I do not believe that a greenhouse would have such an egregeous amount of extra oxygen that it would be much different than excercising in any other place.
Actually now that i think of it, it could hurt you athletically. Runners sometimes run in higher elevations (w/ less oxygen) so they can run faster at sea level (more oxygen).
