step back as she look behind them and sees a volus starting at the window she glared at it.

She had a secret hatred for them. Not the killing kinds more like the “sight of them irritates her” kind. She knew them to be money-wise, greedy, stingy type of race and if they saw the way she manages her accounts they would be horrified to death by it. The thought cross her mind what if that old man hired one to keep her under control. Having Xander seem like the Admiral’s doing but those two others seem alright, she shrugged it off as soon as a Quarian approached her introducing herself politely as the Ship's Medic but with that long name. Reina would just be calling her Doc. Reina looked around as she heard another voice that sounded like it came from the Quarian’s suit. It soon appeared via hologram from the doctor’s omi-tool. Reina was mesmerized by the colors more than anything.

“I’m Captain Reina Rojas. Welcome Doc, as well as thes light-show of a Geth. I have heard Quarian’s using Geth to help build immunity. I suppose es still necessary when traveling outside of your home planet, or do they now use them for a different function?” Reina became curious about how this relationship works having heard of the pass events between the Geth and Quarians.
“Just make sure the Geth doesn’t do anything funny with the ship He’ll have answer to Xander, the pilot of the lovely SSV Beagle. He hates it when hes control settings are mess with.” She warns directly to the both of them.

“You’re all welcome to get inside the ship. make yourselves at home or shop around I still have to meet with the Council soon ya know Spectre things and what not.” as she was speaking to them an Asari came up to them addressing them all by the wrong position and presuming the weapons specialist as the Captain. This irradiated Reina more so than a Volus as she gritted her teeth and interrupted the Asari before she makes more of a fool of herself.

“I am Captain Reina, you twit! The newest of Human Spectres Don’t you watch the news or something? The biotic specialest you sure you didn’t dance your way up to that fancy title? Wait a minute perhaps thes must be a joke did Xander set you up? Oh… you must be the Asari I dance with last night. Aww I am flattered you come all thes way to try to see me again and even making up a little thing like you’re the biotics specialest that’s cute real cute.” Reina attitude changed when she figured out it was the Asari that Xander mention from last night, and pitied the poor confuse Asari.
Reina placed her hands on the Asari’s shoulders and give her best sympathetic face “Lesten I don’t know what to tell you but um…es a bit awkward right now but I had a lot to drink that night and I don’t remember my actions and I’m sorry if I said anything to you that made you fall in love me. I do have that effect on people. I can’t take you with me because well es not you es me. So you really should go back home find someone else because you do deserve better than I, Plenty of fesh as they say…Excuse me one minute.”

Reina steps away from the Asari as she radios Xander. “Xander you are an Idiot! Why did you tell the Asari Dancer to come to the Citadel?”

“Captain I don’t know what you’re talking about and if anything That dancer was really trying to come onto me in the end after you passed out…you didn’t read your message did you? You had all the dossiers of the new crew members, I told you to check your messages…krrzz”
Reina cut him off, and looks back at the Asari with widen eyes but looks away quickly to check her messages on her omi-tool. She skims through only on focusing on the Asari and finds her KOVINA MILENA, BIOTIC SPECIALIST.
Reina shifts her eyes towards the Asari, back to the photo, she closes her omi tool. Reina walks by the Asari patting the back of her shoulder avoiding eye contact “Glad to have you as part of the team Ms. Kovina Milena our Biotic Specialest. I personally look forward into working with you. Heh She laughs nervously as she slides back away towards the doc and geth, to avoid any more awkwardness.

Now deciding this would be the best time to take her leave she makes one last annoucement to everyone.
“Right, as my order I’m going to see the Council right now so thes your time to take are what you need. Check out your living quarters seen if you need anything extra or certain accommodations that need to be met, take it up with Xander the pilot until I get back. Before we take off let’s get some drinks at the club to celebrate our new crew! She addresses everyone as she looks around to see if anyone else was coming just in case she waits few moments to see what everyone will decided to do.

Weapons Specialist - Ryuu Vanheart - Human - Infiltrator - User Image

Ryuu waited for the Captain response watching her carefully as she walked over to her. She kept eye contact with her even when she pulled out her N7 pistol and pointed in her face not even flinching. "“So my weapons expert care to tell me about thes lovely gun..................pfff heh HA HA HA"” Ryuu was about to respond when the captain broke out into laughter. Ryuu stood there waiting for the captain to stop laughing to respond but was cut off by her. “" I’m sure you’re good at what you do…after all you were select by old man, or one of hes flunkies...whatever...”" ..” I’m not just good, I’m the best” She muttered under her breathe as the captain walked past her to meet greet the turian. Ryuu looked out the window half listening to what the captain was saying and pretty much ignoring the other crew members as they walked up. Ryuu almost laughed when the asari came up and greeted them by the wrong positions and when the captain went on about some asari dancer. Ryuu turned to walk onto the ship after the captain her announcement, stopping before walking through the door turning around to look at the captain. “By the way captain, that pistol of yours. Its an N7 Eagle, if you bring it down to the armory later I’ll increase the damage it does, wouldn’t want our captain walking around with a weapon that couldn’t shot itself out of a wet paper bag now do we.” Ryuu turned around walking through the door smiling to herself.

After Ryuu looked around the rest of the ship, she decided to go and take a look at her work area. She walked off the elevator and looked around. “Not that bad. A little under stocked by over all pretty good.” She though to herself. She would go get the rest of the supplies she needed in a little bit. She walked over to a corner and pulled off her pack and hung up her hammock tossing her pillow and blanket onto it. She walked over to her trunk making sure all her stuff was in there before, heading up to deck one and off the ship to getting what supplies that she needed. After she got what she needed she put them in the armory and when to the bridge to meet this pilot of the ship.

Lab assistant - Javed Scipio - Turian - Sentinel User Image

Javed almost had a heart attack when the captain pulled the pistol on Ryuu, but was relieved when he heard the captain start laughing. “She’s an interesting human, and a cute on as well.” He thought to himself. He watched her as she walked up to him a little bit scared by the smile on her face. ““Hello There, you said Lab assestant and you’re a turian…well I did heard somewhere they’re good luck on a ship, perhaps you can assest me, or maybe run some tests on me if you like big boy”” Javed turned a bit red when she said that. He was about to respond but chocked on his words when she ran her fingers on his collar. He stayed quiet after she introduced herself to the rest of the crew. He laughed at the captain expression when she realized that she was yelling at the asari for new reason thinking that she looked even cuter when she embarrassed.

After the captain dismissed them he first went to check out his quarters. After finding them to his liking and making sure he could actually fit on the bed he went to go check out the lab. He was in awe at all the equipment they had in the ship. He looked around the lab more checking all the supplies. After looking around and happy with everything he decide to go look around the rest of the ship. “Well with the captain this ship has I don’t think there will ever be a dull moment.”He said to himself smiling.

Amon Juu Yeoman
Male, Volus, Engineer
Money alone sets all the world in motion.
Publilius Syrus (~100 BC), Maxims

TabWhile trying to avoid being noticed majorly by the group forming nearby, Amon Juu eavesdropped in on the conversation to get an idea for the meeting going on. They seemed to be part of the crew that was meeting up for the mission ahead of them; a large number of different races including even the the artificial intelligence of the Quarian's world. While he kept on insisting her turn around and introduce himself to the rest he couldn't get himself to after feeling a bad vibe. It felt like someone had a deep hatred for him, as such he delayed his intrusion in to conversation until it seemed the apparent Captain he'd been looking for had addressed everyone. He'd already sized up the ship pretty well, it was very large for a frigate but labeled appropriately as it was a bit small for the next class of space cruisers. When one of the Humans finally seemed to move on, he calmed himself and turned around to face the rest of the crew.

TabIt was then that the blasted Asari brought herself down to eye level with him. While it was true that it was comforting to not have to look up for once, it was very demeaning that she'd have to do that to him to begin with~ and thus frustrated him. What's worse, she then proceeded to mock his mission on the ship with fully intended ignorance; a joke of his position by claiming he were to help sponsor a game of some sort? Bloody Thessia-clan! he cursed to himself, though not in any way she dare hear him. He wasn't about to challenge someone signing on to the ship as a Biotics specialist, no matter how angry he made her. Still, he couldn't help but lash out a bit and defend himself, "I'll have you know I'm here to keep the ship in organized and functional shape by ensuring the crew are doing what they're supposed to. *Kssht* That means you!" Afterwards, he walked over to the Captain and looked up, "I will be your Yeoman, a person to assist you with keeping track of what kinds of activities are going on about the ship *Kssht* and relaying that information to you in a simplified form and in judging its importance so you're not bugged by every *Kssht* little issue." The way he spoke it seemed almost as though he was trying to use the fact that he relayed the status of the crew and the ship to the Captain as a means of raising his stature among the others nearby. He wouldn't dare try to do it directly, so he tried to do it indirectly with the use of the leader of the little crusade.

TabWhile not originally intended, he felt like adding on to his status by other things he would be helping out with. "I will also be helping sponsor the ship *Kssht* while ensuring we have enough credits for extra things not fully funded by the council." Essentially, he was trying to explain that he was a man of the market, like all Volus, and that he had the money to support the ship more than anyone else beyond the Council's authorization. He was sure that their travels wouldn't lead to them doing one mission, but likely several that brought them all across the galaxy and such movement meant trade. For him that meant abusing the ship's large cargo compared to what he used to have, and support the ship while take a piece of the profits and rebuilding his fortune once lost. "I'll be going on the *Kssht* ship, to begin my first analysis of the interior."

Chief Medical Officer

Not too long after she had joined the group, an Asari walked up. She acknowledged the entire crew as the wrong positions, even assuming that Azrat was the head Engineer and Nasir was a simply drone. That was an obvious Quarian stereotype, and the amount of times her credibility as doctor was questioned back in Huerta put her on nerves with the phrase "Engineer." She rose a hand and pointed at the purple-colored woman, prepared to yell at her, but the drone quickly dashed to hover in-front of the Quarian. "Correction, Ms. Milena." the geth began, "Dr. Zilan is the Chief Medical Officer of the Beagle, and We are the Concierge" he corrected Kovina. Azrat let out a huff of air and returned to a relaxed posture, "Thank you, Nasir."

Her attention returned to Captain Rosas when she inquired about the suit. When she asked if they served a new function Azrat gave a nod. "To put it simply, yes. Since the Geth have boosted our immune systems, our suits have become reserved to space-travel or combat." she began. "We're still a few generations from children being born with a strong enough immune system to not spend their first years in a bubble, but once again, the Geth are aiding us very much." The Doctor twirled, the long piece of fabric on her helmet spinning around her, "Now suits like this have become fashion statements, but mine still meets the requirement of being combat armor." Now her attention turned to Nasir, "But to promote peace with the Geth, Quarians receive one as a companion before their pilgrimage, Nasir is mine." She gave another nod.

After an awkward moment with the Biotic Specialist, Reina announced they could go aboard the ship, to examine their new living quarters. The red-haired woman, the Weapons Specialist, went on first, followed by the Turian. Azrat noted the earlier flirting between Reina and the lab assistant before walking onto the ship herself, the blue-green drone floating suit. She strolled along the Second Deck, looking at the walls over the ship. "The Med-bay better be well-equ- KEELAH SE'LAI WHAT IS THAT?!" She was interrupted mid-sentence by a large green insect, a rachni worker, who scurried along the floor, from one ventilation duct to another. "We regret to inform you that Sings-of-Machines, the head engineer, is a Rachni Queen." the geth explained, "That would be one of her workers, one of presumably hundreds." "Oh, Rachni Queen, that sounds inter- HOW MANY BABIES?!" Azrat yelled.

No longer wanting to think of how many.. Bugs were onboard, Azrat quickly made her way to the Med-bay. "Good, good, good.. Not enough bug-spray, though.." She began clacking away at a terminal, examining the inventory. "Feel free to upload yourself to the ship's computer, Nasir, go introduce yourself to any other crew members.." "Understood." A few moments later, a blue and green drone appeared at a terminal in the bridge, "Captain Rosas suggested We introduce ourselves to you before making any alterations to the ship's hardware. Greetings, Alexander Mayers. We are Nasir'Lokan nar Rannoch vas Beagle, Nasir is preferred" he introduced himself to the Pilot.

          ► Kovina Melina

          ██████ Biotics Specialist

                            Nghhh. Awkward.

After getting yelled at by pretty much all of her new shipmates, Kovina waddled onto the SSV Beagle after waiting a few minutes until the others had boarded. The captain, not the redhead human, needed to go to a Council meeting, leaving the rest of them to explore the ship and hopefully not kill each other. Kovina had already given everyone a not so graceful introduction, but she'd still like to check out where she would be spending the next x amount of time. It looked big, but everything is almost much larger from the inside. Just look at the Citadel. The place was huge.

She don't know why, but Kovina felt like she had been scolded and should be sent to her room. Ridiculous, yeah, she knew that, but she didn't really feel like talking to any of her new crewmates either, at least not before she settled in. Her room was fairly large, larger than what she actually needed. Kovina barely spent anytime in her room anyway. The lofted bed was clean and bland, as well as the empty desk and the equally empty dresser. Boring. Kovina hadn't brought any clothes or anything with her, so she had nothing to drop off. Kovina left her room and wandered around until she found the Med-bay. She had a feeling she'd be visiting this room pretty frequently.

The Quarian from before was inside, but she seemed a little preoccupied with whatever she was doing on the terminal. Kovina stepped inside, clearing her throat to let the Quarian know someone else was in the room. "Hey there. Azrat nar Sadness vas...something or other." Wow, great first second impression. "Sorry, I didn't quite get your name the first time, uh, haha..." Please, Kovina, stop making the situation worse. "Anyways, I think we got off to an...awkward start. I'm Kovina, and I promise I'm not as incompetent as I come off." Well, maybe a little incompetent.
