It would probably be a while before Yuuki would stop being so formal, but he’d be patient with him. He was sure it was all in his culture to be polite, and wouldn’t question it. As long as he didn’t keep doing it, considering the two would be working together for a long time; and that’s IF they kept working at his shop. Oh the day they would move on, Dante vowed not to cry…not that he would. With a pleasant look upon the blonde’s face, he watched on as his apprentice quickly got to work. Yuuki, unlike his brother, was a pretty hard worker at the shop. Always offering help without even needing to be asked, and was quick to act too. Yuuya on the other hand, he was a great worker too, in his own right, but he just wished he’d be a little more motivated every now and then. Especially with his greetings, although he had to admit that Yuuya improved a lot from when he first started working.

Yuuki had promised that they wouldn’t be late anymore, but he wasn’t so sure if Yuuya would abide by that promise, since he made a habit of coming in late very often. With a small sigh he nodded in his head and watched for a little while as Yuuki sorted through the crates. His attention shifted to the older twin who was having trouble keeping his glasses glued on his face. “Evil glasses huh? That must be terrible.” He said sarcastically before he leaned lightly against the counter and listened as Yuuya asked if he would be seeing Dante at the bar after work. A serious expression crossed his face, “Who do you think I am?” The stern gaze didn’t last long as a small smirk replaced it instead, “Of course you’ll see me there! How else would I wind down from work?”

The nightlife in New Aurora wasn’t quite as exciting as it was in Italy. Hell, back in Italy he didn’t have to worry about running into any women expecting more from Dante. By the time they tried to find him at his hotel he’d skip to the next town over. But here, he had to watch out who he flirted with. Only certain people enjoyed a no strings attached relationship, while others…they were the type to grow feelings, something that he tried to avoid. That wasn’t to say that he didn’t like New Aurora, he loved it. There were friends he never would have met had he stayed in Italy.

“I take it you’ll be drinking it up with Ali?” It wasn’t news that Ali was a party goer, and practically the life of any party, and he couldn’t deny that he enjoyed her company either, it would be a sin not too; he didn’t know a single person who disliked her, and who would? That girl was wild! “Try not to get too drunk if you do, you’ll leave me no choice but to go and give Ali a little scolding, and she won’t like that one bit.” He winked at Yuuya, pushing himself from the counter to go check on Yuuki. “What about you Yuuki, any plans after work?” He felt a little terrible that the youngster was doing the stocking by himself and in so realizing, turned to Yuuya briefly, “Help Yuuki and I’ll consider letting you both out early today. Might even treat you to lunch tomorrow, if I can remember…” No shame in being an easy-going boss, if his mentor were to see him now he’d be chastised. He could already here that old geezer’s voice, ‘If you aren’t exhausted yet, then you aren’t working hard enough, and if you aren’t working hard enough, you aren’t working at all! NOW GET TO WORK.’ Dante couldn’t help but rub his temples at the thought. Unlike his mentor, Dante didn’t want to put that much strain on these two. All work and no fun was…no fun!

Arthur stood in silence for a moment and simply watched his granddaughter work while he leaned over the desk opposite her. Gwen could feel the heat of his breath blowing on to the paperwork she was writing on, her gaze moved from the records and peered over the black frames of her glasses to view her grandfather who still had a wide grin on his face. There was a moment of pause until the inn assistant broke the silence. ”What are you looking at?” She said bluntly. Arthur still continued to smile at her as if he knew a juicy bit of gossip that he was teasing her with, soon enough he reached over the length of the desk to point at a bit of information that laid on the file which Gwen was working on.

”Little Miss Gwennie has made a little mistake.” The old man chuckled as his wrinkled figure tapped above a figure that was written in her handwriting. Gwen glanced back down on the paper through the lenses of her glasses.

”You’re kidding.” Gwen gasped as she tried to spot her mistake but mostly convinced that her grandfather was just teasing her again as he knew how much she hated making mistakes. Still failing to see it Arthur soon had to point it out and explain it to her. Gwen wasn’t surprised that the old man spotted it, he was good with numbers but she still didn't like making mistakes. She simply grunted and just rewritten the information, Arthur nodded his approval soon enough. When Gwen came to a stopping point she began to pack away the paperwork but Arthur stopped her.

”Don’t put them away just yet, you know I have to look over them.” He grinned as he lifted himself from the front of the desk to join his granddaughter on the other side. Gwen couldn’t help but notice the old man limping slightly as he walked over to her, a look of concern fell onto her face but she quickly wiped it off before Arthur noticed. Of course the man has been having joint problems from his old age and some days were worse than others, but Gwen didn’t bring herself to worry about since there wasn’t any trace on her grandfather’s face of a sign of pain. A visit to the clinic must be coming up soon, if he is having trouble with his joints when it’s to Dr. Faye for one of her herbal treatments, with that in mind it shouldn’t be such a task to get the old man down to the clinic if he knew he was going to see her. When it’s a visit to Dr. Kwon that would be abit more of a task, Arthur preferred to see him outside of the job. Gwen pushed herself out of her train of thought to address her grandfather’s comment.

”What? why? I know I have done it correctly, I do the paperwork all the time.” She explained as she held one file away from her grandfather’s reach as he came forward to take it from her.

”Now Gwennie,” Arthur peered down at his son’s daughter from above the frames of his glasses. ”I might be an old coot, but I’m still the owner of this inn and your boss and I say I need to look over the paperwork.” The look on his face turned serious for a moment which made Gwen’s breath freeze in her lungs but it was released when that cheeky grin to his face that he was only joking around. Arthur spoke again as Gwen slowly handed over the files to him. ”Besides I have a job for you.” He bore his teeth as he smiled which left Gwen puzzled. ”Come on shuffle aside.” Arthur demanded the girl to move from the desk’s chair so he could sit down to check over the work, she stood without arguing with him as she saw him limping earlier.

”We have a maid now, I don’t need to clean the toilets again.” Gwen objected to a very familiar task which Arthur would of most likely of given whenever he says that he had a job for her. She exhaled with her relief when she knew that wasn’t what he had in mind when he began laughing, she sighed deeply as her the old man continued to tease her. As much as Gwen likes a clean and tidy inn she never liked the idea of cleaning the toilets. Arthur went into of the draws of the desk and pulled out a small pile of A5 sized papers. Having a view of the top of pile Gwen could see that they were flyers advertising rooms at the inn. Gwen had forgotten that they put them up around the town at the start of each year so newcomers would know where to go if they needed a place to stay, they hadn’t done it yet this year. At least Gwen knew that she didn’t need to clean the toilets this time round. She took off her glasses and hooked them on to the low neck line of her black top since she didn't need them for now.

”You know the drill, one outside the inn, one at the enterance of the town, another at the beach and a couple in the town square and so on. This will keep you from breathing down my neck while I pick out your errors in the paperwork.” Arthur chuckled once more. Gwen just gave him a look but knew that is what exactly what she’ll do if she stayed. While her grandfather took his place behind the desk and reopened the inn’s files Gwen grabbed the pile of flyers and headed for the front door. From the coat rack that held up a collection of Gwen’s, Arthur’s, Luke’s and other customers coats she took and thin material black scarf and wrapped it loosely around her neck and bare shoulders.

She looked back to Arthur. ”Okay fine. I wouldn’t be long. I just don’t scribble silly little pictures in the log book again.” She referred back to his joke about the log book before. Arthur just smiled back to her and waved lightly. She rolled her eyes, now that she mentioned it he was going to do it. Gwen left her grandfather to run the inn while she took a walk around the town to put up flyers.

                                            ---------------------------

After pinning one flyer to the outside wall of the inn where it joined other flyers that advertised Allison’s bar, Jackson’s restaurant and Alto’s Coffee shop she set off into town. From there she walked past the tea house and towards the entrance of the town where a notice broad stood. She made sure the flyer was easy to see, because it was new the colourful graphics stood out against the older notices on the broad. She nodded her approval and continued along her road towards the beach, she couldn’t help but be reminded of her childhood and her holidays in the summers here, she found herself smiling as she remembered running down this same path towards the beach from the inn. She suddenly felt the same excitement bubbling in her stomach. From the entrance of the town where the Blacksmith’s and forge stood, she turned the corner and walked past the bathhouse, one other corner and the beach was insight. Another notice broad stood near the beach shack which she noticed wasn't open. Before she pinned up another flyer her deep emerald gaze looked upon the view of the beach. It was odd to find it a bit empty but wasn’t surprised to see Oliver sitting on the sand while watching his nephew play. Of course Gwen knew of the young boy from her grandfather but never thought of the surfer to be the ‘taking care of children’ type, not after knowing what types of things he gets up to sometimes. She figured it was nice to see on the other hand. Her eyes moved to movement in the water, her gaze widened when she recognized one of the figures. Lincoln with the bathhouse assistant wrapped around his waist, a disbelieved gasp escaped her lips. So that’s why he left the inn in a hurry, she couldn’t say she was surprised on the other hand. She couldn’t help but feel a strong annoyance rising up from her gut when seeing Lincoln enjoying himself where she was still waiting for his payment on his room. She was in the right mind to march over there, drag him out of the water and demand the money he owes the inn. She shook the idea from her head; she wasn’t going to make herself look like a fool as she knew that the bartender would just pray on her later about it. She pulled herself away from the scene and turned back to the notice board to pin up the flyer for the inn.

HawaiiMaylea watched as the horses minded their own business while roaming the fields. A sight that brought back old childhood memories. Despite how far away they lived, little May would always find time to hang out with the Vaske trio. They taught her all kinds of things but also teased her a lot which she didn't mind. Such memories shouldn't have been brought up though as all it did was remind her of her parents. She hadn't noticed that there were small tears swelling up until they fell down her cheeks. Quick hands raced to swipe them away and rub her eyes to prevent them from getting red. It didn't seem like the siblings were there so why sit about and cry about the past? As she turned on her heel to leave the loud barks of a familiar dog caught her attention. Before she could turn her head to see, however, her body was suddenly swept off the ground by strong arms could have only belonged to a man! Maylea squealed in surprise with eyes widened and frantically glancing around to meet the face of her captor. It was William who seemed more than delighted that she was here at this moment.

He gasped out his excited question before drawing closer to her lips just barely brushing over hers when beginning to taunt her. Of course he knew that was one of the many things he could do to turn her on, something she sometimes hated and loved too. Lea bit her bottom a little trying to play the 'innocent' card and shyly glanced away. What she didn't realize that the only true emotion she was showing was the blush on her cheeks. But it wouldn't last for long as she made the space between their lips even smaller as she replied, "You know I'd lose my sanity without seeing that sexy body of yours everyday~." Her voice was taunting and lusty and snaked her fingers up his shoulders and around his neck for support, a trait she could easily muster up only for him since she knew it would only rile him up. She didn't know, however, that she had been rubbing all over his 'tender' spots. Oh how she loved their game of flirting. May had caught the redhead many times ogling her beach toned body plenty of times. At first she was a bit unsure of how to take the gesture. But over time she grew closer and more playful with him to the point where she'd give him the most taunting and sexual poses she could while on the job just to toy with his mind.

Of course she'd never let him get to the goodies. Not yet. Her aqua shaded orbs bore deeply into his showing off the same playful confidence he had. "But I'm actually here to see your brother. Is he here?" she then stated once pulling her face away from his and gaining a more mature and curious composure. It was always a blast to see Will and Allison, but having barely spoken to their older brother, she felt like she needed to reunite with him once more. As the two chatted away, Brewster took the liberty to do the same with Will's dog Bruce. The two always got along like two peas in a pod like their owners. Except without the flirting and touching of inappropriate places.

Unlike most of the people of New Aurora who woke up with a hangover; this one lass was not one of them. Kana had been up since five in the morning; her tea shop was open from very early hours to very late hours, about seven until eleven. Thus sleep was something Kana did not get a lot of. She closed the shop on a Tuesday though; thus why it was one of her favorites day. Alas it was Thursday right now, and not many people around. Hm. She might have a half day on Sunday; most people on Sundays would rather be drinking alochol than having a relaxing cup of tea. What a pity. Alochol although she was neutral to; she would never get drunk. Being drunk made you do stupid things; like cheating on a five year relationship for no reason other than you were drunk; or causing the driving to have a car accident and you both die. Kana would never get drunk, ever. It ruined lives, ruined your body and damaged your mind; and you usually vomit. Not her type of thing...no thank you.

Kana was enjoying the pleasant weather of Aurora. Right now Kana had just opened her tea shop for the day. It was still morning and not many people had visited. She sighed at this. The town was sometimes super popular or not so popular. Her shop always did amazingly in the winter, warm seasons made it rather difficult to make the needed money. But never mind. Kana was in her casual outfit of a blue shirt and red skirt with a loose tie around her neck. She always made sure to make sure she was clean and tidy. Next Kana had made sure to feed her pet cat Neko; a black cat with sapphire eyes. Oh and the cat was male. Sighing to herself she simply carried on cleaning the tables from last night and sorting out how she wanted the shop to look. She took a lunch break between twelve and two; since the tea house was more popular in winter or evening.

Oh yes evening, that was on her side too. Kana had only been here two years and never talked to people much; nor talked of her family. "I hope my shop does better today..." She mumbled to herself; if she couldn't help the community she would have to go elsewhere which she did not want. Thus she walked from the bottom level of her shop to her upper level and back down. I'm never going home again... She had told her father she wanted nothing to do with him, and if he ever followed her here he would not be welcome in her shop. She would ban him; no joke. Probably get a restraining order too. Sighing to herself; she walked to the front door and opened it; flipping the sign from 'closed' to 'open'. It was such nice weather she figured she'd leave the front door open day. She should call Rose later on at some point today. Rose was the elderly women who use to run the tea shop before her, Rose had been friends with Arthur as far as she knew. Rose was about sixty nine right now; and had been a very pleasant women to Kana. Kana considered her a wonderful women, very lady like but still independent and her own person; and not afraid to argue back with someone. What a women! And she didn't look her age either. "Wonder if I'll meet someone new today..." She mumbled to herself curiously.

Maybe he seemed a little weird for ordering such a spicy dish this early in the day, but when he got to the restaurant to order himself some food.. he decided that he didn't want to eat alone. A lot of his meals were spent alone, mostly at home, sitting at a dinner table big enough for four, but Ember being the only one sitting at it. Once in a while, his mother would invite him over for dinner, but those invitations were becoming few and far between. It was stressful knowing that he wasn't as close with his parents as he used to be, but he was once assured that it was all a part of growing up. You branched away from your parents because you didn't need them anymore - Not that they had to become strangers, because they were your family after all. But you had to get used to doing things on your own. Ember had been on his own for about a year and a half, but he couldn't say he was used to living alone. It was... lonely. There was no one there to greet you when you got home, no one to tell about your day. Just an empty house that stayed just as you left it.. Geesh. Just thinking of it made him a little depressed. That's why he grabbed two curry dishes for take-out.

Ember wasn't sure if Kana was up for something to eat, if she had eaten yet, or would have a taste for what he was bringing.. but he thought that if nothing else, he could eat with some company and have a cup of tea. Before he left the restaurant, he checked his note book to make sure that she would be in today. How embarrassing would that be...? They were friends and all, but Ember wasn't the type that would stop by someone's house uninvited. He was worried that he'd be a burden and make people feel bad if they didn't let him in to visit. Since he didn't give her a heads up, he was glad to know that her shop wasn't closed today and she might be in. It was a long trip from where he was, but he made it to the tea house in a decent amount of time. Everything was still warm.

He entered the tea house, letting the door fall quietly behind him as he stepped further in. "Kana?" Ember called out softly, as not to upset the calm atmosphere. He really hoped he wasn't being a pain. There didn't seem to be a lot of people here at the moment, but still. Even if she was busy with something in the shop, he could always just sit down and relax. Like he had thought before, it was better than to eat a meal alone at home. Not that he didn't love his girls, but they weren't much in the mood for dinner conversation.. In the day time, they were busy snoozing away in their cage, waiting for the night. "I brought us a curry dish," he added as he walked over to a table, one near the window, setting down the bag and opening it up to take out the containers.

Kana had not had time to eat yet; she was up at six in the morning every day and was usually in bed by midnight; her shop had insane hours. No wonder she had no assistants yet...sigh. But no matter she'd run the shop by herself. She could handle it and took pride in it. The only time she really eat was at lunch unless invited to eat. This wasn't the best diet and the ex owner of the shop advised against it....but she just didn't have time to eat often when the shop was busy. Tuesdays she ate most and other days varied. She was often alone in the shop unless Ember, Gwen or Arthur visited. She wasn't on good terms with her parents, well shewas with her mother. Alas her father was part of the 'package' so that got ruined too. Kana didn't need to warm up the tea house which was nice; hm perhaps she should buy some candles for the evening? Such a boring day....I bet everyone else is out drinking, flirting or generally doing something insane. She thought to herself, moving a bit of hair from her face. Too much sun was bad for her; she had very pale skin.

Hearing her name being called she blinked and turned around. Ember was never a pain and she adored his company! "Ember! Good morning.~" She stated calmly but happily with bright eyes. A small yawn escaped her lips, but she worked a lot of hours. Not many people yet; a bit upsetting but she wouldn't show it. Being here two years she was still considered rather new, thus having business with Arthur and Gwen was very useful and provided two other friends. If only she was busy; she was flipping bored as heck! Her cat Neko was upstairs playing with a pink plastic ball; her cat she swore was a foot ball player destined to be. It was currently only eight weeks old. Full of energy but very well behaved; who knew right? Hearing Ember's voice and the comment of food her stomach rumbled causing her to blush.

Ember was one of few who knew she didn't eat enough sometimes. "That sounds lovely; curry anytime of day is a great time.~" She stated eagerly as she walked with Ember to a table by the window. Of course she always made sure her friends were comfortable. Seeing all the containers she smiled happily. "O-Oh you do not need to share with me if you wish to eat it all, it would be rude to eat your food." Even though they had a lot of curry dates so to speak; she felt guilty whenever she ate some of the food he bought. She tried to always pay him back with a free cup of tea; since she hated taking from people. Realizing she hadn't asked yet she gave a shy smile; even after two years she was still getting use to everything. "What tea would you like today?~ The usual or try something new? I heard chai tea is nice.~" She questioned politely with her usual optimistic aura.

“Of course,” Aiden said as Angel took the glass of wine off of his hands before handing it back to him. Some people needed alcohol to calm them down. Aiden was not one of those people. He used alcohol to fuel his already energetic and adventurous demeanor. It only got him more excited for the ghost hunting. It made him braver and stronger and happier. It made everything so much more vivid and exaggerated.

Okay, so they both seemed brave, what with Aiden talking so forwardly to this Mr. Ghostie and Angel luring the ghost out. But her lighter tone disappeared when they heard a noise coming from down the hall. He was glad that Angel grabbed onto him, though it didn’t help the throbbing in his side from the relentless bruise lurking underneath his shirt. It made him able to act unafraid when he was a little freaked out. At the question, he nodded. “Uh yeah…you’re sure there’s nobody else in the house?” he asked. Thinking about it for a moment, he added, “I mean, someone else who’s alive?” After all, it was clear that someone else was there. The question was whether or not this other person was among the living.

At the second question, he nodded quickly, moving with her towards the elevator again. It might have been a few seconds before the elevator came up to meet them, but it felt like much longer than that. But, sure enough, the doors opened and the two of them moved inside, pushing on the down button as hard as possible, as though that would cause the doors to close that much faster. And as they pushed that button, a shadow crept down the hallway, towards them and the elevator. Angel didn’t finish her question, but Aiden nodded. “Yes. Yes, I do.” He watched as the cards were lifted and the shadow came closer. Before it could reach them, however, the doors closed.

After standing there in shock for a moment, he looked over at Angel. “Well, at least we know he likes the peanut butter and playing cards now.” He still wondered how Angel came to that conclusion, but he was glad for the information. It at least gave them a better chance of catching this thing.

When they got back down to the first floor, the doors opened and Aiden walked out, needing to be on solid, unmoving ground. Then he looked to Angel. “What’s next, boss? I don’t know about you, but I’m not eager to go back up there.”

                                            OOC:

A small smile came across his lips when she greeted him, "`Morning." He noticed right away how tired Kana was - if it wasn't obvious by the yawn she let out. Ember knew that she woke up early in the morning to get ready and head out to the tea shop.. and then cleaning up after the day was done kept her out late. It had to be hard. Ember was lucky with his job. His hours were more flexible. Though there were days that he absolutely slaved away in the back, making custom orders, from the early morning until the early morning the following day.. It wasn't because of his lack of vision in one eye that it took him so long to create a piece or two. He was quite the perfectionist, though never wasteful. Get it done right the first time, that's what he believed. People paid a lot of money for jewelry that was made with care, with a person's own hands, and done just the way they imagined it in their minds. Every piece was unique.

As he was taking out the food, he heard a nose that made him blink. It was the rumbling of a tummy - Kana's tummy. "I got here just in time," he teased her lightly, crumpling the bag up into a small ball, putting it off to the side so that he could set up the containers on the table for the two of them. There were a pair of plastic silverware for each of them, setting up one side of the table for her and the other for her. As he was taking off the covers, Kana told him that he didn't need to share with her if he wanted to eat all of this food. It was a pretty nice portion of a meal for two, he couldn't imagine eating it all. He came with the intention of sharing and if she didn't want any, taking it home. But she was obviously hungry, so Ember felt a little better just dropping by because he was at least.. useful. "If I eat all this, my stomach will explode." He was still a young man, but he had a limit. "And it's no fun eating alone."

He moved to sit down after she asked him about the tea, humming in thought. Ember was always up to try something new. Though he had his favorite teas - sleepy time tea, milk tea - he was open to trying new flavors. "I'll take the chai tea then," Ember decided with her suggestion, leaning back a little in his chair to get comfortable. It was then he realized that he really hadn't stopped by in a long time. For the past week or so, work had kept him really busy. But with the lighter work load now, he had time to visit friends and get some shopping down. Though soon after he finished eating, he was going to have to go back to work and see if he had any new orders and take inventory. "Work keeping you busy?" he asked to make light conversation while he waited for to return with tea and join him for a meal.

pour coffee into the machine, "A cup of coffee would be perfect with this pie, right? What kind of coffee are
                                                                                        you in the mood for?

being made. Knowing Hagumi, Alto was sure that she would say one with a lot of sugar and milk. He didn't
think she was a child, but she sometimes had childish tastes.

Kana hearing his tease blushed slightly; oh how she hated her stomach rumbling in front of others. It was so awkward. She hoped Ember's job was better time management than what she had. She watched him set everything up as she grinned. Hearing that his stomach would explode she couldn't help but smirk. That would be an...odd sight. Hearing the comment that it wasn't fun to eat alone she nodded. She had to eat alone since she left her family behind. Not that her family were any good to her and growing up she often sometimes ate alone anyway. So she hoped in this village it would be different And it had been thus far; she had a few food friends and one best friend. "Agreed; eating alone is no fun. And aw shame, but sometimes I want to eat more than my stomach can handle, not wise in the long run.~"

She spent most of her meals alone unless it was with Ember. She spent a lot of time with Dante; but that was for a certain reason. Seeing that Ember would try the chai tea she couldn't help but smile and walked off to make the tea. She carefully made the tea though she was very picky with the tea. Every tea was...different in a way; each tea had it's own purpose of what the person wanted it to do. Tea could relaxed you or give you just as much of a kick as coffee. Every tea leaf, all the different milk, all the different fruits everything she had to do just right. Once she came back she put the chai tea down for Ember and sat down with him. She'd brought her own cinnamon tea. Work keeping her busy? Hm sometimes. "It varies day by day; some days I'm on my feet all day; other days it is very slow. Though I enjoy my Tuesday days off. It just varies on customers, weather, season e.t.c. But work usually keeps me busy. I enjoy it though." She stated honestly while humming to herself a bit.

"How is work for you?" She asked curiously always interested in other peoples work. She was grateful people visited her tea shop; she was in competition with the coffee shop after all. So she had to make sure everyone enjoyed her tea and that it was the best. All the tea was home made, no machines used. She believed everything was better when done by hand. Taking a fork she took a small mouth full of the curry before swallowing and giving a happy sigh. That hit the spot; it tasted so good! Not to mention it was good company. "That hits the spot everytime; I should really just go out and buy food more often.~ You know; we should have a curry festival in this town."~ She beamed energeticly, or a spicy food festival. Since spicy food was in a league of its own. Not that she was biased or anything !

As they walked out Ali grabbed a hold of his arm and he shoved his hands in his pocket. Jack laugh and was happy to hear that someone would plan something special for him. And it was truly a miracle to be alive with all the things that have happened to him and his best friend, Dastan. As Ali asked questions he began to recall everything that Oli had told him and he sorted things out in his mind. “Oli is fine. He’s been getting strong headaches and has wanted to go to the doctor to have his eye checked but he doesn’t have time… Liam is super intelligent and doing great. I can’t believe how much he hasn’t grown. Oli thinks he needs to play more sports or that he is sick in some way. ‘Cause tall runs in the family, you know… Oliver looks like a house wife at home, it’s hilarious. Funny, how people change in some time… Now I realized I’ve neglected my origins.” Jack chuckled and couldn’t help but think of the people who were searching for him and all that he had missed for wanting the big life. He sighed and put those sad and troubling thoughts behind and concentrates on the pretty lady he had next to him. “Oh and Gigi is back, for good as well. She got a call from her ex who was getting married with her ex-best friend. She was so pissed off; I’ve never seen her like that. But for the business she is making her a custom made wedding gown. Liam’s been getting along well with her and Dastan.”

Dastan became Jack’s second brother. And when his problems began, they became his also. Their bromance is a bit weird, but well, aren’t both of them weird?

If Hagumi had been a puppy, her tail would've been wagging a mile a minute and she would've been begging for a treat of some sort—but alas, she was no such thing. “It's no problem, Alto! Sharing is caring, after all~♥” And I care a whole lot about you, Alto! Hagu's face remained smiling and happy as she said this, but inside she was very nervous. Her large, amber eyes watched closely as Alto raised the fork up to his mouth.

What if the pie tasted horrible? Ohmygosh, what if he didn't even like pie?! Hagumi's heart raced. She had half a mind to smack that fork out of his hand, take the pie, and run to the nearest trashcan to dispose of the evidence. Total panic is what could be described as Hagu's expression as her boss ate the sliver of pie. The only thing she could do was wait anxiously for his reaction.

All she needed was the thumbs up to reassure her that the strawberry pie was, indeed, delicious. After Alto took the first bite she dug into her own slice, or rather, attacked it. Hagumi stabbed the helpless dessert with such vigor, causing the pie to topple on its side and the large pile of whipped cream to plop onto the plate. Needless to say, Hagu was lacking in table manners as well. Flakes of crust stuck to her cheeks, which she hastily brushed off with the edge of her sleeve.

Her heart went aflutter as soon as the compliment left Alto's lips, which she had been staring at rather... conspicuously. A smile brightened up little Hagu's face and she clapped with joy, giggling like a child. “I'm so glad you like it~!” she said, lifting up her hands to cool her warm cheeks. They felt very warm, which may have been due to the fact that she was blushing like crazy.

At the mention of their fellow coworker, Nora, she stopped. “But Nora's so much better at cooking than me,” the pink haired waitress mentioned, pursing her lips. She was confused at why he would mention such a thing, but her thoughts were extinguished quickly. “I don't want her to think I'm being serious.” So he was joking, after all. Hagu laughed. Poor Nora, who constantly worried about something or rather. That girl could sure use a relaxing spa day, and pronto. “Heehee~ I won't tell. She might have a heart attack if she finds out you said that!” At the thought of her friend having a heart attack, Hagu frowned slightly.

Hagumi watched with curiosity as Alto walked to the coffee machine and began to make a pot. Oh, she really loved the smell of fresh coffee, especially in the morning! A girl like Hagumi didn't have much need for it—seeing as she was always full of energy—but it was very enjoyable to drink. “Oh,” she started, plopping herself onto one of the tall barstools and fiddling with the edges of her frilly skirt, “lots of cream and sugar!” She ate more pie, being very meticulous about keeping herself well kept and free of crumbs for when Alto looked her way. Couldn't be seen looking like a slob, could she?

“I don't see how people can drink coffee black. It's just so bitter and... blegh! I just cant stand it. Not one bit,” Hagumi rambled, wiping crumbs off her face. “I mean, why drink it straight when you can make it sweet, y'know...?” Her boot-clad feet kicked in the air. She was too short for them to reach the ground. “Say, boss, how do you like your coffee?” she asked playfully, a cheshire smile on her face. “Don't tell me: you like your coffee black!”

                                                  Journal!

Yuuya frowned, his lips pulled into a pout. Adjusting his glasses, he glared at his boss " Of course it is, Mr. Decent vision!" The older twin , grinned shortly after, constantly pushing his glasses back on his face, taking them off, cleaning then, then pushing them back on his face once again. "They will be the death of me , Dante"

Yuuya was caught by surprise when dante had a serious look on his face, but ended up laughing loudly when he confirmed he would be there. " Aahh! Yeah, right right. ..." He chuckled happily, the hugest grin in history plastered on his face. " I heard you're known to have another way to wind down, but hey -- I heard" Yuuya winked. Not that he would know anything about that. The older twin had not so much as kissed another person before or had a girlfriend. Yuuki on the other hand had.... Oh how pathetic Yuuya looked.

It wasn't like Yuuya was bad with women... Or men. He just ran when things got intimate. He didn't know what to do.

" That's right~ She is my drinking partner!" Yuuya replied cheerfully and he heard a groan from Yuuki in the other room. Yuuya always thought Yuuki hated when he would drink because it wasn't an activity they could do together. Yuuki was such a lightweight, he'd throw up his first drink. His first experience with alcohol was a terrible one. Yuuya shook his head at Dante, leaning to rest his chin on his palm. " I wouldn't dare get too drunk..." He said sweetly. He then frowned and looked the other direction. " Yuuki wouldn't let me have that good of a time anyway.." He scoffed. Yuuya grinned when the man left to check on Yuuki. He wondered what his little twin had planned. Without him, he had no idea what Yuuki did. He always said he sat at home, or on the beach. He hated to leave yuuki alone, but that's what his twin preferred

Yuuki stopped his work for a moment, looking over his shoulder at Dante. "Well..." He started, looking back toward the boxes and continuing to work. " I will probably hang out at the bar too... If angel is there. " More than likely she would be ... Since she did work there. Yuuki wasn't sure what he was going to do. He really didn't want to watch his brother act a fool with that large-chested woman, so he would probably end up leaving and sitting out the rest of his time at home until it was cool enough to go to the beach.

Yuuki felt relief wash over him when Dante ordered Yuuya to help. He did not want to do all this by himself but the last thing he wanted to do was to ask for any kind of help. Once the blond male added Lunch and Off work Early into the same offer, Yuuya was rushing over to help in seconds. " Alright! Do not have to tell me twice!" He grinned , quickly getting to work. Yuuki gave his boss the. " What have you done ?!" Look .

With Yuuya's energy and excitement, and Yuuki's instruction the twins organized the ores and finished the job. Yuuki looked over everything and double checked. "Alright, can we go now boss?" Yuuya asked, bouncing on his heels with excitement

He thanked her for the tea, picking up the cup to slowly sip the chai tea. Licking his lips a little, it took a moment for the flavor to settle into his palate. It was pretty good, he had to admit, he'd never had it before. Ember was a fairly simple person. He stuck to the things that he liked. In his kitchen, he had a mixture that was called 'sleepy time.' If the tea had a name other than that, he wouldn't know. Kana would surely know. For his milk tea, which he enjoyed very much, he always came to the tea house. When he made it, or at least attempted to, it never came out right.. That's what he got for trying to be a cook. Really, he should leave it to the professionals. Just like he wouldn't advise just some ol' person off the street to try to make jewelry.

Ember started eating once they were settled, poking at small piece of curry chicken to nibble on. Mm.. this was a good breakfast. Normal people would be having cereal, maybe some eggs, bacon, and sausage.. but here they were eating curry chicken, veggies, rice. If you asked Ember, it was better than just a regular breakfast. Ember had a stomach of steel, though. Spicy or hot food had no affect on him while other people might get a major stomach ache eating so much spicy things. But he loved it. He nibbled on the food, which was really good, sipping on tea in between bites and talking.

"Work is going good. I recently had a lot of custom orders, but thankfully they're all shipped out now, so I can relax a bit." Work didn't end there, though. There was still a lot to be done around the shop. Ember didn't do just his specific job, he also helped out whenever and with whatever he could. Even if he was just cleaning up or dusting, or taking someone's place when they couldn't make it into work. "I haven't even had time to go to the beach and I live right infront of it," he laughed.

As he leaned back in his seat, he let out a heavy sigh of relief as his stomach happily settled with this breakfast. Usually he didn't have this grand of a breakfast. He patted his stomach, chuckling at Kana's excited words about the curry festival. "Oh, man! I wouldn't want it to end." He'd definitely have to take some of the food from the festival home. "I don't think anyone appreciates curry like we do, though."

It was an unusually slow day at the shop, and boredom was taking its toll on the owner. Lisa put her feet up on her table and looked out the window. It was beautiful outside, yet here she was, sitting around in a garage, doing nothing. It wouldn't hurt to close up a little early just this once, right? No...What if someone's car broke down? It was her duty to fix them, and she wasn't about to let the community down. But a quick break still sounded nice.

After she changed out of her uniform, Lisa closed the garage doors and jogged outside. She locked the entrance a put a sign on the door. It was a gift from her brother, which said "Taking A Brake" because her brother had a terrible sense of humor. She left the garage and walked down the street towards the town plaza, past all of the stores on her way to...Actually, she had no idea where she was supposed to be going. It felt so nice to be outside of her stuffy shop that she didn't even think of something to do. The beach seemed like a good choice; not too crowded at the time, so she headed off towards the water.
