Well something was definitely different about him. Aislyn had concluded that as she watched Dorian’s odd movements that seemed slow and deliberate. He seemed to know that she and Yuu were there. . .but he was so distracted that it was like looking at someone sleep walking through his motions. There but trapped in a dream making reality distort into illusion. Swallowing she glanced at Yuu who was being rather peculiar himself, bowing to Dorian like that he spoke to her in the same dry humor he always did but there was something warm and generous about the way he spoke to the blue haired male. That confused her all the more, wasn’t. . .Yuu just treating Dorian like he treated everyone; incompetent. . .when Yuu was upset he often tried to mask his emotions behind that cold mask. Yet now. . .now he was treating Dorian so tenderly! Ouch. . .that was way to hard to wrap her tired mind around, so basically she just gave up, folding her arms behind her as she glanced between the two vampires wondering if this was normal. Come to think of it other then Yuu and his mother (occasionally sister) she had never seen to vampire interact. . .this could be interesting.

Yuu was a little confused himself. Dorian had been a normal, an Aristocrat vampire like himself, minutes before when he rescued Aislyn from her stupidity and watched as this blue haired male ran off. Seemingly to upset to stick around after Yuu’s cruelness to a close friend, that had already been mended and taken care of. No. . .Dorian wasn’t an Aristocrat, not even close. . .he was a Pureblood. Newly awakened and seemed to be a little lost in his thoughts. That could even be a shock for a vampire. Turning from a second class to a first class in such a short amount of time it had to be addling with his mind as Yuu watched him raise his head a little from staring at his hand.

                        Dorian Edevane

He had never heard of such a name uttered in society anymore. Edevane was the name of Origin, tied with in the first family. Kurans, they had a son from the Origin but the other son had been lost to time and quickly forgotten about. To be an Edevane, a sole survivor,. . .hidden for all this time. . .Yuu was struck asunder. He couldn’t even get his mind to process the information quickly as he stared down the Pureblood in front of him. A Son lost for such along time, why did he have to be the one to welcome him back into the Vampire’s Society. Sighing he rubbed a palm across his forehead, glancing at Aislyn who was staring at Dorian a little shock showing in her features.

'Dorian’s. . .gone,’ she asked her voice just above a whisper but soft, like she wasn’t fathoming the fact the vampire male she knew before could just be. . gone. The one taken his place a new vampire in a odd sense. Dorian was still. . .Dorian it was just he was awakened and far more powerful then what either two had expected. However, Yuu hadn’t gotten around to really explain clearly the linage or levels vampires placed themselves into. For Dorian to be a Pureblood was something she didn’t understand, for the blue haired male to say that the Dorian they once knew was gone would sound like something terrifying for her. Like her friend had been taken over, possessed by another. In truth Aislyn was having a bit of trouble keeping up. It was Dorian. The same body, just. . .different personality. ..atmosphere surrounded him. She felt scared but at the same time awed by the power making her want to submit to his every whim despite her own pride and stubbornness. Just as Yuu felt.

‘H-how can you be gone? Your. . .standing right there,’ she added onto her words after a short moment and took a step forward, watching his face carefully as he looked at her. However, he beckoned for Yuu as he finished speaking. Ah, so Yuu had been right. A Origin Son. Before he knew it his feet were taking him closer, shooting a warning look at Aify to stay away and stay still. He had never encountered a newly awakened Pureblood. Stable or unstable he didn’t want Aify anywhere near Dorian anymore until he assessed the Pureblood’s attitude. Dorian might be a Pureblood but that didn’t mean Yuu was going to be holy loyal. His tolerance to one just hadn’t been built yet. Coming to a stop a hair’s breadth from the outstretched hand Yuu gazed, his emerald eye curious and mystified as he stared at the opposing male. What the hell was he suppose to do now? Bow at his feet, kiss his hand in show of loyalty he didn’t feel yet? No way in hell was he going to let himself fall into submission in front of the human girl, but his feet wouldn’t listen to him as he came over. A step close to grinding is teeth in frustration he fought for something to say.

‘Edevane-sama. . .you have been missing for a very long time. . .it is a pleasure to be welcoming you back,’ Yuu’s voice sounded more calm then what he even expected, his steady glare had melted some. He really had no problems with Dorian as a person, he was a little worried for Aislyn to be so close, so ignorant, but he was slightly afraid for what he felt as well. It was all rather confusing but magical as well.

ooc ;; Don't even try to downplay that this post sucked. = P Not my best but I didn't want to keep you any longer then I have. See ya after work = 3

Dorian’s head hurt like Hell… but he didn’t show an inkling of agony in his movements nor did his calm and cold expression twitch. He clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth as he thought through the bitter pounding in his head. His past self was beating furiously upon the shackled door that barred him from the present. He knew his fate… he would never be heard from again. His brilliant, cheery smile would never light the dark night; his sweet chuckle wouldn’t lilt and sound in the halls of the world… and his timid and hesitant nature would forever be concealed behind a mask of cold torture.

“Heh-heh-heh, heh!” Dorian chuckled, dark and low as the throbbing pain in his head was expelled through his laughter. “Dorian’s… gone? Dorian’s gone! Dorian’s gone!” he trilled, and, in a blur that even the eye of God could not catch, Dorian slipped past Yuu and he stood, doubled over, his hands planted on his knees firmly for support in front of the human girl. He ducked his head down so he could peer up into her amber eyes from underneath his thick lashes. A cold smile twisted his mouth into a smirk and his fangs flashed in the soft glow of candlelight that lit the lobby from a swinging crystal chandelier that hung from the tall ceiling.

“Allow me to explain, M’selle,” [Miss, young lady] Dorian said coolly as his cold smile warmed, hardly noticeable to the naked eye. He slowly raised his right hand from his knee as he continued to look up at her from underneath his lashes. His eyes were brighter than they had ever been when he was Dorian Yiyakova and the gold and the red of his irises were deeper and submerged in such luster that one could only argue that his eyes had been fashioned from the purest of gold and ruby. He reached up with his right hand and he gently touched the girl’s soft cheek with his hot fingers. He had known this human girl… but how? And when had he met her? She seemed familiar… more familiar then the fiery-haired vampire that stood behind him--who, Dorian had noticed, was obviously resisting his urges to become submissive; Dorian gave him kudos for having such an iron will to hold back.

The girl… The girl though was utterly different with her presence… though she was probably unaware of it. He brushed his hot fingertips up her jaw and he touched the hollow beneath her ear. Her soft skin had turned to the palest shade of opal… A lock of her dirty blonde hair fell over his white hand, but he didn’t see strands of hair… Gold silk kissed the back of his hand and he stretched his first two fingers up to capture the long tress of gold between his fingertips. “Oh mon dieu, c'est amusante,” [Oh my God, how amusing; French for 'Wow'] he breathed, the tongue of his ancestors slipped sweetly past his lips as he slid his hand down the length of the human girl’s hair. He lapsed into silence and he quietly raised his gaze to the girl’s eyes. A shock of ocher peered back at him and he clamped his mouth shut as his surprised gasp threatened to escape--a reaction that would be entirely unfit for a Pureblood to show.

Slowly, he dropped his right hand from her gold tress and he planted it firmly back onto his knee as he remained doubled over. He held the girl’s gaze in his own poly-hued one and a sweet smile, a smile that could rival God’s most precious Son’s and reserved for only that of an angel, burnt the cold from his expression and warmed his eyes. “Dorian Yiyakova,” he said quietly, though his voice was sincere and apologetic as he continued to hold the girl’s gaze as he explained, his mind fervently hunted for words and expressions that the girl would understand, “isn’t gone gone; he’s still here--” he raised his right hand again as he continued to hold her gaze and he carefully wrapped his long fingers around her left wrist and he picked up her hand and he gently pressed her palm against his beating heart “--he is a part of me and I am a part of him. I, Dorian Edevane, am his true self. I always have been. Who do you think gave him the sensual caresses and the fervent need to show his affection through sexual touch? The malicious smirks? The hungered eyes? They were all me… I was the one whom had pressed him to nibble on your soft neck…” Dorian’s smile softened a little more and he slipped his hand up the length of the girl’s arm. He could feel her warmth radiating through her thin shirt, a shirt that was obviously two-sizes too large for her slim figure. He touched the side of her neck and the small round wounds felt like craters under his sensitive touch.

“Merci, M’selle,” [Thank you, Miss] he said quietly as he slipped his hand back and he cupped the nape of her neck. He pressed his palm lightly against her wounds and his poly-hued eyes smiled warmly up at her, “because I drank from you I was able to break the partial Memory Seal that shackled me within Yiyakova. My true parents told my others settled in Rostov to not allow me to feed directly from a human. They feared that if the Edevanes were made known to society that the Senate would try to control us and use us to do their dirty work--” Dorian turned his head so he could glance back at Yuu over his shoulder “--which was why my family decided to remain concealed behind the legend of the Edevanes’ Fall.” Slowly, Dorian turned back around and he faced the human girl with a gentle smile. He was deeply sorry for what had to happen, Yiyakova had taken a genuine liking to the girl… his first true friend… He feathered his hand through the girl’s gold tress and he cupped her cheek within the palm of his left hand. He leaned forward and he pressed his lips against the corner of her mouth in a chaste kiss. “Just give me a few to assert myself, oui? It has been such a long time since I have been free; it’s nearing two hundred years… and I have two selves that I have to intermingle,” he whispered against her ear. He could feel her breath, hot and moist, against his collar and he closed his eyes, “So, in thanks of you freeing me, I will meld Edevane and Yiyakova together so you will not lose him and he… will not lose his first true friend…”

Dorian pulled away from the girl and he took a step back as he straightened. He twisted around to face Yuu and he reached over to grasp the fiery-haired vampire’s left hand. “Come closer, I’m in need of you, Yuu-san,” he said, then something flickered across his features and he glanced back over his shoulder to look at the girl. “You won’t have to wait for Yiyakova long, Aislyn,” Dorian said with a gentle smile as he laced his and Yuu’s fingers together and jerked him forward, “If you have not noticed, M’selle, the melding has already begun… his memories are returning… I suppose, once the process is complete, I will be similar to him, but I won’t be giggly and girlish… I’ll be much more confident in myself, while my air of polite shrewdness will only be revealed when most necessary, but--” he paused, and a sultry smile lit his poly-jeweled eyes and he pulled Yuu against him--the fiery-haired vampire’s back was pressed firmly against his bare chest. Dorian purred as he closed his eyes and he wrapped his left arm securely around the vampire’s waist, holding him in iron shackles cloaked in white flesh. Dorian raised his right hand and he grazed his fingertips down the right side of Yuu’s face; his skin was soft and delicate under his sensitive fingers.

Carefully, the blue-haired vampire peeled Yuu’s collar back to expose his bare shoulder. Dorian cracked open his eyes and their blood-colored luster burned into the fiery-haired vampire’s delicate olive skin. Dorian leaned down and he brushed his hot lips against the crook of Yuu’s neck. He tightened his left arm around the vampire’s waist and he continued his thought as he dragged his tongue up the side of Yuu’s neck, “--But I still have my blood lust… that was Edevane’s… Yiyakova didn’t have a sexual bone in his body; he was very much like the giddy child he embodied, his flamboyant personality a rebellious act in itself to his captivity within the invisible walls of Rostov…” Dorian slipped his right hand down the front of Yuu’s shirt, his hand seemingly gliding down without an ulterior motive… but not even a heart beat had past before Yuu’s shirt fell open and exposed his torso. “Mm,” Dorian trilled darkly, and he grazed his fangs against the crook of Yuu’s neck as he brushed his fingers up the length of the fiery-haired vampire’s bare abdomen and chest. Slowly, Dorian caressed the left side of Yuu’s face within his right hand--his fingers gentle and delicate against the vampire’s olive skin. Dorian’s wrist hovered a hairsbreadth away from Yuu’s lips and the blue-haired vampire smiled into the crook of his neck as he nibbled, catching his delicate skin between his teeth teasingly. “You must be famished, Yuu-san,” Dorian whispered, his breath hot and moist against the vampire’s skin. Dorian held firm to what he had told Aislyn earlier that evening…

…I don't do anything beyond simple touches and gentle kisses; it's rather amusing to wake up at dusk and find a few men scouring around my bedroom window and begging me to do more…

…Although, he knew that if someone had walked in at that particular moment, that person would argue Dorian’s sexuality to be otherwise. “You must be terribly, terribly hungry after catching the scent of fresh blood… I could feel you beating your need away, even if Yiyakova could not… So, drink, Yuu-san… you have my permission to quench your thirst; so, do not fear execution… but if the Senate does come for you anyway, Yuu-san, I will protect you… To be prosecuted wrongly is not something I will stand by…”

┌✩┘ Aislyn could not have been more. . .ugh there’s no words to describe it. Ignorant? Hapless? Stupid? BLONDE!? The fact a Pureblood awakening in her presence should have been clue enough that the vampire would be different, that the Yiyakova side of Dorian would be gone. . .replaced by this Edevane Dorian. It was so confusing for her though. Maybe her brain just refused to think that the giddy, childish vampire she first met, that made her feel so comfortable in this new place, that made her laugh and immensely happy was now replaced by this cold, beautiful stone of a former Dorian. The chill laughter broke her thoughts to pieces, a shattered mirror jagged in the room of her mind as the temperamental figure vanished after their brutality to such a simple thing. Leaving the shards to cut up the tender room where she kept her memories of the vampire prior, that locked away her feelings, she tried to accept this thing, . . . this new Dorian as he trilled about seemingly amused by her question.

Anger sparked, yeah she was sorta dumb when it came to this kind of stuff but he didn’t have to act like such a jerk about it. She was just parting her lips, mouth ready to shoot back sarcastic retorts when suddenly the air shifted, the air moved and she found herself face to face with the cold beauty. Gasping she couldn’t even will her feet to take a step back as she was ensnared by his simple gaze. His words pounded in her head like a harsh but sweet melody. Like a lullaby turned to maximum volume by mistake. It was true, eyes once that sparkled like stars now shined like a Pharaoh’s richest jewels. Polished and shined and cut from the most purest of gold and ruby. So breath taking that even a archangel could not bestow their true worth and the beauty of them was so stunning it was easy to lose one’s self in a mesmerizing bliss. If she could stand there for all eternity and stare right there, into his eyes, nothing else in the world mattered anymore. The hot touch from the lightest of finger tips pressed against the hollow of her cheek, sending shocks to rival lightening down her spine but she felt so at ease that the feeling didn’t tense her in any shape or form. If anything she relaxed further, mind wondering if he had ever been this warm before and if it was natural. She was use to such cold skin. . .blinking feeling a little ashamed she could get swept up so easily she tried to concentrate for he was going to explain.

Feeling the hot touch, that had been dwelling on her cheek with such a intense burn it almost made her whimper, the hot touch glided across her jaw line just in time warming the chilled skin and came to a rest underneath her ear. If her face was the palest shade of opal it was probably because she had been, oh I dunno, fed off of recently? It may have given her a pretty complexion bur it certainly didn’t make her feel beautiful. In fact it made her feel sickly, like a frail piece of cheap china that could easily flake or shatter. Under his gaze she felt like he was soaking in everything about her, making her extremely self conscious and wondered why he kept staring, with such jeweled eyes that took her breath away. Using every ounce of will she had, she tore her eyes f rom his, glancing off tot he right as she tried to keep her face reasonably normal but failed in a way. She looked disappointed in herself, ashamed she couldn’t compare to these unearthly-god like beings. He did seem rather interested in her hair however, the normal blonde shade to her must have seemed like something special because the whisper of amused french slipped past his lips and Aislyn couldn’t hear any mocking-ness to it. Watching him take a lock between his fingers she stayed still, wondering dimly why he took the time to marvel at her and meekly met his gaze again hoping he’d just tell her what was going on since Yuu seemed to be left disabled or something.

Oh god. . .if smiles could kill. She’d have died a millennium of times over. Gladly. She’d subject herself to deepest pit of Hell, the hottest of fires, the most grueling and hideous of demons if she could forever hold that memory of his sweet smile in her mind. Quickly, he’s talking. Shaking off the effects of such a sweet look that finally seemed to melt his cold exterior Aify wrapped her mind around what he was saying; knowing this was the only time she’d get to hear it from his mouth alone and would rather jump off a cliff whole heartedly if she’d have to be retarded enough to re-ask any point of this discussion later. As he took her wrist gently in his grasp she nodded slightly, lost in his eyes as he spoke, her hand came to lay over his chest, a shock of that damned sensuality flowed from her fingertips, spreading like a virus throughout her as she felt the silent hum of his heart. But somewhere she could feel both Dorian’s residing in the god-sculptured body. He was still there, that childish vampire she grew so attached too, he was still beating inside Dorian. A sad smile lifted the corners of her lips for a moment, the sound and feel of Edevane’s voice saying such. . . embarrassing things was contradicting to the emotion of his words. He was being kind, searching for emotions she’d react to while he explained how the Edevane side of his self had always been nudging the Yiyakova to do such things. Feeling his hot skin through Yuu’s dress shirt she shivered slightly despite the warmth when his fingers brushed the fang marks so gently.

Thank you. She knew enough french to know those few words. Wait? He was speaking french now. . .wasn’t it suppose to be Russian? Not that it mattered really, his words were all that she cared for at this moment. Even his touching, a contact that either Dorian’s seemingly needed didn’t matter as she was absorbed into his words. She had been so quiet, something unusual for her since she was always talking but never before had she been placed into such a situation. She was getting a little lost now. Senate was familiar since that was the thing that ran vampire society and what Yuu’s Grandfather was apart of which put strain on Yuu but the Partial Memory seal was something alien to her ears. Was it a type of vampire magic? She could understand his, Edevane’s, refusal to be put to work for the Senate however, so she was understanding a little. She had a part in this awakening, which she wasn’t sure if that was suppose to make her feel anymore special or guilty. Was she going to get into trouble for awakening Edevane when he was suppose to be kept secret and sleeping? Dorian was looking at Yuu, allowing her to think for herself for a moment, her ocher irises went black as she closed them trying to process his words. The next thing she knew his hand was feathering back through her hair. ’You have a hair fetish,’ she would have thought to tease him with when he placed the chaste kiss on the side of her mouth, careful where as Yiyakova had been more demanding and far more liberal in taking her mouth for granted. Blushing slightly as he spoke, the breath against her ear as he spoke, her own against his collar. A few? A few what!? Frowning as she tried to guess for herself, hoping he meant like minutes and time and not more kisses because she wasn’t sure if she could keep her unruly human self settled it really didn’t matter after his next words. Gasping in pure shock, she leaned back as he stepped away. Aify wanted to capture his face herself as he did so many times to her and kiss him purely out of gratitude, joyous tears welling at the corner of her eyes. Yiyakova Dorian would be allowed back, if intermingled with the Edevane it would still be her old Dorian! True friend. That made her pause, her smile freezing as she watched Edevane grab Yuu.

She. . .was his first true friend?

Aislyn despite her self let her hands fly up to her mouth, crossing her palms across her lips so her giggle, a look of pure glee on her face for various reasons. One, Yiyakova was coming back, two she had been slightly useful to the blue haired vampire, thirdly Yuu had the most shocked, mortified and seemingly confused look on his face that just wanted to make her scream with laughter. It. . it was kind of erotic to watch. Two males, so intimate in a vampireish way, one looked so ready as the other ( Yuu ) looked so horrified at the mere thought. It was kind of refreshing to see the stoic, over bearing male brought to his knees by simple touches and the beckon of blood. Still it felt kind of. . .dirty to watch. She was blushing despite herself and backed away a little more seeing Dorian was pretty much finished with her and retreated to the couch, sitting in it with her back to them. That and Yuu had given her a death glare so dark that she pretty got the message across with out him having to elaborate. Yuu was embarrassed, in a state of weakness he didn’t want Aislyn to see him in so out of their friendship and her own embarrassment she’d give them the privacy she could. Slipping her iPod from his slacks she was currently borrowing she placed the orange buds in her ears trying to ignore the two males whispers and quickly started blaring a shuffle of songs.

Curling up against the plush white she gazed around the room she could watch, knees pressed against her chest, arms lazily holding themselves around her legs and hummed the same song she had sung earlier that night softly trying not to imagine what was happening behind her fir she had a very vivid imagination and the mere suggestion of it would be planting fantasies in her head for the next few weeks. . .

                              ooc ;; Yuu's will be up in a moment!! OMG! A post Aify dosen't talk! > x >

Yeah. . his personality was definitely warped. That sort of laughter chilled him to his core and Yuu was pretty chilly to begin with. That and it seemed he turned on Aislyn first, the weak human with an even weaker tolerance to vampire charm. Yuu was unable to catch the Pureblood, slipping right past him, in fact the fact that he was right next to such an entity to seeing that space open bewildered him. Turning on his heel quickly he spotted Dorian and Aify, his feelings for the fragile girl, as a friend or as a protector spikes making his skin feel feverish as his impending worry for the female rose. Who ever this new Dorian was his true vamperic nature was showing ten fold and was enchanting even to him . ..Aify was going to be a muddle of useless blush at this rate.

Dorian had his back to Yuu but even so it wasn’t hard to make out the words the Pureblood spoke. Yuu didn’t dare move in fear of triggering something so he couldn’t tell any facial actions the male vampire was taking but from Aislyn’s face he was unleashing everything upon her. Yuu watched, slowly falling into a semi relaxed position, arms crossed against his chest as he leaned back on his heels, a slender brow twitching at the milk-white hand come to rest against he girl’s porcelain cheek. A hand that could easily break her, break him if it wanted to and Yuu knew little about Pureblood. Kuran blood was the strongest at this point and many were hiding in the world with their own agendas, that and his mother and sister rarely talked of Pureblood. Content with their own life and he rarely stayed around to chat with is Father’s side of the family if ever present within their company. Yuu hated to be ignorant but Pureblood were just a rarity he needn’t know of. Till now.

Yuu was nearly grinding his teeth in irritation that this new Dorian, despite being a Pureblood, was so focused on Aislyn in such a way. A bit over the tp he would say, especially the way he played with her hair, brought out such emotions in her that should have been seen only by the touch of a human male and not a vampire. Aify got so attached so quickly and took things so hard when they disappeared from her life; a result to being orphaned he guessed. She had a needing of people loving her since she hadn’t the stable life a human like her needed. She was affectionate in a world that showed her little of the one feeling she craved for the most. But she was getting her answers and he was getting the information he wanted. As Yuu watched he could feel his emotions straining against his wall of control and in utter attempt to keep his cool he turned away from them. If Aislyn needed another heartbreak to learn not o get so close to someone so quickly, especially to a vampire, then fine; she’d get one and Yuu wasn’t going to be as comforting as he had been previously. Yuu himself was a bit of a child. Getting angry over something he didn’t want simply because watching another have it made him want it. He had Aislyn, he had her as a dear friend, an obedient servant if he needed one though he would never subject Aislyn to that. Sighing to himself as he thought over what Edevane was saying he understood everything now, the Partial Memory seal was easy to break, if it had turned him human he would have needed a vampire’s blood to recomission him but since it was partial and he was still vampire a human’s blood worked in a way a vampire’s would. Lucky for him Aify was easy prey.

Well, that kinda ticked him off too. He didn’t like Aislyn being a easy lunch, he really should have taught her better or had just left her alone the day he saved her. Catching tidbits of the conversation, lost in his own thoughts Yuu was surprised that Edevane was going to intermingle the Yiyakova side of himself. It wasn’t vert natural, that last time a vampire did that was Yuuki. Allowing her self to keep her human memories and feeling as a vampire. Personalities would clash but the stronger ones would preside and Dorian would be two halves melded perfectly. Like two twins becoming one in mind and body able to work with each other. Most of the time a vampire that was awakening would kill off the weaker side and take over but this Dorian was allowing both to survive, if to please himself or Aislyn Yuu wasn’t sure but it made the female happy so he really had no say in any of it.

The sudden grasp over his left hand brought Yuu back to earth, turning as he was touched by Dorian. He blanched, not expecting the sudden contact, his arms coming apart hesitantly as he froze still as a stone frozen in time. What. . .did he want? As the blue haired male intertwined their fingers together Yuu felt like crawling out of his skin; both from disgust that another male was holding his hand in such a way to the fact he was very nearly enjoying it. Being useful to such a powerful being. A loyal dog. Yuu hated it, he didn’t want to be loyal or shoulder the care fro somebody in this way. He didn’t want to submit and be used. No, he had ran away for to long from that to be ensnared by something as simply complicated as a Pureblood. As Dorian spoke to Aify, feeling the blue haired monstrosity tug him closer, Yuu’s feet obeying grudgingly and flinched as he was pressed against Edevane’s chest. Bare, scorching skin could be felt through his satin shirt and Yuu was uncomfortably aware on how strong the other male was. The hand around his waist, the fingers grazing his placidly cool face as Yuu sought Aislyn’s face to concentrate on. The girl looked close to a melt down of laughter, causing him to glare at the girl with so much venomous wrath she winced. Yuu was close to his own meltdown, feeling as separated as Yiyakova and Edevane as half of him wanted to turn around and sock the blue hared vampire in the face as the other wanted to simply remain the loyal dog and please his master.

Grinding his teeth for real, as he felt his shirt collar being slipped down words were of little consquence att he moment. Yuu didn’t give a damn about who was merging with whom or what it all meant to him or to Aify. The pure sensations of being tasted and fiddled with was burning his mind up like a raging fever, unrelenting and maddening. The burning lips, the fire of one’s tounge being slowly dragged against his pulse, straining muscles the male shivered, swallowing dry embers as a reflex and regretted it deeply. His throat was bone dry, scorched like cherry hot sand had been coated to the tender skin of his mouth and throat. Even his fangs ached with such wanting, burning need. He had never seen himself fall so low as to actually beg for what was about to come and it was his turn to be to ashamed to look at any living thing. Aify had made herself scare allowing Dorian to fill her mind to the brim as her dream-like figure slipped behind the couch and the still air filled with the sweet melodies and her voice. A hand was being dragged across his chest and even if human eyes couldn’t tell he could feel Dorian undoing each button. Annoyance flashed through him. Why every button? His shoulders were bared to the Pureblood enough, did he have to go the extra steps to tourture the red-head? That dark voice filled Yuu’s head as a hand rubbed it’s way up and down his torso, making the muscles taunt, his back becoming stiff and ache-ingly his body retreated within it’s self then the graze of fangs threatened him to his knees. If he hand't been expecting something like that or been holding himself so rigidly Yuu would have most likely fallen to his knees, a perfect attempt to shake the blue hared vampire off but found himself dismissing the though. He was so thirsty and Dorian, despite Yuu’s own sexuality and feelings, was pretty damn good at this.

His eyesight had gone hazy, barely able to keep shapes in the overly-white room in focus as a hand traced his face, the warmth seeping from it was so tremendous it felt like a cool burn. The wrist offered to him confused him for a moment, blinking stupefied at it as he felt teeth nibble softly at his neck it might as well have been much harsher. At least the skin would have torn and he’s have the welcome relief of relishing in pain instead of this. . .this. . needing. Feeling the words moist against his neck Yuu flinched, eyes furrowing in irritation. Dorian really pissed him off, not simply because of him. . .himself. . .but more the fact he was a Pureblood that demanded Yuu’s underclass vampire instincts to react in such a mannerism. The words that followed hallowed his heart, but Yuu didn’t consider turning it away, the free meal of a Pureblood. It had it’s side affects. . .but. . .what the Hell. Dorian was really ticking him off and he was hungry. This close to a melt down with Aify so close was to dangerous.

‘Che,’ Yuu murmured against the pale skin, his right hand reaching to snare the delicate wrist in his own tapered fingered grasp. He shut off any other annoyances as he concentrated on the male’s wrist, his crimson iris able to see the pulsing veins like red hot map lines traveling the narrow expanse of skin. ‘I do not fear the Senate, nor would I do this under my own circumstances. . .but it is hard to control hunger with so much blood in the air,’ he nearly groaned, his voice an octave higher and husky as he gritted his teeth as another dull, back throbbing ache went through the slender pinpricks of ivory. At least through his own agony he could inflict a little, not really sure yet why Dorian would allow him to feed off. . him, it should be the other way around. Dorian should have been the one starving so why allow what little blood to be taken? Unless he planned on feeding as well.

Gripping the wrist tighter he brushed his fingers down then back up again feeling the pulse of the male’s, the soft skin of milky white, the road map of veins beckoning his hungry gaze. Leaning the millimeter inwards he pressed a chaste kiss of his own against the wrist, near the joint of arm and wrist, slowly dragging a moist, hot tounge across the sweet flavored skin. Yuu frowned, eye closing in distaste as he tried to keep his face straight. He hated sweets. He was aware that he was pressed close to the other male who still had a grip on his waist, his poor shirt draped across his exposed chest and abdomen. What a picture perfect scene a yaoi-lover/manga-ka would get out of this. God help the vampire or human that came down those stairs or through that door and saw this little scene. Yuu would personally hunt them down and murder them in cold blood if needed. No one was going to know about this. Irritated still, despite the warm fuzzy feeling of being taken under by a Pureblood, Yuu ran one final streak of his tounge across the skin before biting down.

                        Pnk!

The sound filled his ears as the hot, gushing fluid rushed to meet the demands of his fangs and his near insatiable hunger. Unlike Dorian who had always been gentle Yuu was rough, biting down hard, sinking deep as he demanded himself to let go of his loyalty, his submissive wants and take control for himself. Shuddering unwillingly, Yuu removed his fangs, greedily not letting a single drop of the burning hot blood, sweet and musky in it’s flavor, escape and felt slowly as he feed the need die off like a ember slowly set out on the stone steps too cool and flicker out. Blinking, his crimson luster that had been so strong started to dull and the feeling of hostility died out as if a bucket of ice water had been sloshed over him. Had his hunger made him so irritable that the simple transactions Dorian made with Aislyn made him so uncouth, unruly like the female and burn with conflicted emotions he wasn’t use to expressing?

Groaning into Dorian’s wrist Yuu felt like a total jerk but was reassured that his will of never wanting to be controlled was making up for most of his attitude. Still he wasn’t going stop until Dorian made him, his own bloodlust hadn’t been unleashed in awhile and despite Dorian being a male Yuu was rather enjoying himself.

Dorian smirked against the crook of Yuu’s neck as he watched the fiery-haired vampire catch his wrist in his right hand. The vampire’s cool skin was a shock against his own fevered one and he gasped, like someone had suddenly pressed their foot against his throat and he struggled for breath. Dorian panted, his breathing heavy and short. His breath irritated his throat and he swallowed dry air as he tightened his left arm around the vampire’s waist. He shifted his hand and Yuu’s skin was soft, gentle even, as he brushed his fingers up the length of his abdomen.

Dorian turned his head into the red-haired vampire’s neck and he pressed his palm against the right side of his exposed chest. With his skin as feverish as it was, Yuu’s was like a Godsend from the Heaven’s--like a cool wet rag for a sick child’s fever. He chuckled darkly as he snapped his poly-jeweled gaze back to his wrist to watch the hungered spectacle unfold. He felt Yuu grip his wrist tighter and Dorian shivered involuntarily when he felt Yuu brush his fingers down his skin--Searching for my pulse, the blue-haired vampire mused, How strangely erotic this is… He inhaled sharply and his hand twitched when he felt Yuu press his lips against the underside of his wrist. Even though Dorian was aware that the kiss was completely void of lewdness, it still shocked him and adrenaline flooded his veins. He curled his fingers into Yuu’s cheek, reveling in the coldness of his skin. His own was growing warmer and warmer by the second, then, suddenly, without warning, Dorian’s eyes widened and he nearly squeaked.

Damn it, Yiyakova! he growled within his mind and he gritted his teeth as he pressed his mouth against the crook of Yuu’s neck to hide his chagrin. He took a deep breath as he closed his eyes and he held the vampire tighter against him.

A sharp pain broke his mind and Dorian straightened to his full height as he felt his blood being pulled from his body. “Hm,” he smiled and he brushed his left hand higher up Yuu’s chest until he could wrap his fingers around his shoulder. Dorian’s smile widened and he leaned and laid his cheek on the back of his own fingers. He peered up at Yuu as he fed on the Pureblood’s blood and Dorian feathered his long fingers into the fiery-haired vampire’s hair as he continued to cup the side of his face in his palm. “Fear or not, I do not care, Yuu-san… You are important to M’selle and I won’t let you be prosecuted wrongly, not when you hadn’t broke any law; one cannot harm another when that person does not see it as harmful. You needed to feed. So, I’m allowing you to… Besides--” Dorian raised his head and he leaned over to press his scorched lips against Yuu’s ear “--the Senate’s pets cannot prosecute a person if they can’t remember, oui? I have the gift of Illusion, they’ll believe whatever I make them see, hear, taste, touch, and smell…”

Dorian inched forward, leaning over the vampire’s shoulder, and he pressed his lips against Yuu’s mouth to capture a droplet of his own blood that had escaped the vampire’s feeding frenzy. “Heh,” a curt chuckle wracked Dorian’s dry throat and he pulled back away from the vampire as he wrapped his left arm tighter around him. He turned his head and he drug the tip of his tongue against the delicate skin at the hollow beneath Yuu’s ear. His poly-jeweled gaze snapped to the corners of his eyes and he nibbled Yuu’s ear between his teeth. Slowly, he shifted and he pressed his scorched lips against the side of the vampire’s neck, then he licked his way down to Yuu’s shoulder. He tightened his hand around him and Dorian curled his fingers into the back of Yuu’s shoulder as he leaned down and he nibbled on the crook of his neck again. He purred quietly as his blood-colored eyes bored into the vampire’s delicate olive skin. “You seem to take nice care of yourself and your body,” he cooed lightly as he licked the crook of Yuu’s neck, “Delectable…”

Dorian ran the tip of his tongue over his teeth and his fangs ached at the mere thought of being embedded in the vampire’s flesh. He sighed, his breath hot and moist, then he sank his teeth into the crook of the young vampire’s neck. Blood, thick and musky, was heavy in the air. The scent alone empowered him an intense ferocity that couldn’t be matched.

                                              Pnk!

He sank his fangs deeper into Yuu’s neck and he shivered in response. He wanted to hold the vampire closer, but… with any more pressure… Dorian would crush him. And that was something he didn’t want to do. What good would come of it? All that would be left was heart break and Aislyn’s own demise… then he would be left alone… with no one to care for…

Dorian wrenched his fangs free from Yuu’s flesh and his blood gushed into his mouth. Sweet. Rich. Thick. And laced with something he couldn’t quite place; an emotion that was oddly peculiar… one he couldn’t pin-point and slap a name to…

                                              Gulk… Gulk… Gulk…

Carefully, he drank Yuu in, his mouthfuls of blood measured and slow. No need to attack the poor vampire and subject him to sudden blood loss, no? He suckled at the intoxicating wounds, his tongue hot and wet as he toyed with the small marks. He chuckled darkly and the blue-haired vampire slipped his left hand from Yuu’s shoulder and he brushed his fingers down his exposed torso. He wasn’t trying to get a rise from the fiery vampire, he just needed to move his hand in fear that he would snap poor Yuu’s collar in two.

Dorian’s right hand twitched suddenly and he fluttered his fingers. His arm was beginning to hurt, his muscles tight and tense. He wrenched his wrist free from the vampire’s mouth and he wrapped his arm around his waist. The blue-haired vampire chuckled darkly as he licked the small wounds in the crook of Yuu’s neck. “You can feed more later, Yuu-san,” he whispered into his ear as he slipped his arms free from around the young vampire, “My arm was beginning to ache from being held up in such a fashion. Besides, it was awfully rude of me to whisk you away when we’re in the presence of your dearest friend, oui? But you needed to feed, otherwise Aislyn would be in mortal danger if she were to p***k her finger.”

A soft smile curled his lips and his poly-jeweled eyes brightened as he patted the back of Yuu’s shoulders with his hot hands. “I didn’t really need to though, I still have her blood quenching my thirst… but I was feeling a little left out so I complied.” A curt chuckle broadened his smile, then he turned his back on Yuu and--

                                              Poof!

Dorian dropped into a vacant space beside Aislyn on the couch, seemingly out of thin air. He wedged himself into the corner between the arm and the back of the white sofa as he took a deep breath and he sighed heavily. He draped his left arm on the back and his right was settled on the wide arm beside him. He hunkered down deep into the cushions and he tilted his head to his right as he looked over at Aislyn and he flashed a charming smile as he sank into the couch, his legs spread apart and stretched out in front of himself.

“So,” he smiled over at her, “that was refreshing! At least, I hope that it was… I can’t have a hungry vampire running amok with you; that’d be terribly dangerous… p***k your finger on something and who knows what would happen… Yuu-san had a difficult enough time beating away his hunger when he caught your scent before Yiyakova ran away with his broken heart… Such harsh words you spoke, Yuu-san! Yeesh!” Dorian shook his head and he sighed heavily, though his heart-felt smile gave him away. “Iron-willed miscreant,” he chuckled under his breath. “Although he did seem to enjoy himself… too bad it couldn’t have lasted longer, eh Yuu-san?” Dorian teased as he looked over at the red-haired vampire, “Perhaps next time will be better… but I was beginning to feel bad for leaving M’selle alone… She came here to see Yuu-san… then I go off and whisk him away! Yeesh,” he reprimanded himself quietly and he closed his eyes. A soft smile curled up the corners of his mouth and he chuckled under his breath as he leaned his head back and rested it against the arm of the white sofa, “but he’s safe to be around now… Even though I’m pretty certain he would have been able to hold himself back… but I’d rather be safe than sorry…”

                                              ||Eh... x.x I didn't really like this post... It felt kind of forced to me... T.T||

┌✩┘Awww. . .they were taking mere minutes but to Aislyn, who forbade herself to turn around, was growing immensely bored. Her back against one arm of the chair, she had curled up into the corner of the huge, white, comfortable thing. Looking much like a cat in her actions, being curled the way she was, running a hand absentmindedly through her long tress. The back board was tall enough that even leaning against it blocked her sight of the two males. Who were probably going at each other but she had deafened any sound out with her music that she was softly either humming or singing too. It was the same melody she had used to lure Yiyakova to her hours before as he was attacked by her classmates, who hopefully had given up the chase. It had to be freezing out now, moist as the forest let off the water it held captive during the warm day and was condensing on the leaves, grass and stone. Ew. Sounded cold even now. Shivering despite the warmth of the dorm she let her eyes close. The music soft in her ears as it reach the middle and softened into the simple instrumental harmony that swung her consciousness like an entity lazing about in a hammock on a warm summer day. Sighing softly she let her grip on reality and time go, hovering the tightrope of sleep as her body begged for more. No. . .she couldn’t sleep just yet, there was still so much time left to be spent with Yuu and Dorian.

                              Poof!

Eyes blinked open, ocher scorching with surprise as Aify’s sense came awake and the song ended. Quickly powering down the tiny machine she slipped it back into her pocket as she watched the Pureblood bunker down into the opposite arm of the couch. Looking very leisurely with his movements causing her to smile, sitting up herself as if to make room but the couch could have very easily fitted another body between them. Where was Yuu? Peeking over the backrest she spotted the fiery colored male standing a few feet away, stretching as he rubbed his neck and Aify blushed slightly to think of what happened in that very spot.

So this new Dorian was a talker. Much like Yiyakova but seemingly a bit different in his attitude. It was easy to tell that there was both that Russian child and the more adult french Edevane present within the body that shared the name Dorian between them. She hadn’t known of Yuu’s hunger nor would have thought it so great just by the trace of her blood. Frowning she glanced at him wondering if he had run out of those blood tablets he used as food. She didn’t quite get the whole concept of a blood tablet. Dropping it in water it seemed like a diluted version of packeted blood. Yet it didn’t seem to satisfy as fresh blood did. However she had little time to focus on that as Dorian went on. ‘Wait! Wait! Tiki had a reason for saying those. . those words the way he did, really okay,' Aify said quickly waving her hands in front of her as she tried to smile through the pang of hurt shredding her heart anew. Heart break just didn’t disappear but she had decided to forget that feeling ever existed so she couldn’t go around moping about it. Still she didn’t want Yuu berated for what he did to protect her. Swallowing she was ready to defend Yuu more but was glad that Dorian didn’t seem to dwell on the topic. Instead moving onto one she could for once tease Yuu about.

Raising a slender eye brow at the words Dorian spoke a malicious grin spread across the humans face as she leaned up on her knees, the crook of her elbows resting against the rim of the couch as she hung over it to taunt Yuu. ‘Ohh? Tiki-pet actually enjoyed something for once? And by a male sex-fiend at that,’ she giggled earning her a sharp glare and smack to the forehead. ‘Ack,’ she cried and retreated back into the safety of the deep couch, pouting as she rubbed the barely hurt skin she was pretending to nurse. Going off of Dorian’s dialogue the two berated each other in teasing fashion as Yuu grimaced at the Pureblood’s mention of losing control around her. Huffing a sigh she crossed her arms, rolling her eyes and watched Dorian for a bit wondering what he thought of the two bickering like siblings and smiled sweetly at him. He seemed a little different but she still liked him. Biting back a yawn she was afraid to show any sign of weakness here between them, knowing they’d be able to catch on quickly and make her leave. However Yuu seemed to want her to stay, out of his own selfishness or considering Aislyn’s own the red-haired male allowed her to stay!

Jumping up to hug him around the neck, she trilled a thank you not caring her voice was loud to his sensitive ears she glowed like the sun. A kitty-ish smile decorating her lips as her amber eyes burned with her sudden excitement, following Yuu’s gaze to the blue haired vampire once more she wondered still about his new self and was thankful he stayed.

                              ooc ;;

Edevane was a terrifying force to be reckoned with, dealing with either in mind or in body, or so Yuu decided as he felt the hands slowly travel against his body. Hands so hot Yuu felt as his cold skin was melting under the touch. His cool skin may have been a Godsend to the feverish Pureblood but he himself was like a warm blanket around the Vincent son. Rather odd he didn’t find it as annoying as he would have thought. Especially since Dorian gave a new meaning to “wandering hands”. A hand cupping his cheek one moment was running through his cropped hair the next, the other hand traveling the expanse of his exposed chest to wrap around a shoulder with such pressure it was nary maddening. Like she wanted to be crushed into that embrace. Then suddenly another hand on his cheek, the blue haired male’s face very clear out of the corner of his blood-red tinted emerald eye as he rested his cheek against the hand that cupped Yuu’s face. Yuu didn’t relinquish his tight grip on the Pureblood’s wrist but slowed in the hungered swallows, taking his time now to measure a mouthful so not to send a shock to Dorian’s system.

Dorian’s words echoed in Yuu’s ears, the male leaning closer until his lips chaffed Yuu’s ear making his grasp tighten slightly for a moment, a twitch of the hand. Dorian, this new Edevane-Yiyakova cross, still seemed to care about Aislyn in a way. M’selle. Never had Yuu heard her called anything but Aify or Aislyn, brat sometimes or idiot. Dorian showed her great respect to a certain term; maybe it was Yiyakova’s want of a friend that made the Pureblood act in such a way. However, to be prosecuted as a criminal by the Senate, Yuu didn’t fear at all even with Dorian promising to protect him. No, if Yuu’s Grandfather wanted him to take his place someday he would blackmail, buy off or threaten any Senate member that would deal with such a case. Besides. . .as Dorian had said the pureblood held the gift of Illusion. . .a dangerous, terrifying force indeed.

Lost in the feeding and his own thoughts he hadn’t really noticed as Dorian leaned in, to use to the male moving around against him but was surprised when he felt a pair of lips very much at his own. Yuu shot a glare at the Pureblood, a warning not to try it again. Yuu was fine with the simple touches, that he could live with but to hell he would be kissed by another male! Pureblood or not. However, the next few movements took his breath away, wether he wanted it to or not. Dorian was a complete sex-fiend. He was never going to be allowed near Aify ever, ever again. The blistering tongue at the base of his ear muddled his thoughts enough, trying to control the convulsing shutter so not to tear the delicate skin any farther then he had Yuu swallowed hard. Pressure against his slight frame, still bigger then Dorian’s but slender all the same, that damned tongue of the Pureblood’s slicking it’s way across his neck and shoulder. Teeth nibbling at his ear and nearly made him go weak in the knees again; wait. . .that had been before the trailing wetness against his shoulder. Crap. . .his thought were incoherent. Not good. But then again, his body was so alive! His scared eye still hidden by the patch, simple and black, Yuu had only one optical to record all that was happening around him. Burning with crimson blood lust the eye narrowed as he felt teeth nibble against his collar, sending shiver’s down the fiery-haired youth’s spine. Blinking, still partially concentrating on the blood flowing into his mouth Yuu managed a smirk at Dorian’s comment. Of course he kept his body in top shape, conditioned in ever aspect. It wasn’t hard but in boredom he had grown a little vain. He was a growing male, even as a vampire he had his needs of women. Looks were everything to the ladies surrounded by besotting charm and beauty as it was. Still the praise from the Pureblood sweeten him abit.

Dorian’s blood was heady in the air alone, making the red-head intoxicated as he ran his own tongue across the pinpricks his fangs had made. Teasing them gently as he allowed the blood to lessen, not feeling as hungry anymore nor enthused to deal with to anemic people at once. He felt Dorian’s mouth withdraw for a moment, causing Yuu to wonder for a fraction of a second before the sigh, so moist against his neck buffered the intense feeling that caused the vampire to gasp outright. Wincing slightly as Dorian dug his fangs deeper into his collar Yuu fought against the need to collapse and submit whole heartedly right there.

Such carefulness laced Dorian’s feeding, the immense power he held shivered within the blue haired male’s body and Yuu could tell he was trying not to lose control and grasp Yuu to hard. Sure, if Dorian snapped a few bones the fiery male would be in pain, but all was heal able in given time but that didn’t stop Dorian from toying with him. Groaning, the quiet sound muffled by Dorian’s wrist, Yuu shivered in response to the withering affect of being fed from, the gentle hand caressing his chest and he thought for certain he’d go mad if any of this continued for much longer. Already his body was screaming for release, his own breathing grew short and labored against his own wishes to stay calm and collected.

Then suddenly, a moment from his breaking point ti hand pressed against his lips twitched, the fluttering of finger’s ensnaring his gaze before the appendaged was wrenched free. It traveled to his waist for a moment, as the lips suckling his next suddenly departed leaving the moist, blood stained skin tot he mercy of the air Yuu swallowed to erase any further trace of Dorian’s blood. How could one feel so alive in body and utterly exhausted in mind at the same time? Another dark chuckle, whispered promises in his ear then words, words, words. Free from Dorian’s clutches, hunger sated and slightly bewildered Yuu ran a sleeved arm across his face hiding it for a moment as Dorian prattled on about something, his hearing catching Aify’s name and due compliant from his actions but Yuu was still a little mind boggled to really concentrate even though each syllable and word found it’s self imprinting in his mind.

A soft pat to his back, causing the red-head to glance over his shoulder at the soft smile Yuu found one of his own turning up the corner of his mouth as Dorian chattered. Damn it, why couldn’t he find that blue haired rascal annoying anymore? Yuu was genuinely soft hearted but being fed and somewhat sleepy now, like a over sized puppy, he just found himself nodding with that placid smile on his face.

Yuu watched as the Pureblood turned is back, moving so quickly it was a blur to his fading crimson eye and by the time Dorian had adjusted himself comfortably on the couch next to Aislyn, who had been absent mindedly mumbling to a song, half asleep due to being left alone for so long, the burning red had cooled to the jeweled green once more. One thing Yuu was beginning to understand about this peculiar Pureblood was his love for talking. Most vampires themselves were rather quiet people, only talking when giving a speech or chattering as younger generations but that didn’t seem to apply to all. Dorian being one of those chosen few who needed to talk everything out. Or touch. That was another thing Yuu noticed. The blue haired male loved to be physical. Rubbing his neck with the flat of his palm he sighed, one hand on his hip as he leaned backwards to stretch his tensed muscles out.

Glancing as he heard his name spoken he himself winced at the mention of his own previous actions and sighed deeply. Aislyn had been quick to defend him but he still felt rather cruel none the less. He hadn’t wanted to turn her down like that either but. . how could he know that everyone he looked at wasn’t a spy for his grandfather. Best break her heart then have her die or used by the Senate’s hands.

‘Iron-willed miscreant I might be but you are a complete sex-fiend,’ Yuu retorted feeling his cheeks go the softest shade of red as Dorian continued to talk allowing Aify to know he had actually enjoyed being. . used. That was going to be the label he was going to slap onto the actions. Walking over to the couch, he leaned against the back casting a sharp glare at Aislyn for her comment, tapping her in the forehead softly with his finger before rolling his eye at Dorian’s comments. ‘I’m always safe for Aify to be around. No way am I touching that neck,’ he teased barring fangs at the girl who stuck her tongue out at him, seemingly offended as she slouched back into the couch. ‘She’s seen enough of me for one night. I’m surprised we’ve been left alone for such a long period of time. However I don’t care if she remains the rest of the night here, probably safer then the Sun Dorms,’ he said thoughtfully, quietly as if pondering to himself the words instead of meaning them but he figured no matter how exhausted the girl was she’d want to stay. She had both of them now and it had been awhile since he had gotten to spend any quality time around her. Naturally though his words excited her, earning himself a strangling hug from the female as she squealed her thanks loudly in his ear. Sighing he patted the human’s head softly, glancing at Dorian wanting to know his character a bit more and wondered where the rest of the night was going to leave them.

Dorian cracked open one of his eyes and a thin line of gold lit his right cheek. He peeked over the high back of the white couch and he watched with a small smirk as Yuu stretched, a hand pressed against his neck. “Sex-fiend. Beast,” Dorian sighed as Yuu walked over and leaned against the back of the sofa, his tone playfully bored by the red-headed vampire’s remark. He raised his right hand from the arm of the sofa and he flicked his wrist up in place of a slight shrug. “Call me what you will, Tiki-Yuu, but I take pride in what I can do--” he sat up and he leaned over towards Aislyn and he tipped her chin up with his right forefinger as he pressed the back of his left hand against Yuu’s cheek “--no matter if that particular person is man or woman… I love to please. So!” he flashed a charming smile and he peered up at Aislyn, his head appearing in her lap as he propped his feet up on the arm at the end of the sofa. He closed his eyes, his face relaxed except for the barest hint of a smile, and he folded his arms over his bare abdomen. “You’ll just have to deal,” he whispered.

He cracked open his right eye and a gold light streaked across Yuu’s face as Dorian peered up at him. A lock of the blue-haired vampire’s tress fell into his gaze and his smile widened as he reached up with his left hand and flipped the blue lock back into place where his hair pooled in Aislyn’s lap. “At least, you’ll have to bare with it, Tiki-Yuu, M’selle isn’t a suitable snack, per say… Not unless one wished for me to turn her into a Level D…” Dorian tipped his chin back and he peered up at Aislyn with gentle, smiling eyes and he cupped the right side of her face in his warm hand--his tattered black sleeve pooled at the crook of his shoulder. “Neither I nor Tiki-Yuu would care for that… Oh!” Dorian’s eyes lit up and he flashed a broad grin. “Call me Lael. My parents used to call me by that name… Mére and Pére couldn’t decide if my name should have been Dorian or Ishmael… So, they came to a compromise: Dorian, but my nickname would be Lael, the shortened version of Ishmael.”

Dorian’s eyes grew distant and his hand slipped from Aislyn’s cheek--his fingertips grazed her skin. A gentle smile softened his eyes as his mind reverted back to his awakening, lying in a pool of his own blood as he watched two blurred figures glide towards him without touching the floor. “I used to think that my Illusion was attached to my left eye…” he whispered and his smile made the embers in his poly-jeweled eyes burn hot, “but I was wrong… Mére had gold eyes and Pére had ruby-red… I just happened to be born with one of each…” A soft shade of pink blushed his cheeks and he pressed the heel of his right palm against his hot brow. His chagrin deepened his blush and he chuckled, his laughter low and velvety--a sound so pure and beautiful that it could coax Death himself to die at Dorian’s feet if only he could hear him laugh once more. “Ah, what a fool I had been,” Dorian muttered.

He fell silent and his low chuckle faded into the tall ceiling. He shifted his left hand and he settled it against the inside of his left thigh. He tapped his fingers against his green streaked trousers and he hummed quietly to himself. His low voice resounded in the thick marble walls of the lobby, the sweet lullaby--notes lilted and flowed seamlessly with the low undertone of his musical voice as he used the subtle echo of the large lobby, his voice seeming to split into two. It was a song his mother and father used to hum to him when he couldn’t sleep. He could feel the back of Genevieve’s gentle fingers stroking his cheek. Leroux’s warm lips pressed against his brow, his careful hand feathered into his son’s hair as they tucked him into bed.

“S’il vous plaît,” [Please] Dorian whispered as he listened to the lullaby echo quietly within the walls of the white-on-white lobby, “call me Lael… from now on…” A hazy film blurred Dorian’s vision and his eyes felt sore. Something hot streaked down his right temple. He shifted his palm away from his brow to touch the wetness that enflamed his already scorched skin. He pulled his right hand away from his face and his wet fingers shimmered orange and yellow in the soft glow of the candlelight that lit the large lobby from above. The crystal chandelier swung from its silver-plated chains that shackled it to the center of the ceiling. His left hand stilled on the inside of his thigh and his quiet tapping fell silent as he stared at his wet fingers. “Are my parents… still alive…?” he said, his voice clenched in pain.

Dorian’s eyebrows knit together as he tried to hold back a flood of tears. His heart ached and he couldn’t swallow without choking on the lump in his throat. Dorian Edevane, the second eldest son of the Origin--a Pureblood--was crying. He gasped. His vision blurred and hot tears welled in his eyes before they tumbled down his temples and wet his hair. “Hu… hu-hu-hu.” His shoulders shook and he pressed the heels of his palms against his swollen, red-rimmed eyes as his bottom lip trembled in defeat. “M-M-
Mére, P-P-Pére what happened to you… after you Sealed me away…”

He sat up and he bowed his head towards his knees as he feathered his long fingers into his hair. He gasped. The muscles in his lower back were tense and sore as his sobs wracked his body. A jagged wound in his heart tore open and he gasped. “Where… Where…” His eyes widened in shock and he peered through his fingers.

Blood-- “Eh-Everywhere… bl-blood…” Dorian was splashed with blood. It clumped his hair. Its scent was heavy and thick and it weighed down his shoulders. His hands trembled and his breathing was haggard and rough, choked by shocked sobs that clawed at his throat. “N-No… What… happened in my home…?” he whimpered as his hands fell limp into his lap. His head lolled forward and he slumped into the back of the sofa. Hot tears tumbled from his glassy eyes. His lips were cracked and bleeding. His skin was sickly pale, yellow and thin like old parchment. “Blood pooled on the floor… streaked the walls…” he whispered, his voice quiet and haunted by his bloody memories, “Blood stained my eyes… the world red and scarred… Blood… Blood tarnished my hands and blackened them with death… Oú sont ma mére et mon pére?” [Where are my mom and dad?] he whispered, his voice choked with tears as they burned his cheeks, “Surely they wouldn’t leave me… would they… alone?”

Obviously. Yuu was going to have to get use to this new, affectionate Pureblood if he wanted to keep Aify safe. Though he was lying to himself greatly. He knew Dorian would never touch the girl with the intention of feeding off her ever again and truthfully he was keen to get to know this Pureblood. So much history amd mystery behind him. Dorian was like a new, walking book to the red-haired male and Yuu loved a good book. Feeling the hand come to rest on is cheek, Yuu turned his emerald attention of the poly-hued gaze of his newly-becoming-friend and smirked as the words left Dorian’s mouth. The touch was quick as Dorian flopped over to reside in Aislyn’s lap but the lingering burn lasted to tease his skin. ‘I suppose we’ll have to,’ Yuu muttered care freely as he leaned on his forearms, crossing his legs as he towered over the couch watching the scene play out with an careful eye.

Blinking as gold obscured his vision Yuu frowned for a moment, looking more as if he was brooding over something then frowning but there were few words to put into use while describing Yuu. He was rather straight forward. He was either smiling, frowning or caught in-between. Emotions could be explained but as to facial expression words came up short. Indeed Aify was a forbidden fruit from now on, she wouldn’t fall to Level E if he had any say in it. Which he would even if he had to fight the Pureblood. Pouting slightly as Dorian used his wretched form of Aify’s already mangled nickname of his middle name Yuu sighed not wanting to curse at either of them and let the odd combination of his names go. He’d b***h at Dorian some other time,. . .when he felt like it. However it was good to know Dorian cared for the human girl, which he expressed through is words making Yuu relax abit.

Taken by surprise by Dorian’s sudden excitement Yuu rolled his eye at the name the Pureblood wanted to be addressed as and briefly wondered the predicament his parents went over in naming the blue haired monstrosity. His own parents had given little thought to his name. Finding that Yuu, a name passed down every generation or so to the males to be suitable. His parents love was a cold one. Business ruled more then passion and he was a simple heir. No it amused him to think that the Edevane’s conflicted over the two names and compromised on such a deal.

Yuu wasn’t really interested so much in Dorian’s actions against Aify, though he kept note on how he acted with the girl and nearly smiled earing him a puzzled look from Aify. Despite his own wished for the human girl to find a human male she looked rather cute there besotting Dorian with affection of her own. They ALMOST looked cute together. Though Yuu would never admit that and found himself having to refocus on the words Dorian, or better known as Lael now, was saying. Something about eye color his parents had and how he shared each. That was a bit odd. ‘Hmm the bloodlines must have been strong in each your mother and father. Moat of the time the stronger gene will take over and decide the baby’s eye and hair color,’ he shrugged wondering if the blue hair was a mother or father trait. He had heard little of the Edevanes so he wasn’t sure. The chuckle the male let out was as haunting as his glimmering gaze that carried light of it’s own. Eye so bright as to light up his face by dim lighting of the candles overhead and the white room. Both beautiful. The lullaby to follow after wards was a song lost in time till this moment, and much like Aislyn he lost himself in the melody. Enjoying the sound that could only be a Pureblood’s voice he wondered how jealousy Aify was. She had a beautiful voice for a human herself but it paled in comparison to Dorian’s lullaby that rang with the memories of his family. It was sad. . .

And that sadness must have been to great because the next thing Yuu knew the Pureblood was having a meltdown. Aislyn obviously lost in what to do as the vampire in her lap cried, an action rarely if ever shown around others, Yuu sighed. He was rather unstable at this point of time; which was understandable. Just Awakening. Merging his hyper, emotional Yiyakova side into the Edevane. . it was only natural that this new Dorian would be a train-wreak for awhile. Still the close bond that Dorian had to have shared with his parents confused the red-head greatly for his own was a troubling thing and Aify had no parents of her own. Unfortunately for Aislyn, who seemed desperate to help the grieving Pureblood it was still to unsafe for Yuu to be sure about her consoling Dorian. Vampires could be irrational if to greatly upset and the last thing he needed was Dorian’s lust, that seemed never sating, to cause any mishap between him and the frail human girl. A she reached out, the moment Dorian retreated from her embrace Yuu snatched the delicate wrist, earning him a glare he ignored as he lifted himself over the back rest.

He despite his own steely, rational thinking was immensely concerned for the Pureblood’s personal feelings. Yuu might not have looked it, or acted as if he cared but the people that made a impact on his life often ruled much of his heart. Like Aislyn; he cared for her deeply, always careful, despite a few certain circumstances, to treat her with the utmost care when it came to her feelings. The same was with Dorian. The blue haired male was strong, Yuu knew that but it was also known to Yuu now that he could be this emotional and scared. Never once had he seen another vampire so ruled by their emotions. The night of the Seal, though he only heard of it through rumor and story was a rather. .gory experience to live through. The person Sealing the vamperic nature away gave themselves as a sacrifice, allowing their blood to coat over the recipient vampire instincts to turn them human. A taboo magic that had been last used by Lady Juuri Kuran on Lady Yuuki Kuran by Yuu’s knowledge.

Unsure of himself as he curled his lengthy arms over the smaller male, Yuu’s right hand came to lay across the feverish forehead of the Pureblood, his left hand wrapping around Dorian’s so their elbows matched; side by side. Not in a hundred years did Yuu ever think he’d be showing affection to a distraught Pureblood by his own free will. ‘Lael you’ve got to stop thinking of it. Relax before your memories take over and drive you mad,’ Yuu murmured into the other male’s ear, emerald eye narrowed in concern as he hugged him close. Closer then Yuu physically wanted after a brief image of the Pureblood’s feeding antics previously but Yuu was more focused on getting Dorian to calm down then he was worried about anything happening. ‘It’s alright. .we’re here to help you.’ Was that an acceptable thing to say? He knew both Aify and he were he for Lael but it made a sad effort against what his parents could do for him.

┌✩┘Aislyn chuckled at Dorian’s reply, seemingly bored with the topic but elaborated the only way he seemed to know how. She guessed a lot of things with this vampire. As Yuu came to rest against the back of the couch she smiled up at him, watching as his lazy attitude replaced the up-tight stiff one he had been wearing earlier around Dorian. Yuu never seemed to get along well with others around, the few times she was able to drag him with her to her home, the orphanage, during the day and the other children crowded around he seemed stiff. Around Dorian he seemed stiff. But now. . .it was like he was alone, only with her, though the Pureblood was sitting there right next to them. Grinning like an idiot by her thoughts alone she got a questionable stare from Yuu as the red-head glanced between the both of them trying to pay attention dually. ‘Tiki-Yuu. Ha!’ Aify was about to tease the name until she felt her chin being captured, the grin still there as he continued on, glancing at Yuu to see the emerald eye staring placidly at the hand against his own cheek. Suddenly there was a head in her lap! Peering down at Dorian’s face she blinked, a little surprised but allowed it. He looked comfortable, like an over sized cat as his words escaped in the softest of purr’s.

Sighing at the fact she was human compared to these two, she could understand the Pureblood’s hesitance to feed from her again; not that she thought a time would ever arrive again for something like that but with this blue haired demon in angel’s skin who knew? Although she had no idea what this Level thing was. Did Dorian’s new self, this Pureblood, work like vampire’s in the movies and books? Would one bite sink her into their world? She knew better then to get excited about such a thing, it wasn’t possible, nor did she want to express she found the mere fact marvelous. The hand on her cheek made her blink, not realizing she had closed her eyes in though and smiled back at his own sweet one before the look of more excitement flooded his eyes. What hefty name decisions, Aislyn thought finding she found both suitable for the male in her lap, absentmindedly tracing her fingers through the blue that gathered there. Lael, she smiled faintly at the word as he chatted about his Mére and Pére, feeling slightly jealous despite her self. The warm had that dwelled against her cheek filled her with a more intense heat, making her lazy and comfortable like the two males seemed but she couldn’t help but feel such an unwanted. . .emotion.

She had never known her parents. Regret she always carried in her heart. Hate, Anger. Love. Confusion. These always accompanied her when she thought of what they might look like, how they might act if they kept her. It’s said girl’s looked like their father as boys resembled their mother but it was hard to tell. Had they left her unwanted on that porch all those years ago, at the tender age of five when she was just starting to realize the things around her? Or had they been torn away from her against their own wishes? Maybe murdered, or swept away in some irrevocable scenario? Or. . .swallowing as her finger’s paused her gaze drifted away from the vampire’s face, whose expression had gone as distant as her own. Reminiscing could be a painful thing sometimes,. . .the unwanted memories so bright in her mind. However, no matter the trauma, the hurt, the anger they gave her she’d treasure every single one. Bearing them like a cross against her shoulder she’d strive to become a better person that could one day look back on her abandonment and smile at the places it put her. Such as now. . .

Feeling the palm slip, leaving a trail of warmth like the path of tears , warm against her skin Aify tore herself from her thoughts to return her attention to the vampire in her lap; as well as tot he one at her side. Yuu was so easy to forget sometimes the way he stood so silently. The red-head was observing them, a small hint of a smile at the crook of his mouth but Lael’s words took her attention once more. A color from each parent, gold and ruby. Eye’s still so bright and jewel like they casted their own light, if one caught the movement right one could see a golden line, or a ruby line, . . .light streaking against the pale skin each being there owned. Resuming the swirl of her finger’s through the blue mane casting a glance at Yuu who commented before the lapse of silence encased them. To have both bloodlines so dominant it was a wonder he wasn’t half and half, a side of his mother showing in skin, eye and hair color as his other half resembled what his father must have looked like. What an. . odd looking young male he would be then.

Brooding in her thoughts again the lullaby soothed her conflicting thoughts over, surprised at first that such a sound alone was being made from the male. It seemed impossible, to hauntingly beautiful it could make the most talented of birds, humans and maybe even vampires crying frustration of not being able to come close to something so. . .godly.

‘Please’. She heard the whisper break through the remaining notes floating around in her head, wanting the sound to last forever, making the girl look down questionable then gasp softly. Out of shock or out of concern; maybe both. He. . .he was crying!? Lost in the sight she carefully let the blue tress fall from her hand as she raised it slowly, cautiously, ready to brush away the liquid on his cheeks and ready to offer comforting words when is pained voice broke her concentration. His parents. . .the source of his heart-break. If they still lived in this world, wouldn’t they come for him? Of course her parents might of very well been alive as well and she didn’t see them running up to her. Parents. . .such love they could bring, such pain they could inflict. Glancing at Yuu slightly panicked her amber irises took a moment to pause on the eye patch. Family. . .they could be so cruel sometimes too.

She had been abandoned. Yuu had been scarred and was always struggling for his freedom. Lael had been sealed away, left alone to deal with this awakening alone in the presence of two who could do little to help him.

As Lael pressed his palms to his eyes, the tears flowing hot against his skin Aislyn couldn’t bear to see him so sad. So torn up. The Pureblood was shaking, his breath strangled as he held back each sob. ‘L-Lael,’ she whispered, reaching out, leaning down to hold him, comfort him in any way she could she was surprised when a cool hand gripped her outreaching wrist stopping her. Turning a quick glare at Yuu, demanding to know why he was holding her back, giving Lael the time to sit up and away from her she glanced between the two quickly. About ready to chew Yuu out she noticed her fiery friend looked rather distraught himself, easily able to swing himself gently over the couch and in between her and Lael. Dorian was curled up, shaking with tears and was seemingly reliving the night his parents sealed him away, though Aify still had no idea how that worked or what it did but knew it couldn’t have been pleasant. For one it Dorian completely an emotional wreak and blood. . .how could blood cover everything as he explained it? It would take massive amounts. . .such violence to. . .to coat things like that. Hands covering her mouth with her hand, so no sound escaped, she couldn’t possible fathom that if his parents had been the ones to bleed. . .there was no way. . .even for a vampire. There was no way they could still be alive.

Watching as Yuu, un-characteristically, wrapped his arms around the frantic Pureblood, a sign of affection shown to few Aify wondered what she could do. . .she wanted to help so much but she knew nothing. Nothing about the situation or how to console his heart without promising false-ness. . .’Oh Lael,’ she whispered softly, feeling her eyes sting, blinking rapidly she snacked a hand past Yuu’s and gripped the back of Dorian’s dress shirt against his arm.

                              ooc ;;

Dorian gasped when he felt cool arms wrap around him. He closed his sore eyes and he leaned heavily against Yuu’s chest as he clutched the red-headed vampire’s hands within his own. It felt nice to be embraced… like a warm blanket had been draped around his shoulders while he sat before a hot hearth in the depths of winter… Was the coolness of Yuu’s skin such a shock against his heated own that Yuu felt warm?

A gentle smile crooked Dorian’s mouth and his hot tears dried on his eyes as he leaned his head back and rested it against Yuu’s shoulder. His eyes felt heavy, his eyelids pulled down by bricks that beckoned him to drift off to a sound slumber. “Mm,” he sniffed and a heavy sigh escaped his lips as he cracked open his eyes. Slit beams of gold and ruby light splashed his green streaked trousers in a hazy glow and Dorian wrapped his fingers snugly around Yuu’s hands. He could feel Aislyn latched onto the back of his dress shirt and his slight smile broadened. “Purebloods… intermarry… Tiki-Yuu,” he whispered as he skimmed his eyes down the length of his legs and he settled his sight on his feet. The wide arm of the sofa was thick and plush beneath his heels. “My parents were siblings, Leroux was Mére’s older brother…”

He was quiet for a long moment and the light that splashed his trousers in gold and red winked out as he closed his eyes. “As far as I am aware, I have no sister… So, I really am the last Edevane… the last remaining survivor of the second eldest son…” Dorian sighed again and he hunkered closer to Yuu, his hot body drinking in the vampire’s coolness. His skin was such a relief. He wanted to curl up in a ball and beg for Yuu to cuddle him in his arms like he were a small child that need constant supervision.

Rawww-wwwn…!” Someone yawned, their sleep-ridden voice echoed throughout the wide halls that wound around the dorms. Dorian could hear the distinct sound of several other vampires stretching, their backs cracking as they relieved the tightness from their tense muscles.

“And in the darkness… beauty stirs the heart,” Dorian chuckled lightly and he cracked open his left eye to peer up at Yuu. A red streak marked the vampire’s olive cheek and Dorian raised his right hand. He brushed his fingers against Yuu’s collar, then he drifted his hand up and he grazed his fingertips over the small round wounds embedded deep within the crook of the red-head’s neck.

Dorian chuckled again as he touched the small craters, his senses sharp and painfully sensitive. “The others are waking to the night and readying themselves for the day… I suppose today is our equivalent of registering…? Or has the Night Class already done that before I had arrived? I neither have my dorm… nor my schedule…” He took a deep breath and he snapped his eyes open the rest of the way. He kept his right palm pressed against the small wounds in Yuu’s neck and he wrapped his left hand tighter around the vampire’s hand. His poly-jeweled gaze scanned the high arched ceiling and he watched the crystal chandelier sway on its silver-plated chains. The grand staircase not too far off opened up to the rest of the dormitory and its stirring inhabitants. “Do we have a Dorm President?” Dorian wondered aloud, “If I remember correctly… the President was the only member of the Night Class whom didn’t have a dorm mate--” Dorian tipped his chin back and he flicked his jeweled gaze to Yuu’s face “--M’selle won’t be very safe here if we leave her on her own… Yuu-kun… The others will pounce on her like she were a free morsel… and she might as well be; we’re dangling her life right in front of their hungered noses…”

                                              ||Meh… T.T ‘Tis short… *wah!* But my eyes are so sore... ugh... and I keep having these coughing fits. x.x||

That. . .had been easier then the red-haired vampire expected. Dorian always seemed. . .overly emotional. Like the type that has hard to calm down, or cheer up after he got depressed. So when the Pureblood in is arms retreated from his tantrum, leaning in close to Yuu’s chest, all the red head could do was comply; though holding him loosely Yuu made sure he was comfortable.

It was obvious the blue haired male was tired, he and Yuu spent the better part of their night, Aify’s daytime, awake. As their classmates slept soundly they had been running around most of the day. Now, though not nearly as exhausted as Dorian, Yuu could feel the affect slightly. It didn’t help the Pureblood looked ready to pass out to, a soft smile over taking his trembling lips. . .Yuu blinked, swallowing as he shook his mind clean of any thought that might have even dared wander near that gutter. Just what had that feeding previously do to him?. . .for it certainly addled his senses. Feeling hands, warm and chaffing, against his own Yuu concentrated on the male now speaking calmly like the panic attack never happened. As Dorian spoke, Yuu lessened his hold, following the dazzling gaze across Dorians body, Yuu making a mental note he had to get the Pureblood dressed properly before their classmates could find the Pureblood in such a dis-shelved state.

‘I see. I heard, such as the story of the Kurans, that Pureblood’s intermarry to keep the blood clean,’ Yuu voiced, hearing the small gasp from Aify break into his thoughts. Glancing over his shoulder at her with a rather lazy sparkle of interest he was amused to see the girl so shocked. Chuckling at her words softly and shook his head. ‘Though our selves can be tied to the humanity of your breed we bend the rules far more in our genes and DNA allowing us to. . in a blunt way of saying this. . .have incesterial relationships and not have defected children.’ Aislyn looked a little unsure still, curling her knees into her chest put kept her connection with them both, leaning against Yuu’s back as she held the black fabric of Lael’s dress shirt between her slender fingers.

Even out the corner of his eye he noticed the glimmer of gold and ruby wink out, dragging his attention back to Dorian as he spoke. Aislyn had gotten impatient at having their back’s turned to her and some how managed to worm her way into Yuu’s side, since he was sitting sideways on the couch, she had just the silver of space between his right side and the couch. Holding her chin in her hands as she laid across the plush white she looked like she was listening intently to Lael as he spoke. No sister. . .so Dorian really was the last Edevane. . .no sibling to marry and keep the family blood clean unless he met another willing Pureblood. Event hen it would be hard to find a mate who would join two Pureblood families. Was this really going to be the end of the Edevane line? Distracted from his inner musings by the other vampire’s need to hunker in closer Yuu passed the tip of his tongue over his teeth in slight irritation but he had put himself there so he would deal with the Pureblood’s need for body contact.

The sounds of his dorm-mates did not slip past his ears. Keen as ever he glanced at the ceiling, dreading the fact they would all be down soon to mingle and chatter. Even the aristocrats liked to relive their boredom through idle gossip. These often lead to social parties out on the lawn and what not. So tiresome. . .

Feeling the light on his face, Yuu shut his eye, lowering his chin and opening his optical slowly so not to be blinded by the sheer beauty and grinned lazily, his feline like nature beginning to show a little at Dorian’s comment. That easy smile tightened a fraction, barely visible to the girl at his side that was peeking over the couch to see if any of the other vampires were out, even though many were just waking up, and surely, hopefully, not visible to the Pureblood. Soft pads of the blue-haired vampire’s fingers traced the deep fang wounds on his neck, not bothering to heal them like other wounds. Fang marks, some how always took more energy to heal quickly, mostly due to blood loss that weakened the power but also because the wounds were in a category of their own. Cuts, broken bones, bruises. . .some how they didn’t compare to the whisper of fang marks. Still Yuu felt himself a little uneasy having them traced by their master.

However his wandering attention was quickly captures by the snare of questions. Many he could merely guess at but none the less needed to be answered. Aislyn’s attention had returned as well, hearing her self addressed. ‘So it would seem. Even though today is supposedly our Registration Day many have already been shown their rooms and such. You’re the only one I know of that has arrived in the last week,’ the red head shrugged feeling hands both press against his neck and tighten around his left; in the same trying to ignore them. He wasn’t use to be touched so much. As Lael’s gaze wandered Yuu sighed internally and forced back a yawn of his own. ‘As to a Dorm President we don’t have one appointed. In fact I don’t think there has been one since Kuran Kaname-sama. It’s only fitting a Pureblood should have such a role int his school,’ Yuu said not really having listened to much of the gossip about Cross Academy. So far he knew of no President. Only of the Headmaster and a few Guardians. As to dorm mates Yuu had a single bed in his room. . .so maybe there were fewer then expected. ‘I believe we have our own rooms,’ Yuu mentioned quietly looking at Aislyn now as Dorian drifted to the topic she probably wasn’t safe out here in the lobby.

Still it would be a bother for her to be snuck back over, now that Night Class was up the Guardians would be thick in the area. Even though it was only right for her to be busted for sneaking over Yuu didn’t feel like dealing with Guardians. Sighing he started to disentangle himself leaving Dorian and Aify to fall onto the couch from his lack of body to hold them like he had. ‘Lael you look ready to pass out and your clothing is unfit really to be running around in. I’ll have Aify take you to my room so you can clean up. Take a few of my cloths and I’ll get you a new uniform and the rest of your things,’ Yuu said, running a hand through his hair, glancing at the two with a bemused smile. Then he just turned around and walked out the door, heading to the Administrations office to get Dorian’s things, hoping the two could manage getting to his room without any trouble. . .

ooc ;; Not getting ill are you. . .?? Feel better kay! = <

┌✩┘Aislyn still felt out of the loop, the two males clicked rather well making her feel like a third wheel to a very. . personal matter the two seemed to understand. All she knew was Dorian was really upset and though Yuu had brushed her away, probably for her own safety, Aify was still determined to help cheer the male up any way she could! Though as she tuned the cogs and wheels in her mind, she assumed would be very little help and she was being an idiot to think she could help. . .

However, it seemed Yuu had things well under hand because as Lael spoke he sounded much calmer. That eased her heart a little, making a breathy little sigh escape her as she slumped over into Yuu’s back rubbing her eyes and stifling a yawn with her free hand. God she was tired, but she didn’t want to sleep or go back to her dorm yet. Though all of the events would probably send another human into shock she just couldn’t get herself upset enough. . .no she was surprisingly calm about the situation, Blinking slowly as she listened her tired little mind got one heck of a shock!

His parents were SIBLINGS!? That. . .that was incest! And so wrong on soooo many levels. Not realizing she had made a sound until Yuu turned to her, she bit her lips smiling apologetically as he went on to explain. Wrapping her mind around it all it she was still pretty confused; and slightly creeped out. She was no doctor or scientist but somehow. . siblings marring still seemed like a bad idea to her. . .not even taking into account that Edevane Dorian, Lael, was the last of his bloodline. Aify understood little of family name importance, not having one herself, so to go through such measures to keep one name, one bloodline so pure and thriving seemed a little ridiculous to her. Maybe she’d never get all this stuff, nor would she have to. . maybe. Both males were close to her, as friends, so worrying about all the complicated things at this moment, with such a tired incoherent mind, wasn’t so important. For now at least.

Sighing she was getting pretty lonesome with Yuu having her back to her, not being able to see what was going on. It seemed Lael had calm down so there was no danger right? Slipping in-between Yuu and the couch she propped her elbows, holding her chin in her palms as she was now able to gaze at both vampires. Their quiet voice becoming just a bot more clear to her. With Dorian feeling better the blue haired male seemed a bit more at peace, but Aify noticed that Yuu was starting to look uncomfortable with is decision to comfort the Pureblood. Yuu had always been pretty bad at expressing his emotions well and didn’t handle touch or contact well. It was pretty amusing actually.

Dorian sure was asking a lot of questions, the gist of it brought to her attention that other vampires would be appearing soon. It was their morning as her own night dwindled away. God she’d be weary tomorrow but spending time in their company was worth it. Peeking over the couch she waited for the beautiful figures to start appearing but since Yuu was freaking out she figured the other members of the Night Class would take awhile in getting ready. So, snuggling back down to listen, she held a soft smile as Yuu explained some things. A little bit of it made sense to her but most of it was chatter between the two males, something had been nagging at her to remain silent as she observed them and she didn’t mind for once just sitting there on the side lines.

Yet Yuu was a quick decision maker.. As he stood, leaving her with none of the support she flopped onto her stomach, where as she had been tilted a little she chuckled flicking back a wave of golden tress and watched him with a catty smile as he told them to go to his room as he went and got Lael’s things. Awwww Tiki was being so nice! Once the red head was gone, leaving her and Dorian alone on the sofa she giggled curling up on her side as she gazed up att he beautiful chandelier hanging above them. ‘Tiki is being so nice today. How odd,’ she sighed sitting up and turning so her legs dangled from the side. Glancing at Lael she gave him a bright smile, simply melting away any sleepy-ness or worry from her features and extended a hand. ‘Well I guess we better go to Tiki’s room then. You do look like you’d enjoy a shower,’ she commented hoping she wasn’t being rude but if she had been tackled to the ground and subjected to what Yiyakova had been subjected to. . .all Aify would want would be a hot shower, clean cloths and a bed. She wanted a bed, already having cleaned up but she told herself to wait a few hours more.

                              ooc ;;

Dorian sat up and he sighed heavily as he took Ailsyn’s hand. He turned himself around and he lowered his feet to the cold marble floor. He leaned forward slowly, his mind groggy and sluggish like he was trying to push a caravan through inch thick mud in the middle of winter; the cold chilling him to the bone as his hot breath fogged the air in thin wisps.

He squeezed her hand in his and he pushed himself up to his feet as he rolled his shoulders. “Yuu-san has to be nice to me. Purebloods are royalty amongst vampire society, m’selle. Counting my family, there are only four bloodlines left of the thirteen that remain pure; hence, pureblood… A Pureblood’s bite can turn a human into a vampire known as Level D… Purebloods are Level A, aristocrats are Level B, average, C… E are ex-human Level D’s that have fallen to their blood lust and are, for lack of a better word, insane…”

Dorian sighed as if he were bored with the topic and he reached up with his free right hand and he rubbed his tired eyes. “I… am going to be wiped out tomorrow… Uh, this is awful…” he grumbled as he pinched the bridge of his nose between his thumb and forefinger. “I’m not too certain if I’ll be able to deal with those shrieking girls mobbing our gate.” He pulled gently on Aislyn’s hand, motioning her forward so she could guide him to Yuu’s dorm room. “Kill me now,” he muttered under his breath as he dropped his right hand to his side.

Her hand slipped from between his long fingers. He thought about shoving his hands into his trouser pockets when he glanced down at the tattered remains of his black dress shirt. A slight frown tugged at the corners of his mouth and he humphed. He sighed heavily and he slipped his right hand into his open shirt.

                                              Pop! Pop!

The two remaining buttons that held his shirt fastened at the bottom popped off and clacked against the marble floor a few yards away to Dorian’s right just behind the white sofa. He rolled his shoulders and his shirt slipped off and pooled at the crease of his elbows, his upper back and the front of his torso was exposed to the cool air that swept through the room, the cool wind remnants of Yuu’s departure.

Dorian sighed as he stepped up onto the first tier of the wide staircase and he raised his right hand and feathered his long fingers into the front of his tress of blue hair. “Aiyah,” he said lightly and he closed his eyes for half a heart beat as he brushed his left hand over the silver clasp of his belt. His buckle tinked as it fell open and the free black leather strap brushed the back of his hand. He slipped his right hand through the rest of his hair, his nails scraped at the back of his head, and he rested his hand on the nape of his neck, his bent elbow level with his eyes as he stepped up the staircase.

The vampires were stirring more frequently and Dorian envied them. At least they were able to sleep the day off. He grumbled and he raised his left hand to rub his poly-jeweled eyes, his right still firmly planted on the nape of his neck. His unfastened belt tinked with every step he took, no matter how careful or how smooth he strode. “So,” he began slowly. Dorian was obviously tired and he watched Aislyn out the corners of half-hooded eyes, “I suppose you plan to spend the night in Tiki-Yuu’s room, oui? It’d probably be more comfortable for you, that’s certain… but it isn’t as secluded as the President’s… which, judging by Yuu-san’s answer, I’ll be naturally succeeding…” He sighed, then added dryly under his breath, “Well that’s just dandy…”

                                              ||’Tis somewhat longer… I think… T.T *wah!* But no, I’m not getting sick or anything… My eyes are just tired… *sigh…*||

┌✩┘ Assisting him in any way, she could be the moment he took her hand Aislyn smiled softly, watching him curiously. She had never seen a vampire portray anything but in total control. Never showing any emotion but what, they appropriate wanted; Yuu being rather distant but friendly enough to be considered a close friend. His mother, a quiet, demure and polite women who rarely spoke to her but would always give an encouraging smile of welcome. Yuu’s sister, Evganeline, who was rarely if ever home always seemed . . . snobby. Not meanly or on purpose but always with an agenda, a quick nod of acknowledgment and poof she was gone. Same stern faces as Yuu. Yet, here with Dorian it seemed he either didn’t realize he was showing emotion, that or simply wanted to. So much had happened in such a short time period, emotionally or physically, that she didn’t blame him for looking wiped out.

His comment made her laugh, softly not daring to raise her voice any more then needed. The whole Level thing sounded more clear now then what it did before. And now she knew why Dorian wouldn’t come near her with any intention of feeding anymore, poor Yuu taking that place. However his words of Yuu wouldn’t be shaken off. ‘Nah. . .I can tell when Yuu is being nice because he has to, which if that’s the case he wont try to like you, or when he’s being nice because he wants too,’ the girl murmured taking great pride in the fact she was getting better and better at reading Yuu every day. ‘He has a will of iron, if he didn’t want to be nice to you, even as a Pureblood, he’d make himself hate you,’ she shrugged wondering to herself how much of an influence a Pureblood held over normal vampires. Or. . in this case Level B vampires. Yay, new vocabulary to mess around with! ‘No. . .he’s being nice because he’s considering Lael as a friend,’ she smiled, almost not sure if she was talking to herself or to Dorian but the male would hear it anyways.

Still the whole Level got to her a little. How did they decide a scale like that? It was almost like a caste system. Having never seen anything but Level B’s up until she met Dorian, who as a Level A seemed top of the food chain. Level D’s. . .sounded like a rare occurrence if there were so few Purebloods in the world and Level E’s. . .they could only be turned by a Pureblood as well. So. . what was the difference between D and A? Was it because their will as a Level D became to weak and they became insane as Lael said to become Level E’s? Huh, seemed simple but confusing att he same time. Level C was just a normal vampire. What made them normal? Maybe to much human blood mixed into the bloodline, or to many vampire classes? As her thoughts turned like cogs in a clock her attention swiftly returned to the exhausted vampire.

Biting back a smile, an ironic one, Aify nodded feeling the tug oh his arm to motion her forward. Oh right she knew where Yuu’s room was. Hopefully. She hadn’t really payed much attention as they walked the halls before. More distracted by what she saw and by yuu to really take in her surroundings. However, even if she was a master at getting lost she figured she’d be able to find Yuu’s room and Dorian could always catch the scent easily if they became too lost. . .

‘Well you can always play hooky. I doubt any one would cross you and you did have a pretty . . .bad day,’ she finished questionably not really sure if this could be considered a bad day for Lael. True his awakening had looked pretty painful, he got attacked by a rabid mob of female Day Class students and was pretty much SOL on knowing where any of his things here. Yuu was pretty good at tracking things down though so maybe the red-head would be back with everything Dorian carried over. However, he was know a Pureblood. He knew his true identity so couldn’t that be some what more happy-making? ‘Or go in later so you won’t have to deal with your little fan’s,’ she suggested making her way towards the staircase gazing up it’s beautiful craftsmanship until her amber hues made it tot he top and she tried to remember the hall they came from.

Feeling a hand slip through her’s Aislyn wavered for a moment on the staircase, really admiring the enate features of such a grand thing. It was even more enchanting then the Grand Staircase on the Titanic, glimpses only through the movie and through pictures Aify was still awe-struck on how majestic this Dorm was. Beauty for the Beauties. The subtle popping noise dragged her attention away watching as Dorian’s buttons to his dress shirt roll away across the floor to his right. Little dots of color against the pure white. Turning her attention slowly, carefully, back on to the Pureblood, careful not to laugh. What was he doing? Undressing right there in the middle of the lobby? If that was the case he was soooo on his own because Aify wanted no part of that at this time. Giggling at him she took to the steps, taking one at a time instead of two like she had come down; finding her knees stiff and legs weary. Hearing him follow she glanced over her shoulder, the flash of the silver belt catching her eye for a moment before following his hand to his head. He looked so relaxed now, tired but relaxed. It was better then crying or being a maniacal ‘sex-fiend’ as Yuu put it but it was still odd for the human girl to watch.

Until she tripped over a step, stumbling she latched onto the railing with her right hand shaking her left ankle out as she steadied herself quickly. It stung but it wasn’t sprained nor did she curse at it because it was her fault for not watching her feet. The tinking sound came closer, glancing over her shoulder, still in the odd position, she nodded to his words. ‘Yeah. We have a lot to catch up on I guess. . .I’m pretty use to spending most of my nights in Yuu’s room. When he just up and left I found sleeping in my own room felt rather weird,’ she sighed trying not to think about the long nights, utter darkness filled within that for-walled prison with the still breath of air that felt suffocating. Yuu’s room always had life to it, even if he was being quiet or unresponsive to her play it always had light and feelings absorbed into it’s fabric. Life in the books and in the drapes. She missed that old room dearly. President’s room. . .setting her foot back down on the staircase she leaned on the railing for a moment to watch Dorian mumble something under his breath, a retort-meant to his new found position. Once he settled into his new life and role Aislyn figured Lael would make an awesome Dorm President if he gave the job a chance.

‘Left. . .,’ her sudden thought broke through her musings, casting a glance up at the hallways that ‘T’d into the staircase she smiled to herself. Ah yes, left. Then it was only about six room inward and on the right. There was a painting of a winter lake, a swan floating in the middle of the snowy wonderland looking graceful and rightly in place. An odd creature to find in the depths of December but beautiful all the same. Continuing up the steps she mulled Dorian’s words over carefully not really sure if her lazy advice would be taken here. If she had been in Lael’s position she probably would have turned down the job as well. It sounded like a lot of work, troublesome considering everyone’s actions in the Moon Class would be put onto the President and he or she would have to be responsible. If there was one thing about Aislyn that was 98.6% true was she was not responsible. Sure there were times she held up her end of the bargain but most of the time she slacked off, procrastinated and left everything to fall into ruin. It irked Yuu greatly but she found little entertainment in doing what she was told to do. Besides if she did try she knew she’d succeed and there would be no challenge in that. . .simply boring. However, being Dorm President could be fun too, putting the tedious thought of being responsible aside and Aify could think up of a lot of things that could be fun about being the Boss.

                              Power. Loyalty. Being in charge.

And so much else, but she figured instead of daydreaming there like an idiot she should probably get Lael out of the hall ways and into the seclusion of Yuu’s room before the others came from their own. Reaching the top she took a left glancing through the dim light down the black mouth of the dorm hall. It was night time, though daytime to the vampires this probably was viewed as an early morning sunshine of the moon. Treading carefully into the dark she looked over her shoulder at Dorian, smiling almost automatically now as she counted the doors they passed. ‘Well you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to. No one controls or owns you ya know,’ she said quietly, simply, as she shrugged her shoulders. Yuu had taught her that. Fighting for his own freedom against his grandfather he knew better then anyone what it meant to be your own person. Aislyn was indebted to the Father and Brothers and Sisters who raised her when no one else would but that didn’t mean she was owned like she had thought all those years back. How she agonized over how to leave them when they held her life in their hands, not brave enough yet to venture into the world and make her own path. After meeting Yuu and learning about him, she was able to come out of her little shell and see that, even though she owed them a lot, they didn’t own her. She could leave not feeling guilty or troubled or feel as if she was running away.

The swan caught her eye once more, through hard to see in the dark she could make most of the shape out. Passing the tips of her fingers against the oil painting she admired it for a moment before fishing he spare set of keys from Yuu’s pocket. She couldn’t make herself call them her own, the clothing indeed was to large for her frame, but with a little home-magic she had been able to keep the slacks at her hips. The jingle of two silver keys clacking together where soon followed by the turn of a lock and creaking of a unoiled door. Yuu already had that in mind of getting fixed. The room was as they left it, the bed a little rumbled, books upon books strewn everywhere and the bathroom light on so a little light flooded the closest tendril of dark. Walking setting the keys back into her pocket she looked around for the dresser, hidden in the darkest corner of the room naturally. ‘Well feel free to make yourself at home. Yuu’s clothing should be in there,’ she said pointing towards the silhouette of the dresser and made her slow progress to the large bed.

Sinking into it’s plush depths, much softer and pliable then the couch the human curled her knees to her chest, arms following to wrap around them as Aify rested her chin between the nook her knees created. ‘Bathroom’s all your’s,’ she yawned, hand masking her mouth as she did so wondering how long Yuu was going to take. Not that she minded being left alone by him, or being left in Dorian’s presence, because she enjoyed that all the same but she felt a little awkward with the new Dorian. . .he was defiantly different from Yiyakova but not in a bad way. . .it was just different. ┌✩┘
