Killing off someone else's character is illegal!
The reason behind this: we can't have a random mass-mur-
derer come in here and start shooting everyone dead, then
leaving and stuff. Ask the role-player controlling the charac-
ter you want dead by contacting them via PM or IM or wha-
tever you use to contact them with.

Attempted murder is limited!
