Hundreds of glowing balls of fire descended to the Earth. Each one was carrying the hopes and dreams of entire nations. The Battefield, Earth, had improved over the years, but it was still scarred from titanic clashes between Gundams. From a silver space station, three figures watched as each carrier reached its destination. One of the shadowy figures walked in front of the screen. Behind him was a magnificent dining hall made of crystal. However, the only light in the room came dimly from the TV screen. He held a glass of champagne in his hand in a regal style as he spoke,"And so begins another Gundam tournament to determine sovereignty over the colonies", the voice comming from him was older, yet somewhat eloquent,"And the lucky winner resides within one of those shining lights".
"Hah, don't they ever get tired of the same thing over and over again?", a much younger female voice replied,"It's pathetic how they are willing to entrust the rule of the colonies based of mindless gladitorial combat"
"Things are not that simple, my dear", the first speaker replied,"Or at least not this time around".
"No...this tournament shall be the Omega", a steely, mechanical voice said as the last light disappeared.
