Obeying the crown was a sinister price
His soul was tortured by love and by pain
He surely would flee but the oath made him stay

Storyline:

After Meteor the Shinra Electric Power Company was all but in ruins. But Rufus Shinra was keen to recreate the company that once dominated the planet. His dreams grow and spread with each passing day. He discovered a new mineral in the earth called Nalumtre. It is not as effective as Mako, but it is the only plentiful substance that could support the electric need of the people.

It's been five years since Meteor, three since the Geostigma virus was destroyed. Since his enemies found out he had been affected by Geostigma, his life and dream have frequently been under threat. But he's been lucky; the ever loyal Turks are still by his side. Each enemy that rose soon fell with a Shinra logo branded bullet through his skull.

But now there is a new enemy rising. He has already destroyed countless Shinra buildings, killing dozens of employees and innocent passers-by alike. His target is the president of the rapidly expanding company. He knows the truth about Nalumtre.

He goes by the name of Black Horse.

The Turks are unable to gather information about their deadly enemy. Each assassin he sends after the president is retained and questioned. But they have been trained in the ways of Shinra. They received the same training as the Turks themselves. They resist torture and kill themselves before the Turks can get any information from them.

Rufus grows impatient; knowing that the only thing stands between him and certain death is these four soldiers. Should they fail even once, he will be snuffed out like a candle.

He has charged them with finding and eliminating Black Horse and his elite ShinRa assassins

All the while, Rufus continues mining for Nalumtre.

Her job was to watch over and guide the souls that were destined for the Lifestream. But now the Lady of the Lifestream has been taken from her family to join the realm of the living. Her fatal wound still expels hatred and pain but she's alive. Her mission is to discover the true nature of Nalumtre and prevent the murder of thousands more.

She alone knows the secret of the planet and the fate that awaits her dearly loved friends in the world of the living- the good and the bad.
...She alone knows of the future of those she calls her children, those who scorned her because of her race, those who loved her...

The Ancient sisters have found each other. Confusion keeps them separate and fear prevents them from fulfilling their purpose. The Voice of the Planet fills them with their mission. Do they have the courage to accomplish their task when the sacrifice is so high?

The Great Red Beast refused to let his kind die out. There is more to live for than just the survival of his species. The planet is dying. But how can he when he his threatened by the very existence of his age and the lack of energy coursing through his veins? The Empty one pokes and prods him to further her own means. A fire is building inside of him that could burn everyone around him or swallow him whole.

The Empty One slowly begins to understand the full meaning of her discovery but as the Planet tears itself apart from the inside, can she do anything to save it? Does she even want to? She's leaving her mark on the world, just as she always wanted to but at what price?

Death has arrived in the form of man. His strength hasn't lessened since he last walked the Planet and his very presence brings the Ancients to the knees in fear. What does he want this time and who has the power to bring him down for the third time?

The Forgotten Child wanders with a strange woman who has escaped the hands of death after many years. She can not trust, she mustn't love and above all she must find the saviours of the planet. It is a difficult task so why was it given to one so young? She flees the Northern Continent's destruction with The Distant Man

A darkness falls across the Planet. The seas rage in anger, the desert sands destroy everything in their path. Why is the Lifestream sending such hatred and madness into the world? A poison spreads through it, destroying the purity of the Life of the Planet.

A great dome has spread across the Nothern Continent's South East Coast. The Empty One Contemplates her next. For now it is believed that everything and everyone inside the dome now lives with the Cetra, preparing to be reborn.

If I catch you breaking any rules you shall get only one warning. Break the same or another rule again and I’ll ask you to leave. I don’t care how vital your character is to the story plot. I shall pick up the character myself or have someone more trustworthy take them up.

However that being said, if you don't put the name of the place your in your post for example, I won't kick you out because of it. Even though this is a literate RP I do understand Writer's Block and if you can't make a lengthy post it's OK. Just don't make a habit of it.

I have a life outside of Gaia (I know, shocking) so I assume most other RPers do too. I won't be able to post every single day if I'm really busy and I don't expect you to either. But please make a effort to post a few times a week. If you're going away, please warn me in advance so we can work something out with character (the night before is not in advance. I mean at least a week before!)
