"Just a little mild flirting for me, Kiara, and a number handed out," Victoria said lowly, letting Scarlett rant a little. She personally thought that Scarlett had some serious control issues that were only worsened by the fact that she was in a new country, away from her family and friends, on a high stress job that sometimes did take the fun out of singing. But then, Victoria was also pretty controlling in her own way. Her eyes turned towards the redhead, then widened when she saw her heading close to Albin. "No, don't touch-" but it was too late.

The black-haired young woman jumped to her feet, but it wasn't to Scarlett's side she rushed, but Albin's. The young man was on his knees, doubled over in pain. "You idiot," she whispered gently. "You should have gotten out of her way. You need to take care of yourself, you know." She wrapped her arms around him, rubbing lightly at his back as she cradled his head against her breast. "You'll be okay," she promised, over and over.

It was chaos in here. She knew that they'd have to do something big to prove the truth of this whole thing to the others. Logically, Victoria didn't have any proof either, but this was something she believed with her heart. It was the same when she was dating a young man prior to becoming famous; he did everything right, was entirely sweet, but deep down she knew that something was wrong. As a result of her trusting her gut, she found out that he had two girlfriends on the side, and that she was actually the second of the three. Since her gut was telling her that Albin was right and deserved support, she was going to do her best to offer that to him.

"Well, now, I didn't say it was... that," Annabelle insisted after Scarlett's statement. "I mean, it does sound very fantastical, but they say that Robin Hood was a real man, even if he wasn't quite as amazing as most of the tales say." She rarely was able to ever take one side. The blonde hated making anyone upset.

She stood up as Scarlett turned to leave the room. "Lettie, wait," she said, then gasped as she dropped to the floor. "Oh, goodness! Quick, someone, call a doctor!" She hurried over and helped Kiara move the redhead to a chair. "Asprin? She fainted, Kiara. Why... why are you all taking this so calmly?" Her eyes wide, she glanced around at everyone. "Tori, is he all right? Is Scarlett going to be okay? What's going on?!" Her heart was racing as she began to panic just a little bit.
The male snickered, kicking his blue eye over to the departing drummer as she left him in the rehearsal studio to trudge upstairs and meet Lorenzo.  Swiftly, the guitarist's fingers shifted up the neck of the guitar, playing through the chords swiftly as---  The male's head suddenly snapped back, weight distribution shifting from where he sat on the large amplifier until his shoulders hit hard against the wall behind him, crunch from his hairspray coated mohican hardly audible in the sound room.  His lone eye stared vacantly upward, blue gaze screwed up to the ceiling as his pupil dilated, blackness engulfing the light blue hues.  As if in a trance, the male gawked up into the heavens, right hand falling away from the guitar neck while his left fell across the strings to let out a discordant mix of open strings and the pad of his palm distorting the sound.  Frankie exhaled slowly as a shiver ran down his spine.

Ultimate Dark, is that you?  I'm listening... speak now: your son awaits your orders.

Another exhale cut out of his throat, sharp and almost pained, dark brown eyebrows narrowing as a fog of chilled condensation seeped out his mouth.  Like dying... that open channel the force of Evil used to fill his head with thoughts sparked a cold settling throughout his body that felt remarkably like dying.  It was almost painful, and yet...  his eye widened as a smile peeled across his sky-turned face.  Exciting... almost painful and yet exciting.  The words flooding into his skull overlapped his thoughts, muting his mental train to instead bring forth the message he knew the other two were hearing at the same exact time.  His breathing was hitched, pained expression darting across his visage as he narrowed his eyes at the ceiling, heart pounding hard in his chest.  That grin slid off his face, replaced as he grit his teeth hard to dull the throbbing pain within his skull.  Ultimate Dark's booming voice echoed throughout his cranium, ripping away any distracting thoughts to have the male's full, undivided attention.  The Spectrum Warriors had awakened, the voice told him, and with their awakening, their crystal too was coming to life.  That was the disturbance Frankie felt earlier, what compelled him to go towards that mansion.  He leaned further back onto the wall, neck stretched as he kept his vision glued onto the ceiling of the sound room.  An exasperated whine cut out of his throat, left hand jerked away from the instrument that hung from his neck, and a clash of notes peeled into the air.  The noise went unnoticed by the young man, full attention on the deep message scratching into his brain.  Stay hidden, it continued, be wary of White... and don't make a spectacle of yourself.

A pained laugh tore from his throat, maniacal smile spreading farther across his face as his eye opened wider, gasping for air as he was specifically addressed.  Excitement.  Were you watching, Ultimate?  Did you not like the show?  His back arched, slamming his head once more into the wall, as his guffaw morphed into a tortured, choked bark.  The guitar about his neck swung with gravity, side of the instrument crashing against the amplifier as its musician coiled backwards in a freakish display of contortionism.  Did I do wrong by you?  Like a man hyperventilating, he choked in breath after breath, that crazed grin and wide eyed expression never faltering as he listened on to the voice intermingled with his thudding heartbeat in his temples.  His sky-coloured iris was completely engulfed by his pupil now, black void swallowing the only colour he had on his person as the voice inside his mind finally said what he wanted to hear:

Prepare for war, my children.

His athletic frame convulsed, right hand slamming back hard onto the wall as more laughter peeled out his throat, suddenly regaining control of his body as the coldness left him.  His pupil contracted, snapping back to almost a pinprick before returning to its normal diameter, and a pained, anxious whine cut out of his throat.  Frankie, Frankie...  let's do this.  His left hand snapped onto the wall, providing himself support as he shoved himself off the large free-standing amp and onto his feet, momentarily at a loss of balance as his senses came back to him.  He felt alive, lit up, and eager to see how the other two were fairing.  Ultimate Dark knew how to treat the reckless young man: talking to him was like setting off a shock collar to a dog; the message could not be ignored even if he tried.  For some sick reason, the punk preferred the special treatment.  The Gibson Les Paul hanging about his neck and shoulder quickly came off as he pulled the guitar off his person, letting it clamour onto the floor without care.  In one swift motion, the male ran almost sideways to the recording studio entrance, catching sight of the German Shepherd at the base of the spiral staircase.

What was it with spiral staircases and dogs?  There wasn't a canine he'd ever met that would climb them.  With a smile plastered across his countenance and panting heavily, Frankie darted past Beau and started scrambling up the stairs like a madman, "Simone!  SIMONE!  Simone, Simone, Simone, Siiihhh-moooaaannn!" his crazed bass voice echoed through the corridors in a mixture of excitement and mania, the athletic figure throwing himself up the steps in bounds as he used the rails for support until he reached the top, where his band mates where located.  A facial tick yanked at his visage, hiccupping his laugh, "Did you hear that!?  Did you hear!  The Crystal's awakened, that's what's been going on!"  His mohican bounced with his jerky motions, frayed and destroyed to the point it may not even be considered a standing hairstyle, and now the guitarist slid towards the counter and standing bar stools, knocking one over in his way to tackle the drummer, "Simone, Simone, Simone!  Siiiiimon!"  Once more he used the masculine form of her name, and now the taller male threw his arms around her in a hyper-enthusiastic hug, "That's what we felt earlier Frenchie!"  His heart was still thundering in his ribcage, adrenaline coursing through him.  Christ, he loved messages from their Dark Leader.

Lorenzo’s lips curved into a smile as he neatly folded the newspaper and laid it on the table, chuckling at her commentaries about Frankie. To see or hear something like that was actually of no surprise to jet black. In fact, it was interesting how Francis had still yet to set his own house on fire. Knowing his volcanic personality that would be anything but a first. “It’s okay Simone.” He answered, standing up to approach her. “At least he had his own share of fun. I bet he caused a few damages to the RS’s house, n’est past mademoiselle?”

Lorenzo had no time to continue for his eyes closed, thick lashes caressing the upper bones of his cheeks as his strong arms folded over his chest and an eerie, calm allure took control of his facial features. He did not register Simone’s reactions to this, or Frankie’s for that matter, only deep abyss gurgled inside his conscience as the voice of their leader filled their very being with the necessary information.

Once the message came to an end, he opened his eyes and watched both his fellows, asserting any signs of fear or anxiety upon them. When he found nothing but sheer excitement and curiosity, Lorenzo allowed himself another smile. “So Frankie, anything you might wish to share?”

Albin looked around the room, he felt like the only ones really listening were Victoria and Annabelle. He smiled at them and turned his head to look a Scarlett. The look in her eyes told him that she was surely listening. There was no doubt about it and she was not taking it well. She looked a little sick and an instinct inside of him told him to reach out and touch her. Comfort her. But he knew that would not be a great idea.He wanted to wait at least an hour before activating the next warrior. The pain had been getting worse and worse. Each time it seemed to be spreading through him, starting at his head. When Luiz had touched him the pain had migrated all the way down to his chest. It was the worse thing he could ever remember feeling. he tried to think of what to say to Scarlett. She asked him a question and he opened up his mouth to answer but was abruptly cut off. His mouth closed and he shrunk back a little slightly uncomfortable with her anger. Then a sideswipe of arms sent him to his knees.

Albin breathed in sharply as he fell to his knees. The pain returned long and more intense than before. He let out a strangled cry. He breathed heavy sharp breaths and hunched on all fours as the pain radiated through him. He heard Scarlett drop but couldn’t react as he suddenly felt like his whole body was on fire. He closed his eyes and waited for the pain to slowly fade away. It took longer this time. He breathed hard shallow breaths and it was after a couple of moments that he noticed Scarlett fallen out, her friends at her side. Arms went around him and for a moment he shuddered in fear of another painful attack, but he looked up to see Victoria cradling him gently. He put his hand on her shoulder and let it shake there for a moment before stammering softly. “I..I ‘m okay.” he said in a breathy tone. He looked over at Scarlett and then to Kiara.

“ Is she okay?”
he said using Victoria to return to his feet and walking over to her. “ Did she just faint?” he said crouching next to her. He tried his hardest to notice his proximity to Annabelle and looked at her. “ She is activated. I am not sure why she fainted. Maybe she is being sensitive to the activations. Scarlett. Wake up. Can you hear me?” He said leaning over her. He bit his lower lip nervously. “ I apologize. I never meant to upset her or make anyone sick...” He said with a sigh feeling her forehead. He felt horrible. He knew these thing had to be done but hated that there was so much pain involved. “ I’m Sorry.” He whispered down at her.

Simone hated it when Lorenzo tried to speak French. It wasn't that he wasn't good at it, in fact he was and that was part of what pissed her off, it mostly just felt like he was being condescending or making fun of her accent.

Beaufort started barking madly downstairs and Simone turned to see what was the matter when she felt the chill that signified the start of one of her favorite experiences of all time. She swayed, bracing herself on the edge of the countertop, and closed her eyes as the words of Ultimate Dark washed over her.

When Lorenzo says her changing hadn't been easy he is not exaggerating. She saw the pain and wildness that Francis went through. She saw the horror on his face as his eye was sucked away and replaced with... other. And then the first person he used his new powers on was, quite accidentally, her. She couldn't get over it. She didn't want to change. She didn't want any of it.

But Lorenzo and Francis were both in now.. the only so called friends that she really had... and they wheedled her every day. She was the only one. This was her destiny. Didn't she know she was called? Come on, wasn't it so cool? She shut her ears and closed her eyes and tried to get Frankie to talk about something else. Anything else. But he was so enamored of his new powers; having so much fun playing tricks on the normies. And Lorenzo seemed absolutely disgusted by her after awhile.

Until one night she felt a chill and a low vibrating voice creeped softly into her head. Here am I. Incomplete. A shadow. A glass half empty. The voice caused a little thrill to go up her spine, it stroked and aroused her elements. It told the story to her. Where they had all come from, what had come before now, what they were to become. It told her it could never be whole without her. That it wanted her. Needed her. It filled her up and consumed her.

Lust is unforgiving

It drives you to despair

To acts of knowingly sinning

To feed the flesh

To tame the ache

To quiet your mind

Even if it is a mistake

After awhile, each day she would let a little more darkness in... give a little more of herself away... until one day when the sun started to set, she stared to fade... just slowly fade into grey. It was different for each of them. Frankie had been excited by the new abilities and the fighting, Lorenzo wanted control and power... Simone had been seduced. She gave everything away until all there was left was the Shadow.

Now each time Ultimate Dark speaks to them she pretends he's speaking only to her.. and a slow warmth pools low in her stomach and even further south. The voice ******** her. She gasps, shuddering as he finishes... as she finishes...

... and Frankie ruins it by picking her up and bouncing around the kitchen. Oh joy. "Oui, oui... down now please." The last thing a girl wants when she's turned on is for Francis Kershner to touch her. Simone blushed red, struggling to get free and drop to the ground. "I notice he did not scold me, no?" Her usual sarcasm has just a hint of a shudder still left in it.

Luiz Alves

Hey Luiz:
What are you wearing?:
Where are you?:
What's on your mind?:

Albin started talking again and Luiz wanted nothing more than him to shut up. His words were making his thoughts muddled. He felt almost drunk. Right now he would prefer the real thing. Not this muddled mind mess. He shook his head. This was crazy. He was smarter than this. He couldn’t believe this stuff. He crossed his arms and narrowed his eyes at Albin. He wanted him to leave. He thought of kicking him out but it was clear that VIctoria had grown attached. She wouldn’t stand for it. He briefly wondered what would happen if he just called security. Would anyone back him up?

Luiz winced and scrunched up his face as Kiara’s thin fingers moved through his hair pushing and rustling the perfect brown hair that he prided. He sighed grumpily but he was happy for the distraction. “ Kiara...” he grumbled getting up and moving to a nearby mirror to fix his hair. Gosh. Why did she always do that when he always had it just perfect? He huffed and looked over as Scarlett’s voice entered the conversation. He smiled. He felt slightly better knowing that somebody was on the same page as him. Go Scarlett. He thought smiling a little bit as she began to make her hasty exit. Then in a flash she was on the floor. Albin joined her seconds later. Kiara hollered for him to help her with Scarlett but Annabelle beat him to it. He went to her anyway.

“Scarlett?” he said pressing her hand to her forehead. He was worried. He cared for his new family dearly. He wanted to hit Albin, but he could not find fault in the stranger’s actions. That did not stop Luiz from glaring at him as he came over to Scarlett. He was concerned? Yeah he should be. He was the one coming around and stressing everyone out. “ Don’t touch her. “ he said to Albin. He could have sworn he saw the boys green eyes turn red. He stood up. “ Nevermind. This whole thing is BS. I’m out of here.” Luiz stood and walked out of the library. He was done. He didn’t even bother to go for his coat as he felt in his pockets for his car keys and hurried out the back to his car. He would leave out of the back entrance. He got outside and was grateful of the cooling air that came with early evening. It was calming. He kept walking, until he noticed something on the other side of the wrought iron. A form huddled, shivering. Luiz looked on curiously.

He walked over to the pedestrian exit and opened the door carefully. There was a girl. She was lying at the base of a tree, curled up, shaking. Confused green eyes looked up at him with tired green eyes. “ Um...hey...you okay?” The girls clothes were torn. She was wearing a yellow shirt with his face on it. The girl looked at him.She said nothing. She only stared, suddenly terrified. “ It’s okay. I won’t hurt you.” He said looking down at her. She blinked at him, it was clear that she had been sweating. her words were soft low and week.

“So...angry....”

Luiz reached to help her stand. He was met with a burst of unsuspected violence. The girl yelped at his touch. She lunged forward and shoved Luiz hard. The girls crumpled and passed out not seconds afterward. Luiz fell backwards. It had been so long since anybody had put their hands on him. He would have never expected it. He fell backward hard and fast colliding with the open iron gate. Then he was on the ground. He twisted on his back and groaned. They were unbelievable pain in his side. He looked down at it and saw red seeping through his fancy shirt at a steady rate. When he had come down he had come down on a horizontal spike meant to be decorative to the gate. The wound was deep. He took a short shallow breath. How could this be happening to him? Was he going to die? He leaned back on the wall the surround the house. Suddenly what little strength he had been holding on to was gone.

Oblivious of the things that were whirling around her, Scarlett's mind was whisked away from where she was currently at. The only real things that she could feel were the feelings of hands on her head, her face, and the raging heat that seemed to be covering her body.
She was so warm, so hot. The heat was actually very painful, but in her current state of comatose, there was nothing that Scarlett could do. She could not even loose a whimper so that the others would know of her discomfort.

Scarlett was not sure of how long the raging fire continued across her nerves, but she was suddenly confronted with an image.
It was herself, her hair was about the same length. But for some reason it glowed the color of hot coals. Her bright purple eyes took in her surroundings angrily as a hand gripped the sword at her side.
She could feel enemies at her back, ready for the death of her group. They wanted blood, they wanted the prisim. She was a Rainbow Warrior, a guardian of the prisim, the world. She must protect it at all cost...

Scarlett started slightly, suddenly realising that the woman with glowing hair was actually herself. How could that be her? She wondered, an audable gasp leaving her as she layed on the floor. Perhaps Albin was right... She thought, suddenly feeling a burning feeling with-in her. The fire burned for her to protect the innocent, to save the poor, to protect the prisim with her very life if need be.
With a gasp, Scarlett opened her topaz eyes, her eyes not really focusing. "W..wha?" She damanded, her hands reaching out, one grabbed onto Kiara arm and one found ahold of Annabelle hand. Her voice felt like it wouldn't work. "What... was that?"

Simone was flushed to a deep red hue, eyes half-lidded as they normally were after she received a message from Ultimate Dark. She seemed to be in a trance, lost in her own euphoria, her feminine hands bracing herself against the countertop. The Frenchman gave off the vibes of a woman satisfied, lips softly parted as her eyes glazed over into a lover's glance.

... and Frankie Teardrop, in his excited state of mind, simply ploughed into her, swooping her up with a laugh and playful snarl. The drummer seemed to reanimate now, still shaken by her reaction to the Boss's visitation, breathlessly trying to get her band mate to set her back down on the ground in her struggle to no longer defy gravity. The brunette male hoisting her up simply rolled his tongue in the back of his throat in a suggestive, sleazy growl, nose wrinkling playfully up at her, "Ahhh, you felt it too then! Was it as good for you as it was for me?" Her wriggling made it harder and harder to keep a good grasp on her to prevent her from falling, and reluctantly, the male set her down. His hands were shaking, fuelled with pent up energy he wasn't exerting, and now his gaze flicked over to Lorenzo. The bassist was smiling at him, the all-knowing grin spread across the other male's countenance, an expression he seemed to only reserve for appropriate times and certain individuals. The enquiry threw him off, "...Wish to share...?" What did that mean?

Were they talking about him before the message arrived?

The guitarist glanced over his shoulder at Simone, puzzled look washing across his face as he tried to piece together what he'd missed from being downstairs. His left hand raked through the buzzed side of his scalp, fingertips grazing along the centre strip of his mohican and distorting the broken, sideways fan. The young man was obviously more hyped up concerning receiving the memo from their leader as opposed to small talk, and now his azure eye flicked back over to the dark-haired male. A stupid grin washed over Frankie's face, boyish grin and small shrug clearly indicating he had no idea what his band mate was asking him. Finally, the penny dropped, and his pupil contracted slightly as he realised Lorenzo was probably asking what he'd meant when he said Simone and he felt something earlier, "The Crystal! Simone and I felt something earlier, I can't explain it. We went around to have a butcher's and the feeling's come from this mansion on the other side of the city!" He spoke with an excited, accelerated speed, exaggerated hand motions more commonplace for a Frenchman than an Englishman. He'd be lying if he said he didn't pick up some habits from his good friend.

Speaking of, the young woman piped up now, hints of her ordeal still left in her sarcastic voice as she almost gloated about not being scolded in the message. Frankie kicked his head back, laughing heartily as he turned his head to better look at the female, "Guess you didn't make an impression on him!" Wiggling his eyebrows had to suffice as opposed to a wink: the one-eyed man had long since learned he was incapable of such a playful gesture reading correctly. His sky-blue gaze snapped back over to the other band mate, "Well... it was a bit more than a butcher's... There was a group of people, one thing led to another. You know how these things go: kids go Radio Rental when they gather." He didn't want to sit still, and it was obvious with his shift of weight from one leg to the other, "Boss said we need to prepare for war, but to stay out of the limelight. What's it going to be then, eh?" His vision flicked from one band mate to the next, and now he moved similarly to a boxer warming up for a fight, bouncing his weight from one leg to the next as his hands pulled up in front of him in fists, "This is too big to just sit on our arses, innit?"

Kiara was nowhere near as agitated and terrified as the rest of them. She took Scarlett's state in the most normal fashion possible, inspecting her cheeks with cold precision as Belle rushed to her call and helped both of them. One thing she did not understand though, why did the redhead faint? Surely, she must have experienced the same as all of them but to collapse like this meant that something was different. Her bright eyes descended to Albin, who although affected, appeared genuinely worried about their band leader. Kiara helped Scarlett in the chair to make her more comfortable and knelt in front of her, gently tapping both her cheeks with small palms. "Activated?" The girl inquired without changing the point of her focus. "I repeat myself, what are we supposed to do now that our so called powers are in function?" She really was curious which one between them was in charge with the healing, in this circumstance it might actually prove to be useful.

When the girl woke up, Kiara unconsciously let out a sigh of relief and retrieved her place by Scarlett's side. "Sleepy head." She teased, leaning to place a kiss on the top of her head. "That was what we were trying to explain to you. Although it is beyond me as to why you are the only one that posed such a violent reaction. We were not affected to the same point as you. Tell me, did you see something?" Her words rolled off at an inexplicable speed, as if she was rushing to demand the information she wanted in that instant. She was not, Kiara was just too anxious for her sake. From the corners of her eyes she noticed Luiz make his way out and something inside her stirred, the need to kick his arse for being so inconsiderate.

"I'm going to get you a pill." She assured her friend and followed the guy, curious as to what was in his head for acting like this. Every intention of her admonishing him for his attitude dispelled the second she was greeted by the sight of a crimson liquid pooled around him, and deep in the material of his clothes. She did not notice the other girl. Kiara ran towards Luiz, ripping the lower side of her shirt to press it against the wound as she called out for help.

                                                "Guys!!!! Help us!"
She screamed from the top of her lungs, staring at the blood with alarmed eyes. She did not know what to do, she took out her phone and dialed the ambulance. He needed more specialized help.

Lorenzo was not ignorant in regards to how his band mates reacted to Ultimate Dark, but despite his usual self, he simply let them be and enjoy the message in their own peculiar fashion. ‘Snakey’, on the other hand, appeared genuinely relaxed with a hint of boredom as he arched a brow at the energy in Frankie. Indeed, that guy was a walking bomb, and he seemed to become more intense each time their leader sent a message. To him it was nothing extraordinary, he had spent almost his whole life with UD. At a point, he had even gotten tired of being bossed around.

That, until he met these two specimens of dark shades. They brought life and light into his existence, not to say that it was utterly amusing to watch them react to their newly acquired powers. Both Simone and Francis were more than just excited to have been granted this honor , but he could tell that they did not like him much due to the fact that they somehow believed Lorenzo to be at fault for everything that went wrong. He smiled and sat down again, listening to the explanation provided by the eye-patched male.

So they sensed the sudden disturbance as well...

“You can calm down for now . We need to find them before jumping into action, mate.” He assured him and took a glance at his watch. A few more hours and his day would catch a more pleasant turn. “Do you guys want a drink?” Lorenzo inquired with the same artful smile on his countenance. They had to ‘kick some asses’ but meanwhile, they could have a bit of fun.

Albin met Luiz’s gaze and through the fire, Luiz was putting into his eyes, Albin managed to hold the gaze. He was confused and frustrated. He was worried. Albin couldn’t blame him for the way that he was feeling. He sighed as he stormed out. This was not what he had intended. He had intended to do this gently. Not to stress everyone out and make everyone sick. He looked back at Scarlett, pleased to see that she was waking up. Good. She had just fainted. He smiled a little. Naturally she had some questions. Albin took a deep breath.

“You have been activated Scarlett. Just relax. I am not sure why your reaction was so strong. Try to take it easy.” He said before looking around at the others. His eyes landed on Annabelle. “Thank you. I am happy to find you all with such good graces with each other. “ he smiled at her. If came naturally this time, although while looking at her, his heart still pounded slightly. “ Think of how much more stress this would be if i had to force you all to like each other as well....” He watched as Kiara followed Luiz and stood to test his legs, which were still shaky from the activation. He looked around at the remaining warriors and thought about what to do next.

Suddenly his side began to itch wildly. He looked down at his side and saw that they was a small spot of yellow light bleeding through his clothes. The light began to spread quickly in a liquid like fashion. He looked around, his face grew slightly pale. Then a voice in the form of a broken scream filtered in from the outdoors.

“Luiz...” Albin said before taking off down the hall and toward the cry for help. Albin did not stop until he come upon Kiara, ripped shirts and bloody hands. There was a lot of blood. Albin swore lightly and looked at Luiz. he was breathing but her was fading fast. he didn’t have much time. he saw Kiara with the phone in her hand and shook his head. There wasn’t time. he closed Her phone and quickly pulled Luiz up into his arms. He eyed the other girl for a moment. He would have to come back for her. He ran luiz back to the library and set him on the floor. He took a deep breath. He had to focus. He quickly, calling his power to him as if he wasn’t giving it an option to fail.

“White.”

A white aura forms around him and his hair began to turn white, going from root to tip. Power filled him and his clothes melted away, almost at the same time as new garments, spun from magic wrapped around him. The glowing stopped and he was transformed. He went instantly to Luiz, placing his hands on his wound. He closed his eyes and focused. “ White Light.” He whispered. his hands began to glow hot white. It was blinding to look at. Albin expelled his power into the fallen Luiz, and after a moment he pulled away. Luiz’s shirt was still ripped. There was still blood. But the wound was gone. As if it had never happened. Albin pressed his ear to the boy’s chest and smiles slowly as he heard a soft but steady heartbeat. He looked at the others. He cleared his throat and stood up. Then he remembered. The girl.

He jogged back outside and found the girl where he and Kiara had left her. He lifted her into his arms and took her with him inside the mansion. He laid her on a sofa in the library and began to examine her. She seemed exhausted. He listened to her heart and found it weak. What had happened to her? He checked her pulse and tried to deliberate what to try healing first. There was something strange about this girl's injury that was familiar but he couldn’t place it.

Simone found it very interesting that Lorenzo tried to talk to both of them as if he were a part of their culture. He spoke french to her and he called Frankie 'mate' among other things, as if he'd ever had one of those in his life. She found his whole attitude very fake.

Ah well, at least Frankie had put her down. She straightened herself out trying to hide her embarrassment. While she'd never told a soul what Ultimate Dark did to her it was a little hard to hide, especially when it happened in public. Go figure, the only man to ever give her an orgasm was a dark voice she only heard in her head. She honestly had no idea if she'd even be attracted to him if she actually did meet him in real life. Life is weird like that or at least her life had become so in the last few years. Mummy and daddy would be so proud.

Her mind was at least distracted by the amusement of watching Frankie attempt to explain himself to Lorenzo. What a way with words that boy had. She happened to know that Frankie didn't feel the same way about Lorenzo that she did; he didn't hate him, he just thought the bassist was kind of a tool sometimes, which was true. They had indeed felt a presence and Frankie had indeed started a riot, but the important part was the part that Lorenzo said last.

The part with alcohol.

"Mon dieu, oui." Simone could use any number of drinks right this moment. She walked past the boys and reached up into the cupboard where she knew there to be bad whiskey. "We need to be training, yes? Learn to use our powers better, more subtly," she said as she poured a large sized shot for each of them, "but if there is to be no fighting now then I want to drink and make the drums talk the rest of the evening." Translation: She wanted to bang things. "We should rehearse, yes? Unless you boys have something better to do." She arched a dark eyebrow at Frankie, remembering his redhead from this morning.
Calm down?

The large grin that was plastered across the young man's face was definitely the picture of calm. As was his constant movement, boxing the air at nothing in particular, keeping his feet moving. All right, maybe the guitarist wasn't calm, but Lorenzo didn't need to tell him to calm down. Frankie turned and jabbed the air towards the bassist, snickering, "I'm the picture of calm, mate. Why don't we go find them then?" Another left, a right, then an uppercut, and the brunette seemed eager to even settle for a sparring match. His blue gaze flicked to the left, about to say something to the young woman when Snake mentioned alcohol.

Well, there was an idea. Frankie's expression shifted from playful to thoughtful, a decoration not usually adorning his countenance. His smile slowly faded as his eyebrows furrowed in thought, mulling over whether or not he should protest alcohol consumption and vote instead for going to find their adversaries. His mental debate was short-lived as Simone now piped up, conveying her opinion that they should be training. She seemed keen on the drinking idea, strolling to the cabinets and starting to set up shots. The male's air punches were slower now, settling down as he fancied the idea of alcohol more and more. Once the whiskey bottle opened, he started making a bee-line for the counter and the Frenchman. Like a cat called by a can opener, Frankie was summoned instantly: nothing rang smoother in the air like the pouring of booze.

"... We have better shite than that," the male came up behind the shorter female, frowning as he noticed she used the cheaper, low-end whiskey. "This calls for the good stuff!" He was practically hovering around Simone now, reaching around her to grab a shot glass as now rehearsals were brought up. When Simone arched her eyebrow at him, the male simply beamed in response, "I think the word you wanted was 'someone' instead of 'something'... and yes I do." He wiggled his eyebrows at her, turning and leaning his hip against the counter as he awaited the distribution of the other two shots.

"I think we should rehearse, then later tonight, say around nine, have an impromptu show. I can call Gary over at The Peanut, I know he'll let us throw together a quick show. Nothing big, maybe only play four tunes: something the group likes as a whole, something each of us wants." His lone eye glanced over towards the other male in the room, "It'd get some energy out, and'll be a load of fun." Not to mention, he could have an opportunity to show off for Scarlett. Girls liked boys in bands, and he'd take any opportunity he could get to charm a stranger. He lifted the shot towards Lorenzo, then towards Simone, large grin spreading across his countenance, "What'ya say lads?" Bringing the small glass to his lips, Frankie cocked his head back and poured down the alcohol, face distorting with the bitterness of cheap whiskey.

Chaos broke out. Luiz had marched out of the library, Kiara followed him and began to scream bloody murder, and Albin, who just a moment ago looked near death's door, sprang up and managed to haul the yellow member of the group into the library by his tiny self. Maybe he could manage the work of a roadie. Victoria found herself too stunned to react to much of it, except to stand after Albin left, finding herself shakey on her feet.

Victoria finally noticed what was wrong with Luiz. She snagged her purse and a bottle of water and knelt by his head. The Indian woman looked up when Albin transformed. Well. That was impressive. Once he had finished healing Luiz, she wet a handkerchief from her purse with the water from the bottle and carefully cleaned off the wound. "He's fine," she said, her voice stunned. "There's just a red mark now, under the blood."

When Luiz began to stir, she turned her gaze to his face. "Stupid Spaniard," she murmured. "Now do you believe?" She stroked his hair; despite her intense dislike of the man, no one deserved to be stabbed. She looked up at the rest of her band mates. "Now do you all believe?" she said harshly. "Did it really take this to prove that Albin was speaking the truth?"

The young man returned, this time carrying a young woman. Victoria didn't get up. "What is wrong with her?" she asked, gently patting the clean but wet part of the handkerchief against Luiz's forehead. "Don't you move, young man," she ordered. "Healed or not, you were just stabbed."
