Beast Boy stood silent for a moment, finally dropping his hand and slightly shocked by their alpha's refusal of extra help. Defeated, he glanced at the twins and returned the communicator to his belt. Eyes flicking between the two, he came to his own conclusion.

"You're coming."

BB snatched Rin's hand on his own, pulling her down to the T-ship's hangar with Len trailing behind. "Leader or no leader, Robin knows we need you. He's just too proud to admit it."

Raven looked straight at the robot's eyes and casually spoke, "I won't give my answer to a toy of yours Slade. Ask me yourself." She looked around slightly curious, how could the Titans not have found out about this? Raven shook her head slightly calm inspite of the situation. This was just getting better and better by the minute.

"Very well." At the end of the staircase a door slid open, revealing a large room full of mechanical gadgets and such. In the center of the room was a single beam of light, which seemed to be the must for any villainous lair. A chair spun around and a man stood up. Slade moved forward and stepped into the beam of light. His familiar uniform was gone, now replaced by and orange prison jumpsuit,with parts of it painted black. The only thing he had from the original costume was his mask.And what's more, his left arm was missing from the elbow down. "Hello Raven, it's been a while."

Jinx sat in the Titan's East Tower, clicking around on one of Speedy's video games. She didn't remember why she came. I think Speedy invited me over...

'GAME OVER' said the screen in big green letters. Jinx, being the short-tempered girl she is, threw down the controller and shot a hex at the television. Breathing heavily and realizing what she did, she put her hands behind her head and whistled, walking away inconspicuously and out onto the roof.

It was more interesting being a villa--no, no. I like being a Titan. Jinx convinced herself. She waved to Aqualad, who was gliding around in the sea below the tower. I don't know why all the girls like him...I think he is much cuter... Thinking of the boy she liked, but never revealing his name, not only to people, but to herself. She just couldn't bring herself to say his name. She basked under the warm glow of the sun, letting the breeze caress her cheek.

Raven glanced at him slightly before her eyes roved to the space behind him, taking in every detail. Raven then turned her eyes towards Slade seeing him fully for the first time in awhile...since that- a barrier slammed down effectively stopping the thought though Raven still winced slightly and her hand strayed to where the mark had first appeared. Ah Trigon, what great days.
Shamming nonchalance she half-grinned at Slade, "Ah, Slade old friend, time has not been kind to you." A simple statement delivered in her very own monotone.
