-Introduction/Setting-

Flipping through his crisp newspaper in the comfort of his cramped cell, the former Jack Napier let out a soft sigh; without his comic genius, Gotham had become so. . . Well, boring! The mobsters had been hiding in their cage since he was sent off to Arkham, clinging to their cash for comfort, while all the other lovely "villians" were stuck rotting in this god forsaken asylum with him. A small chuckle escaped him, that soon grew to maniacal laughter. The Joker would return to reclaim Gotham. He had absolutely no idea what he was doing, and that's what made it so darn brilliant. . .

Short Bio: During his time at Arkham, Dr. Harleen Quinzel fell in love with one of her patients, The Joker. During his first immediate attempt at escape, she assisted him under the alias of Harley Quinn. the failed attempt resulted in her imprisonment in Arkham Asylum aswell.

Short Bio: Annora was born with a rather common (though not very well-known) disease known as Hematodipsia (or Hematomania). A lot of people have this disease and don't even know it; it's the simple notion that drives you to pick a scab and lick the blood off. Though Annora happened to have a bit of an. . . "advanced" case. She would bite out chunks of skin from the inside of her cheeks and lips and would suck the blood out. Her parents attempted therapy which didn't go very well. When she was 13, Annora was raped by said therapist; she killed him at their next appointment. The smell of all that blood being spilled gave her a feeling of power that she could never understand. Her parents wouldn't believe that was the reason she'd killed him and that it was only to quench her thirst for blood. She's lived in Arkham ever since.

Short Bio: Edward had always loved puzzles and riddles. His father's abusive characteristic was the major reason Edward became The Riddler. His father had caught Edward cheating one day and beat him perpetually after the incident to force Edward to tell the truth and keep him out of trouble, which is the reason Edward cannot lie and has to hide the truth behind his riddles.

Weapon(s) of Choice: In truth, anything The Joker gets his hands on is a potential weapon. However, he's most fond of knives, as guns are far too quick. You don't get a chance to savor it all. He likes a big band now and then, however.
Short Bio: Bio? It's very difficult to give a biography on someone who you can't identify. There's no match for fingerprints, teeth, hair sample...nothing. It's as though this guy doesn't exist. You can't even get a straight story out of him, let alone hear the same one twice. So how do you truly expect to know anything about his past?

Weapon(s) of Choice: A toxin which induces fear, in an aerosol form. Sometimes uses a gun of some kind.
Short Bio: Dr Jonathan Crane is a relatively harmless man... until he has you on the couch. That is, if you go to see Dr Crane for his medical expertise, you'll more likely become his sick, twisted project. He is a psychiatrist with a special interest in fears and phobias, and as such uses his understanding of fear to get what he wants. Many psychology experts would ask you to face your fear, but running into Dr Crane, or as he likes to be called, Scarecrow, could have you doing that all too literally, hs toxin causing you to believe that your worst fears have come to life.
Extra: Trivia; Dr Crane is skilled in hand-to-hand combat, which often comes as a surprise due to his being physically unimpressive.

Short Bio:
Formerly District Attorney Harvey Dent (a friend of Bruce Wayne's). Dent's latent multiple personality disorder fully took hold when half his face was horrifically scarred by Sal Maroni. He became obsessed with committing crimes themed around duality and opposites. He makes major decisions by flipping a two-headed coin on which one of the faces is scarred. Over the years, he has reformed at various times, with his face being surgically repaired, only to later fall back into the Two-Face persona.

Short Bio: Ivy was a environmental scientist when she was younger. She loved the environment and would do anything to protect it. After a theft gone wrong, her professor decided to take the egyption ancient herbs and infuse them with Pamela, thus turning her into his experiment. Ivy soon had the ability to be immune to any and all toxins and actually creates them in her body. Ivy killed her professor and wants to "clean Gotham up" as she puts it.

Sandy blonde pigtails bounced slightly as a bubbly humming Harley walked down the hallway to the mess hall. She was getting really bored. . . Looking around momentarily, she drooped slightly. No, he wasn't in here. Of course. She flopped down onto the couch and began reading today's newspaper. Heh, and she thought things couldn't get any more dull. . .

Harley pouted from behind the newspaper. Was nobody awake this early? You'd think SOMEBODY would be out and about other than her. Pulling out her pigtails, the golden hair fell about an inch or so under her chin. Sighing heavily, she attempted to continue reading.

Edward stood in his office, he gazed at the computer waiting for any new news about batman to pop up but nothing. He thought this morning was rather dull, he hadn't heard any commotion outside from the other villains of Gotham, "Looks like its my turn..." The Riddle mumbled with a rather evil smirk. He snapped his fingers signaling his henchmen to start working on a new labyrinth. "Now to come up with some riddles..." he whispered reaching for a clean piece of paper and a pen to write down some riddles.

"Hiya Edward!" Harley's painted face beamed down at the back of his head. Arkham security just isn't that great, these days. . . And she was just slipping out for a little bit. Mr. J didn't have to know. . . Crouching next to him in her harlequin uniform, she attempted reading over his shoulder. "Watcha doing~?"

"Oh hello..." He said putting his pen down and waving at her. "I was writing down some riddles to use on the batman, but i seem to be drawing blanks..." the Riddler spoke while he crumbled the paper up into a little ball. "Anyways, how is the Joker doing? haven't seen him on the TV lately. Edward reach for a clean sheet of paper once more and started to brainstorm on some riddles.
