Alana-Ray Eltsina

There they stand, the innumerable stars..

Alana was slightly taken back when he snapped at her. She hadn't realized that he despised it so much. Sure, she had noticed that he seemed a bit annoyed, but enough to talk back to her like that? Alana merely stood there for a moment, and after a short time she would finally blink just once before turning around and walking back towards the stove.

Her place of peace.

She turned the sausage again, probably for longer than she should have. She should have just turned it and left it alone, and yet, she continued. It was her distraction as she thought. It gave her something to do, something to keep her hands busy. She was a bit.. bothered. Ikamo was something she wasn't use to dealing with. The normal rebellious slave was usually easy to take care of. They give in fairly quick. Alana never has to deal with them on such a personal level. He had too much spirit, one that she didn't quite want to break.

What else was she to do though?

Alana drained the noodles in a colander that she had placed in the second side of the sink. Steam quickly filled the air above the skin, and she was careful not to let the hot vapor burn her delicate skin. She shook the colander a few times to get rid of the excess water, then she would set it down on the counter. The noodles were done. The sauce was simmering on the stove. The sausage was done, and Alana would quickly remove them from the skillet and place them on a plate covered with paper towels, to dry them from the extra grease. She would set the plate down on the counter, then without looking back, she would speak.

" Would you bring the meatballs over here so that I may cook them? Then, you may eat. "

Her voice had become so much softer, like she had lost that cheerful attitude that she had just a short time ago. Though he couldn't see it yet, her smile had faded, leaving her with almost an emotionless expression. She was thinking, and when she thought, she usually did nothing to show what it was about.

.. shining in order like a living hymn, written in light.

.IkamoDragonite.

I have fallen, to my knees... As I sing a lullaby, of pain...

Ikamo didn't look at her while she walked away. Apparently, this was supposed to be the fun part. If anything it was extremely annoying, and he didn't understand how it was supposed to be enjoyable. Well... his little snack provided him some entertainment. She didn't even notice. But all the same... cooking was not made for him. He would have much rather just eaten the meat raw.

Oh well.

He noticed that her voice changed. Great, she was upset. He didn't really mean to do that, but at the same time, it was almost like he did. It was not his original intention, that was for sure, he was merely stating what he was thinking. He probably shouldn't have, the energy in the room dropped significantly. Though he was still not very optimistic about doing this at all, the positive energy that Alana had been giving off up until that point had been helping him keep his sanity. It was just an odd thing.

He picked up the plate and brought the meatballs over to her as requested, not saying a word. He would have just wanted to eat them now, but it was covered in eggs and... bread. That was weird. He frowned and looked over to the sink, making his way over there and washing his hands clean of the icky excess bits. He would walk back over to where she was and just watched.

I'm feeling broken, in my melody... As I sing, to help the tears, go away...

I am too connected to you to, Slip away, to fade away,
Days away I still feel you, Touching me, changing me,

x - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - And considerately killing me

Violet listened to the woman as she spoke, she seemed to have a sort of light-heartedness about her, that Violet found a little annoying. But then again, Violet found most everything annoying. Well, not everything, just people, she supposed. Violet felt much more content when she was by herself. She was not a very social creature. Violet reached her arm around the mid section of the girls back, bracing her as she stood on one foot. She allowed the girl to lean into her side a little for support, and slowly they began weaving their way back through the forest. Violet had to slow down her pace immensely, but felt worse for the girl. She had to hop, the whole way back, and it would probably be a good 25 minute walk at this pace. She could foresee possible rest stops too. She herself would get tired doing all that hopping.

"My name is Violet, by the way." she murmered softly, simply to be polite. True, Violet wasn't always the kindest, she was rather quite rude a lot of the time, but she always spoke intelligently, politely, respectfully. Amongst that, she has excellent manners, when she chooses to use them. They are often discarded when she is irritated or angry though. "I hope you don't find me rude for asking, but what was it you were running from? There was quite a commotion taking place when I left, I think I was the only one who saw you run out, honestly." as she said this, she remembered once again, the expression Alana wore on her face before she left. She wondered if things would be back under control when they returned? "You looked quite frightened, too..." she added, matter-of-factly .

As they pushed on through the forest, the wind started to pick up, and was becoming more powerful, whirling strands of Violet's onyx hair this way and that, whipping into her face and obscuring her vision. She was poorly dressed for this weather, being in a strapless corset, and thigh high skirt. Another, quieter boom of thunder rumbled the earth from a distance, rustling leaves whispering warnings in their ears as they passed.

As the walls come down & As I look in your eyes
My fear begins to fade, Recalling all of the times,
I have died, And will die It's all right, I don't mind

AuroraNairne
Saviours and saints,
Devils and heathens alike,
She'll eat you alive

She'll suck you dry, And still you'll cry,
To be back in her bosom, To do it again.

Aurora sat, with her legs crossed politely, smoothing out the bottom half of her dress with her hands. She watched as Kaitlyn inspected everything, finding out what exactly it all did. A pleasant smile rested on Aurora's glossy red lips as Kaitlyn began to thank her. She was a little surprised when Kaitlyn embraced her in a hug, she didn't seem the kind of girl who would normally give hugs. Perhaps she was already becoming attached? " Oh, you're quite welcome, angel." Aurora replied, wrapping her arms around Kaitlyn's frame, returning the hug. It gave her a warm, bubbly feeling, but Aurora pulled her arms away after a few short seconds.

As this was taking place in the vehicle, Grey had apparently gotten in the front seat of the car, because the vehicle started slowly moving forward, doing a half circle before starting down the hill of the long driveway. "The man who took your bags is Mr. Grey, such a snivelling old crout. Becoming miserable in his old age, as well as impatient, snobby, and arguementative. That's why I came here today, you see." Aurora passed for a moment to let this information sink in, before continueing. "I came to this place specifically, because they are much kinder here, the treatment is so much better. I kind of figured it might make the slaves a little more inclined to behave, and be obedient. See, when Grey doesn't listen to me, there's only so much I can do to punish him. He's not very interesting either, I'd rather be alone than with him, and I am awfully lonely..." Aurora sighed deeply, reaching her arm around Kaitlyn, her hand resting on the others shoulder.

Aurora's smile had begun to fade, and she had a more serious look about her now. Aurora turned her head to look at Kaitlyn, locking on her eyes. Aurora seemed to sink deep into those eyes. The girl had already been pulled in, it was now time to reveal the truth, her true intentions. "I'm not permitted to do to Grey what I could do with a slave. You're mine now, Kaitlyn. Do you understand that? I can do whatever I want with you. I don't want to hurt you, but if you don't submit to me, I'll have to." Aurora's voice stayed soft, and calm as she spoke these words, and seemed unthreatening. It was just a warning for in the future. I'm going to make sure you have a good, comfortable life, and that you are happy. Just so long as you don't upset me, Kaitlyn. And please don't think of me as cruel." Aurora was trying to drop a few hints to Kaitlyn. That Aurora wasn't exactly the person she had been lead to believe. She was still going to treat Kaitlyn the same way, but if she needed to be put in line, or hesitate to do something she was asked, Aurora would make sure the girl was punished for it. Aurora still thought of Kaitlyn as more of a pet, but a slave is a slave, all the same.

Meena blushed at his complament. She shook it off and looked up at him. Her cheeks still feeling warm. "It's okay I don't mind at all. After all I wouldn't want to take that away from you." Meena smiled. "What kind of song would you like me to play? or try? A sad one, happy? I don't mind requests. I love to play." Meena just sat there. She was happy to talk to someone, also to talk to someone who had a love for music like she did. Music was one of her favorite things. She wondered to herself. What all he could play and if he might want to play with her some time together.

Cesar brought his hand to his chin and thought, "Well... I can sing just about anything. I'd prefer if there was a music sheet with words so I could possibly do it right, but... I don't see one anywhere..." He shrugged his shoulder and smiled, "Doesn't matter to me what you play, I'll just go along with it!" It had been a long time since he sung along with an instrument, and even longer since it was a piano. He was overjoyed that he would be able to sing with her.

Meena got up from the piano and looked around the room. "Really I would like to have the music sheet also. I like to learn new songs but I don't know where they would keep them." She sighed and walked over to aross the room. She looked around for any music sheets. She was still empty handed but she would like to have the music sheets so that she made sure she was playing the song right. "Would you mind helping me fine some? I want to find some also but I couldn't help myself from playing the piano. I haven't played one in years since today. And I think I'm still a little rusty on it." She said. She always put herself down when it came to playing around other people.

"If this is rusty... jeez." He looked around and said, "Sure, I'll help. It's going to be a little hard for me though, I've never been in this room before..." He began to look around the room for any sign of music sheets. He did find several, but they were mostly for other instruments and not really compatable with piano. After a long while of searching, he finally exclaimed, "Oh! Wouldn't there be some in the piano's seat?"

Eisen looked up from his cup of tea when he noticed Charity had finally entered the room. The way she stared at him as she picked up one of the small cakes, it made him slightly amused. she was staring daggers into him as if he had poisoned the food or something. He continued to stare up at her as he watched her take a bite. Her reaction to the food was music to his ears. He loved it when people praised his cooking. "I'm glad you like it. I love to cook so expect more where this came from...." he said, pouring another glass of tea and placing it on the table in front of the open space on the couch beside him. "Please, sit..." he said, patting the open space on the couch next to him

Kaitlyn blushed a little when Aurora returned the hug and quickly pulled away The limo grew silent as soon as the car pulled away from Kaitlyn's old home. That's when Aurora broke the silent by explaining to her who the old man was. Mr. Grey, her butler. As she went on, she made it sound like she was going to replace Mr. Grey, which made her feel slightly bad. That man was being paid for his job and Kaitlyn would be replacing him and wouldn't be making a dime since she was technically bought and was property of Aurora's. Kaitlyn jumped a little when she felt Aurora's hand move back around her. This woman was very touchy feely. This kinda worried Kaitlyn, but she pushed that out, seeing the chances of her being right about her pretty slim. Anyway, she was lonely? She would have never guessed that by the way she acts. She seems so lively, so full of energy. Why would someone like that be lonely? Kaitlyn looked at Aurora's hand then up to her, Aurora meeting her gaze. The long staring contest between the two of them was getting awkward for Kaitlyn, until Aurora began speaking again. The semi threats that were coming out of her mouth scared Kaitlyn a little bit. It wasn't that it was because they were semi threats, but because the tone of voice Aurora picked. She didn't raise her voice, anger was not present in it. Nothing. The fact that she didn't show the extent of her fury in those threats was what scared her. Now she didn't know what to expect from this woman. What happened to the nice woman? When she was done talking Kaitlyn shook her head in agreement. "I-I understand...Ms. Nairne.." she said, a slight hint of fear in her voice. Her next statement seemed to be aimed at cheering her up and making her feel safe, but the slight fear from her last statement was dug in deep and it would take awhile for it to go away. What did this woman plan to do with Kaitlyn? Was she just there for companionship? Was she going to fully take over Mr Grey's position and do everything he did? Or worse, had Aurora bought Kaitlyn in hopes of using her as a sex slave? Kaitlyn hadn't figured out what this woman's sexual preference was so the idea continued to linger in her head, feeding the fear that already lied inside her.

Saviours and saints,

She'll eat you alive

She'll suck you dry, And still you'll cry,

Aurora could only guess what Kaitlyn was thinking, there were probably a million things. Aurora knew it had to be something of confusion, maybe even fear. Aurora was a very intimidating person, she wasn't a person that people crossed often, but when they did, they faced her fury. Aurora gave Kaitlyn a reassuring squeeze, before unbuckling her seatbelt, and rising. "Good, I just wanted to make sure that we were on the same page." Aurora doubted they were though.

On the roof, was a small bar that went all the way from the front to the back. Aurora reached up and grabbed the bar to steady herself, walking down the aisle towards the mini fridge. Bending over slightly, she pulled it open, seizing a raspberry flavoured water bottle. She raised her head, turning back to Kaitlyn. "If you would like anything Kaitlyn, please feel free. There's a snack bar, and a drink bar, but you don't look like a girl who drinks much, do you? There's also soda and water in this fridge, so do help yourself." Aurora closed the fridge door, returning to her seat and twisting off the cap. She raised the bottle to her lips, delicately taking a few cool, refreshing sips.

Outside, it was beginning to thunder, a small streak of distant lightning flashing through the clouds up above. They were about halfway home when it started to rain, The drive wasn't overly entertaining, in fact it was pretty quiet. Driving always made Aurora drowsy, but she sat, supporting her head with her hand pressed against her cheek. Grey stopped once at a restauraunt to run in and use the bathroom once they reached the outskirts of the city. But he was soon back in the vehicle. We should be home in about 20 - 15 minutes." Aurora announced, looking at her wrist watch. It was small and silver, with decorative flowers engraved in the side.

She'll make you weep, And moan and cry,
To be back in her bosom, To do it again.

Looking at my own reflection,
When suddenly it changes,
Violently it changes,
Oh no, there is no turning back now
You've woken up the Demon in me

Meena Stood up and brushed off her dress. She didn't find any music sheets for the piano over here. Once Cesar said he knew she turned around almost tripping over her own foot. Meena's cheeks flushed a light red color But not just because of the trip. "Right... They sould be there." Meena sighed. "I'm sorry we wasted so much time..." She felt as if she was being rude by helping her look for the music sheets but she forgot that most piano seats would have a holding space.

http://www.majhost.com/gallery/DarkKokiri/Artwork/Stuff/cesar_long_post.png

Cesar chuckled a little, amused at this girl's actions. She seemed so uptight and worried about everything, why couldn't she just loosen up a bit? He smiled, "Don't worry! It's not like we've got anywhere to be, right?" He walked over to the piano seat and lifted it up. Lo and behold, there were a few music books. He picked up one of the paperbacks and flipped through it, his hand gripping the binding at one end and let the flesh of his thumb skim the ends of the pages, causing it to flip past him. He smiled and looked back, "Well, problem solved! There's a lot of books in here, so take your pick..." He let the book fall out of his hands and back into the piano seat, gesturing to it.

Meena walked over to the piano and looked down at the books. She just giggled and picked one up out of random. She then closed the seat and sat down. The book seemed old and had dust on it. No one must have used the books for a while. "Any book will do really. Some must have at lest one of the same songs in one of the other books. But really it is all music so anything is fine with me." Meena said as she flipped the book open to a random page. She turned the pages till she hit the first page of the song. "Lets try this song." She said with a smile as she looked up at Cesar. "Will this one do?" She asked as she set it up on the stand.

http://www.majhost.com/gallery/DarkKokiri/Artwork/Stuff/cesar_long_post.png

Cesar looked at the music sheet and shrugged his shoulders, "Eh, I'm good. There's no words but I can hum along with the basic tune...." He watched as she got herself ready to play and smiled.
