Ming stood outside after putting Alex to bed. She'd found a cute little hamper and a few sheets. He'd curled into a ball and fallen asleep shortly after. Now she looked up at the stars and sighed, thinking how pleasent the night was. Hopefully this isn't the calm before the storm, she worried.

"You know how I am," Inuya said, looking at the stars, "I'm jumpy and not prone to drop my guard." She hugged her knees, "I don't know why, either."
"Maybe it's instinctive," Haku said, "Like, when I hear something I look in the direction it came from. If I'm scared when I'm a crow, I fly away."
Laku layed down and fell asleep with Haru sitting up beside him.
