Banning for Sig? Go to post 7 Questions & Assistance Sat Nov 28, 2009 1:24 am
It's perfectly fine to cus on gaia.

As long as the cussing is not directly aimed at anyone it's not considered a flame and you cannot get in trouble for it.

So your sig should be fine.

If you have proof of the deal, then they can be reported for scamming. If you have no evidence of the initial deal, then there is pretty much nothing you can do. Technically, I don't think you can force them to not use your art. Next time, be more wary and make sure to seal the deal before giving your half.

Actually I believe you can. If this person didn't pay then they didn't complete the deal and she still retains full rights. As such she can dictate how her art is used. So if she says no and catches them going against her wishes and thus "stealing" her property she can complain and have it removed and get them in trouble.

Same goes if you buy art and you catch someone else using it. If you buy it you also bought the rights to it. There have been cases of people stealing others sigs and the mods will confront them. The reason being that it can be considered a theft of intellectual property.

It all comes down to who has the right to it.

As for the question. Yes, I believe this is scamming, but I say check with a mod and have them decide the final ruling on this.

2 items a SET? You're shitting me, right? Go to post 162 Gaia Community Discussion Thu Nov 26, 2009 4:19 am
I don't see how 2 items = set.

I think you have to be fussing at someone with an avatar like mine (3-4 items) before you can rant about "sets."

Personally I've never had a problem with them. They are fine and can be really neat if you spruce them up with a few additional items.

Overall I avoid the AT. I know I don't make avatars they like and I don't give a crap that they don't like them.

I don't have one. I'm perfectly content with my PS3.

That and I'm not about to pay a monthly service... or suffer with a device that has a high chance of red-ringing. >.<vOr whatever the new problem is now that they "fixed" that red-ring.

The rig is very tempting. But like a lot of others here I'm waiting until they give us an explanation before I buy.

:/ Hopefully they do so instead of skirt around the topic during AtA
Oh God, I feel so horrible now.. Go to post 32 Gaia Community Discussion Tue Nov 24, 2009 12:12 am
aaaah stupid people.

I think this is just proof that people don't like to read. To them this is the convenient method to find said item and instead of reading and discovering in one more click they could get the item for cheaper they just pounce on the lowest one everyone is selling.

Perhaps I should start taking advantage of this ninja
