Welcome to "Bloody End" a Dark Hetalia vampire roleplay. This roleplay is open to everyone, and we accept any pairing here. There will be no bashing of what others would like to play. Yaoi, Yuri and Heterosexual couples are accepted here without bias. If you don't know if you can handle that, then this roleplay isn't for you. I will not discriminate in such an open ended anime/manga. It's quite obvious anything can happen in Hetalia, so the same can be said about this roleplay.

This will be a post apocalyptic, vampire roleplay. A virus has decimated the world's population, some humans were immune to it, but others, the virus changed them, making them thirst for blood and photosensitive. If a country was infected, the this is what happens to them, turning them into a vampire. However, not all countries need to be infected, and normal humans have also been effected, meaning that they will have to fight for their lives against roaming gangs of bloodthirsty vampires that don't care if you are a country or not.

Also, Hetalia OCs will be accepted, if a country is not mentioned in cannon, then you may do whatever you want (within reason lol). If a character is designed, but not much is known, then you have a lot more creative control then say, someone that played Italy or America.

It's the year 2012, and the proclaimed Apocalypse happened. In October of that year, a catastrophic virus was introduced into the population, destroying over half the people in the entire world, and in the half that survived, one half of those people were mutated. The virus itself acted much like arsenic, but there was nothing that could be done, either the person bled out, or they survived, forever changed. The antibodies that remain in the system cause extreme photo sensitivity and the need to drink blood to replace what was lost... but the thirst is never totally quenched. The remaining, normal humans began to call these people vampires.

The countries were not spared either, but because of their unique lifespans, if they were infected, they always turned. Now, how were they supposed to protect their remaining people from the roving bands of blood thirsty vampires when they were vampires themselves? On bright side, there is no way for a vampire to infect another, but it's unknown if these people can have children, and if these children will be vampires as well. The month since the virus nearly wiped everything out, the focus has been on surviving, not figuring out what happened. Once the antibodies are in the system, it is impossible to get infected again.

It isn't known which countries are vampires or not, and the only way to kill a vampire is to pierce the heart or head, or leave them out in the sun. Obviously those that are vampires don't want it known, the world wouldn't survive another World War.

1~ You must be literate! Please post at least 3 paragraphs, with good grammar, in past tense. I understand typos, I'm not that a**l, but please put some care into your writing. Posts must be pretty and readable!

2~ Romance is encouraged, and there is no auto coupling. Let's keep the romance PG-13 please.

3~ Follow the TOS... that's just a duh comment.

4~ Please use provided application, and fill it out completely. Put "Vamptalia" in the title of your PM to me. All applications must be PMed! If this isn't followed, I will ignore your profile.

5~ You need to post at least 2 days a week. If you will be on vacation, let me know so I can keep your character around. If you go more then three days without posting and without telling me why, then you will be deleted. If you play an IMPORTANT Cannon Character, you may be replaced on a temp basis, however if it is unknown when you will be back, then the character may go to another permanently.

6~ Do not, under any circumstances, include the following topics in your posts. These are considered taboo and obscene to many people and I will not have them in the thread. Rape: Implied rape, Rape used as a threat but not carried through, or rape in the past is fine, but NO ACTING OF IT IN THE THREAD! No rape scenes, period. Child abuse, molestation and killing: This is allowed, only if there is little to no detail. Actually molestation falls under rape and is not allowed, unless it was in the past and not described in detail. Incest: NO! Absolutely none, got that! If you want your character molested by an uncle or father... it can just as easily be a friend or stepfather... keep that in mind.

7~ On original characters, I will accept them, but I would prefer most cannons be taken first. Also, if too many made ups show up, then I will stop accepting them until more cannons are taken.

Cannon Characters

Alright, this is a dark roleplay, but they still need to be in character as much as you can. Vampire characters included, but since they are traumatized, or freaking out or whatever, some strange things can happen with them, but it at least needs to make sense in the structure of the character. For example, Alfred is a hero type character, and he is also a glutton, it would be pretty normal for him to snap and drink enough blood to kill someone, then he would be very sad about it because he's supposed to protect people. Germany would probably have less of an issue with it...

Vampire Cannons

They will have to drink human blood, and if they are near a human they are going to have to fight the impulse (or not). They can't go outside without being covered up during the day, and they are really hardy, only a heart or head shot will kill them (but you aren't allowed to kill cannons!). If they are injured, the wound will bleed and hurt, but it will be healed by the next day.

Hetalia Made-ups

If a country hasn't been made yet, then go for it. Creativity will usually get bonus points from me. If you want to play a made up vampire, that's fine, they have the same rules as vampire cannons. We are only accepting Countries, Territories (Like Prussia and Romano) or Micronations at this time. If a territory is part of a larger country, we aren't accepting them right now, at least until most of the countries are taken. This does not include cannon territories.

Everyone uses the same Application! This will probably be a pretty bloody roleplay, so again, if you can't handle it, then this might not be for you.

What if I want to play my character a way that isn't cannon?

All characters need to be played as close to cannon as possible. Since this is a dark roleplay there is some room for OC behavior, within reason.

How Far can Hot scenes go?

PG-13 people!!! The clothes can start coming off, without totally graphic detail, then Fade to Black. If you don't know what that means, it means that the scene stops, and resumes after the act is finished.

Do you accept made ups?

Yes, we are accepting Hetalia made ups at this time. If we get too many, this may change.

Can I have a non-cannon relationship?

Well, friendships and rivalries should remain the same since it's really the basis of Hetalia, but romance... it's pretty open so long as it makes sense with the experiences of the characters. I really hope that the romances can evolve over time, it's more fun that way. I'll be rather disappointed if half the cast are in a relationship on page two.

Can the Vampires have sex?

Yes, they are still alive, just changed. They are warm, they have a heart beat. Even though it's mentioned that they don't know if the vampires can reproduce, they can... they are just a different kind of human, changed by the virus.

I'm going on Vacation, what should I do?

Ideally, put the characters somewhere they won't be missed, and can be easily retrieved later. That's not required, but it would make everyone's life easier. You MUST give me prior notification that you are going to be gone more then a week. It's just manners people.
