Inside the room of bars and chains, the door opened away from her just as she had wished revealing a ruby colored floor. On top of this tile floor were bird cages, a whole variety of them. They stood on the floor and hanged from the ceilings and poles. The room had a golden light that made everything it touched look a bit old, especially the paintings hanging high above the collected items. There were one large on and six smaller ones but it was hard to make out what they looked like judging the distance between them and the floor. On one of the walls was the only exit, a large vent that lay on the bottom of the floor, hiding behind the birdcages.

Solana

Solana smiled when she seemed amazed by the Dragonite.
She had gotten so used to it, it was nothing special to her.
They usually do, but this Dragonite wanted to help us protect everything. she explained.
Solana closed her Capture stylus and put it away in her bag around her waist again.

The back supported her with a special pocket for the stylus.
Well, I'm not as good as Spenser, but I did recently become a full fledged Ranger.
No longer a trainee, I became Rank 10 yesterday.
she spoke gently.
Then she looked around again, by which she saw the paper fall.

Again the trainer caught it out of the air and read it with a frown.
Does he always communicate like this? she asked Charlie.
Then she sighed and looked at the said hallway.
What do you know about this mansion Charlie? she asked kindly.

When Pikachu tagged her, Plusle turned around and ran after the Pikachu laughing.
Plusleplus! she called and ran circles aswell, trying to tag Pikachu back.
Then she took a jump and they rolled over the ground, Plusle was still laughing.
Obviously she had meant it playfully.

The top floor of the spiraling doors along the walls, there existed another exit. A sliding paper screen door that would bring one back to the wooden floor hallway where the bamboo grew and the dark ball-shaped figure hang near the only other exit.

The hallway where the note fell would bring the visitors to the waiting room. It still was filled with smoke, still no signs of a fire, cigar or pipe would be found. Voices of the old conversation would last in there, echoing in the msity confined space.

"Hey, congratulations!"
The girl shouted after hearing Solana's new position.
Charlie thought it was great when someone achieved their dream, or earned something the worked hard for.
It made her wonder what she was going to do with her life.
She didn't have a huge lust for battling, despite having a collection of badges. But Charlie had never taken it to the next step and gone into League. She still didn't find it right to make pokemon battle for trophies, but gaining the badges made her pokemon stronger which was always important.

The young girl watched the note fly down and into Solana's hand, staring at it questioningly.
"What? In notes? I don't know, this is the first one I've seen."
She stepped forward and looked at it, "What does it say, I can't read in this light."
"I only just got hear myself, so I don't know much, your the first person we've seen."

Pikachu rolled next to Plusle and began laughing hysterically, little sparks of electricity sparking from it's cheeks.
A sure and common sign of this Pikachu that he was having fun.

Sam looked around for the moment. It is pretty creepy being on top of a staircase when there isn't one at all. She spotted something that looked like a door, a paper one... She slided the odd door then peeked inside. It is dark there. The only light there is the moonlight creaking through some holes. She couldn't send out ponyta out there for light, she might burn everything up! Why does the floor have to be wooden, anyway? She picked up growlithe, who is pretty heavy, and entered. She soon dropped him. "Don't burn anything here..." Sam said while looking around once more.

Solana

The ranger blushed slightly at the girl's congratulations.
When she moved in to read better Solana looked trough the hallway.
It says go trough this hallway she told Charlie.
Then she shrugged and smiled to the girl.

We might aswell go on, now we got here anyway. she said lightly and smiled.
Then she walked into the hall and followed it till the end.
When they reached the next room she looked around at the smoke.
Where smoke was, there used to be fire and she wondered what had happened.

Solana felt nervous with the haunting voices that were heard here, echoing around them.
Voices...but no people. What was this mansion for something.
Plusle had ceased playing and jumped to Solana's shoulder a bit scared.
But the ranger wasn't about to be spooked away, she had promised Spenser she would gather information.

The smoke made it complete with an eerie look as Solana stood in the very middle.
Sounds of the voices still reached her and she sighed.
Hello, anyone here? she called to no one in particular.
Solana looked around with caution, determined not to miss anything.

Wafting the smoke away, and trying to ignore the voices Charlie followed closely beside, looking a little bit worried.
Horsea began to whimper in Squirtles arms. Even Pikachu and Squirtle looked frightened by the eerie feel to the place.
"Sure wasn't like this in the hall..." Charlie said absentmindedly.
Picking up Horsea, she tried to settle down the young pokemon.
"Don't worry hunni," She said resuringly.

Pikachu followed Plusle's actions and jumped onto Charlie's shoulder. Squritle however scrambled up her legs and pulled out one of her pokeballs.
"Squirtle-Squir!" He erged her to open it.

Sighing, the trainer took the pokeball.
"Okay, if it makes you feel better."
Throwing it up into the air she yelled, "Okay Arcanine, come on out!"
In a flash, standing proud in the smoke stood a large Arcanine, holding his head high.

Iced-Lotus
The end of the glass tunnel room was still yet another door. This time it would take them out of one of the many doors that spirialed with the staircase. Their location would be near the top by a round or running up a circular motion to reach the top. The bottom was way down there, though one could see the floor on the bottom.

Kiri sighed when she finally came to the end of the glass tunnel.
He carefully opened the door, and saw that there where spiraling staircases leading to another set of doors.
For a moment he panted to go either upstairs or downstairs, since he couldn't decide, and couldn't ask Pikachu, he decided to toss the badge that he carried.
If it where heads, he would go down, if it where tails, he would go up.
It was tails, so he decided to take the spiraling stairway up, which seemed logic to him, since it was far shorter to walk, then all the way down.
Gently not to wake the Pikachu he started to walk up the stairs, wondering where he would end up now.

Solana

Solana looked around with caution.
This room seemed to be very busy, yet you saw none.
The ranger didn't like the sight of this at the slightest.
Though in her career as a ranger she had had tougher missions.

When she heard the Squirtle she looked at it and saw it was tapping a pokeball.
For a moment she thought it wanted to return in his own, till Charlie took it.
As the magnificent Arcanine came out Solana blinked.
Nice Arcanine Charlie. she complimented her.

Sparx

As they walked out of the glass tunnel, Sparx slowly started to wake up from her nap.
A bit confused she looked around to see where they were and she yawned.
Softly she rubbed her eyes with her paws and looked up at Kirlia.
Sparx still remembered what he had done and felt pretty safe with him.

The little Pikachu took the opportunity to look around the room.
Her ears were twitching softly, showing curiosity.
Sparx sniffed the air a bit and then looked straight forward.
She wondered what they would stumble on this time.

For the paired pokemon, the top of the stairs was a open window, the curtain from the other side blowing in an inviting way.

The bamboo hallway glowed full of moonlight. The shadows and light repelling one another. The ball-shaped thing was still there, waiting for someone or something. There was a door hear it, like before. Likewise, there was a door behind her. All the other ones were the paper screen doors, but they were all shut tight.

The smoky room was simple not filled with any other people but their essences hanged there from when they all talked earlier in the day. Their voices echoed, producing more smoke...it wasn't poisonous to those who didn't notice it which would be regular people. However, who every did come into contact with it would feel a bit sick.

'This is getting a bit troublesome, time to collect them. But I would like to see them run around a bit.'

Jordan crossed the clay figures, they weren't that frighting. He came to the other door, opened it to find a saddened pokemon, completely afriad of this mansion.

'The people of this place. The choice is yours, beware your desires,' he thought.

icey sleet icey sleet (( 12 )) days and counting . . . . . .

❝ Hey. Do you understand? ❞ icey sleet icey sleet

Charlie smiled gently at the compliment.
"Thanks, Arcanine has always been a strong pokemon, right from the first time we met him."
She walked over to the fiery wolf and ran her hand across his side.
He stood like he was on guard, ready to attack and defend at any moment.

"Arcanine,"
He looked at Charlie and she rubbed him under his chin, then turned her body slightly to reveal Solana and Plusle to him.
"This is Solana and Plusle."
He barked, seeming aggressive, but really just saying hello.

Squirtle, who was now on Charlie's back, Pikachu and Horsea now seemed to settle down and seem calmer, yet they couldn't ignore the talking all around them.
Yet no one could be seen.

"Where are those noises coming from?"

((Wow loooooong post. xD Um...... I'm posting mainly as Rachael right now but if the two ever get separated I will most definatly post as both.))

Rachael walked through the dark forest. Anyone who saw the Raichu would be able to tell immediatly that she was very happy. For once in her life she was actually invited to a house instead of kicked out of one. But the happiness was quickly fading due to the fact that she had very little patience and it was taking her a bit of time to find the mansion.

God damnit are we even in the right forest? A look of irritation spread across her face as she thought this. Pressing on was her only option though, and it was a good thing she did because not long afterwards she had found the illusive mansion.

"Ah finally! I thought I'd never find it!" Rachael exclaimed as she skipped up to the front steps. She then remembered her brother, and looked back to see the little Pikachu hiding behind one of the many trees of the forest.

"Aww Yoji your not scared are ya?" She grinned as she asked this. The raichu then looked up to see storm clouds forming overhead and thought of the perfect way to get Yoji to come inside.

"Well I'd love to stay and chat," Rachael began. "But it looks like theres a storm bruing. She finished, knowing of her little brothers strange fear of thunder storms. At those words, just as she expected, Yoji came running to her side as the two of them prepared to enter the mansion.

"And still we will be here. Standing like statues."

Solana

Solana wished she could tell Charlie where the noises came from.
But she couldn't unfortunately.
After a while in the room, the ranger started to feel dizzy.
Yet it wasn't anything pressuring, she did feel noxious.

Plusle looked up at Solana with worry but she felt it too.
If anything, Solana did understand they had to leave this room now.
We have to get out of here Charlie. she said to her new friend and walked further into the room.
The ranger hoped to find a different doorway so they could leave.

((Is that all....i have to do it with..o_O I'll try but i can promise it will be a good/long post o_O))

Kiri saw Pikachu slowly waking up and he welcomed his new found friend.
They both saw the curtain of the window luring them out, wherever out was.
"Let's go check that out" He said to the Pikachu "maybe its a way out, or maybe it is leading to the shiny stuff." he continued.
While he carefully put her down.
He didn't want her to fall asleep again, he didn't want to go through this alone.

Sam kept walking forward. Thanks to the moonlight, she can see where she is going. She stopped when a door wasn't too far from her. It's not a paper door, thank god. Next to it, is a ball shaped figure. She couldn't really make out what that is, even with the moonlight. If she would come across something that she doesn't know and doesn't look too dangerous, she would've touched it, or poke it with a stick. But there's nothing here. And Sam doesn't even want to know what that is. She went closer to the door. Slowly, she put her hand on the doorknob, ready to turn it.
Growlithe is following Sam. He carefully eyed the ball looking figure.

Sam quickly opened the door then went it, wherever she was. Growlithe followed Sam and entered. Sam then closed the door shut. She froze for a few seconds, then looked around.
