Down the Rabbit Hole...Again
Alice....We need you

You've caused great wonders and made things good and bad
You know that what you don't know is what we all need to know

You all have heard the tale. A girl goes down the Rabbit hole, and finds Wonderland. To escape being beheaded She runs away, and leaves the Wonderland behind. So Alice is safe, but what of Wonderland? How safe are the people there? The queen was denied what she wanted for the first time. Ten years after she left, the rabbit hole pulled Alice through again, to a very different world than her childhood fantasies. Things were darker. The animals themselves were forced to take on human forms to hide their identities from the queen. Even the King himself was afraid of the Queen. They all have called for Alice to Return, but can she save Wonderland? Can she rescue the once happy, albeit mad, world?

This is a very simple and very easy to understand roleplay, there are but five simple rules.

❤❤❤❤The first of these rules is not my own but one that I am required to remind you to follow. That is, Gaia's very own ToS rules. This means keep everything, romantic encounters, fights, and language, all at the pg-13 level. However seeing as the majority of the cast will be children, I don't believe this will be a problem.

❤❤❤❤The second of these rules is how to join. If you wish to join and help save wonderland, please send a PM to yours truly with the title of "Its a Mad World" please do not shorten, change, or alter this title in any way. If you do, or fail to put this as the title, then I will skip right over your post and declare your entry form null and void. I am not the naive child I was when I first started, and I demand that my rules be met.

❤❤❤❤The third rule pertains to relationships. Some relationships are preset, but you can ask them to be changed. I wont guarantee they will but you can ask. Now I know they are only all fearing for their lives BUT! they can have relationships. Just keep in line with the first rule, and keep it PG-13. I trust you are old enough to understand what that means.

❤❤❤❤The fourth rule is Basically that you must post a good Paragraph per response, and do not, for the love of all that is holy and good in this world, use any form of chat-speak or asterisks or colons or what not for actions. and If you wish to speak to eachother out of Character use Brackets or Parenthesis. As for who I will allow, everyone from the original cast, plus three made ups besides the two I came up with. All of the animals in the original cast have become human however. On top of this I want to make sure you realize this is an anime style roleplay. NO real pics.

❤❤❤❤The final rule is one you all like, and That is to have fun. This rolepay is a roleplay full of mad people, so of course it will be fun. With that in mind I do ask you to keep the peace as best you can. Do not take your fights to the OOC with eachother, and do not create unsolvable problems, becasue I will have to solve them by kicking all persons involved or at fault, out of my joyous roleplay.

For now this concludes my rules for this roleplay, If I come across anything that needs to be addressed in the course of this roleplay I will add it here, and make sure that it is corrected for the future. In other words I am Queen...and well you know how it goes.

"Why Did you have to leave Alice?"

Look Left. Look Right. Look all around to see there is nothing nearby. A daily routine for the ex-princess. She was more afraid of her own shadow than the smallest of woodland creatures. More than the rabbit that flees to his hole. More than the Squirrels that scurry up the trees. The girl would hide from even those creatures. In a world where the trees and flowers could betray you. Where the animals were against you. In a Mad world that was only getting madder by the day from fear, she could find very few people to trust. Among those people were the Mad Hatter and March Hare. They had protected her for some time, but she ran away to protect them from the Queen who wanted her dead.

Right now she was hiding behind a tree hoping the Cheshire Cat Didn't find her. She didn't trust him because he was on his own agenda. He liked to cause trouble he did. If he found her he might tell her mother. Likewise she didn't trust the White Rabbit, since he worked for her mother. But still, even they had suffered from the queen's wrath since Alice left. A few of them might even be in her mother's dungeon for all she'd know.

"I miss My Father, I hope he's safe"

Not afraid, but terrified
Of things I can't control

The Cheshire Cat sat silently in a tree as he observed the Daughter of the Queen of Hearts. The never-fading smile from his face grew wider with his teeth showing. All cats can smile, especially Cheshire cats. The Cheshire Cat had been observing the girl for the past few days at different intervals, but he had not shown himself. He knew that the girl had been safe with the Mad Hatter and the March Hare, but since she left, the cat knew she was vulnerable to the Queen of Hearts. As the girl looked around, quite frightened by her surroundings, the cat decided to show himself. His smile appeared first in the trees so that it appeared to be dismembered from the rest of his body. "'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves did gyre and gimble in the wabe," he began to recite, "all mimsy were the borogoves, and the mome raths outgrabe."

"Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
The frumious Bandersnatch!"

"Why Did you have to leave Alice?"

That voice. The poem, it had become his trademark of sorts, lately anyway. The very being she was hoping wouldn't find her. She backed away from the tree looking frightenedly up at the smile. she didn't run however. Running from the Cheshire Cat was futile, with his uncanny ability to be everywhere and anywhere all at the same time. No matter where she ran, if he was here he'd follow her to that place. "Ch-Cheshy?" She stuttered in her soft voice. 'Cheshy' had been the nickname she gave him when she was a young child. She had really liked him back then, she found him funny. Now he was one of her biggest threats and fears. However the name seemed to stick through the wars and battles.

"I miss My Father, I hope he's safe"

The Cheshire Cat's head began to appear along with the rest of his body gradually. He stretched his paws and eyed the girl interestedly. "I thought you had been having yourself a mad tea party with the Hatter and the March Hare." He laughed a bit maniacally. He had been a bit surprised at hearing his old nickname, but he didn't display it. "It's been awhile, Anna," he said, using the shortened version of her name.

"Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
The frumious Bandersnatch!"

She found herself about to trip over a rock, so she stopped moving back and looked up at him. "I L-Left. Wh-What do you want from me Ch-Cheshy?" she asked showing she wasn't about to trust him, in any way shape or form. They weren't friends anymore. She was too afraid of him to stay friends. She crossed her arms trying to look somewhat intimidating, all she succeeded in looking was terrified.

"I miss My Father, I hope he's safe"

"That is a good question. What do I want?" he laughed. "I guess I should leave if I haven't a clue what I want." The cat began to fade gradually, "'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves did gyre and gimble in the wabe..." he began to sing as he faded.

After a moment, she stepped forward. "Cheshy wait!" She said quietly. Cheshy, as much as she found it hard to trust him, was once her friend. She wanted to ask him a few things. If she could decipher his answers, she might learn of the fate of her friends and father. Not only that she might learn if Alice was back yet.
