Sam took a step forward. She looked at the letter then back at the old house. "This is it..." She muttered. The girl's name is Samantha Bridges, Sam for short. She's not a cute little girl that thinks pokemon is cute little pets. No, she's well... just a regular girl that collects fire types. People say she talks too much, which is very true. Some just say she's crazy, which is half true. Other then that, Sam is an ordinairy girl with an ordinairy life. She's been invited to stay over at on old mansion in the middle on nowhere. Yes, very odd. She slowly walked over to the door then knocked. She didn't want to wait, so she slowly opened the door. She nervously started walking in.

(( Sorry for a short beggining. D:

Not far from the mansion, wandering through the forest was a lone Spinda. On her face she carried a silly smile, like most of her species and while she walked, it almost appeared as if she were dancing, what with her little twirl and spin every here and there. Occassionally, it would also appear as if she were about to fall while tripping over her own feet (or so it seemed) and then she would catch herself, throwing her weight back and still she would trot along. With her strange way of walking, although she couldn't necessarily help it, she would appear as if she were without a care in the world, that is if you pushed aside the flailing of her arms every time she looked as if she were about to fall flat on her face.

While she moved along she hummed a tune and with closer observation, any one would be able to note her strange size. For a Spinda she appeared pretty small, standing a whole two feet and eight inches tall. Most would wonder if she was still young, or maybe she was just below average? Regardless of the answer no one ever seemed to stay around the Spinda long enough to ask-- because she was a Spinda, the way she walked often pushed others away. It was a shame most pokemon couldn't stand someone who couldn't stay still, otherwise she might have had more friends.

"I wonder how long it will take...? I'm so hungry..." The Spinda, whose name was Tsuki, asked herself in a high yet simultaniously soft voice, sounding almost timid while she continued along the path towards the next town... or at least she thought she was heading towards the next town-- she had no idea she was just heading towards a large building. She was pouting now but didn't whine, she was just hungry considering she hadn't eaten anything in the last few hours. Of course, being in a forest most would think there would be berries and fruits she could fetch from the bushes and trees. There were just a few problems, however. Because Spinda weren't normally good climbers for the fact they didn't have well-developed claws, she couldn't fetch fruit from the high trees and most of the berries in her current area had already been picked off by a swarm of pidgey that had passed earlier, among a few other pokemon.

Nonetheless Tsuki continued on her way with a sigh, keeping her, err... eyes, focused on the path ahead in case she might bump into anything. Then again she had a good chance of bumping into either a stray pokemon every now and then or a tree or bush, since there were many times when she lost balance in her deranged walk. She continued to hum her up-beat tune, again smiling to herself while she tried to push away the rumbling in her tummy.

Inside the place, it was dark, barely lit from the sunlight shining in from the outside. There were two staircases leading upstairs and a hallway under them. There were two circular tables on both sides of the hallway with a lamp on each emitting a slight glow, barely enough to light the place up. A half folded piece of paper fell from the ceiling and bounced off Sam's head. On it, it read:

'Please go through the hallway.'

Sam slowly kept walking. The place is so dark, she can barely see her shoes. She felt something bounce off her head. "AHH!!" Sam yelled while taking cover. She didn't hear anything, then turned around. A folded paper. She looked around to see if anybody saw what she did. No one. She took the paper, then unfolded it. She opened the door a little wider so she can read it. "Please go through the hallway." She red out loud. She folded back the paper then put it in her bag. She continued on, passing a table with a lamp on it.

A black figure soared across the lazily drifting white clouds, before soaring down to the Earth. Eventually, the black figure formed into a magnificant black Charizard, with a brown-haired trainer riding upon it. The trainer hopped off onto the grass.
" Thank you, Charizard. You can take a rest. " The trainer spoke. The Charizard bowed its head, and willingly returned to it's Poke Ball held in front of it. The Poke Ball shrank whilst the trainer exchanged it with another on his belt.
" Gardevoir, I need your assistance. " From the new Poke Ball, the trainer's Gardevoir materialised, eyes opened wide and fixed upon its owner.
" Gardevoir, please come with me into the house. "
" Garrrdevoir. " It chimed whlist nodding its head. It floated elegantly alongside it's trainer, who was now 'doot-doo'ing an upbeat tune and strolling towards the mansion with his hands in his pockets.
" Doo-doo-doodoo-doo...Oh, we're already here? Okay, " He cleared his throat and craned his neck into the mansion.
" Hello? Ethan Jones? I think I was invited here, sorry if this is the wrong place...eh...nice place you have here...I guess..." Ethan's eyes scanned the hallway. It looked slightly unfriendly in his opinion.

The hallway wound and twisted seeming to become narrower and narrower but was still the same size. There were many doors on both sides and the artifical light in here was brighter compared to the other room. At the end, there was a dark maple door, the handle on the left side along with a table that had a note on it.

It read: 'Open the door.'

Meanwhile at the front of the household, the door creeked open for its new visitor and the note that landed on Sam's head was placed on on of the tables. Apparently, it stood out more than anything else in the dark room.

It read: 'Enter the hallway.'

Sam kept walking, then she heard a voice from the opposite direction. She turned around, and saw a man poking his head out the door. So there's more people that got invited here. Sam thought. She turned around again then kept walking. She wants to open all the doors then peek inside, but she'll get in trouble. At the end of the hallway, there is a door with a note. Sam red the note then opened the door.

Ethan felt the featherweight item bounce off his head.
" Hey! " He spoke to the sky, annoyed. " There's no need to throw stuff-!"
" Garrrdevoir. " Ethan stopped mid-sentence and turned to Gardevoir, who unfolded the note with telekinesis. They both looked at the note floating in front of them, which read: "Enter the hallway".
" Neat writing...but it would be more courteous for them to show themselves...Let's go, Gardevoir. " Slightly suspicious, Gardevoir edged closer to her trainer while he walked into the mansion.
" Do you think he -or she- inherited this? It looks a bit old for them to have just bought it..."
Gardevoir made a kind of hum to show that she was unsure. Eventually, they reached the end of the corridor, where they saw a young girl walking through a maple door.
" Er...hello. " Ethan spoke to the unknown girl.

As Sam opened the door, the other side revealed a wall that blocked their path. The lights flickered a bit as something seemed to go by.

As Sam opened the door, she was thinking what might be in the other side. A plain room... A new dimension... Outside... The owner.... All of her thoughts are wrong, of course. What is in the other side? Nothing but a wall. Sam's thoughts stopped. "A wall? A WALL??" Sam said, annoyed. "Oh, uh, hello." She replied to the man.

Ethan grinned at the unknown girl. " I don't need to introduce myself, do I? Nice to meet you...wait...a wall? " Ethan eye twitched slightly. Why on earth would the owner of a house lead them to a wall?
" Okay...we have three options. One, break down the wall. Two, use Gardevoir to take us through the wall. Or three, check every other door in the hallway...I'm lazy, so I'd go with number two...what do you think? "

Another note materialized near the ceiling between them and fell onto the ground. The lights flickered more violently then before as the note appeared. It lay open for both of them to read.

'Do not go through any other door.'
Go through the door at the end of the hallway.'
'Let him try.'

icey sleet icey sleet (( oo2 )) days and counting . . . . . .

❝ Hey. Do you understand? ❞ icey sleet icey sleet
"Yeah. Let your gardevoir take us through it." Sam replied. Actually, sam would do option one or three. That wall almost looks impossible to break down, but why not try? Check every door in this hallway... She would do it. But heck of it, she is a a bit also a bit lazy. That's why there is pokemon in this world. A little note fell, and Sam bent over to pick it up. "Do not go through any other door. Go through the door at the end of the hallway. Let him try." She red outloud. "Dingdingding." Sam said without an expression.

Ethan chuckled slightly. " The owner seems to like me. Gardevoir, if you please. "
" Garrrrdevoir. " The Gardevoir held hands with Sam and Ethan, and glided towards the wall. Ethan walked along with her and they began to melt into the wall. It felt like walking through icy water.
