Prologue:

It has been five years since the war between the Oz Federation and the UEA, a war that had been instigated by the organization known as the Fell Riders, a group that consisted of members of the organization known as ARK the same organization that had started the war seven years ago Another group formed by ARK remnants had also joined in the war between UEA and Oz, this group had been known as Phantom Pain. After the war the UEA and the Oz Federation had signed a peace treaty and in respect to said treaty a structure had been built, this structure as known as the Orbital Elevator, three of these Orbital Elevators had been built by both the newtypes of the colonies and the naturals who had lived down on earth. The UEA had removed it's corrupted leaders from power and had them arrested, those who had resisted had either hid themselves while it is unknown what had become of the others. Wanting to start over the UEA had changed it's name from the Unified Earth Alliance to the Earth Sphere Federation. Upon this change Reina Ibrahim had became the new leader of the faction, in the place of her father. In turn Reina had given some control over the ESF to the WRA leader Layla Reynalds having planned on giving control to her brother, who had turned down the offer to lead the ESF with her. After it had changed the Oz Federation had rejoined the Earth Sphere Federation, merging their military force of the colonies with the military force of the Earth. A worldwide broadcast was made by a group known as, Exodus. The group had announced their plan worldwide, the evolution of mankind and mankinds migration into space, the leaders of the ESF didn't think what Exodus was planning and had figured that it was some kind a plot with a hidden objective, the leaders of the Earth Sphere Federation had decided that they would stop Exodus just as they had put a end to some of the worlds PMCs, they had announced that they were going to way against the group known as Exodus.

Story:

Now, three years have passed since the war between the ESF and Exodus first started. The war had esclated and had caused many casualties on both ends of the battle. During a cease fire between the two powers the two sides were attacked by and unknown Organization known as Chimera whom attacked Vancouver, a place where one of the ESF and Exodus base was located, the bases were attacked and thousands of civilians had lost their lives. This attack on Vancouver had became known as the Christmas Eve Massacre. Though enough evidence has yet to be shown it is believed by both organizations; the ESF and Exodus that it had in fact been Chimera that was responsible for the destruction of one of the words Orbital Elevators that was built by the ESF and the Oz Federation to symbolize the Naturals and Newtypes of the colonies trust in one another. Despite this attack the leader of Exodus, Ribbons Almark has decided to remain true to his intention of The Great World Migration. Planning to force mankind to migrate to space and evolve into Newtypes and what he believes to be the last and final stage of human evolution, Innovators. Though their are still people who believe in what Ribbons intentions there are some whom oppose Ribbons idea of force evolution. Three weeks after Operation Storm Front, a operation that Exodus had performed in an attempt to take over ESF controlled territories Ribbons Almark had ordered that the companies that had once been affiliated with Acheron be investigate and that the companies CEO's and chairman/woman be brought to him so that he could have a conversation with them.

Despite meeting with the members of the companies that had been a part of Acheron before the group disbanded upon their leader taking a few and leaving the planet, they knew very little about those who had been using STRAINs that were once used by Acheron. Despite not getting much information from the former company CEOs of Acheron Ribbons had decided to continued to investigate the companies in secret all the while keeping cautious of the group that had attacked the Exodus base in Vancouver which had led to the deaths of many members of Exodus as well as newtypes all together. The ESF had done the same thing and had investigated all those whom had some connection with Acheron all except for the former members of Celestial Being as well as Tesla Labs. With the law that was created to prevent mass creation of mobile suits lifted for all allies associated with the ESF most people believe that the Earth would be once again thrown into chaos just as it had been during the First and Second ARK wars. Some people who have live on the Earth had already left the planet and had relocated to the colonies as they felt that the Earth would be unsafe due to the group that had been responsible for the Christmas eve Massacre. Some of the nations leaders who believe that the current Chairwoman of the Earth Sphere Federation is not strong enough to lead the Military had already addressed replacing her with another while other nation leaders believe that the young Chairwoman should keep her position.

Even with the ESF law for mass produced mobile suits lifted the Earth Sphere Federation has a difficult time dealing with Exodus mobile fortresses known as Arms Forts. Two of which have already been revealed during Exodus campaign to take away territory from their enemies, Having lost the one who had recreated the Organization after its disbandment ten years ago the members of the new Celestial Being has been looking for new members who seek to end the war between the ESF and Exodus as well as the group that had been responsible for the Christmas Eve Massacre, until the new leader of Celestial Being has been found the CEO of DyneTech has decided to use the information that he had received months prior the disappearance of the CB leader. Having taken in the mobile suits that had belonged to the organization as well as constructing a new ship based off of the technology used for the Ptolemy and Ptolemy II.

Rules

1: Literacy. This means proper grammar, punctuation, and all that. It also means that you have to be able to crank out a minimum of one paragraph per post, and make it third person. Writers block is understandable but make sure that you meet the one paragraph minimum and you won't have to worry much.
2: Killing and Violence are accepted but if you decide to kill a character or want to kill a character, then PM that person, then PM me so as to keep me in the loop. But remember you will need the permission of the person who is controlling the character you are trying to kill, I will ask them if you have their permission.
3: Will make this simple, No god-modding, power-playing, auto-hitting or puppetering NPC to benefit your character. Please do not have all of your characters see everything in black and white not all of your characters have to agree with the other.
4: In this rp I am god, I have the final say in everything that takes place here in the rp, obey every single rule that is in this rp and we will have no problems or so I hope.
5: OoC does not equal a post in the roleplay, and should stay in the OoC thread. It's fine to ask questions pertaining to the roleplay at either the beginning or ending of your roleplay posts.
6: Post Layouts. Feel free to get creative with your posts. You can include your characters picture, lyrics from a song ANYTHING. Just not too big and don't stretch the page.
7: Promotions will be given by me, depending on how well a character does in combat or a special assignment that is given. There is no promotion yourself, also there can be higher officers who recremmend a lower ranked for a promotion.
8: No Fourth Wall abuse, I don't care who you are.
9: If your character is in a fight and you are in a situation that you do not like, if you decide to disappear and do not post for a long time but are online your mech will be badly damaged and your character will be badly injured.
10: So that I know you have read the rules I want you to put a ninja somewhere in the pm. And another thing if I accept your character profile or profiles post them in the character thread.
11: You can have up to three characters or more as longer as you are able to handle them all, do not created seven or eight characters if you are unable to use them. If you have more then one or two RPC's, use different text colors as to not confuse anyone.
12: Characters get two mobile suits, the second is incase your first is destroyed in battle and you choose to let your character survive. If both suits are destroyed in battle then you will have to pilot a MP unit (Mass Produced) until another custom unit can be built, you must first check with me in regards to a third mobile suit/Gundam.
13: If you are online and you have you're character in a fight and you do not post within 24 to 42 hours unless given a good reason your mobile suit will be badly damaged and the pilot will be badly hurt.
14: If you do end up OOC talking in the IC thread and it has something to do with the rp use these (( )) for your OOCing.

16: I like all of the gundam series and other animes that have mechs, so gundams and mobile suits from any series are welcome here. As well as other mecha's from other shows such as Macross etc.

18: Not sure if I said this already but will say it again, the grunts are not fodder if you're fighting a grunt unit make it seem like the pilot is smart enough to try and put up a fight even if it's a short one. Mobile Dolls have been greatly improved since the last three in a half rps. They are on par with newtypes and are now closely on par with Neo newtypes.

Factions:

The ESF: The Earth Sphere Federation. Once known as the United Earth Alliance (UEA) during the second war the UEA had been involved in a few misdealing because of some of the corrupted leaders of the UEA who had abused their power as its leaders. The WRA had learned about the corrupted leaders and had decided to expose them to the world, in which they had done and had succeeded. Once the corrupted leaders were apprehended the former UEA had started to look for new people to lead the Alliance, they had given control to the Reina Ibrahim who had in turn planned on sharing control of the UEA to her brother had turned down the offer to his sister's dismay. Three years ago the Co Chairwoman of the ESF, Layla Reynalds was killed, after the death of the former WRA leader some of the members from the WRA that had been with the ESF had struggle to keep what morale they had. During the Christmas Eve Massacre many members of the ESF regular military force were killed including the brigadier General Aoshi Shinomori. Because of this the ESF A-laws and ESF regular military force had to cooperate together during Exodus territory campaign in which they succeeded in take over two out of three ESF controlled territories that were targeted. With the mass production of mobile suit restraint lifted the ESF and it's have began mass producing more Mobile Suits and mobile armors to aid them in their battle against Exodus and their Arms Forts. Having seen the error in her way of trying to create a peaceful world the Chairwoman has authorize all members of the ESF military to do what they must to ensure peace throughout the world and colonies.

Exodus: A large military organization created by Ribbons Almark who claims that Newtypes, Neo Newtypes and Innovators are "the future of mankind". He considers them to be existences that surpass normal humans better known as naturals, they are beings that have began the process of further evolution after being injected with either the Seraphim's serum or the Genesis serum. Exodus mainly consist of Newtpes and Neo newtypes as well as some naturals who are interested in their evolution, because their are many people who believe in Exodus ideals they have gained many supporters on Earth, one the Colonies and on the Orbital Elevators. The main goal of Exodus is the evolution of mankind, is to further the evolution of man and the migration into space, in order to accomplish this goal it had been shown that they will do anything in terms of accomplishment. Though they want mankind to evolve and leave the earth some of it's leaders feel as though that are some who are incapable of evolving and thus have no place in the world. The leader of Exodus had also chosen five Innovators as high agents for the organization. Three years ago Ribbons had began Exodus's Territorial campaign which consisted of them taking over ESF territory, two of these Territories had been Rio De Janeiro and the second was Bridgetown, Saint Micheal's in Barbados, Exodus had revealed two new weapons known as the Arms Forts; Giga Base and Eclipse, the latter having been produced twice though this is unsure. Having lost some of his fellow New Types to the Christmas Eve Massacre as well as Vancouver population which had possibly consisted of a few New types Ribbons has ordered that all Exodus members be on high alert for the Group that had attacked their base in Vancouver, figuring they would since they now knew what to look out for.

Celestial Being: Celestial Being: A unknown Organization that peruses the complete eradication of armed conflict. Celestial Being goes about trying to end wars using gundams and other mobile suits. Celestial Being is very influential in some parts of the world and possess an apparently large number of personnel loyal to it. These personnel have different roles, including: engineers, scientists, intelligence agents, "observers" who function as a sort of guiding committee, financial backers, and many others. Other Information is unknown. Five years ago Celestial Being had been destroyed upon the destruction of its man HQ, one of the observers, Wang Liu Mei had relayed this information to a secondary group known as Fereshte. Fereshte had been to silently work in the shadows as it usually had done before the commanding officer of Fereshte had met with the daughter of the creator of Celestial Being, Natalie Schenberg. Being the daughter of the organization creator had given her the right over the organization. Seeing as the first members of celestial being whereabouts being unknown except for Setsuna F. Seiei and possibly Lyle Dylandy. Natalie Schenberg had decided to start CB from scratch. Three years ago Celestial Being had attempted to stop the senseless massacre in Vancouver but was overpowered when attacked by the unknown group as well as another unknown unit. During this attack the new leader of the organization had gone missing and had been presumed dead entrusting the information in regards to GN technology as well as Gundams to the CEO of DyneTech, Dauragon Mikado.Despite being leaderless the members of Celestial Being has still decided to keep up with it's predecessors intentions, all the while looking for new experienced members for Celestial Being.

CHIMERA: An organization led by the masked Black Charisma, with its top brass comprised of some of the world's leading scientists. Members range from Naturals to Newtypes to Psychodrivers; any of those who share the same dream as their leader are welcome, though combat aptitude tests are necessary. Although smaller than the other factions involved in the war, CHIMERA possesses some of the best technology mankind has ever seen, as well as a handful of skilled pilots to add to their potency in small numbers. Their goal is simple but difficult to achieve considering their size: to overthrow the two largest superpowers within the Earth Sphere, as they have come to believe that the current leaders of the Federation and Exodus are inadequate for the task of guiding humanity to a future with considerable scientific advancement; the Federation's Chairwoman being too much of a pacifist in their eyes to promote competitiveness among humans and Ribbons Almark being too focused on his goal of mass evolution/migration. To reach their objective, CHIMERA will use any means necessary to influence the outcome of the war. With Acheron out of the way, this task became much simpler. After a unanimous vote among the higher ranked members, the entire organization began to mobilize strategically, opting for an unorthodox approach and utilizing the chaos created to their advantage. Thus, three years ago, they were responsible for the destruction of the Amazon Basin Orbital Elevator, as well as the Christmas Eve Massacre. As of AD 2114, CHIMERA is still active, but under the command of a different individual than its last known leader...

Information

Newtypes: Newtypes are human beings who have undergone the injection of the Genesis serum, the genesis serum was created so that man kind could be immune to diseases that had threatened them many years ago. A few had chosen to take the injection but there were others who refused to take it believing that it was nothing more then gene manipulation and many things could go wrong after being injected. The Genesis serum had great positive effects on those who were injected, enhancing most of their traits. Those injected were capable learning five times faster . and their bodies had became somewhat stronger in endurance. Though the serum only showed positive effects there are still people who refuse it.

Super Newtypes: ARK version of Newtypes from the first war seven years ago. ARK had used the original formula that was used to create Newtypes but they had made a few modifications to it thus creating super Newtypes, unlike Newtypes they require medical attention from time to time, needing medicine. Some Super Newtypes show signs of enhanced aggression, multi personality, mood swings, some also show signs of withdraw. Because ARK had modified their version of the Genesis Serum they use verious methods to keep the Newtypes under control, though sometimes these methods does not go as planned.

Neo-Newtypes: The true second stage of a Newtype, Neo Newtypes are quite rare and to some in the military they are referred to as monster due to their enhancement in their reaction time and the fact that they can learn five times faster then a normal newtype meaning they are able to learn ten times faster, wether or not they can learn ten times faster has not been proven since there has not been too many Neo Newtypes. One scientist who lived on the colonies had believed that Neo Newtypes were the next step in the evolution of mankind, and that the genesis serum had only made the process speed up. The scientist he had workd with on the Genesis serum had thought that he was crazy. It is believed that Neo-Newtype demonstrates heightened reflexes and extremely quick information processing. This ability is usually triggered by extreme situations or from recalling significant traumas, often arising out of a need to protect someone else in a critical situation. A fully awakened Neo Newtype eyes shows two different signs, a dilated state where the iris grows and the shrinking of the pupils, a fully awakened Neo Newtype can exceed his or her normal physical and mental limits (Think Seed Mode). The second state that a Neo Newtype eye may take is a glowing multi-colored state, in this state a Neo Newtype is capable of telepathically communicating with other newtypes as well as an Innovator.

Psychodriver: A human who possesses psychic abilities obtained when the brain gives out specific brain waves allowing use of these abilities. Although it is unclear what the extent of their psychic powers are, but it is known that stronger, more potent Psychodrivers can sense fellow users from a long distance and use their abilities to deadly extremes. Psychodrivers can sense disturbances and disruptions through their awareness, whether it be friendly or hostile. They can amplify their powers along with using it in machines by using the T-Link system. (Strictly limited)

Innovator: The last and final stage of human evolution, Innovators greatly differ from their fellow Newtypes, their eyes do not become dilated but they show signs of being able to exceed his or her normal physical and mental limits. Some Innovators are capable of using what is known as Quantum Brainwaves and are considered to have supernatural abilities. Though their eyes do not dilate like Neo Newtypes a Innovators does have glowing multi-colored at will. (Strictly Limited)

War Journal

Mission #2: Operation Trainwreck
Location: Kalahari Desert, Southern Africa
Date: March 8th 2114

Briefing: In light of the recent onslaught by the mystery faction, the Federation High Council has decided to resume operations against Exodus until further information may be obtained by the special reconnaissance teams dispatched to survey the inner solar system. To deal with another possible attack from what is believed to be CHIMERA, security levels have been increased around Washington and other critical areas under Federation control. In the meantime, the ESF main force will be deployed to begin operations against the main territory of Exodus; the African Continent, marking the beginning of a campaign to drive Exodus off the planet's surface and regain lost territory as well as resources. The primary target: Great Wall - a massive train-like mobile fortress dubbed as an Arms Fort by Exodus, which also serves as the core of an intricate Anti-Air Artillery Net protecting the region.

ESF Objective(s): The Federation Forces Strike Team led by Colonel Alice Worthington will approach the Great Wall in a three-pronged flanking maneuver from the South, East and West of the provided coordinates; the edge of Great Wall's circular patrol path. Escorts for the Great Wall, as well as a special protective barrier system are to be expected from the target's sheer size. Due to the deadly array of anti-air missiles and massive Gatling Guns equipped on the Arms Fort, an aerial approach is unadvisable; instead, all units are to prepare for ground combat maneuvers. It is imperative that the Great Wall is taken down quickly to allow reinforcements to arrive.

Exodus Objective(s): Intelligence reports have revealed a possible assault plan against the Great Wall, one of the Arms Forts protecting the South African Exodus base from enemy attack.
